Lovely as usual..still can't get over the price of chicken 🤣

As a visiting American finally going for a 'cheeky Nandos' wasn't what I thought it would be. I expected more fast food, take away sort of thing. I wasn't unpleased with the experience though. I found Nandos to be a middle ground between nice & casual, quick service/sit down style. Pros - Nice atmosphere, particular location had cheerful helpful staff Many flavor options, juicy chicken. Preferred it on the burger end. Free soda refills (typical murican I know) Variety on menu between grab bites or more restaurant dishes Cons - Price, perhaps because I expected a cheap-eatery A couple of the foods I had (halloumi mainly) were overpowered with a charred flavor, it was a little off putting.

Awful and no help from the staff here after ordering from deliveroo they forget olives at £9.50 and say to contact deliveroo to then them saying well nandos packed the bag so it's not our issue yet nandos can't issue a refund or a discount for our next order so we lose the money. Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Wont be bothering again never had a problem with any other nandos before.

Ordered through Deliveroo, order came & were missing a couple of things! Contacted nandos they told us we had to go through Deliveroo for any queries (shock!!!) rang Yeovil Nandos store hoping for some advice & assistance, manager Hannah was extremely rude putting all the blame on Deliveroo when they are the ones who are packing the bag so it’s clearly her staff who are getting things wrong! Missing item was on our receipt so there’s no excuses!! Maybe rather than putting the blame on the Deliveroo drivers & being rude to customers on the phone look at your own staff!

Orded through deliveroo app and I'm missing half the order. Tried to phone the restruant and deliveroo and had no luck at all.

Wow, what a taste sensation! I am a veggie so to have some super tasty food in a restaurant is such a bonus. I have tried the great immitator & the hullomi and mushroom Pitta, both a tasty experience. Got to love a cheeky nandos, toilets are awesome , atmosphere great. Love it ❤️

Have visited this Nando’s many times now. It is always clean which makes a big difference. This latest visit we were served by Max who was lovely. Looking forward to our next chicken date!

Can I just say my husband and I had a meal today and a lovely young man brought our food over as parents with children with additional needs it was lovely to see nandos in yeovil are willing to give people with additional needs the confidence in the workplace a chance to florish . Weldone we will defo be back.

Every time we go here, we enjoy the experience of the best lovely and tasty juicy grilled chicken. Don't forget to taste the new side macaroni cheese 😋. All 5 stars

They got our order wrong didn’t come over to the table for ten minutes then when I finally had the courage to tell them when I encouraged them to come over to the table they took the food away said they would sort it, then came back and told us we would have to pay for the food again despite the fact they got it wrong. They also then didn’t offer for us to have the food we paid for back. I did not eat one bite off the plate. Also was not offered a refund. Appreciate Nando’s doesn’t cost a lot of money but it’s the principle that counts. Shameful

Lovely and quick service from the staff at Nando’s Yeovil. Meals were delivered to order and were delivered with haste! I will absolutely be visiting for a meal again soon! The decor was quite lovely also, the experience was all-round relaxing and delicious.

Me and my family went here a week ago for a night out. It was lovely. The food was great, kids loved it, the servers were friendly, and the ambiance felt very Mediterranean.

Out of all the Nando’s I have been to up and down the country, this is the best nandos regarding food quality and service. Friendliest staff who are very helpful and the manager Abbie was lovely and helpful too :) Thankyou!

The service was painfully slow I ordered chicken livers in tomato and garlic sauce what I was served was dried up over cooked liver with not a bit of sauce in sight I did complain and was told it was marinated poor excuse for something that was described completely different in the menu I shan’t be eating there again

Standard Nando’s menu. Good service. Portion sizes seem to be shrinking so only 4 stars - maybe avoid if you are really hungry. Also no parking included so got stung by the leisure centre charges.

Food was very nice. Not enough, but I'm not a regular Nandos visitor so guess you learn what to order. Staff lovely and friendly. Great for families.

Very fast service, app works great for orders. Food was really good, juicy chicken and hot crisp fries, sauces were all available and full too.

Refused to serve me as I have a mild allergy to garlic even though they have served me the same food hundreds of times. The manager was young and inexperienced and refused to listen to me. We will never eat there again until they change their managers or at least train their staff. They were clueless.

What an amazing meal! We had such a lovely time here. The restaurant is clean and tidy, the staff are wonderful, so warm and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, thank you so much for a really enjoyable evening.

Was good, like the usual. The only things wasn't god today was the halloumi cheese, not cooked properly like another times.

Really really happy with my visit. Kieran came straight to me as soon as I walked through the door and graciously allowed me to use the toilet before I'd even sat down! Upon my return he let me pick out a table, asked if I had any allergies and was remarkably friendly. The actual food was just as commendable- front grill made my 1/2 chicken to perfection, the livers from back grill were lovely, and co-ord was especially generous with my sides. My entire order served within 10 mins, which felt practically instantaneous lol Overall extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you're new to Yeovil and would like a restaurant that makes you feel at home

Good chicken, well cooked and served fast - what's not to like? Staff have always been friendly and attentive. And location? Well 150 yards from the gym is often just too tempting after a session!!

