Place was nice and clean, customer service was great and food was good!

Ryan was an absolute god send, helped us out with a takeaway order. Wish could've done more to show my appreciation. What a gent.

The food can be hit and miss here but Zac the waiter was lovely

One of the standout features of this Nando’s location is the exceptional service provided by the staff. During my visit, my family and I were welcomed and served by great staff who exemplified what great customer service should be.

Delicious chicken, good spicy sauces and fantastic side dishes

Took 50 mins for mains to arrive even though the restaurant was very quiet. Halloumi starter was cold & under cooked, pitta bread stale and dry. Has been better on past visits.

Enjoyable, ordered from table by a barcode you scan, which i thought was brill idea. Easy to access & quickly given food. Very spacious & plenty of lights to set that nice atmosphere.

If you're a wheelchair user you can't even access the restaurant as the lift is broken. It's been broken for over a year.

Absolutely a joke at this place. Fino pitta delivered with no chicken. Said they can't do anything about it, as it was ordered through deliveroo. I am sure that deliveroo don't make the food!

We've visited this Nandos many times, the food is consistently good , staff are friendly and attentive. Great spot to visit before or after a movie or even after a spot of shopping.... No hesitation in recommending.

Unfortunately my experience was the inverse of what I had initially expected. The restaurant appeared moderately busy, with a nice modern aesthetic. We were sat in a party of 3, and were seated relatively quickly. I usually pay in cash and went to the cashier to place my order but despite the large number of staff on shift, only one person was taking orders meaning I had waited over 10 minutes with still no one to take my meal. One of the members of our group had already received their food, while me and other person were left waiting. I ordered on the app and my food came out cold, taking over 25 minutes for a simple order of a burger and garlic bread. I don’t know if they were butchering the animal out back, or still trying to raise it from an egg but by the time my food came, it was cold and tasted like a waste of £20. We waited for everyone’s food to arrive so our luke-warm food started going cold. I used to like Nando’s but with this experience have realised this place is not what it once was. If you go to Nando’s, please don’t go to this one. If you order from here, delivery or collection would almost definitely be quicker. [EDIT] It went even worse. The place was a mess, there was a knife dropped by a server which was slipped on numerous times, and the coke zero was out, despite telling the staff numerous times to change it. For reference we got here at 8, and didn’t get our food until 9PM. [EDIT 2] It is 2.45AM and I have not been able to sleep due to painful stomach cramps and diarrhoea. I feel very sick and ill, and I believe it’s due to my meal. For reference I had ordered a Sunset Burger with Garlic Bread (for myself). [EDIT 4] I am nauseus and am rethinking over my decision to come here earlier today, as I lie here in agony. Don’t spend your money here.

probably my most frequented place for weekend lunches. Always buzzing with activity but is quite a large area so never needed to wait over 5 mins even at busy times. Standard (good) Nandos food with great service.

Very, very busy restaurant with an excellent team providing excellent service.

What a stupid way of getting a table.. can't book a table so you have to go down and hope they have space... or go que up and wait for an indefinite time... 6x we have tried to get a table.. just pointless... all I can say is thank God for zizzis booking service.

Food was good but the place is very dirty, a deep clean is needed, attention to detail should be reinforced to all management and supervisors, just have a walk round with your eyes open and you can't not see it.

Love Nandos and this was is the best one I have ever been to it in terms of it's layout. Ice tea for daughter who was happy.

Probably the worst nandos I've been to food wise

A shame to leave this review but I attend probably once a month/2 months with my 3 year old daughter. The last two times not the best experiences, today been far worse. The seating areas are literally falling apart, we were seated next to an already collapsed area and when taking a seat, the seat started to give way. Was a mistake with my order which was missing chips, the staff were far from helpful for something so simple to rectify. Mainly my issue lies with the managers / team leaders. Ice-cream machine hasn’t worked for the last two visits. Which is obviously a highlight for a 3 year old.

Food not good..Odered broccoli with my meal but undercooked , sent it back but same again and toilets as always a mess..never clean.

Not been too many times but always enjoy. Visit guys and have a great time, atmosphere is spectacular. Sorry no photos, out to enjoy, not sit playing on a phone. Family and friends time, chatting and laughing.

Nice food, a bit too busy and some tables still had loads of mess on from previous customers. Food rushed and I didn’t feel it was flavoured like other Nando’s the chicken was dry.

Order food your self, then brought to your table.

They were a bit tight with giving us sauces sachets, when we got take out and we had spent a significant amount of money on our take away.

Was very busy but it didn't feel like we had to wait a long time. Food was still great.

Usual nandos food good variety and tasty. Very busy, expected for time we attended. Hostess was a tad rood but suspect because busy rush. For some odd reason the lights were dimmed part way through our meal making our booth dark.

The food was cooked to perfection and brought in great time . A good selection of sauces to accompany our meals added to the occasion. Will definitely be returning.

Tables and around them were dirty. Had to ask the waitress to clean it up for us. There were 6 of us and we had 5 meals served and my brother had to wait couple of minutes for his.

Great experience, lovely views and a big nandos compared to some others in the area. Had to wait 5 mins for a table but was no issue as it was peak time. Lovely meal and great service! Will be back.

