No complaints about the restaurant, however the carpark is tiny and even though there is a huge carpark behind the Sainsbury's next-door, you get selfish people parking there, who are Sainsbury's customers, taking up already limited space when there is already so much space for them to park behind Sainsbury's. It drives me bonkers! Is there anyway Nandos can implement a system where they issue fines for non Nandos customers who park there?

I placed an order through the nandos app(on my partners account). I had ordered a mediterranean salad only extra being avocado and sweat potato wedges. My wedges and my partners order was perfect however in my salad there was what looked to be a stick (i will attach photos below ). I have had so many mediterranean salads from different nandos so im highly dissatisfied and disgusted as too how a stick has ended up in the salad. I have requested a refund through the nandos app. Im more sad at the fact ive got to find something new for my go to food place :/

Laurana/Laurino/Lauraninio, I have no idea the staff members exact name , but here's some pointers. If you are working in a profession that involves dealing with people and providing customer service to people, believe it or not you must be a people's person. You must have some sort of manners and professionalism. If you don't like people in general, then you are in the wrong profession. I hope you work in a profession you enjoy and succeed in all that you do, so I can enjoy my time eating a cheeky Nandos without being enraged.

On a dark Saturday night in winter, I want to eat some tasty all of a sudden. My first instinct is to go Nandos Huge storm on the way and even with a bit of hailing, finally made my way there. It was absolutely worth it. Food comes to table in 10 minutes, it was so tasty that I literally finished everything on the plate. ( almost licking the plate) the chicken was so tender and rich in flavoring The customer service was fabulous too. I would like to thanks to Lim who did an amazing job at the counter for me tonight, asking how good everything is and also get me a free drink. I will definitely come back again!!

Enjoyed my visit to Nandos. Typical Nandos decor. Always enjoy the food - vegan options too.

Food was excellent but manager needs a customer service course. If the customer doesn't like chicken legs shouldn't be told he can't have 2 breats and then told to leave because I complained about the service. After some discussion and me explaining about hospitality and customer is king we were allowed to stay and eat. The food was excellent

@NandosUK you guys need to sort out your branch in Manchester wilmslow road really poor service took 45mins to bring food and we didnt eat the food and only partial refund from manager. She did nt wish to refund the drinks we had while we waited 45 mins poor customer service.

We arrived after a long shift at work. Greeted nicely at the door and despite them closing at 10pm they allowed us to eat until 10.40pm without interrupting our meal. The manager on duty Lorrenna thank you for taking extra special note of my nut allergy.

Awful!!!!! I’ve never known a nandos to run out of chicken butterfly and thighs. I got something else, my friend order about ten minutes after me and it was brought out at the same time. My food was freezing- they had to make it all again. Absolutely awful nandos.

Amazing staff , chicken was fantastic , done just like i like it, the young lad Joe i believe was very polite while serving me and also made the banging chicken.

The restaurant is quick service flavorful food. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the communication and help with taking our large group to eat. No one on the entire staff acted mad or out done when we walked in the door. We enjoyed our meal. Thank you.

made me wait 43 mins for my meal and it was a 4 thigh meal with fries. the chicken also tasted undercooked, don’t recommend

I had a really nice time with some friends. The food came fast and service from our waitress Saffron, was excellent and made to feel really welcomed.

People come to Nando’s for the food, not for the rudeness of the staff. I’m sure this girl is the manager as a restaurant owner. I’m shocked how she treats customers.

As an avid Nando’s goer, this review cuts a little deep. This is my first time reviewing the Fallowfield franchise and I have nothing to say except disappointing. The food was stone cold Steve Austin, my fino pitta had a slither of lettuce and 1 measly string of caramelised onion. As for the halloumi, I am half tempted to package that up and post it to Ukraine as I am pretty confident that could protect you from multiple rounds of fire from a heavy machine gun (please see attached photo for reference). Overall 1/10

Usually nandos. Food was good, although out of stock on our dessert. Long delay on the dessert we ordered and had to ask staff again.

Great food and service. The staff were very friendly and polite. Tried full chicken. The sauce was on point. Peri peri chips were so good. Didn't enjoy spicy rice that much. The dessert tried was chocolate cake with ice cream on. Enjoyed the pudding as well. PS: Non halal food serve here.

I’m a big fan of Nandos, but this place was let down by the service provided. Myself and my girlfriend went at about 8PM on a Sunday night and were met with a queue of people waiting for a table even though there was many tables free. It seemed like it was taking ages for the staff members to remove the leftover plates and clean the tables. Seemed like it was one lad trying to this along with greeting people and showing them to their tables. The wait wasnt too long, but you would think it would be non existent on a Sunday night. Food took quite a while to come out, waited half an hour for hummus and pitta bread to come out and then later on waiting half an hour for a salted caramel brownie that I had to go up and ask for because it was taking so long. Not sure if it’s understaffed or not (didn’t seem like it) or just poor management. I’m back to edit my review (2/12/23) as I have since been back to this establishment since my original comments. Unfortunately nothing has really changed. We turned up on a Thursday at around 9pm and were met with a large queue of people waiting for tables. Although there was a queue, there seemed to be plenty of tables completely empty and clean. However no one was sat down. I can’t imagine attending this restaurant during peak hours on a Friday or Saturday. We ordered food and drinks via the app and waited so long for glasses (around 15 minutes I think) that I ended up going up and grabbing them myself. As we were waiting for our food we observed 2 tables returning their food as it wasn’t satisfactory, although I am not sure of the reasons. When my girlfriend’s food arrived, her peri salted chips were quite lightly salted. As I tried some I mentioned to my girlfriend that they were quite sweet as this was unusual. I had a look at them and could see granules of sugar on them, I thought maybe it would be salt so told my girlfriend to try one. She did and it was definitely sugar. We were both quite bewildered as why on earth were her chips seasoned with sugar? When my food arrived we asked for more peri salt and were given a couple of sachets. The salt from the sachets had a different appearance and didn’t contain the large granules of sugar. Other than that it seemed to go okay and the staff were friendly. Bad service, rude staff and no apologies for long wait for food. The food costs enough to be able to get better service from the staff. Learn better customer service it will help. 👍🏻

Whenever I order a takeaway from here it's as if it's been made by blind children with no hands

Every time I order on Deliveroo something is always missing from the order. I love Nando’s but don’t quite understand why this branch can never get the delivery right. So dissatisfied and disappointing. There I am looking forward to my Nando’s, exited to see that the delivery driver has made his way to my front door, only to be left without my garlic bread 😭 devastating actually.

