Nando's Kilburn in Camden

The worst Nandos in London! Never walk into this restaurant. It took one hour to deliver two burgers to our table. Then, when we complained we were told that there is a zero tolerance for people being upset in their restaurant. The manager is useless at solving problems and her number two is a self entitled service idiot. We asked for a refund for food we didn't get. THEY REFUSED! Head office needs to give me a call or this issue will be escalated.

We went there for dinner, the food was really nice and we didn’t have to wait long. Nadina brought our food she was really nice and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Covid zero! Is all there staff, customers exempt? Two members of the team were wearing a mask, no customers or anyone from the staff wore a mask. The people coming in for take out stood in between the screens to protect staff, this included the member of staff. Some social distancing in place Orders had to be made via there app, that you had to register for, which they could of easily took the order at the table or at the screens. Sadly one of the brands I would always order from, have lost a customer. If they look after there food as they look after basic covid safety I wouldn’t take the risk! Goodbye Nando’s

I went to pick up some food and all the employees were chatting and ignoring me, after a 10 minutes wait somebody finally acknowledged me and gave me my food that had been sitting there ready all the while, plus not even one of the employees was wearing a mask

It’s the best Nando’s, for the first time ever my starter didn’t come with my mains. Really polite staff, nice music nothing too loud or crazy. Really nice restaurant, clean & chic

Nunca reciben mi pedido de Deliveroo correctamente. Es vergonzoso cuántas veces necesito llamar al servicio al cliente de Deliveroo para quejarme. Solo sugeriría llamar al restaurante una vez que el pedido haya pasado para asegurarse de que no estropeen su pedido, pero tampoco puedo garantizarle eso. Las solicitudes son muy simples, nada complicado. Ordeno con este Nandos porque está más cerca de mi casa; de lo contrario, siempre elegiría uno en West Hampstead o Finchley Rd. Alguien tiene que arreglar esta rama y hacer que los gerentes revisen cada pedido o incluso mejor: ¡capacite al personal! No es tan difícil.

Este restaurante se situaba al lado de nuestro piso así que lo cogimos como primera opción en cuanto llegamos. Se mostraron muy amables al atendernos, ofreciéndose a cambiarnos varias cosas que les pedimos. El restaurante se especializa en las salsas Peri Peri, salsas picantes y que tienen diferentes grados de pique. El restaurante ofrece únicamente pollo por lo que puedes adquirir sándwiches, alitas y mil cosas de este. Recomendable

This was my second ever visit to Nando's, having enjoyed my previous one a year ago in Edinburgh. As a vegetarian I ordered a Veggie Cataplana which they accepted and I ordered and paid for. Three minutes later a waitress appears and says the Cataplana is not available. Why they couldn't say that when I ordered is beyond me. So I ordered a Beanie with Peri Peri chips. The burger was OK but my wife's chicken was dry and stale. Sorry but I cannot recommend this particular Nando's. One thing it isn't is Portuguese food however.

Nando's is my and my family all time favourite restaurant. This branch also deliver the same taste as any other branch. Staff is good and service is also nice

Is there any other way to reward oneself than with a take away Nando's full platter. Yeap after a 5hr 40min ride and being in that saddle all that time, this was my recovery time. Great customer service and as mentioned over the phone the meal was ready within the given time of 15mins. Wouldn't be good keeping a hungry man waiting 😎

After doing a 33mile/53km I just had to pop into Nando's. As always great customer service and delicious food. I'd phoned order in and within 10mins of arriving all was ready. Full platter all day every day. Can't wait until my next visit and I know it's not too long

Absolute ridiculous, how can they say they do not serve any sauce pots for takeaway when every single Nando’s I’ve ordered with has always allowed it. Even when you go in for takeaway you’re allowed to take the sauce pots with you. When a customer asks for something that doesn’t cost anything it should be decide to just provide. I’ve been to this Nando’s in the past and can say that their customer service is getting worse and worse. What a disappointment and real shame.