If this was any closer then it would easily be my favourite nandos, the staff were great, food was exceptional as you'd expect and what set this apart from other nandos restaurants is that there were plenty of seating, we usually go to the one at Xscape, which is great, but sometimes it feels like you're sitting on the knees of the table next to you... but theirs is closer to where we live!! 100% amazing experience here though!!

My most favourite nandos! We travel alot further to go to this one as the staff are the best. And the food and service is amazing.

Half the meal was cold when served and we didn't receive some of the sides until after our meals where finished. All the while staff were slamming things behind and into our booth

Got a takeout from here. Got a kids Mac and cheese for my son. Barely enough Mac and cheese to feed a toddler let alone a 8 yr old. For price of it I would expect enough to fill up my child looked like half of it was missing. Disappointing

You can't go wrong with Nandos however, I ordered a burger and the bread was rock hard so I had to send it back. The staff did replace it but it took them a while to bring me a new meal and my party were finished by the time I got mine.

Wasn't happy about one the staff members sat outside in the car with door open smoking weed and been asked by our children what the smell was.

I was there yesterday, I was served by a young boy called james. He offered to get us our cutlery and even helped with showing us how to order online. The service was amazing and so was the food!

I can't pass a Nandos .first time in this one at Birstall loved it .its much bigger than my local in Wakefield

The first time visited thought it was great food and would order more items next time as portions were a little small. Tremendous tasting ice cream.

The food was good and so was the service. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue as the menus were dirty and so were the chairs.

Chips let my meal down, solid unfortunately and the same complaints from the rest of our table. Ordered via the app so straight forward enough. Good value on the bottomless drinks and plenty of sauces to choose from. One of our party did have to wait an extremely long time for her food to be delivered, some of us had actually finished ours. Did get very busy towards the end of our visit and we arrived about 5pm and left approx 7pm

Visited on a Friday lunchtime in a group of 3. Lovely server, fantastic service, parking right outside. Clean throughout and a nice meal.

5 stars, quick service despite it being very hectic, and as I got the wrong piece of chicken and it was overcooked this was swiftly rectified by those working, so overall cannot complain, really enjoyed the food! Most of all I was impressed with Greg, he epitomises good service, goes above and beyond to ensure everyone in his vicinity is well catered for, is satisfied with the food they’ve received and even chucked in a bit of humour along the journey, so thanks Greg keep up the good work mate!

Not a bad Nando’s, the main was delicious, the chicken thighs were so juicy and really well cooked. Just a shame it’s so busy all the time, not a big fan of being plonked in the middle of a really loud restaurant.

Ordered takeout. Chicken was undercooked and not well done as requested. Lack of medium seasoning. Just not the best 😕

Cold chicken served twice to our table. Left without asking for refund or been asked if we wanted one. Spoke to managers who offered us more food, but we refused, we did want three attempts at the same thing. Lots of staff but seem to wander round aimlessly most of the time. Food left on the kitchen service area for considerable periods of time.

Very slow food left on pass too long chicken cold chips over cooked rice mediocre. Probably will avoid this one in future

Broccoli was a but dead, usually very good so likely just a one off. The rainbow salad bowls are well worth a try. Service was a little slow, but it was a peak time visit, so small delays are expected.

Not been to Nandos in a while but this was a pleasant surprise. It helped being with my teenage son who knew the system. Quick and tasty food was just what we wanted.

It’s been ok in the past, but unfortunately the last time I went the chips were cold and chicken lukewarm. They seemed more concerned with take out/deliver orders than customers in the restaurant

Food was good! What let it down is the indifferent staff, not expecting the red carpet treatment but would’ve been nice to be asked how our meal was. Forgot to bring out one of the dishes too. Also, please change your music - most of it seems like it’s for under 21s which is strange for a family restaurant.

Quality of food is always good. Love the wings with spicy chips n rice. Very busy outlet, but didn't have to wait long for a table.

Competitive price for food quality. Please pay attention that you may need to wait for a while for the food. Ensure you have enough time to dine in if you are having a movie afterwards

Disappointing, I had the chicken burger. The food was Luke warm at best, I sent it back and got a fresh meal which was again Luke warm and the bun fell apart it was that dry😩

I've always loved Nandos - especially the hot sauces. Visited this time as we wanted to eat out but not unhealthily. We were able to eat well without being unhealthy. We were also able to have a little dessert, too - they offer bottomless frozen yogurts, which are low in calories. (So long as you stick to a portion). The food was great, the staff were friendly and the restaurant had a positive feel about it. We ordered on their app, and our food was very quick to arrive.

I always enjoy a Nando's... Tried something different and it didn't disappoint, a wrap with two chicken breast extra hot and piri fries. Yummy. Used a red chilli this time towards payment.

I'm sorry I've given a 3. It would have got a full 5 stars but they don't do any hot drinks at all. Winter will be here soon and I certainly will not be on cold drinks. I've never heard of a restaurant that refuse to do this. Even if I wanted a cold drink I couldn't have because the choice is poor. Anyway on a good note the food is good

Needs a really good clean floor dirty had to move 3 times as seats greasy. Portion size of chicken smaller I order a prego rip off. Smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. No way was this a thigh and drumstick.

Good food as usual and staff were friendly but music was too loud when we were there.

Food is always a delight, never been let down yet. Extra hot chicken is very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Service was quick.
