Came in an hour before closing and felt really bad but all the staff on were very very nice please send them my appreciation (thank you for not making the date awkward) ps thank u for waving goodbye

Good place to eat with the family with a variety of dishes. Rebecca assisted us in perfect Spanish in an exquisite manner. We left very happy

The food was delicious. The staffs were good and nice. The only thing i am disappointed is the cleanliness of the glasses. The glasses had stains and not clean. But other than that we had great time.

The chicken is delicious, as if it was grilled in the summer. I recommend trying their hot sauce!

The flavor is really good, you dont find many chicken restaurants, and I loved the sauces.

Lucy was our server and she was a delight, guided us through the menu and helped us order at the till, food was amazing, would come again

The guy who welcomed us, didn't give a shit about listening, mixed our ordered, and been annoying. I ordered the tea, and he charged me for chips I've never ordered, after I asked for refund he said the don't serve any hor beverages. My wife ordered greek salad but without some ingredients, of course they brought full salad.😡😡😡 0 listening, and too much bulshit talking, staff tried to be too nice that they became rude and annoying. 100% not recommended!!!

You’ll need a cuppa on hand for this one. Having been to another eating establishment where we stood by the sign waiting for a table while being stared at from a distance by staff, only to be approached around 5 minutes later to be told they were closed 🤦🏼‍♀️ we dandered over to Nando’s. Yes not our first choice (for reference we had eaten at another one in the city a few weeks prior and just fancied a change) On arrival we were greeted by a huge smile and a welcome. I was hangry to be honest but what a difference a smile makes. We requested a table away from the door . . . Cause it was bitter cold outside, no problem. Service with a smile, we were handed our menus and reminded of how to order. Ordering was a breeze, cutlery etc delivered to table immediately, again by happy smiling staff. Food was delicious, in our eyes cooked better than the other Nando’s which we had been to a few weeks before, peri chips lovely and crisp, Mac & cheese perfection, burgers and pittas exactly how we ordered them (two no to salad diners in our party, which was clearly read by chef and carried out on serving up, the amount of places that don’t bother with this request, so we got exactly what we ordered the way we wanted it) perfection! Any interaction we had with staff was with a smile and the shift that was on last night all seemed genuinely happy at their nights work. We got talking to ‘Birdy’ hope that’s spelt right(he looked after us from we first entered restaurant) , what an awesome guy nothing was a bother, he along with the other staff were brilliant. Just to sign off, I don’t make a habit of reviewing restaurants, in fact this could be my first in a very very long time, with that in mind, it has been a very long time since we have ate at a chain restaurant where the staff went above and beyond with a smile, gave eye contact every-time and the food was great too. I just hope whoever owns this restaurant sees this review and gives all the guys a huge pat on the back, they were awesome. We own our own business and know how hard it is to get all these elements to run smoothly together. We will be back, thank you guys for a great night.

My friends and I phoned as a joke a few days ago, saying that one of us had been caught in the toilet without toilet roll because we thought it would be funny (very immature I know). However, we were all taken aback when the lady who answered the phone responded. She was absolutely lovely, and had the situation been real, she couldn’t have made us feel any better. Can’t stop thinking about her politeness and sincerity, so wanted to come on in the hopes that she sees this and knows how her kindness has a real impact. Sorry again for the prank call - we love Nandos!

During a recent visit to Nando’s at Victoria Square, Belfast, I had the opportunity to enjoy their signature Spicy Rice Bowl and Half Chicken with sides, and I must say, the experience was delightful. The Spicy Rice Bowl was well-prepared, featuring a perfect balance of flavors and a subtle kick of spice that made each bite enjoyable. The Half Chicken was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and infused with the signature peri-peri seasoning that Nando’s is renowned for. The sides complemented the meal exceptionally well, adding variety and texture to the plate. Had a great experience at Nando's in Victoria Square, Belfast! The food was fantastic—especially the peri peri chicken, which was full of flavour. We were impressed with the kids' meal options too; there was a great selection that the whole family enjoyed. The service was excellent; we were brought an extra side by mistake, and when we let them know, they kindly allowed us to keep it at no extra charge. Really appreciated that gesture! Overall, wonderful food, friendly service, and great value.

A very busy and popular restaurant we visited at lunchtime. Staff were very helpful when ordering your food. You have a choice of ordering through an app or at the cashier.

Me and my girlies visited nandos on our break from uni for a chit chat and a delicious meal. We were greeted by a really friendly member of staff and she seated us and made us feel very welcome. Our food was delicious however we had a very unpleasant interaction with what seemed like one of the managerial staff. After our original orders my friend placed a separate order for two perinaise dips (one plain and one garlic.) A man approached our table with one of the dips and a glass for a bottomless drink, which we had not ordered. when we told him we didn’t order the drink but we did order two dips he just walked away with the dip and cup. Another one of my friends later in the meal asked him if we could get the two dips we paid for and he was extremely patronising and spoke to us with an extremely sarcastic tone which made us all feel very uncomfortable. The other staff were lovely but he was enough to put us off returning.

