Nando's Brighton London Road in Brighton and Hove

It was so sad. Looked forward to it because of chunkz but it was so bad. The bruger and the fries was bad and thats without talking about the sauces. Just bad

Friendly service and the usual good old spicy grilled chicken! Also the sauce set for 11 £ is a bargain!

The burnt part on the chicken and the garlic bread were larger than I expect.

First time trying this spot and doubt i’ll be returning. Ordered the butterfly chicken and i’ve never had any problems with the food at nandos before however the chicken was grey and chewy! The service was poor, ordered a coke refillable glass and never got it brought over to us and i saw multiple workers, including the manager, go over to the drinks station to get themselves one. The food came out and i had to ask for the glass and got given a small one even though i paid extra for the other one. The garlic bread was also a let down, 1 half was fine and the other was thin as anything and tough to eat. Safe to say i’ll be sticking to the Hove one.

Why all menu we want sold out? So many… Why platter sold out… why… rice sold out…prepare enough food for dinner time

Good nandos, it’s nandos so it’s all very standard. Seems like some of the locals use the nandos public toilet. Trying to eat your food with 15+ early teenage girls coming and going straight into the toilet and out about 10 minutes later multiple times is off putting

Food was brought out cold multiple times, coleslaw tasted off and corn was so dried out it was inedible. One of the girls seemed genuinely apologetic but a manager came in later and was dismissive and condescending. Originally offered a refund, I said i didnt expect a full refund as we were there for a sepcial occasion so didn't want to make a scene and leave and were going to eat what we could but the remainder of the meal was being watched and discussed; with one lady walking passed us about 10 times looking at our plates making the whole environment uncomfortable. We realise now they were just waiting to see what we ate before reducuding their 'compensation' offer to less than a third of the £50+ bill. Should mention we've been to multiple Nandos locations and never experienced this before. I'd avoid this location if possible!

good food. OTHER THAN THE FACT THERE WERE BONES!?? the Caesar salad clearly stated ‘boneless’. do you know what boneless means?? no bones. guess what was there. BONES. food tasted good tho, like the bottomless drinks/ ice cream. was delivered at expected time. waited abt 7 mins. portions are huge, def ordered too much. go if you want. expect compensation.

The service is bad. I was expecting better service since it's bigger and in a very elegant area. The one in EkoCheros is so much better.

Literally the best nando’s in town on London Road!!!! Always cooked to perfection and the staff there are great! Lee was so helpful! Definitely coming back again!!

My first ever Nandos ever ever !! Loved it , certainly be back.

My recent experience at Nando's Brighton London Road was disappointing. Not only did my order get mixed up, but when I brought it to the attention of the manager, I was initially told that nothing could be done about it. It was only after further discussion that the manager admitted fault and offered to correct the mistake. the initial dismissiveness and inconvenience were frustrating. Hopefully, this feedback will prompt improvements in service consistency.The Manager need more learning and better service for the customers

Nando’s food is amazing it’s shame this new store isn’t halal considering there are 3 Nando’s already in Brighton. It would be amazing if this store could serve halal meat and I can visit one day :)

Just a nice experience food was good most of it self service but food gets delivery to you table

Nice food but the let down is there's tons of students that all smoke right by the front door hence that horrible smell of cigarette smoke coming in whilst I'm watching my 3 young daughters trying to enjoy their dinner that just cost us £65 ! Such ashame ,it happened the whole time we were there with multiple groups of youths .

I haven’t been to this Branch, but Nando’s is my best place, I have to travel to Croydon or London to eat at Nando’s Because the chicken there is HALAL, I thought This brunch will serve Halal Food as There are 3 Brunches already in Brighton non of them are Halal. I hope one day will have one 🙋🏻‍♂️

I don't often write reviews, but I just had to share my recent experience at Nando's. When we arrived, the place was bustling with customers, and I was a bit worried since I had called ahead and they had assured us we could find a table for four. Surprisingly, they had become extremely busy, but Arnie, the manager, personally informed us that there might be a slight wait. We didn't mind at all. As we patiently waited, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. They even offered us complimentary starters to enjoy while we waited, and our drinks were promptly served to keep us comfortable during the wait. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our visit and can't wait to return for the fantastic food and outstanding service. Kudos to the Nando's team! 🌟

