Nando's in Carmarthenshire

The food was good but small portions for the prices, I had the Butterfly Chicken and Nandos Chips my two dinner companions had Tortilla Veg Wraps with chips. The chip portions were disappointingly small and over cooked. The best things about Nandos Llanelli were the (not so) free Peri Peri sauce and the friendly and helpful staff . JMc Penymynydd

We went for a family meal and it was very clean in there, very relaxed atmosphere and food arrived fairly quickly and hot. Staff are very friendly, attentive, and are quick to clean up tables. It is a bit pricey but it’s well worth it.

I had a lovely meal here with some friends. Ieuan davies especially was very welcoming and professional. I would recommend Nandos in Llanelli. The Portuguese Tarts were delicious.

Absolutely fantastic welcome by Amber, nothing too much trouble, took time to chat to my daughter and myself, and we really enjoyed our experience moreso than ever, so warm, accomodating and knowledgeable. Everything you want in an impromptu visit. We loved it. Food was incredible, can't fault it. Thank you. Diolch.

We decided an impromptu visit to Nando’s Llanelli was our choice of dinner last night, and although we hadn’t booked, we were greeted warmly by Fez and Amber, who seated us and made sure we had our drinks as we decided on our meal choices. Ieuan was very helpful with our understanding of the menu and had great product knowledge and recommendations so we chose the red pepper and feta sharing starter, I have to say this was a burst of flavour, with the warm pita to dip, delicious! The Rainbow Bowl with chicken and halloumi was very nice as was the sharing loaded chips. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly and checked on our satisfaction and requirements politely. The speed of service is brilliant. I would happily recommend Nando’s Llanelli, we had a great time. Thank you!

Absolutely shocking service me and my mate ordered the same time his food arrived 15 mins later still waiting ( he's nearly finished) the waiter decides to tell me there's no half chickens left and because they were 2 identical orders the girl only put 1 through 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ was then offered a quarter chicken with 4 small wings not what I payed for.. I'd never recommend this place no communication can't even get a basic order correct. And no offer as like a voucher or something as good will just sorry and walked off.. Cheers still hungry. Went here for food, the last time I went it was about 4 years ago and I had enjoyed. We got seated and the waitress gave us a list of things they were out of which was peri peri chips, normal chips and spicy rice, coleslaw which is everything we normally order. We had driven half hour and my partner is a fussy eater so we decided to stay. We ordered our food via the app and the waitress came over with our drinks. Our food came later and they burnt my butterfly chicken so it had a rubber texture and i ordered some corn on a cob and some rainbow coleslaw(never doing that again, I’ll stick to normal coleslaw) I don’t like confrontation or sending food back so I ate it but I wasn’t satisfied. I felt that Llanelli Nando’s had gone downhill from last time and I will probably not go back.

Popped in on way to cinema, greeted by a lovely server called Amber, she was extremely courteous and super friendly with our 10 year old daughter. Have to say she was a credit to Nando’s.

Visited while stating there on business. It was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was superb and quick. Was very impressed

Visited Nando’s for the first time because our usual place was full. We were greeted by a polite male with ginger hair and glasses and shown to the table we then ordered on the app and shortly after the glasses for the drinks were delivered to our table by the time we had got our drinks from the machine our food was on the table waiting for us!WOW! Lovely food and service we will definitely return. Only one let down was the cleanliness of the cutlery u In the pot as 2 knifes and forks had dry chicken on them🥴

Very nice meal before a cinema visit. Food was served without delay. Great service from Ieuan. We’ve been a few times and not had a bad experience.

Came in on a Tuesday and ordered. Our food came out almost straight away which was amazing and it was all great. The staff were lovely and helpful. Garlic bread was a bit stale, but that’s okay

Went on Friday 20th January with my wife and friends to Nandos Llanelli.Not been for many years so forgot jow to order etc.Anyway we ordered had lovely food and drinks .My friend and I had refillable coke whilst .wife and friend had the merlot.My wife went for half a chicken very hot,her friend went for hot whilst my Friend and I had butterfly chicken yes plain .We all enjoyed our table server was great .Yes we all recommend

Very helpful staff, one younger female around 17/18 with dark hair in a ponytail was polite and helpful. Food delivered quickly, very tasty and a lovely atmosphere. Really enjoyed, will return.

Me encanta Nando's y he visitado muchas veces aquí, pero la última noche 3 de nosotros visitamos! Primero me dijeron que el gas estaba apagado y sólo podía ofrecer platos fríos pollo. Creo que sólo quería cerrar temprano. Entonces el chico que nos tenía una inclinación de otro miembro del personal dijo gas estaba bien. Pedí 55 libras la pena de por gusto, caliente y pedí alas de mariposas todos extra muslos y caliente. Nos tomó unos 20 minutos y todo parecía presentable, pero todas las gallinas eran sosas y desafiante, no extra caliente. Ni siquiera poner las banderas poco en la comida con el extra caliente. Sin duda no es fresca, pollo calentado normal. Muy decepcionado.
