Had a lovely dinner there with a few friends - Jo was such a lovely server :) made us feel really welcome and showed us where we could get things!

Solo date treated myself to a. cheeky Nando’s , enjoyed my meal. Shamima is the best , shes super friendly and served my food sufficiently 🙌

Delicious chicken served quickly and with friendly service (thanks Shamima!). The Halloumi sticks are also great. It's not the cheapest place, and you have to fetch your own cutlery and napkins, but I keep coming back either way.

Manager today was amazing, would highly recommended this branch!

This is my local nandos, and I have to say it’s really improving. Wait times were low and no trouble with the food. Shamima sat us down initially and was so friendly and nice, we love her!

I had a lovely salad here and it was so yummy and the staff was very friendly and welcoming and a lady called shamima was also very welcoming and had a lovely smile and was very sweet which made my experience 10x better! Would recommend and will come again!

Hello fellow Norwegians, if you love chicken, eat here! The place looks, smells and feels great. The food was wonderful and the service was quick, easy and friendly. Will gladly come here again.

2nd time in a week I’ve been. Angelo left a great impression on my first visit and this time round, exceptional service. So please give him a shout out from Francis for upholding the Nandos vibe. The restaurant at both times were clean with lovely ambiance. All staff were kind and honest with recommendations. Food portions are great, menu options are fun. And the music has the best selection and not too loud (which i find grating in other places) Last time I ordered a pickle Chicken burger with water and broccoli This time round, 1/2 chicken, halloumi and broccoli olli!

Always come to Nando’s twice a week, Angelo always takes very good of me. If you ever come here make sure to ask for Angelo and he will make your stay enjoyable.

I have this restaurant to be a cosy hid out for me.

I noticed that the sauces were rather sour; although this isn't the restaurant's fault, it seems that the recipes may have been modified, leading to a more sour taste overall.

I was with my sister to celebrate Valentine’s Day Shamima always being a very polite and always make sure we’re happy with what we ordered, she is very friendly.

We went to eat nandos with my 2 other girl friends and went tk a concert later! All of us vomitted and had really bad stomach pains! We went on 9th february 2025! Disgusted

Nandos as you would expect but our server Jo was the nicest person, explained everything and double checked we were ok. Above and beyond. A credit to the place.

Great atmosphere but that was only because me and my girlfriend made it that way, our presence added such great vibes. Staff was lazy af, one even tried to convince us to seat downstairs as it was “warmer” however, she was just too damm lazy to clean the table we wanted. Our night was ruined because the photos on the wall was bent (see below) I didn’t have my level but I will be coming back to be certain. Will keep you updated with a follow up review. Booked a takeaway meal on the night of the 2nd November (a Sunday). They were super busy. However, food was ready on time. The staff I dealt with were lovely, if a little busy and stressed. Food was nice. Will use again

Fue servido por una encantadora dama llamada Jo el viernes por la noche. Soy alérgico a los huevos y frutos secos, así que siempre pida desde la caja. Siempre tengo que agradecer a Nando por su cuidado con los alérgenos, sin embargo, Jo fue especialmente encantadora y extremadamente cuidadosa y tranquilizadora. Y la comida era muy rápida también! Estaba sobre la mesa cuando volví del baño. Gracias Jo, fue un placer conocerte : )

Nandos, what can you say, you love chicken , Nandos is one of the best places to eat at. Clean and spacious, lovely and professional staff, Good lucky to my server who is having a baby 👶🏼. Good management 👏🏼👍 Nandos 2024 unfortunately for me and others nandos Islington angel,upper st was a disappointment Chicken smelt awful,was under cooked wwill not be going to that particular nandos 😒

I visited the nando’s at angel, was served by Satana, a really welcoming and polite member of staff as she was really helpful when it came to my decision of what to eat as i am a really picky eater.The food was served really quickly and tasted amazing, I am really pleased with my experience and the customer service.

