Nandos Chickenland in Hammersmith and Fulham

As always we waited ages for a table… staff was just talking. Every time I’ve been there is always a issue, cold food, rude staff, wrong order, waiting ages. Oh at those loaded fries was horrendous and came soggy.

it took at while for someone to come to the door and show me a table then ended up with the same treatment when I went to the counter to order food was ok

Nandos always doing good. Got table quick, as is wasnt busy in that time, Food cooked promptly, staff was polite.

Best Nando’s in London, the team are great, I eat at Nando’s a lot and this branch is the best :) the manager is always on the floor helping out

So I’m in Fulham for a couple of weeks on vacay from the US, I was recommended to try Nando’s whilst here and now I can’t get enough. The food came quickly and all the staff are lovely. Will deffo be going back before we leave.

Probamos este local por recomendación de un amigo residente en la zona. Lleno hasta la bandera:buena señal. Eliges y pides en la barra diciendo el número de la mesa en la que estás. Especialidad en carnes con diferentes acompañamientos. Yo escogí (plato compartido) 10 alitas de pollo con patatas/garlic bread/puré patatas y spicy garlic. El precio...precio de Londres....caro como todo aquí. 😪

Just checked into a hotel nearby and wanted a quick lunch. The food was ok but not as good as our local ones in Eastbourne and Brighton. Service was friendly.

On Christmas eve 24th December 2019, around 3 PM I went to Nando's Fulham Broadway to have a meal with my friends. We went over the counter and were served by a staff. Then another staff who was standing next to the staff we were talking tried to engage in our conversation. I will call this staff 'racist staff' for the time being. The racist staff asked us where we were from and we told them we were South Korean. All of sudden that racist staff started to stretch his eyes while pointing his finger at his colleague 'He is Korean too!. I was quite surprised he can be that blatantly rude and we were frankly shocked. As we were having our meals we were discussing how to make a complaint. After we finished our meal we went over the counter and asked to see a supervisor or manager. A manager was there but he said he was busy counting the cash he could not speak to us. Firstly he ignored us. Then finally he told us to speak with the very first staff (that was the person who first served us). We told this staff (although he witnessed everything from the start) that what his colleague was did is absolutely horrible and rude. An act of racial harassment. This staff apologised but what we wanted was an honest apology from the perpetrator. Finally the racist staff came and just said 'sorry' and went away. I would like to ask if this is the way Nando's treat people from different culture and background. It will be helpful to know because I will personally make sure I let other people know how unprofessional and inappropriate customer treatment they have. Not to mention it ruined our Christmas eve meal. Here is the picture of the racist staff. He is standing in the back.

Nando’s è una catena nata in Sud Africa che si trova in moltissimi paesi ma non in Italia. Quando mi trovo all’estero e vedo l’insegna ( un galletto) non riesco a resistere e mi fiondo! Si può gustare il pollo alla griglia con salse a diversa gradazione di piccantezza e se vi vine tanta sete... no problem, il bere è self service! Posto allegro e a buon mercato! Enjoy Nando’s!

Sempre que vamos a Inglaterra vamos ao Nando's porque comemos bem! Refeição boa e acessível, tendo em conta os preços em Londres. Por menos de 20L almoçámos os dois e com bebida refil e ficámos satisfeitos. Empregados simpáticos e casas de banho com boas condições.

Usually go to the Putney branch, our local, but the chips there are almost always poor. Here the chips were great and the large space was packed even between 5-6pm.We did have to wait longer than we expected for our food but we're looking forward to returning on our now monthly visits to Fulham Broadway.

We always go here. Yummy food for a good price. If you are wanting fresh flavoured chicken with some great sides this is the place for you. The service is always good too. We once got chips that were not very warm and straight away they fixed this for us...it is the little things that make customers happy and coming back. Keep doing what you are doing Nandos!

The food was great all my sons friends from England were raving about the place. I found out they are in the US in Illinois.

We visited this restaurant for an evening lost in lo don and we were surprised to find one of the best roster chicken ever! Great flavor , juicy meet. I would go back again

The 3 members of staff I spoke too were rude and could not speak very good English what made this hard. When I payed for peri peri chips it can as normal chips when I said to the waitress she came did not seem happy. She came over and put a huge amount of peri salt on, over the top and you could not see the chips when she had finish. Very rude and nasty.

We stopped in for an early dinner and ordered a watermelon salad with dinner, a 1/4 chicken with grains and greens and coleslaw and a chicken wrap with fries. We ordered breast meat and got a leg quarter and fries with a sauce and got plain fries. We swapped out the chicken and just kept the fries. The salad portion was small as was the chicken that came with the salad. The chicken was a bit over cooked and dry. They were out of the berry cider that we wanted to try and only had apple. Some of the watermelon on the salad was so ripe that it was rotten and tasted horrible. The greens and grains had way too much cumin which over powered the flavor of everything else. On a positive note, you could refill your soda which is a rarity in Europe. Overall a very mediocre but expensive meal. In addition we were charged a 20% tax and we have not seen that on any other restaurant check. We weren’t sure if it was a legit charge or a tourist rip off. I am sure there are better places to eat - so go find one and walk on by.

Our order got messed up somehow and when they half heartedly tried to fix it, it took so long that we gave up. Also the loos were a mess and we saw people leave Nando’s and go across to Wagamamas opposite to use their loos!

With only an hour for lunch during work. Nando's is the most reliable restaurant in the area to sit down and eat and know you'll make it back to the office on time. Food is always good and rarely fails to meet expectations. Can get...
