Had a lovely experience! The food was tasty & came fast, the service was great by Jaedon. He really made sure that we were satisfied with our food & experience.

Currently sitting on the toilet in pain because the chicken was undercooked. I even mentioned it to a member of staff and they said it's fine because the meat temperature is checked. I said ok I trust you but clearly I shouldn't have

Food was fine. Chips where stodgy and hard. We had the wrong order delivered twice from the table next to us either side. Which we fixed between as it was never checked. Only had one Saka sauce which was shared luckily by our whole row of two seaters. The staff only checked on us when they took the plates away . Always a really handy location spot for a nice Nandos I've been here almost every year for several years but it's gone down hill.

As always at Nando's we are delighted. Note: I had started my fries in the photos. We wanted to enjoy Nando's one last time before returning to France. There were a lot of people (queue at the entrance) we were quickly seated. We forgot our order and made us wait quite a long time but the staff, once informed, reacted within 10 minutes by offering a flat apology and making a small gesture. The dishes were delicious as usual with this chain. A little extra for the French, some staff members speak the language with a charming accent. Thanks again.

The New Saka Sauce was deadstock, tooo sweeet!! Although the table was filthy & stained my white jumper with excess sauce, Ainan was a brilliant waitress! With a lovely personality which made my whole experience that bit better considering I did not finish my food!

Delicious food in a nice and good atmosphere. If you are here you should really eat here a delicious piece of chicken. Come early, it's quite busy.....so very good.

We went for dinner 7pm ish. We ordered drinks and food by smart phone and the food was served in about 20 minutes, not very hot but tasted good. The chicken was chargrilled and tasty and the green peas were delicious with mint.

Came to try this location on Monday 3/11/2024. We were waiting to be seated with a lengthy line behind us and there were staff waiting around the kitchen area staring at customers arguing about who needs to serve and talk to us while we stood around confused. Nobody came forward for 15-20 minutes and counting which should tell you enough about the bottom tier staff that run this place.

Extremely busy both evenings we ate there. Although very busy and run off their feet all the staff were still smiling, polite, patient and helpful . Food was amazing .

Had to wait outside about 30 mins even though lots of empty tables. Food was cold when arrived. Not great service.

Horrible experience. Stood outside in the wet and cold waiting for a table. No word as to how long we’d be waiting. Just a ‘kitchen is busy’. After 15 minutes of waiting we were rushed to a table, only to go to order and have nothing available on the website. No halloumi - bad start. No wraps? No perinaise?! Went up to go and order in person but after a long wait behind two others gave up as no sign they were even taking orders. No one around to ask. Music was far too loud, probably to cover up the sound of all the customers complaining. Over all bad experience here. Have gone to a different branch where they have food and we were seated as soon as we turned up!

Loving compact Nando just across from Kings Cross Railway station.

Fast service and the waiter was really helpful. We ordered half chicken with chips and it was amazing. The taste was delicious since we like spicy foods and the chips were also flavourful. You need to wait a bit if you havent book the table before you come here. But despite of that, I highly recommend this place.

Excellent grilled chicken in King's Cross I went to this restaurant for dinner with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The venue is located immediately outside King's Cross station, on the opposite side of St. Pancras. The interior is very large and also has a room in the basement. As soon as you enter you have to wait to be shown to your table. After choosing, you can order from your mobile phone, by scanning the QR code on the table, or by going to the cash register. I would have liked to have a "butterfly chicken", grilled chicken breast, but unfortunately it was sold out. I folded on half a chicken with spicy seasoning. The meat was very good and tasty. I accompanied dinner with a bottled beer. The atmosphere is pleasant and the price paid is honest.

The staff that greeted me at the entrance were pleasant, I just didn’t like where I was initially seated as the other guests next to me were slightly disruptive,but the waitress was quick to move me to another table, the food came very very quick, was just the portion was small, especially the chips, Joseph was very friendly and helpful in the recommendation of drinks

Spacious place to sit and have food even though the outside is very busy. Food was a little bland and boring, but this depends upon what sauce you choose. The chicken is tender and there is a self service cold drink and sauce station.

Worst nando's branch ever been to. Everything was burned. I found the chickens, especially chicken butterfly to be very dry without any flavour. Couldn't find a spoon to eat my rice.

