Regular Nando's, possibly a kiitke cleaner than most?. Staff friendly and helpful, though the menue is a bit boring if you eat here often. This park has many other options as well.

The food is delicious, the grilling time is just right, and it’s very juicy. The environment is clean, and compared to other places, it’s more comfortable to sit here.

Last device was terrible .. I had to go get the side plates from the bar... they never picked up the plates after eating, and the ice tea tasted horrible.

Many people suffer different allergens and places say they do cater for this. However, in reality, this is often not the case I spent over 20 minutes with the manager to conclude there were only 2 items on the full menu I could eat with my egg allergy A chicken burger was served. However, it would appear that the mayonnaise used was not vegan, and I had a reaction. The manager was very good but supervising the kitchen staff did not happen This turned out to be an unpleasant experience, and I will not return to Nandos.

Very tasty chicken wings. You can choose how spicy the meat should be. You can choose two or more side dishes, pictured are french fries, garlic bread (grilled) and Portuguese tomato salad. Pastel de nata dessert tastes almost like in Portugal. Alcohol includes wine from Africa. There were many people in the institution and it was quite noisy.

Staff well versed in Covid procedure Track and Trace with our phone was explained and the lad talked us through it . Our orders were taken at the table and we did not have long to wait on our sharing chicken platter .Juicy and succulent . Staff were helpful and friendly . Well done Nando's and staff. Visited today the 12/08/24 still great food thumbs up from all of us .

Food was good and didn't take long. Staff were reasonably friendly. There ends the positives. Toilets were rank. Floors were dirty. Our dirty plates from our mains were still there when dessert arrived. They were still not cleared even as we finished and left. My dessert was totally forgotten. Chefs/cooks were either eating or chewing gum while making and preparing food. Worst Nandos I've ever been to.

At over £17 for 2 small wraps, peas, chips and a coke is expensive. The problem was the chicken was cold, i told the server who in turn said he would speak to the manageress. No response , which is poor. Wont be back to Nandos.

First time ever in a Nando’s and we (two old pensioners on our way north) found it quite refreshing to find the place packed with young people enjoying the food. Lovely young couple sat at the table next to us and advised us. The manager was brilliant helping me with my GF order. It helps to be I.T. savvy. The food was delicious. Staff worked really hard and there were a few hiccups, but still Nando’s has a thumbs up from us!

staff excellent. can't fault service. Tad disappointed in my sharing platter. How to share an odd number of chicken pieces without fighting? And the sides were tiny. The baby sitting nearby had more chips, and how to share a sweetcorn? So basically not sharing sides as sharing tiny portions left me feeling unsatisfied. So I guess I will stick to being selfish and order just for myself. That said the food was quality and well made.

My wife loves the new salad options. A great place to eat!

Ordered food for delivery and the chicken was dry and wrong spice used. I phoned the restaurant and the manager on duty that evening (12/6/24)was very rude no apology at all. He told me he was just covering for the night and there was nothing he could do.He told me to email customer services regarding the issue. I asked if I could come to the restaurant with the chicken so they can exchange it and he told me its not something they don't do. I had paid money for a meal which was not up to standard and until now still waiting for a response from customer service. My family dinner was ruined as we had to order a chippy for the night. This restaurant is good when seating in but rubbish for takeaway. Either chicken is burnt , dry or they send you wrong order.

Awesome place for food, although it is a bit pricy, I love it. There's always great variety of sauces, chicken and great chips. The sweet potato chips is so good as well, recommend it! Anything from the pitta to the wraps and just grilled chicken is all amazing. It is child friendly and there are Nandinos for kids, often a meal enough to fill an adult too. Something to note is they do not offer milk as a drink option for kids, so have this in mind if your kids are huge fans of milk. Bottomless drinks for £4 are good.

Love the food here! the staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is served quickly. the prices are great for what you get and the different sauces are delicious. Would definitely recommend for families and friends wanting a casual meal out.

All the staff deserve a massive well done. You all work so so hard. All so polite. Food is very tasty.

Really can't fault, was there on the 14th of May, staff were friendly and just great, food was better, place was tidy and clean, service was quick. Really can't wait to go back.