Just place my order with Nandos Kilburn and munching away before my evening game of basketball. Really nice place here and the customer service as always fantastic. Full Platter medium spiced chicken and chips/rice side simply delicious. Will always be a Nandos fan because they remain consistent in their dealings.

This is a Nando’s I have visited often and this time, what stood out most was an employee called Sandra, she was incredibly friendly, helpful and super attentive. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable (the Black bottle of sauce ran out and she found me some when I told her not to worry!) and was kind to my nieces and my family. Her service skills are from the heart. Thank you :) The food is good, and service was prompt, the atmosphere is always at an easy going level, not too busy and not too quiet. Check it out :)

Went to collect order for 5 on a Monday evening around 7.30. Took me 15 mins to get there and parking is a nightmare. Told to wait 15 mins as there are too many delivery orders but ended up waiting 40 mins. Basically they lied and said your order wil be ready in 20 but they didn’t even put the order till I got to collect it. There were 11 drivers waiting for collection and apparently they are priority. Here were only 5 families / couple dining in. How wrong was I that Monday evening the place would be dead. Come on Londoners don’t be so lazy and cook for on a Monday evening

I've been to this Nandos many times and the food is always of a good quality. It's Nandos so you're not going to get a Michelin star level of food, but this branch stands out above the rest for me as the quality of food is consistently good.

He estado en este Nando tantas veces antes cuando vivíamos en West Hampstead volvimos allí después de un año visitando a la familia en la zona la comida estaba bien, no como antes el personal no era amable o servicial en absoluto el servicio era horrible el gerente estaba sentado y comiendo y hablando por teléfono. Yo mismo estoy en el negocio de la restauración y tengo dos restaurantes, así que sabía lo que es el servicio al cliente. Las personas que dirigen este establecimiento no son profesionales ni groseros. Ni siquiera me molesté en preguntar cómo era nuestra comida no volvería allí de nuevo un montón de personal pero no hacer bien el trabajo el personal masculino está tratando de conversar con el personal femenino muy decepcionado fue una fiesta de aniversario en su lugar ir a la parrilla woody cruzar la carretera mejor servicio y comida

recibimos comida y además de llegar tarde, lo que puede suceder, la comida era mala y no fresca. Los lados absolutamente horribles (arroz y papas fritas), daban la impresión de ser viejos, las patatas fritas crudas o fritas con demasiada antelación. Se podía comer pollo, obligado por el hambre, pero comíamos mucho mejor en comida rápida mucho más barata.

Went to this brunch on Friday night, just before closing.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Was served more or less straight away at the till. They allocated us a table at the till but when we went to got seated the table was being used. No problem so we moved to another.

Aunque hay posiblemente (aunque la falta de clientes te aconsejaría que no) una necesidad de adaptación en lo que podría ser un Centro africano en Londres, un restaurante vacío un sábado por la noche no me traerá de vuelta a través de estas puertas de nuevo. In dit restaurant kun je prima alleen, met vrienden of met je gezin eten. Veel keuzemogelijkheden op de menukaart en veel variëren mogelijk. Aangename sfeer en prettige ambiance. Tap zelf zoveel water (met ijsblokjes) als je wilt en dat vind ik altijd een grote plus. Vriendelijk personeel en vriendelijke prijzen.

En general me gusta mucho la comida en Nando's. La comida estaba bien. Pero el servicio era horrible. El director perforado nuestra orden al sistema como para llevar, aunque nos dieron un número de mesa. Esperamos 40 minutos antes nos fuimos a preguntar sobre nuestra comida. Que es cuando se dieron cuenta de su error. Él no pidió disculpas. Nuestra comida llegó unos 10 minutos tarde y no estaba caliente. Las cuñas de patata estaban empapadas. Entonces cuando llegó a pedir camarera si todo estaba bien, nos dijo que nuestra comida era tarde y no nos gustó mucho. El gerente vino después de que, se dijo que iba a dar un vale por una comida gratis, pero nunca en realidad volvimos a darnos una. Él no se encontraba cuando estábamos terminado así que nos fuimos. No volveremos a este es muy! ! !

