Nando's Belfast Odyssey in Belfast

Las alas estaban bien. La hamburguesa de pollo era una especie de meh pero las alas en sí eran buenas. No fue mucho tiempo conseguir un asiento a las 2 y el personal fue rápido en llevar la comida.

Come aquí antes del show de Les Mis. Muy decepcionado. Yo tenía la mitad de pollo - ¿Dónde diablos están consiguiendo estos pequeños pollos? Una porción muy pequeña de papas fritas también. ¡Es una estafa por los precios! Se fue todavía hambriento.

El equipo aquí es tan fabuloso. Primer viaje a Nandos y nos encantó. La camarera Megan era excelente ayudándonos con el menú de alergias. La comida era tan fresca y muy bien cocinado. Tuvimos el mejor viernes por la noche aquí en nuestra visita a Belfast. ¡Sobre la base de esta experiencia definitivamente estaremos echando un vistazo a Nandos en nuestras ciudades!

Fue absolutamente increíble gran servicio y deliciosa comida. La calidad era genial. Tenía un ambiente feliz. Yo pequeña espera, pero vale la pena.

Principalmente una crítica sobre Megan uno de los miembros del personal allí. Somos una familia de cinco y tuvimos una mezcla con conseguir sentarse - muy molesto - la gente se sentó por delante de nosotros después de que nos pusieron en una cola. Siguieron las disculpas a medias. 3 niños pequeños hambrientos y emocionados con nosotros, así que tuvimos que esperar. De todos modos Megan no podría haber estado mejor lidiando con ello. Honestidad, ella era genial y un gran trasero para Nandos. Hizo que una madre molesta muy cansada se sintiera mucho mejor y feliz de volver. ¡Nandos debería tomar nota de ella y cómo trata los problemas! La comida era buena. Caro para lo que tienes pero un regalo para los niños.

Awful meal. Awful service. We are regular goers to Nando’s mostly at abbey centre. Last night we had booked to to Hollywood bowl and thought Nando’s will be perfect meal before hands we arrived in the queue at 7:20pm 4 other tables worth in front of of us, to not be seated u till 8:15pm considering the restaurant was over half empty. We finally got in and went to order our meal as we new what we where having being regular customers to then be told there was no chicken left (in a chicken restaurant) he hunted the drawers to then find enough chicken for our meal, which at that point should of been a RED FLAG (bare in mind no staff felt to tell and growing queue outside). We took our glasses to get our drinks to find the ice machine not working or the drinks machine to have to then wait for someone to come and try and fix the drinks machine, our first drink was a glass of water to eventually get Fanta that didn’t even remotely taste like Fanta or orange. We sat and sat and right beside the kitchen pass to see parts of our meal getting plated, we sat even longer while the chicken that had been found in the heat drawers cooked under the heat lamp. 10mins passed and I asked the man who we had ordered are meal from could we have our food and stated the time it was sat under the light. He passed over the food with part still missing which meant another wait for the rest of it to arrive. This was now 9:05pm. I have never had dryer chicken in my life. Chips look warm and cold rice. Needless to say we didn’t finish our meal nor did we have the time to request anything else. £52 down and completely unsatisfied. I won’t be back to this Nando’s. Avoid at all costs and go to Abbey Centre where you get what you pay for.

Was in Belfast on business so thought I'd try Nando's as it was close to my hotel. Was about two thirds through my meal and decided I'd like another drink. Went to the bar (obvs no waiter service) and ordered and got back within a minute. My table was cleared! What are you supposed to do? Aren't you allowed to go to the loo or whatever? This is what happens when you separate the waiters from the ordering and payment process. They don't know what's going on. At least they gave me another meal but the whole experience was crap. First and last time at Nando's.

Don't bother!!!!!! Understaffed, empty tables and queues out the door and people waiting to be served. You would think that on a night when there's an event on in the SSE they would be able to cater for the market. Sadly not. Pales in comparison to other branches. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Tried this location for the first time tonight and was not disappointed..food was fresh and staff was pleasant. Would definitely be back again.

It's really bad. I ordered chips, corn on the cob and 3 chicken wings. Chips and corn on the cob were fine. But the chicken wings were really spicy and I only ate 2 of them. I came here with my cousins and my family.

We had a great lunch here today. The resturant is bright clean with a very nice atmosphere. Food options are clearly stated and lots of choice and options to tailor. The food was very tasty fresh and a bit hit with us all. The staff were lovely and rushed off their feet but still provided a great service checking all was good with out food.

They either need more staff or better staff training. Just terrible service. Staff friendly but after thirty minutes I had to chase food.