Ate at Nando’s victoria square tonight which was fairly busy but we were a table of 4 and waited no longer than 10 minutes for our food. Birdy was great! So helpful and friendly. Thank you ☺️

We sat down at the table not knowing that most Nando's restaurants have a system where you order at the counter. But couldn’t the staff passing by our table have suggested it? It would have been helpful if they mentioned we needed to place our order at the counter, especially since we were sitting there for a while. A little guidance from the staff would have improved the experience. The food was good, but clearer communication about the ordering process would have made it better.

Very nice food with many different choices on the menu. Good for kids and vegetarians also. Just in case - the only meat on the menu is chicken. Good price/quality of food ratio. And the place is very nice.

Tried to go for dinner prior to a gig, headed in lots of time about two hours before gig 6:30. Waited over almost half an hour, despite lots of empty tables no one came to greet. Staff didn’t acknowledge anyone in the queue of people ahead of us waiting to be seated. Ended up leaving so we wouldn’t miss our gig.

They took 40 minutes to prepare a single portion of chicken. My first day at Belfast and the first restaurant I tried. Utterly disappointed. Well I’m not complaining about the taste but they should have given me a heads up if they take so long to prepare. Its called fast food for a reason.

Sat for 15min before getting glasses for drinks had to go up and ask, food eventually arrived wasn't very warm , coke machine was out when asked staff member was told 10/15 min and they walked off . Very poor service

Was quite surprised to see under resourced staff. Food waster all over the floor. So many tablea kept unclean. Genuinely needs a clean and general improvement in service. For a well established company, I expect a good level service.

Came here yesterday with my boyfriend we both ordered our meals on the app his came out first and i waited over half an hour for mine to be served only because my boyfriend went up to the till and asked about where my food was as he had finished, the lady then looked over at the heat lamps to find that my meal was under it and all she could say is that she is sorry and that they were really busy the food was cold and i didn’t even finish my meal was very disappointed but felt too embarrassed to say to one of the staff

Martin who works here is a credit to the restaurant and to the company! I came for the chicken, but I will be back for Martin 😂 Really though, jokes aside, he’s excellent. He was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our party - just absolutely above and beyond!

Lovely food if a little bit expensive.

Food was good, but waited a while for a table and the staff were friendly but not very quick at clearing plates from starters. Also it was really cold sat near the window.

This is located inside Victoria Square shopping center. The food was of great quantity and delicious. I would recommend the Nandos Family Platter if you are a group. The self serve section of sauces and drinks were my favorite spot. The ambience is huge and well decorated.

Lovely atmosphere, super busy but it was good!

When we arrived, one of the staff members acknowledged us and told us the waiting time. Once seated, the staff was friendly, he explained the options to order our food and it was very easy to do it. The food was delicious, we ordered something wrong but the staff decided to exchange the order without charging more. They brought 2 cups instead of 3, but they were happy to give the 3rd one after the request. I ended up leaving without eating the dessert that was paid because I forgot to ask after I finished my meal, I was expecting them to bring everything at once or whenever we finished the main course (next time I'll ask ). Overall, it was very good, I recommend and will definitely return.

I received pink chicken after 30 minutes of waiting, the photos say it all. The knife was dirty when we picked it up. Thankfully after waiting a staff member was able to get my order delivered as it had gone missing. I would still say go to Nandos but maybe not this specific one maybe Odyssey.

The food was delicious, the place had a good atmosphere and was clean. What stood out above all was the great attention the boy received. One of the best attentions I have had in a restaurant in the city of Belfast. More than recommended.

Kind of disappointed, the service was super slow.. excessive amount of food remained on the pass which meant food was coming out cold and dry. Took an hour to get our meals, and the servers never had apologised for the delay.

Can't go wrong with Nando's: fresh, tender delicious chicken dishes served in a low fuss cosy setting. The DIY aspect of picking up your own cutlery and extra sauces etc makes it really fun

Most welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, there was like 5 minutes left until they closed and they could've rightfully refused service, but they didn't just serve us, they made us feel very welcome.

We enjoyed the chicken , the side dishes, and, of course, the sauce added that perfect kick. Ordering online and making payments was incredibly convenient, making the experience even more enjoyable. For those unfamiliar with the process, keep in mind that you can place your order online, saving you from the confusion some foreigners might face when waiting for a waiter. This seamless approach to dining is something we highly appreciate and recommend to everyone.