Los camareros son muy groseros, son perezosos para trabajar y son groseros con los clientes, estoy muy decepcionado, nunca me estoy volviendo.

Unfortunately this branch of nandos is a let down in comparison to some of the others. Food came out cold. The tables were dirty as was the "clean" cutlery. Not a branch I'd be coming back to.

We visited the restaurant many time last few time the wait and the service was dreadful, but tonight I can say well done the service and the food was excellent, must be the new guy I had a chat with he seems very enthusiastic and hard worker Nando's need more people like him we be back

Can't believe it, i wanted to added some peri peri wings and the lady was saying that her system is down she cannot take anymore order and I asked her how long will it take to fixed she said she doesn't know. What kind of customer service.

My partner and I have been to various Nando's restaurants but this was our first time at the Kilburn one. I have to say we were very disappointed although it wasn't very busy when we walked in just after 8pm so we should have guessed something wasn't right. We waited 50 minutes for our food and even then it was only when we asked where it had got to did it arrive. The chicken was cooked through but wasn't hot, nor was the rice, the chips were piping hot though. From where I was sat I could see 5 other tables of people - 4 of those called the waitress over at some point to complain about something. The people next to us had also waited a substantial amount of time for their meal, about five minutes after it finally came the waitress came over with a replica of their meal - it had been made twice so no wonder everyone was waiting so long. The staff weren't rude but they certainly didn't appologise for the wait/wrong orders etc and didn't seem at all worried about it. They just need a better management system I feel

If your Deliveroo you'll be loved. Try and sit at a table to drink 2M with a friend like last month and told no food no drink. It's embarrassing for all... get it right...

I would like to say I am very disappointed and really In awe by the service I received. I have not ever received such a consistency Of such a awful service. When you walk in to a restraint you are meant to feel welcomed, and having a fast as possible service.I received such a awful vibe and negative energy let of by at least almost every one of the staff member in this Nando's.I was not greeted once.I was also the only one standing by the till with a friend waiting to be served and received eye contact by many off the staff yet I had no one come to serve me or WELCOME till a while after.And after giving my order 10 minutes later while waiting for my order I had been asked by a few staff members if I had been served and that they would be with me in a moment. This Nando's staff seem to be also lacking communication within each other. I genuinely wanna say I think this individual Nando's as a franchise needs more positive energy and staff shouldn't be letting off this negative energy where the customers don't feel welcomed or comfortable enough.This has been a regular problem where i have felt I have not got a good service. A few visits ago I also watched a staff member talk to there colleague with such disrespect and I thought it was disgusting and not professional at all.I also think that her colleague was the only one who seemed to be making my service a lot better.I think this Nando's just needs a little help with advice on customer service.and communication. Possibly a lot. On the bright side the food was quite appetising.And your restraint could be a lot more likeable with better communication and service.Thankyou.Bobby

why is this the only Nandos which I always get terrible indigestion after eating there. I have never had this experience at other Nandos. Oh well, I've finally learnt my lesson and will not be returning.

Since they've started delivering I've often found the in-store service suffers and last night was dreadful with a 45-minute wait for food.I'm a Nandos addict but it wasn't cool having to wait for so long and being told they were too busy with takeaway to do things any quicker. Then after ordering we were told they'd ran out of super grain... And then they'd dropped burger buns all over the floor so didn't have any of those either.The manager was delightful in the circumstances and tried her best to make it up to us with nuts and free desserts. Of course I'll be returning but maybe not on a busy, rainy weekend evening.On second thoughts, maybe I'll just order for delivery...

Love going to this place with family and friends. The food is always very tasty and of high standard. The chicken is succulent and the peri peri sauce works well with it.Very enjoyable and extra free drinks is a plus.