This is on behalf of my daughter who went out with her friend for something to eat. She was given a,£25 gift card from her sister for her birthday she ordered food to the value of just over £15. Which she used to pay for her meal the guy took the card from her to pay for it and never gave her the card back she processed to question the guy about the remaining balance on the card which he responded that there wasn't any money left on the card. She demanded the card back to check the card herself when she put the card number back into the phone because you have to register it before you can use it low and behold they had took the £25 off her for her meal which was just over £15 She informed another member of staff about this and was given the remaining amount back just shows you that if she wasn't brave enough to query the bill they would have ripped her off 🤬. Ps thanks to the lady for helping her you did what the guy should have done.

Food was really nice here! Was busy when we first arrived so had to wait about 15 minutes for a table but started to empty out once we were seated, it took half an hour for the food to come after ordering which was a bit annoying as we had a hungry 1 year old.

Greeted by a couple of staff. Then Lauren took my order, & when I asked about the healthy option, as I'm watching my calories. Lauren gave advice. Which was excellent. Great experience while working with a Young Person, I Support.

Did not get a chance to eat. Was seated, given time to look at the menu (about 10 mins) was ready to order couldn't see any staff then seen a girl sitting up the back so stood up and asked are you a member of staff she pointed to the area where staff cook waited still no sign of anyone on the floor so left.

Normally there's no issues, but they forgot one of the sides that come with a meal and it took a couple of times chasing to get it. To be fair when the staff realised they were very apologetic and gave us free desserts to apologise. Otherwise the food was good as always and the music/atmosphere was good

Visited on the 21st March for dinner as I have recently been won back over by Nando's. It was a busy evening and the immediate service we received when walking in was good. Very friendly and upbeat despite how busy it was. We received the fries that we ordered first, and didn't start to eat as we expected the rest of our order to arrive soon after. We were seated next to the kitchen area, beside the staff door, and kept looking towards the hot plate/hot light area to see if our order was on its way. We could see the dishes we ordered but assumed because they weren't being delivered to us. 20 minutes after receiving the fries, those exact dishes we saw were brought to our table. I tried to speak to the member of staff, but they just left and when trying to speak to another staff member who seemed flustered because of how busy it was, I was ignored. We ate the food (in stages because of the way it was delivered) as we were hungry and were due to go to a booked activity within the area afterwards. Once we had finished the food, and leaving, a staff member then came to ask if everything had been OK for us. Admittedly I didn't explain as we were in a hurry to make our booked entertainment, and didn't want it to have a knock on effect on our night, but left disappointed and doubt I'll visit this Nando's branch again.

Food was abit disappointing as looked alot smaller on the plate as in the picture was very disappointing.

Loved it except the chicken in my wrap should have been hot, it was never the less tasty, tasty, very very tasty!

It's absolutely forever to get our order, when it arrived it was Luke warm at best so we had to send it back. Honestly no value for money here and the staff are apathetic.

Lovely food, very well organised in terms of table and queue management and I am consistently impressed with how they manage requests for specific dietary requirements. My two nieces who are diagnosed Coeliac feel safe to eat there.

Went in and ordered food to takeaway. Ordered at the till, staff were friendly and helpful. Then sat at the side while my order was prepared. Really busy restaurant with lots more people coming in all the time. Nice atmosphere. Order was ready after a short wait and it was delicious. Really impressed with the service and food.

One of the managers, James, deserves a raise! He is so friendly, kind, warm and such a great person. We love coming not just for the food but to see James as well.

I ordered online through the website and my order came on time which is great but it was the complete wrong order. I spent almost £60 and I receive plain chips and a plain pitta bread. I was furious. I call up the customer service and Nando’s don’t remake the order so all I can do is get a refund. That’s excellent when I have been waiting 45 minutes and I am hungry. Won’t be ordering online again.

Never again asked for 2 pieces of chicken from the platter menu and got 2 the size of a 50 piece asked for fries put the together with my partners meal and covered in peri peri salt,partner got the chicken bun came to £31,guy at till didnt have a clue what he was doing this place has went downhill never again

Me and my husband went for an early dinner and the service was amazing. My husband is in a wheelchair and he was accommodated very well in the restaurant. Once we ordered we wanted to ask if I could eat my husbands sharing dish of loaded chips. And the manager had the entire dish remade for me to accommodate my allergens (even though we told him it was fine and we were only enquiring for future visits! And of course as always - the food was amazing!!