I ordered a take away for me and the mrs .The order was at first wrong . They corrected it nicely tho so happy with that however the food was burnt to the point it was too bitter to eat

I went in and ordered take away for my wife and I on a Sunday evening and after what I would presume was a busy weekend as they usually are (having worked in the industry), was met with the smiliest, happiest looking staff you could imagine! Everyone was so friendly and upbeat and it instantly lifted my mood. After making my order, I had to dash away for work and told them I would be back as soon as I could be as I know how this can complicate things and create a backlog if I’m not there to take my order. I returned after an hour, hoping I hadn’t inconvenienced them too much but instead was met by members of staff who were doing whatever they could to help me. They kept my meal warm, made us some fresh chips and threw in some extras for my work colleagues and my wife. The manager and all of the staff seemed to be on the same page and I only wish I’d had had a dine in experience as I bet it would’ve been really pleasant.

Nice atmosphere for Chicken meal

I recently visit Yeovil on business to discuss big money loan from Saudi for Marcus the Fish, for renovation of octogenarian theatre. Not being familiar with the town, I turn to my well traveled brother, Abe, for place to go. He couldn’t speak highly enough of Yeovil Chicken as he had visited previously a few years with four of his wives and recommended the hot plate and efficient waitresses. And us Saudis love chicken. The ambience of the restaurant was Like a haram. Good. I admired the chicken themed art and asked to be sat next to portrait of Aretha Franklin. The meal was served by young man Arthur who clearly has been to the Nando’s training school although he cant be trusted with the till, the large dwarf called Lee told me in confidence. I know chicken is not hard to cook as all you do just throw it on the grill but the chefs at Yeovil Nando make it look good. Very pretty chefs. For eating I had one piece of chicken butterfly and two sides. It was not like a butterfly. For sides they could not accommodate Babi Ganesh nor hommos. But fries and peas very good. Mashallah. I am pleased that Yeovil which looks worse off than Kiev has such a good restaurant. I left the restaurant with good views and hope the investment from us to Marcus the Fish is invested well in the octogenarian theatre. We will be back at the grand opening of newly refurbished theatre in 2044 hopefully you will still be there then and Yeovil hasn’t turned worse into Gaza city . When I choose a place for food, I look for 3 things. - Tasty chicken - Efficient waitresses - Not make me poop like a crippled goose / brown water 2/3 camels. Not bad at all 🐪🐪

No xmas decorations except a half heatrted table top tree by the door. Freezing cold. Food was nice, hot etc but not impressed by service. After seating we were left to our own devices with a leaflet saying order on the app. I don't want to download an app for a once in a blue moon visit. I dont want my phone cluttered. So after 15 mins we went up and ordered in person. No hot drinks at all ? Winter..... okkkkk. Not impressed so won't go back unless desperate

It's a nandos, they had space to seat me and was clean overall. Long wait of 40mins on a 1/2 chicken order.

Just tried my first Nandos ever, st gheir Yeovil branch. I was so impressed I ordered the sunset burger and loaded fries and I was not disappointed. The chicken was moist tender and full of flavour. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As it was my first time here I was even given a complimentary dessert ( a Pastel de Nate ) which was amazing. A big thank you to all for my first Nandos experience, I am definitely coming back soon.

We had a great time having some lunch today, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so lovely and friendly, nothing was too much to ask of them. We will definitely be returning!

Proper good quality chicken. plenty of options to choose from, a nice selection of sauces as well as different levels of spicy to appeal to everyone. Staff are also helpful and fast with taking and serving orders. Would come here again!

Very accommodating for large party

I am a celiac and they were the most welcoming servers ever they made sure everything was ok.

Absolutely amazing! They gave my daughter a complimentary dessert because we were celebrating the end of her a levels, fantastic staff !

0- Absolutely terrible the young Lady at the counter was extremely rude when seating us. the restaurant was completely empty and we asked to sit near the front and she demanded that we sit elsewhere, after taking the seats and ordering food we had to wait 20 minutes which was pretty standard however I had sat and stared at my food on the little silver food warmer for about 20 minutes- half an hour before the lady decided to bring it over

The service in here is always amazing. ALL members of staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Probably one of the best Nandos I’ve been to.

I absolutely love nandos in general. The staff at the Yeovil restaurant are all really friendly. I've been here more than a few times and I've never had a bad experience, unlike some other ones I've visited.