Terrible service, refused to give a refund for about £60 worth of food that hadn’t come after everyone else was finished eating so had to get takeaway. Complained multiple times while servers were standing around and no one did anything. First ever negative experience at Nando’s 🤣 go to King’s Cross 5 minute bus.

Eating liver on Friday was a complete disaster. It gave me horrible food poisoning that knocked me out for two days straight. I missed work and felt miserable the entire time. Honestly, it was infuriating, and I’m never touching liver again! Will report to food standards! Not acceptable.

Delicious food with great service. I am visiting from the US and i had to stop in for a Nandos while in town. I had the halloumi sticks, garlic churrasco burger, peri chips, and the peri Mac. All were delicious. The churrasco burger was a real highlight, I was floored at how nice it was. We opted for hot and extra hot as the people in the UK cannot handle spice. Even extra hot was not very spicy. Still absolutely divine! I will be back when i can. Next time I am near a Nandos I will be sure to stop in. Cannot recommend enough!!

Chips never hot always only warm could nor be bothered to send them back never get hot chips in any Nandos unless I send them back

We had a family dinner of 5 on a Saturday evening. We ate very well, a memory of our native Portugal. We had a waiter (but I think it was the boss) who was also Portuguese... adorable with a super nice gesture and some exchanges in our native language! Come ! The atmosphere is very friendly and the food is good.

Nice relaxed meal, great food. Shamima was absolutely amazing, such a friendly welcome and couldn't do enough to help!

Ordered the family platter which included 2 chickens and 5 large sides. Moments after ordering they brought it to our table (probably 3 minutes later). Chicken and fries were dry and had no doubt been sitting around which is annoying as I believe Nandos prides itself on making your food to order. I wish I sent it back as we spent about £70 for the meal with drinks which is not cheap. Staff seemed ok and generally helpful. The restaurant is annoying in terms of layout as you have to walk upstairs to collect your own plates and cutlery which for 5 people is quite dangerous. Toilets were not well maintained and there was no paper, floor was wet and the lights weren’t working and dangling by their own wires. I believed the restaurant was renovated but certainly didn’t feel like it and seemed really tired and worn out. Staff forgot our drinks order a couple of times and we continually had to remind them that not everything had come out. One of our party members wanted to order at the counter and that took a very long time waiting to be served. Probably won’t come back here.

The Nando’s location was great! The quality of food and hygiene was really good aswell. In particular the hospitality and service was very solid. Our waitress Shamima really elevated our dining experience! Definitely coming back here!

Chicken was dry and chips old. Everything else was okay.

Appalling approach and service by the Manager 6th June 6:45pm. Enquiring about how long our food is going to be. She then snatch the receipt out of my Partners hand. Taking our evidence as I was waiting for my food for more than 30min. No apology and courtesy conveyed. Disappointing got say the least. Frustrating, there should be a minus star (-5). Lack of service left a sour taste and did not enjoy the food. Thanks for nothing! The funniest thing is that, other employees Naimah or Mohammed should be Managers or promoted as at least they had more of a understanding approach.

Genuinely good fast service and a relaxed atmosphere

Mismanaged and unorganised experience. We entered at 8.30 and left at 10pm, having not eaten, with a refund. We had several plates arrive at our table that weren’t ours. Waiters aimlessly wandering around people’s tables trying to locate orders that would go back to the pass and just sit there. We would go back several times to ask about our food but nothing but “it’s coming, it’s coming”. Eventually, 50 minutes later we asked if it was coming for the final time and the floor manager put two separate burgers together, one of which was clearly just sat on the pass, and said “they’re coming”. 10 minutes later they still hadn’t “came”. What’s more is watching other customers sit after us be served first. Takeaway deliveroo service was clearly prioritised, and I can bet our order might have come faster if we’d ordered from home!

What can I say, Nando’s never misses. I’d always recommend the fino pita with juicy chicken thighs, halloumi and salad. Parking can be tricky so I’d get the train to Angel and walk from there.