Standard bland food and mediocre service.

The manager is very ignorant to his guests. 17 people waited over 12 mins to be seated, we were not all together. I decided to sit myself as I had a train to catch, I then got lambasted by the scruffy manager who promptly told me that I had no idea on what I was doing. Food was good thou, but the attitude from the staff who just kept ignoring us was terrible, oh ....... but the Just Eat driver, served immediately & 3 staff served him, ridiculous.

Went here on a visit from Newcastle. My partner has allergies and having never eaten here before I explained to the person seating us and that I'd need to see the allergens folder. I was told they didn't have one(?) and handed a menu and made to stand in the corner and figure it out ourselves, despite it saying on the menu to let the manager know. Needless to say we walked out in disgust and we won't be back. This is how people get seriously ill or die from this kind of complacency

A disgrace for the entire franchise. Don't order from this restaurant unless you want overcooked food or absurdly dry food because they conveniently forget to give you the sauce :)

Disappointed, staff seemingly uninterested and not motivated. Bun was dry on my burger, chicken dryish as well. No drinks until I asked for them (as food had arrived) and was told they hadn't been forthcoming as they didn't have my Peach Tea. Surprised as Nando's is normally a pretty safe bet.

Came in in a group of 7. Made a big order. All of the mains arrived apart from 2. We asked one of the waitress for the missing dishes, she checked in with the kitchen and said they're out in 5min. After 5min one of the mains arrived but not the second one. Had to ask the waitress AGAIN about the second dish. She had to check our receipt for what was missing (at that point it had been 40min after our order and the dish had obviously been missed from the kitchen) We complained to the waitress who didn't speak English well and for that reason asked for the manager. The manager (Joseph) came to the table just after the missing dish arrived (50min after the order) with an intimidating attitude. After complaining and asking for compensation he kept asking aggressively ''But you have the dish now. Are you satisfied with it?'' ''You can't have compensation unless you aren't satisfied with the food. Are you satisfied with the food?'' all while im explaining it's the SERVICE I'm not satisfied with. After insisting he offered two options: a free dessert or a voucher for the cost of the mean. I opted for the voucher and he asked for my email saying it will be sent there. Before leaving i asked again about the voucher saying i wanna make sure it's in my inbox before i leave. He said it's gonna take 24-48 hours because he needs to call central and get it through them. So i said ''Basically i just have to trust you that you're gonna send it?'' he said 'Yes don't worry i always keep my promises'' Its been more that 48hours and I haven't received anything so i guess he lied. Shameful behaviour from a manager.

I’ve waited more than 30mins for take away. Not the level of services I was expecting from Nando’s.

I went to London for a week end and I ate at Nando’s near baker street It was perfect the food, the service. But then I wanted to eat on last time at Nandos so I went to this one next to the train station the service was horrible we told them that we had only 40 minute ahead of us they told us we can’t order if we don’t have a table BUT the woman in charge of giving us a table took ALL here time there was many table free but apparently she couldn’t find one and we’re not allowed to choose our self. If came back to the man in charge of the order to ask him if we could take a table that was free he ignored me. I went out because of their rude behavior they have zero education

We placed a click and collect order during our lunch hour at work and although it said 20 minutes it was ready as we arrived early. We were served by Joseph who was incredibly polite and nice! Food was excellent, as expected from Nandos.

The lady who sat us at the table was really nice, we had been many times before so used to the QR codes and allergen speech. But she sat us down on a table which had been poorly wiped, the cleaning spray was still drying and crumbs was still on the table from the people previous. I work in hospitality myself I understand the demand of turn overs with seating customers but this nandos was not busy at the time we arrived, downstairs was closed, a lot of tables empty and staff standing around. We sat and ordered, we waited just over an hour for two meals and a starter to come and was warned the plates were hot but our food was cold. So I’m assuming our food had been sitting under a lamp for a while. The mac and cheese was amazing the first time I tried it in soho, but here it was cold and rubbery. The bread on my sun set burger was stale. And we ordered a dare to share and never retrieved it. We asked the woman who sat our food down but she said we never ordered it, I showed her my email confirmation and she said she’ll get her manager. 15/20 minutes later still no show. And once again to my eyes it wasn’t that busy. She did pass our table numerous times and avoided eye contact. We ordered a new cocktail and it came with no garnish, and it wasn’t frozen if anything it was a melted smoothie as if it had been scraped out the bottom of a blender. It was slammed on our table and the staff member scurried away, no checking of ID’s which is worrying due to licensing. Considering I had just turned 19 this was quite funny. Regarding the missing items we neatened up our table and left, didn’t want to cause a fuss and waste time for our evening but I don’t think I’ll be revisiting this one again. The one in Kentish Town is much better. I went to the toilet and a lock was broken on one of the doors and the toilet roll dispenser was dodgy. On the way to the toilets as-well I saw a member of staff perhaps on their break eating their food and laying down on the sofa as if it was a hotel with his feet up where people sit and eat their food. Was put of by this. Not sure what happens after hours but during the shift I don’t think this is of nandos standard which feels like a fast food chicken shop to me now then a nice restaurant.