Went to nandos today waited over half an hour on loaded fries, hot “chicken breast” with a salad and chicken thighs and it was a joke from the get go when the food finally arrived the loaded fries and both chicken dishes were stone cold so we asked to get a new dish which took another 30mins the hot chicken breast I got was not the way they described on the menu they just smothered them in hot sauce and they where flat as a pancake, secondly the chicken thighs my mum received where chewy, smelt burnt and the side dish of rice was hard and cold the whole meal came to £39.70 which was definitely not worth it DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE

I do enjoy a Nando’s but this visit wasn’t the same as usual. My partner and I go to Nando’s once a fortnight and spend more money than we would like to admit. If I was to leave a review of all my other Nando’s visits it would be 5 Stars for sure. We went in and we were greeted as normal and asked if we have ever been before and seated. We both normally order drinks before placing our initial food order as we don’t really rush. Anyway, the starter of the houmous was amazing and is a normal go to for myself if I don’t order the halloumi sticks. But before we had even got onto our started our mains arrived which isn’t normal for any restaurant to do and definitely not normal four ourselves when visiting Nando’s. So we finished our starters and moved onto the mains. Chips weren’t as salted as usual and just tasted like frozen chips. The rice was extremely oily and hard in the middle. The garlic bread was tough and the worst bit, my chicken thigh was raw. I made a member of staff aware of this. She proceeded to tell me, a chef, that chicken thighs are meant to be pink. I understand that chicken thighs will not be the same colour as normal chicken but this was raw as you can see in the image that I have provided below. When I tried to tell her this she left us and said she’ll get the manager. The manager proceeded to have a discussion with her at the till for about 10-15 minutes so we decided to leave. No apologies, no financial reimbursement, no follow up email and a ruined evening. I am currently lying in bed with food poisoning and I plan on calling the health and hygiene agency for Northern Ireland with images of the chicken I got served. All I wanted and all anyone would have wanted would have been an apology and to get the chicken properly cooked. However, no one cared so measures will be taken against this branch.

Nando's is my new found love in NI. Lol. As an African, in an a western world, Nando's is the only restaurant I can relate to. Their food is not bad at all & spicy. Though not exactly the same, their taste is not so different from the African taste my taste buds are used to. The food presentation is very beautiful as well. Good music & great customer service. I highly recommend 👌 ☺️ 👍

Went here in April, they made a small mistake with my order. I wasn't going to complain, it was almost correct, but the server noticed and took responsibility without being prompted.

Nando's is a South African multinational fast casual chain that specialises in Portuguese flame-grilled peri-peri style chicken. Visited the Nando’s at Victoria Square and wow the chicken was mouth watering so was everything around. A must visit place in Belfast.

A great place to go for a family meal with an excellent menu. They have installed a self ordering system where you use their app to place your order and then they bring it out to you. I liked this as it took some of the pressure off with young children trying to decide what to eat. The portions were not big but they were very tasty. I'd definitely get a bigger meal next time.

Heard about Nandos in America for years, and it lived up to the hype! Very casual, service and food was great. Special thanks to our server Nathan who went above and beyond!

I ordered half a chicken, they told me to wait 15 minutes because it's not ready, after waiting that long another young man arrives and I told you that you have to wait another 10 minutes. I wait for them in the end, they never measured the chicken and they made me wait a long time. Before ordering and paying they have to say that they don't have it read….

Wasn't impressed. When chicken is your main focus, it should be perfect. Mine was dry, and no amount of your hot sauce choices was fixing that.

First and last time to eat at Nando’s, staff were friendly and to be fair most diners appeared happy with their meal. I had ordered Chicken fillet burger and chips which was inedible, hard small bap with two tiny pieces of tough lukewarm chicken, awful meal and £50 for three people, two stars for the location.

At nandos all the time but tonight was super nice thanks to Birdy, not sure if he's the manager but he was just so friendly and welcoming! So smiley and helpful, really pleasant experience being looked after by him, and food was lovely as always!

Great place to stop and eat while in Victoria Square. The price of food in Nando’s is really reasonable and you usually get a good feed too. If you’re looking for a good starter the Halloumi sticks are great and the Butterfly burger or the standard butterfly chicken main are great options that won’t break the bank.

Very busy. No cutlery available, asked a member of staff who took quite some time to come back with more. A burger came with extra sauce that was not listed in the menu, when a member of staff was asked; had a poor attitude.

Upon arrival it was 18:20 (store closes at 19:00) we queued for 15 minutes. Two families infront of my group ( 4 people) were escorted to their seats with no issues however when it came to us the waiter said there was no chicken left and he was unable to seat us. He then said both there cookers are broken so he is unable to serve us then finally he came out with it’s the work Christmas night out and he is unable to seat us and serve us even though the store didn’t close for another 40 mins absolute terrible experience he was very rude to my fiancé who was trying to organise my birthday night dinner. The waiter then also told us that all the chicken was pre cooked and not fresh just an all out bad experience and won’t be back!