Longest waiting time for any Nando's I know and very very rude staff. Order came late and not in an eatable condition. Staff was rude and mentioned that "the recipe is worldwide famous, so you should know how it comes". Never again.

Nice standard and good taste as Usually Nandos does on the top the standard is great I usually choose this place due to Halal Nandos near by me .but always good customer service and standard .

Me and my boyfriend came here to have a nice meal ( we used to come here before ). I ordered cappuccino and it was not a cappuccino ( need to teach people how to make perfect coffee ) so I went to ask for another one,lady was very nice and apologised and made me a new coffee , then my boyfriend realised the ordered was taken wrong ( he ordered double chicken breast and it was only single ) we asked for another one and they made us to pay ( fair enough I didn't mind but it was them mistake they did not take an order correct and I did explained to the manager I received the wrong coffee and I been waiting for a coffee for a while ) manager Laura was very very rude , she should not be a manager because she does not know how to talk to the people . We came here to eat and have a nice meal but she was the worst manager I ever met ( I am working in hospitality and I know what does it mean customer service ) . Also we ordered double portion and we did not receive it so we had to ask once again . I will never going to come back here .

An amazing place for the non-veg lovers. You get a variety of options to pick from and the special sauce adds to the taste. Ambience is good - with plenty of space.. If you been there once, you will probably like to visit again.

Not the best nandos I've been too but it does offer the same food and recipe so not much to complain about! Seats are fragile, if someone sat next to us on the other table, you could feel it as our seats would adjust or come closer to the table. Plates and Cutlety weren't clean but they sorted it once you mentioned. Overall okay

I come to this restaurant so often because it close to my flat , it used to be a very good restaurant fast service, the last few time I went there was so slow more thank 45 min to get your food and the reason of the that is so obvious , army of deliveroo company come and goes to deliver food take away and that made the service so slow for the people inside the restaurant, with one grill only and one person servicing take away delivery and people dinning inside its no wonder why I will avoid it from now on

Tired of tripled fried chicken in a bucket coated with sticky gravy? Nando's it the British "KFC" on healthy crack! Whether you choose wings, breast of thighs, the quality is excellent and the grilling skills impeccable. The spice option is yours. Whether you go bland with 'Lemon & Herbs' or feel more adventurous and indulge in the extra-spicy "Peri-Peri Sauce", you only get what your palate deserves.On the side, I go with the mashed potatoes. Unbeatable, especially with a drizzle of "Medium Peri-Peri Sauce".As for the appetisers, I've only tried their hummus, which is absolutely fantastic. The only thing though is that it comes a bit cold (apparently they keep it in the fridge), but that is quite ok because they serve it with warm pitta bread slices. Don't forget to add some sauce there, too! "Peri-Peri" goes with everything! If you're lucky and they haven't run out of it, have a glass of sangria, too!Overall, Nando's is a great and healthy fast food joint, no matter the branch. I've also tried Wembley and Harrow-on-the-Hill. Equally good!UP:- Most of the dishes are grilled. Grill is good for you!- Spice choice is yours. Before and during the meal.- Great value for money and student friendly!DOWN:- Seating system. In an almost empty place, the hostess chose to seat us against the wall in a tiny table. We were only two persons and the table was meant for two, however in an 70% empty restaurant I think you should have the ability to choose your table.- Almost always they run out of sangria! Nandos is a very busy place and very noisy as it is family orientatedThis was my first time at nandos but my family have been many timesOn this evening we found a table ourselves and sat down with the menuI chose a quarter of chicken as i thought it would be enough .my family whom came chose various chicken dishes ,,then you could choose how hot you wanted it ie spicy or not......then you had to get up stand in a queue like mcdonalds and pay for itI must admit for me this made my meal out less special less like a restaurant and more like a take away placeThe meal was ok but not special and i wont be going back..im glad i tried it thoughMy family will still keep on going back though as they have been going to nandos for a few years..cheap and cheerful i,d say

Worst welcome and service that I can remember receiving in a London restaurant.A complaint to the manager was treated with discourtesy and a justification that the food was served rapidly. It seems that the customer experience counts for nothing