For a dando I was a little disappointed with staff who came across as grumpy and maybe rude!

Muy buen lugar para disfrutar de la cocina portuguesa si tienes que pasar por la estación de Kings Cross. Se trata de un autoservicio donde puedes probar el pollo piri piri. Obviamente no es como comerlo en Madeira o el Algarve, pero esta muy bien, y el precio no es elevado. Las bebidas se pueden rellenar tantas veces como quieras, pero cuidado con el picante.

Good food, was surprised by Grilled Mushroom & Halloumi Pitta - tastes really good.

Come sempre Nando's si conferma un'ottima scelta per mangiare del buon pollo, ottimi i nuovi mc and cheese di contorno, peccato che la sera che sono andata in questo locale molti piatti fossero finiti e quindi la scelta non fosse proprio ampia però tutto molto buono, bevande a refill e personale gentile, rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Da provare assolutamente il pane all'aglio! Consigliato se vi piace il pollo e le salse piccanti!

Never queued for a Nandos before. Nearly an hour! It was a bit of ' any port in a storm'. Nevertheless the food was good. The staff were VERY busy.

Essen sehr lecker, die Portionen jedoch nur ziemlich sparsam… die Bedienung sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir kamen zuerst mit dem Online-Menü nicht ganz zurecht, aber haben schnell Hilfe bekommen. Preise etwas erhöht für die Menge.. All in All 4/5 Sternen

First time at this particular Nandos, but the staff were friendly, and clearly had a good working relationship with each other as you could hear them laughing and joking with each other whilst still giving great service. This is the kind of atmosphere that makes me want to visit a place again

Got a carry out and served by Maria. Quick, friendly service, food perfectly hot and a friendly staff. No complaints. : )

My visit was for a late dinner, chicken breast, long stemmed broccoli, corn on the cob, gingerella. Everything was clean, Nandos has ordering by online menu, application, at the til, etc. The staff works hard but despite that My meal took longer than those of the tables around me. I assume that the broccoli or corn added significant time. Anyway the food was delicious on arrival 👌

Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to nandos with some colleague. Excellent service especially from Joseph!

you order the food they go to the farm they kill the chicken they cut the meat the drive back to london they start the fire they cook it they cook it on the other side they serve it three days later you eat it

The roll for the burger was humid like from last night, I order grill halloumi cheese it’s was thin and burned not grilled , I was on a hurry for a train to catch so didn’t have time to ask them To do again especially that it’s was busy lunch time . Overall the service was ok especially for a busy lunch .

Nando’s isn’t my favourite but it’s reliable. I had the sunset burger which was very lacking in taste. The loaded fries were much nicer. My friends had the chicken platter meals. We all had a good time but the flavour wasn’t as intense as I would have expected. The service here was great and the staff were friendly and on top of their game.

It's Nados. Just dont time it wrong, they can get seriously busy. Take out: order in advance. Seated well check the queue first. Staff are fantastic but rushed of their feet they bearly get time to lusten yo you oe smole at you, seriously running around. It's Nados.

I asked for butter for my corn and was told there was none but asked another girl and she went to the freezer to get me the butter. Only some members of staff go above and beyond whilst others don’t…. I didn’t enjoy my food because this was at the end of my meal

This Nando's restaurant is in serious need of a significant makeover. Slightly better than grim is how I would describe it. However its a good thing the food was well prepared and the staff were friendly.