Nearly DIED! Peri peri vusa should be illegal, or at least sign a waver and have paramedics on sight. Luckily i had first aid trained friend. I had a table spoon of PERI PERI VUSA. Took me right into the heart if Africa. Made me sweat, i thought i was in the saraha. I died and went to hell and came back. The GRILLED HALLOUMI is out of this world. Lactose intolerance had to wait for me to finish this divine dish. So good i went back for thirds Staff were concerned for my health and I appreciate their concerns however Queen Trisha can get through any situation without help. Overall very delightful out of body experience. I WILL RETURN for more PERI PERI VUSA SAUCE Cheers

Love a good Nandos. We had issues ordering on the app, this is due to using data over WiFi. Issue was sorted by the shift manager with profuse apologies, he even came to check everything was ok despite it being busy. They couldn't have done more, totally recommend it.

The food was delicious and appropriately spicy, and the service was impressively quick. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the UK!

Staff were fantastic when we visited, super friendly and very attentive. Happy to chat to us after our meal and make my two children feel very welcome. Food was delicious and served quickly.

Usually would give Nandos Yeovil 5 stars but tonight being Valentines was really awful. We knew it would be busy but weren't told at the door it would be an hour wait, if we had been we would of gone elsewhere. My husband had to go and ask if the food was going to come at all, who knows how long we would of had to wait if he hadn't gone up and asked. When got our food we didn't get an apology and we ate it so quickly as we were that hungry. By the time we had got out we had been gone 2 hours. Really disappointing.

1st time at Nandos. Fantastic service from walking in the door to leaving. Friendly staff explaining how Nandos operate and couldn't be more attentive. Food was excellent and place was beautifully clean. A Special mention for Hal my server (think that's the right name) who was just excellent

I love Nandos, Yeovil have got it spot on, lovely food, clean restaurant and good staff. You must try it.

Was amazed by the kindness and friendliness of the staff on our visit on Friday 2nd of December for dinner, made it such a lovely evening and the food was great as always and arrived very quickly. Very impressed will be back soon.

The service just keeps getting better each visit. I must say that the exceptional staff within this particular Nando's is something Nando's should be proud of. The friendly and attentive nature of all staff is fantastic. On this visit a young chef names Joe stole the show. His attention to detail when preparing the single most delicious wings was thoroughly noted. He asked me how I wanted them and I got them BETTER! Joe went the extra mile and checked in on my from the kitchen, he really made me feel as though I was eating at a friend's house rather than just an establishment. So please make sure this young man is recognised for him fantastic behaviour and enthusiasm. Also extended to the fabulous job his peers and supervisors are doing. I look forward to my next visit! Willis.

Nando's Yeovil is a great place to eat and just chill with friends and/or family.

I cannot thank Nando’s enough for the wonderful customer service from start to finish. In particular ‘Kieran’ who met us as we arrived, smiling and chatty. Kieran gave us the choice of table and explained everything to us from getting our drinks to collecting cutlery. Nothing was too much trouble, Kieran came over to our table on a couple of occasions making sure everything was ok and checking we didn’t need/want anything else. Exceptional customer service, thank you to you all, especially Kieran. We look forward to returning soon 😊

If you're looking for incredible tasting chicken, scrap KFC and come here. This restaurant provides the most high quality chicken in the whole Earth. Not to mention, taking away from the fact the mains are so good, the starters and desserts they offer are also immaculate and never fail to impress me every time I keep coming back for my dinner/lunch.

I just want to put a big thankyou out to Laya and Lee who really looked out for me tonight when I was not at my best. Such a credit to the nandos team. They deserve a pay rise. Such kind and considerate humans getting me a complimentary drink and brownie because they could see I was upset. Amazing food and vibe as always. Hal was also a little sweetie.

Like a lot of restaurants you are now encouraged to order and pay online using a qr code in the table or the Nando's. You can still order at the till if preferred. Food is standard reliable Nando's, filling and tasty. Service was efficient and pleasant. All in all a decent addition to Yeovil eateries.

Friendly staff very quick service worth a visit

Easy to use website although quite a lot of scrolling needed when using a mobile. Useful that you can pre-order for a set collection time. Collection was quick and simple, the food was all ready on time. Expensive but very nice food as per usual.

It's Nandos, what can I say!? The food and service are always great! Although compared to other local Nandos, I do like the fact you can order at your table, by scanning the QR code. I have been to others locally, that do not have this facility.

We were looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat after bowling and decided on Nandos, having not been to one of their eateries for some years. The three of us walked in the door and made eye contact with a member of staff to the rear of the restaurant, who then let us continue into the restaurant and sit down at one of the many empty tables. Once we were seated she grabbed some menus and came over to our table, abruptly informing us that 'if we were to visit the restaurant in future we were to wait at the entrance for someone to seat us'. The manner in which this 'telling off' was relayed to us, immediately made us feel like we were 5 years old and made for an awkward exchange. We responded that we were unlikely to return after this visit, having been spoken to in that way and also advised that there is no signage when you enter Nandos to say wait to be seated. There was no response to this, as if we should know this! but only having visited Nandos once previously my memory must have failed me. Why did the young lady not approach us when we first entered the restaurant, when she was simply talking to another member of staff? We briefly looked at the menu but decided that we didn't wish to remain in the company of someone who spoke to us like children and lacked general customer service skills and promptly left. We will not be returning.