Deliveroo are turning this and other such establishments into a eating out nightmare at peak times. We all like to increase out revnue but at what cost? What about the people that the restaurant was built to serve in the first place? Kitchens simply can NOT cope with this volume of orders it was not built for that purpose. When chefs are under pressure more mistakes are made and food refunded and uneaten. Kudos to the staff who dispite the obvious stressful conditions still smile. These situations impair food quality and the overall eatin out experience waiting over 40 min for food to be made an served whilst the same delivered driver returns 3 times and more. There are more deliveroo drivers opening the front door than customers. Tut tut ... nandos head office needs to sort this before it turns into a takeaway only.

Great food as usual for Nandos but always feel rushed here in this branch as this one is quite busy. The makeover is really nice and more contemporary than before and as always there are wonderful S.African art on the wall and used as decorative accessories.

It's in Kilburn so you can't expect a well behaved level of clientele. I went with my nephew so having adults you swearing is what you expect in such an area.The food was good and service was good too.

This branch of Nandos has recently undergone a makeover which obviously took longer than 60 minutes and no input from Peter Andre. The food is top draw as is the service. Staff member Korel needed no tom tom in helping to navigate me around the menu. I just won a few quid at William Hill across the road so decided to celebrate. Usually I leave William Hill with a small fortune having gone there with a large one.My food was delivered fast to my table by staff member Laura wearing a pillar box red top (must be manager) I said the Royal Mail could do with you.Overall good atmosphere, attentive staff and decent food.

Enjoyed myself when I was there, good atmosphere, though constantly busy. It's currently closed and being refurbished, so hopefully they add more seats and more it more spacious, as the only real probably was that it felt a bit cramped. Food wise, can't fault it really.

Went in as a group of 18 with no booking. Was a relatively busy Saturday evening. They made room put tables together. We were sat with in ten mins.Food as always was great. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Nandoos I think. Service was again nothing you wouldn't come to expect from having visited a Nandoos before, no service to really speak of. All said still love this place never been disappointed coming here. Although if you get a take away make sure you check the order as they do have the tendency to forget.

I love the fact the food is very low fat according to weightwatchers. Always willing to please if you complain they make it better. Only complaint ladies tiolets need sorting

Bad service, no smiley staff, dirty walls - needs a make over dirty floor under table. Basic lukewarm chicken, cold chips are they potatoe or maize? Tiny portions of sides the most pathetic single piece of sweetcorn i have ever seen. Never again Kilburn nandos.

Ok overall...but I've been to better Nando's branches by far.Chicken Caesar salad was fine, leaves fresh.Butterfly burger (new-ish on menu) was very tasty chicken, love the macho peas too.Still don't know why the chips they serve in Nando's are so rubbish though, and why they are never served absolutely piping hot out of the frier?!Unlimited soft drinks is a nice touch, shame all pubs and restaurants don't do that, as it might help to avoid people drinking and driving too.Ambience was ok, although it was a quiet evening early in the week.Only other gripe was service...given there were only a few tables in the restaurant that evening, I am struggling to understand why it took them about 40-45 minutes to serve our food...absolutely shocking...for the style of food it is, it should take no longer than 20-25 minutes even when they're busy!Overall poor...I would go back to Nando's but never to this branch.

Disappointing. The first time we went here our chicken was not cooked well. They fixed it though and we're very apologetic. Unfortunately on the few occasions we've been here the place has need a good clear up. It's a shame. We love Nandos but avoid going to this branch as it could do so much better.

We had a lovely last minute dinner here. Food was great the place was as you'd expect and the value was excellent. Definitely worth it.