Went here with my mom-group and we all had prams. Staff were very accomodating and made sure we had ample space. Food is consistent with all other Nandos branches. 👍🏽

Was so happy that we have a Nando’s closer to us than going to the marina. It’s decorated well and nice and spacious inside, it wasn’t too busy as was a Friday lunchtime but still a nice atmosphere. Food was yummy as always and we didn’t have to wait too long. Overall we will definitely be coming back 😊

Recently visited this nandos. I had to leave a review after receiving immaculate service. I was particularly impressed with one staff member named Bonny. She was incredibly kind and caring, looking after customer needs, all done with an amazing smile. Would recommend to everyone

I am a huge fan of Nandos so was excited to visit this new one! We were greeted by Joseph who gave us a very warm welcome and let us have the nice booth table, he was very kind in letting us know where everything was situated and was just overall very personable and friendly! The atmosphere was very calm, good music and not too busy (2pm) The service was very quick and the servers were very attentive which always makes all the difference. Really nice experience 🙂 we will be back!

Dealt with Sid she wouldn’t give us tap water and we were dinning what a joke.

I killed two birds with one stone here and tried out two new Nando's things today. Using the Nando's mobile phone app, I chose which branch - interestingly, Goldstone Park, Hove could deliver to my home address fastest, in 25 minutes or I could collect in 20 minutes from the fairly newly opened London Road branch, and since I was sitting outside a coffee shop almost across the road, that was my choice, chose the 'double breasted chicken in a kinda crusty roll' sandwich and one side of some peri-peri chips, ordered and paid through the mobile app, and got a notification for my pick up tome in twenty minutes. Ten minutes later I went in, great open spaces, some bendy seating to slow down customer walking speed whilst not impeding staff, optimal seeming accessibility, in and out, booths and tables lining the walls and always that curving corridor/archway in every Nandos, what's down there? Place looks great. Friendly smiling member of staff immediately recognising that I'm either lost or going to order eight whole chickens on a spit (and a diet coke) does the hello, can I help? Doesn't bat an eyelid when I whip out my phone and mumble about new to the app and collecting, he knew exactly what was what, invited me to take a seat and asked for an order reference, 'dun dun durn', yep, not a problem, this time he called me by my name so some screen somewhere had confirmed my identity, order, reference, no table required as takeaway, collection time and that no in-store payment was required, no fuss whatsoever. Nice bag that I'll have to repurpose into using for taking someone a birthday present in or something, nice containers with stickers on within, salt and pepper sachets, and a couple of fit for purpose napkins, that can wipe your cheek/chin/mouth as required without disintegrating, all very just so, right on brand, la-di-da, and I couldn't have had a better experience either with a mobile phone app - simple, intuitive, user friendly, easily understood interface, format and progression, 10/10 and this from the guy who just uninstalled the o2 mobile app (again) because the national telecommunication company has an absolutely awful, buggy, frustrating, unhelpful, circular AI assistant led chat support mobile app user experience it may as well be a tin can on a piece of string, the Nando's app is great. Service in branch was just brilliant, i know it was a midweek lunchtime, but I hope that the staff keep it going well into the cold dark October Friday nights when the 600 new uni student gen z freshers on the four floors above are all indoors, drunk, and ordering deliveries to the front desk on the other side of the new Starbucks, I've got a feeling that they're going to be fine, we'll, they'd better be, because as yummy, thick, juicy, plump, tasty, hot and flavoursome my lunch was, it was still an eleven pound chicken in a crusty roll, but I suppose we're probably still paying the marketing design agency fees for all those geometric takeaway boxes, rolls of stickers for a million different things and of course, all those millions of glass bottles of more than thirty different own brand, lightly slightly flavoured, different scoville scale heat level profiled reggae reggae, oh no, I mean, peri peri sauce bottles that I bet will end up in the local landfill, the Channel shipping lanes and a local independent hipster upcycling chandelier maker's workshop in a 50/40/10 percent ratio. Excellent venue, excellent service, excellent quality, still a bit annoyed with the price.