Always a delight ordering from here. Service is excellent and everyone especially Cougs always exceeds my expectations. Best Nandos in Scotland for sure x

Worst experience ever. Ordered via there website, wrong order delivered, driver noticed and took the food back. Called the customer line, told the branch does not exist, my order does not exist, eventually after giving an order number was told to get a refund i need to take a picture of the food i never got! Stay clear!

Foods great. Ordered through the app, my order didn't go through to their orders as I didn't know. Waited for a bit didn't come but the manager/supervisor sorted everything out and gave a refund on 1 of my items just for the inconvenience. Highley satisfied

Me and my boyfriend went to have a meal. The service from Carlie, Cougar and James was perfect! The food was fantastic and so was the atmosphere. A fly had flew into my glass of wine which they replaced very quickly and made sure we were enjoying our meal. Can’t wait to be back again!!

The manager (Craig I think) couldn't be anymore helpful. He made it a brilliant day for my daughters birthday. Staff were amazing defo recommend going. Thankyou 😀

It in the shopping arcade with cinema and restaurant. Big parking as well another bonus is there is a kids playground and mini golf

I went with my 2 kids ages 8 and 10. Both are normally fussy eaters but they polished off their plates here. The food was fresh and tasty. The drinks with the kids meals are a little limited and small so you might need to order more.

Love that you can order your own food yourself, less room for mistakes with the waiters, lovely looking restaurant inside and of course, nandos gorgeous food!

Food's fine, but it took 50 minutes past ordering to get any food. Asked about it 30 minutes in - and was told that it had only been 20 minutes despite having an order confirmation. Wouldn't be an issue if this was the first time it happened, but it's the third time in a row it's taken so long to get food a manager has come over to talk about it.

Absolutely woeful butterfly chicken. I've seen burgers with more meat. It was tiny! And for the money, it's just not a cheap a cheerful meal at Nandos anymore. The wife enjoyed her beanie wrap, but she's not writing this review. Nandos service was it's usual tardy self. No knifes in cutlery holder, and I've always loathed their self-service model. This store also has a weird entrance where you seem to be greeted by their washing up area. Its really not that welcoming. Probably would never go back to Nandos after this experience if it wasn't for their decent veggie options for my wife. The sides are still nice but attacked to a £14 main....they're just not worth.

Took over 30 minutes to get mains when it wasn't busy. Had started cleaning the restaurant an hour before it closes which didn't add to the atmosphere.

Rejigged seating means virtually no room to manoeuvre about. Try to get one of the first tables in, nearest the order counter but even then folks will want to pass you. Visited again and the seating has not improved

Nice place to go for a cheeky Nando’s. Decent service and food, with a pretty good atmosphere too. It can be quite busy at times so might need to wait 15-20 mins at really busy times to get a table. Only criticism is it can be a bit squishy, the tables are very close together. But other than that a nice place to go for a decent meal.

A really busy, but well organised and run Nandos. One of my party has a food allergy that was catered for perfectly - Nandos is our go-to for a meal out due to the attention paid to dietary requirements. If I was to visit again, I'd book a table as we had to wait (it was our mistake for not booking beforehand) making us hangry 😂

Wasn't that impressed with the service. I didn't realise how difficult it was to heat up some chicken. After about 20 minutes my Eagle eyed kids had worked out that our meals were sitting in the heated pass. . . Fast forward another 10-15 minutes they then passed our food over. Food was barely warm, which was surprising given how warm the plates were after they'd sat in the heated pass. Overall fairly disappointing after spending £80 😕. Fortunately the GM after about 10 minutes asked if everything was okay. I explained that all the meals were cold. He offered to remake them, but I honestly couldn't be bothered waiting 30 minutes for them to figure out how to heat up chicken 🤦‍♂️.

A little crowded around dinner time, and had some technical difficulties while trying to order on my phone, but overall it was a wonderful Nando's experience!

Food was a let down to be honest somewhat lacking. The only service was when the food was flung on the table and as for the atmosphere eah what ?

The food was fantastic. The member of staff on the door was lovely. The app clearly doesn't take into consideration how busy the restaurant is. My food was 15 minutes after the pick-up time given. Not the staff fault at all as they were mobbed.
