Well . just people out of prison work there !!!! They literally don’t care about their job or clients . After 30 minutes seeing them on the phones I still have no food or nothing. I just have to get up from my table and leave with my two kids and a baby hungry. No shame manager …

Soon As Me And My Family Walked In We Felt Welcome Straight Away, We Was Served By A Lovely Girl Her Name Was Shakira. She Seated Us On A Table Gave Us The Menus And I Went To The Till To Order She Served Me Excellent Customer Service Not Many People Ask You When You Go Into A Restaurant Do You Have Any Allergies? That Was The First Thing She Asked. Then Took My Order, The Service Was Pretty Quick. We Got Our Food And 5 Minutes Into Eating Our Meal She Came Over And Asked If Everything Was Ok And Are We Enjoying The Food. She Made Us All Feel Very Welcome And A Lovely Girl To Have A Chat With :)

I had an amazing experience, me and my friends from your hardworking employee Deniz. He made us laugh and made sure everything was on point. You can clearly see he loves what he does. Keep it up!

Good food and great service, our server Ahmad and his colleagues took good care of us. Will be coming back for sure.

I generally don't like eating in chain restaurants but this Nando's is conveniently placed very close to our new place. We have been to the restaurants few times already and I can honestly tell that the quality is way above the average Nando's. The place is always very clean and staff is welcoming. Ideal for families

Popped in for a late-ish lunch. There were three of us and we all enjoyed our meals. Food was cooked fresh, service was with a smile and all really tasty! Would go back.

We enjoy Nando's food, affordability & ambience anyway, but we had a particularly lovely experience today when we visited the Stoke Newington branch with our boys. Sam (cashier), was very engaging & polite - and our waitress, Aqua, was really cheerful & friendly. Their warmth and professionalism are a credit to the Nando's team. Well done guys!

Placed a large order for 7 people through Deliveroo to celebrate a birthday. Shame they forget to include the meal for 2 of them in the delivery. Called them up, while apologetic told me I had to go through Deliveroo. Not really helpful. Lesson learnt, eat in restaurant rather than have it delivered. Food otherwise ok for the other 5 in the party, albeit they had to share!

Nando’s Stoke Newington is a 12 minute walk from Stoke Newington station. It’s the smallest off the Nando’s chain that I’ve been to. The food was typical of Nando’s and waiting times were long considering the place wasn’t even busy. Ordered mash potato and received garlic bread instead. I always enjoy the Portbello Mushroom & Grilled Halloumi wrap. It’s nice for a quiet meal.

This local to me and I come here every couple of months or so. Service is ok, food is typical Nando’s but the fries are a terrible portion here, I know Nando’s is known for stingy fries but this place is the worst. Children’s ice cream seems to be the same flavour all the time and the sauces always need refilling. Overall, it’s typical Nando’s and nothing special.

Food was lovely, ordered a chicken butterfly with two sides: peri salted chips and rice! The rice was a bit too spicy than usual, the size of the chicken was small, but overall it was good! Highly recommend for a quick meal! Don’t bother ordering through UberEats/Deliveroo!

Ordered from Deliveroo as got home too late to cook. We ordered extra hot, it had barely seen a chilli. The chicken was dry and the chips mushy. It’s like they don’t care about their reputation when it comes to takeaways. I’ve always loved you Nando’s - sorry, but it’s over. The food you send out should be as good as what I get on site.

All that's expected — over spiced and over priced. The chain probably provides all people want, and I guess they're consistent.

This is one of the only Nando's I know where there is never a queue and a table seems to be ready and waiting. I should add this is close to work. The staff in here are always very friendly and attentive and the food is well cooked. service is fast as you would expect with the place not being full! a hidden gem in a road with not many big name restaurants!

Se llama aquí para un almuerzo rápido pero era algo pero eso. Primero nos cobraron mal!! Luego, cuando la orden llegamos fue completamente equivocados! Llamamos a la directora, Emma y ella nos dijo que podíamos tener todo preparado otra vez, pero teníamos una cita 10 minutos andando 15 minutos más tarde. En explicar que para que ella sugirió volver después de nuestra cita que acordamos. A nuestro regreso el restaurante estaba casi vacío ( bueno ) nos trajeron nuestro pedido después de esperar 10 minutos y tengo que decir que lo tienen derecho sino también las patatas fritas eran más que bueno, excelente también todo lo que pedimos estaba más satisfactoria. Teníamos un bebé 3 semana con nosotros, así que nos quedamos encantados el restaurante estaba vacío tan madre podría dar el pecho ella. Todo está bien que termina bien.