Whenever I go to a Nando's I feel happy. You know exactly what you're going to get which is good food. This branch isn't an exception. Oh and the staff are nice too.

ich war das erste Mal bei Nando's - noch schnell vor dem 1D-Konzert - und wußte natürlich nicht, daß man dort an der Theke bestellt. Immerhin wird Essen aber an den Tisch gebracht.Es gibt alle Arten von Huhn, mit Peri-Peri-Saucen in verschiedenen Schärfegraden. Geschmack gut, Portionen absolut ausreichend, Wartezeiten recht kurz.Das Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich, teilweise nicht sehr interessiert.Schade fand ich, daß die Tische nicht gründlich gereinigt wurden, es "klebte" sozusagen auf dem Holz, obwohl man auf den ersten Blick keinen Dreck mehr sehen konnte. Man hat aber trotzdem den Eindruck, die Hände ruhen auf einer schmutzigen Platte. Das müßte nicht sein.

A great nandos experience, we have been to many nandos in our time but today we visited and had amazing service by the lay with blonde hair (manager) Very friendly, looked happy to be working there. A pleasurable experience.

Seven of us walked inn, as it was Mother's Day & very busy, but after a few mins wait Alpha got us seated & gave us all the best service one can ask for. Food was great.5* Alpha keep the good work up...

Great service staff, though sometimes food can go missing. Always space, and great environment! this is not my closest Halal Nandos, but I travel here because it is bigger, less over crowded and there is easy parking everywhere!!!

Again the speed, quality and cleanliness you would associate with any Nando's branch. But also the Halal meat is brilliant as i was able to dine while conforming to religious beleifs. Staff were a little sharp with retorts. However, it did not dampen the experience.

Wherever you go to Nandos you will know what's on the Menu. This doesn't mean you will receive great and tasty food in each restaurant or enjoy the atmosphere or service provided. I have returned to Kilburn Nandos many times. Each time the atmosphere was very enjoyable, the food was tasty and 'just right', and the service received was great. Opened door and a nice greeting, extras brought to the table, efficient cleaning and a friendly wave GoodBye. Top that with great taste and real value for money and a this is a winning combination for me. Will happily return to this Nandos.

We visited this restaurant on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised they were able to accommodate 15 of us. The service was great, all of the waiters were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was good and the food arrived very fast. Unfortunately the chicken was cooked within an inch of its life and very dry which was really disappointing.

The place has a nice layout...but if its busy you do end up shouting at eachother over the other noise.The serves i would say depends on the day and the time, if its busy expect each plate to have a different portion size, slightly under cooked chips and dirty tables.The last time i went i waited over half an hour for my meal while everyone else at my table had been served even tho my dish was the same as theirs and it was all ordered together.

Ristorante "italiano" fake. Si trova in un quartiere bruttissimo (Kilburn) e frequentato da gente spostata. Porzioni miserabili e qualità del cibo sottoterra. Sembra più un pub inglese con la cucina italiana surgelata. Scarsissimo!!!

Nandos would be one of my favourite restaurant chains, with their oh so tasty sauce, wonderful potatoes, brilliant pastries, but they ruin it by serving emaciated chickens, so one cannot get full on even a half a chicken er person.

I'm ashamed to admit it, but I really like Nandos. This is the branch we usually go to. It tends to be full of sceaming children (go late, or take earplugs), and they're a bit slow at clearing the tables sometimes, but if you like spicy food and you want a cheapish, not-too-unhealthy meal out then it's the business.

Nandos is great! Slightly pricer but you will get great service, atmosphere and delicious food! They have a really great loyalty card as well. 3 meals and you get a 1/4 chicken free. This specific location is close to Brondebury Tube and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Went a second time :)

Nando's very good restaurant and family friendly too. After visiting this restaurant and enjoyed the tasty peri peri chicken and my family loved it. We are a regular clients now. It is highly recommend who loves their foods and enjoy the environment. I loved their grill chicken!

A bustling, cosmopolitan and spacious place with charming staff and reasonable prices.A favorite restaurant of my grandkids of 12 and 6.,who love the large portions and free self service drinks top-ups, we eat both take away and sit down and always enjoy the food and cool, relaxed atmosphere. Easy, safe street parking a bonus.