I was really impressed by how friendly, patient and helpful all the staff were here (especially considering how busy it was). Sonia, the manager, in particular was superb. A brilliant experience all round.

Taken to a table reasonably quickly, and drinks came fairly quickly. The food was good if you like it cold. Flavours ok but cold. We saw a number of plates left for a long time, waiting to be delivered to tables, so presumably we weren't the only ones served cold food. By the time we were asked if it was OK by the waiter, we had already nearly finished. Won't be coming back.

Unable to book as you know and were advised of a 25 min wait. Fortunately it was only 10 mins. Easy ordering, Very good service and good food. Would recommend a visit if in the area. One of the better Nando’s.

Just had a great meal, manager was excellent in sorting out a missed meal to make it a family meal together. So a big thank you from us and my daughter enjoyed the spicy rice, a first time for her. 👍

Es war absolut super. Meine Mum hat leider einige Allergien.... als wir den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen haben, hat er nachgeschaut und uns genau gesagt, welche Gerichte sie nicht essen darf... Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls super. Ganz zu schweigen von den unendlich nachfüllbaren Softdrinks... Ich freu mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch

One of the most poorly run Nando's I've ever been to. The restaurant wasn't at all busy when my wife and I first arrived, and I could clearly see five open tables that only needed to be cleared. To find out if we could obtain a table or how long the wait would be, I spoke to the waiter at the front door. He stated, "There will be a wait outside at least 30 minutes." As there were a few others waiting, I replied, "that's fine, would you like to take my name so you know what order people arrived at?" The waiter replied, "no, we don't run like that, just wait outside to be called." So, surprised, my wife and I waited outside the restaurant, which, by the way, was littered with rubbish. We waited for around 20 minutes and not a single table was cleared, and the staff was all conversing amongst themselves while they weren't running food. If the service is this awful and they clearly can't get the fundamentals right, what will the food be like and how can I trust them? So we left and went to Pizza Express, which was excellent from beginning to end. It appears to me that the employees at this restaurant are only there to collect a wage and go through the motions, and they clearly do not want to wait on customers because it involves extra labour. I believe the only reason it is still open is due to its location and the fact that the majority of its customers are on holiday or travelling past. I would strongly advise them to get new management and get their current crew in shape.

The food tends to be good, and was on this occasion. But oh, the trouble I had getting my wine.. if I'd ordered a "bottomless" drink, I'd just have got a glass and been able to do the rest myself - you can't do that with wine. This was the second time in a row that I've been here and the food came before the wine. This time, it hadn't come by the time someone came to ask the standard "is your meal ok?" when I was halfway through! I said it to her, but it was another five minutes before someone else brought it. With a grunt. Ooh, such terrible service.. Funny, too, that they didn't send me their customary satisfaction survey today!

4 of us ate here at around 6pm on July 21st. The guy taking the orders on the till was really nice. That’s the only positive. We were asked to wait outside, beside piles of rubbish, before being seated even though there were clean, empty tables when we first entered the restaurant. The lady who seated us clearly had no time for my two teenage daughters who are quite shy & didn’t understand her immediately. The guy who brought the food to the table didn’t bring any cutlery? And was then rude & sulky when asked where we could get it from (very politely). Actually, my beanie pita with pineapple was good. Another positive. All three others at my table had burgers & all of the buns were stale.

This is a nice restaurant with great pittas. I had the Mushroom & Halloumi Pitta along with rice and coleslaw. The meal was excellent. The preparation of the food was very quick as well.

Visited this Nando’s a couple of times. Everything is unnecessarily slow, queue busting is slow, table turning is slow, drinks are slow, food is slow. Plenty of staff working. Food not bad when it arrives.

I had the worst experience I have ever received in Nando’s.The service was so slow and people who had come in after me had already received and eaten their meal.I asked a server where my food was and was told as I had ordered chicken...

Would definitely recommend this Nando’s if you are getting off at St Pancras International and have to walk to King Cross for a connecting train to Alexandra Palace. Very quick service. Excellent staff. Great ambience in the restaurant

Usually nando's is pretty much the same gist, get in, out, satisfied but nothing especial. Kudos to the kings cross team What a pleasant surprise Host was fast and friendly, toilets so well kept!