The food is fantastic but sometimes in a busy day they forget to get your order. Else then it's a great place for a meetup and have spicy foods for dinner.

First time I’ve brought food online from any Nando’s. I came before my allotted time which was 7pm. I left with my order before 7pm. Everyone was so polite & friendly. I got asked 4 times by four different people if I had been served. A lovely fella said I was early but it didn’t matter he would have my food ready soon. I ordered some extra sides with a voucher that I had & that was added to my order. They were all super efficient. I’d definitely go back there again. Maybe next time eat in instead of take away just for the ambience of the place.

I've eaten in Nando's before so I know what to expect. Easy to order: I ordered at the counter and the staff (forgot his name but I think it begins with A) was super engaging and friendly. Food: It came swiftly and hot in temperature. The food items and the flavours were as stated and described on the menu. Atmosphere: We were the first ones there then it got busier which was good. It's a nice place for work lunches or simply for a gathering.

Ordered on the app at the table. Starters came out fairly quickly but then a 40 minute wait. My partner said he could see his dish under the hot light for most of that time. I asked the lady running the floor where our food was (clearly had been missed) 10 mins later it came out and was woeful. Garlic bread nearly took my teeth out, chicken thighs were over cooked and dry. Never again at this site as this is not the first time there was issues. Tables that had left 30 minutes earlier still sat with food waste on them. Priority given to takeaway/deliveries. If you want to run a takeaway close your tables.

A good little Nando’s, hidden away set back a little from the main road. Handy location. We had a great meal here. No parking, but that’s usual for this area and to be expected.

So we visited Nando’s Manchester Fallowfield Branch for my daughters birthday and was the worst restaurant experience ever. We were left waiting for our food for well over 1 hour with people who came after us getting there food 30 minutes before us and it wasn’t even that busy. So after waiting 40 minutes then asking where our food was, then being told it would be 20 minutes, so looks like they hadn’t even taken my order properly but not being honest about it. Then they had the audacity to ask how my meal was when it finally arrived at which point I made my feelings abundantly clear. The manager then said he would come back to see me to get my feedback on paper but surprise surprise he didn’t bother to come. The food when it came was no where near the standard you would expect dry chicken overcooked. Paying somebody for this level of service is a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. Honestly they ruined my daughters day and I will never ever be going back. Don’t bother with these guys looks like they no longer care about the customer and service far better places out there to spend your money. Well done Nando’s!

No table service, orders done via scanning QR code. If you're paying with a voucher, then you can't order via QR code and will need to go to the bar. Get your own drinks from the machine and get your own cutlery from a pot. Food was OK for the price. The waitress with blonde hair was very polite and helpful.

There is a broken toothpick inside the gelato (nandito menu) my son was eating. It was very dangerous if it get swallowed. I told the waiter about it and he did say sorry, but that's all to it.

Food was good. Very hot which is great as nothing worse than cold food. I did have to wait over 35 minutes for the food to be served but the girls were very apologetic and the food being good made up for it.

We came to nandos Fallowfield today and amber the manager was so helpful when the drink machine ran out she kindly re-filled and made our drinks for us an brought them too the table. I know this isn’t the standard service in nandos so she really made our experience. Can’t thank her enough for the amazing service.

Me and my family (9 persons, 2 toddlers 1 kid and 6 adults), for dinner, at first they said that they were without chicken in bones, and then, after we wait around 30 minutes, they told us that there was 3 chickens in bones and we had to order very quick. The restaurant has a good vibe. A little bit pricey, but it was worthy.

For those new nandos they are a reliable quality chicken chain. They pride themselves on a selection of marinades ranging from mild to really hot. It wasn't too busy when I went (4pm) and I love the idea of paying via an app and the food being brought to my table. Will come again 👌

Staff very disinterested if anything goes wrong. They just dismiss you and fob you off onto someone else they can blame. They have the belief that they can do no wrong and so when they do, they blame someone else. Just an apology and form of resolution would've been nice. Instead we got told go speak to someone else.

Nice place but very difficult to get parking space.

Decent food at decent prices. A little dark inside and blinds would benefit the restaurant as the sun made it difficult to see anything. My family enjoyed the meal here and would return.

Nice view but the car park is small

I ordered our food via the app and the food and drinks arrived very quickly. We were missing a part of our order but this was rectified very quickly. The food was fine but no better than that. My chicken in my chicken burger was very tough and had been overcooked. It tasted ok though. When we arrived we were seated immediately next to quite a large table which had obviously had people at it prior to our arrival as there were empty plates and glasses as well as used napkins etc. This table wasn't cleared the entire time we were in the restaurant even although there was loads of staff who could have been tidying up. I've been to better Nandos.

Staff were informative and helpful. Environment was buzzing. Ended up having to order via the website which was a bit of a pain as Internet connection wasn't the best. I don't mind restaurants resorting to customers ordering this way, although it seemed slightly impersonal and also should have an alternative option for those who dont want too order this way!
