Nando's in Tower Hamlets

Visité para un almuerzo sorpresa con el equipo. El servicio y la comida eran buenos. El precio era muy razonable y vale la pena una visita a la hora del almuerzo para salir de la oficina.

Gran lugar para almorzar, el personal era increíble y gritar a Leticia que era muy atento! El orden llegó muy rápido y fue puntual.

Este nandos fue tan terrible y la gerente Julia y el servidor recibieron una de nuestras órdenes de amistad y lo pusieron en el sistema mal. Él puso el pedido con nuestros otros amigos inicio de pedido a pesar de que pidieron y pagaron por separado. Esto significa que los 8 tenemos nuestra comida y un amigo tiene que esperar 30 minutos extra. Cuando intentamos pedir una actualización de pedido nos dijeron 2 minutos cuando en realidad no era así. Tuvimos que estar en algún lugar a la una por reloj e intentamos quejarnos a la gerente para obtener algún tipo de reembolso o explicación, pero ella nos dijo que NO era por parte de nandos cuando en realidad era. El servidor puso su pedido con el de otra persona por lo que su comida llegó mucho más tarde cuando pidieron por separado. Se quejó y no tuvo nada más que actitud. ¿Nos hablaba como niños como si no supiéramos lo que era un entrante? No pedimos un entrante así que por qué importaría. NO recomendar ya que el servicio al cliente es muy deficiente. Do better Julia.

Me encanta nandos y es genial que esto sea halal, a veces hay una espera pero no lleva tanto tiempo. Ojalá hubiera más nandos halal

El PEOR restaurante en el que he estado. Simplemente vomitó y tiene diarrea explosiva debido a la comida obviamente nutritiva y completamente deliciosa. Solo pensar en ir me da el más asqueroso de los sentimientos. El pollo era literalmente un bloque sólido de proteína que encajaba en el antónimo de tierno. Aparte de la camarera que se atrevió incluso a hablar con nosotros, el resto del personal estaba literalmente riéndose pensando en cómo fuimos capaces de incluso tragar un pedazo de esa basura. Sinceramente, lo único que era remotamente bueno eran las patatas fritas y el agua, probablemente porque no lo lograron. Espero que Nando se pudra en los pozos más recónditos del infierno. Muy mind no puede comprender cómo Nando's es aún una empresa activa, debería estar muerta hace mucho tiempo. O tal vez la empresa sigue funcionando debido a los precios sobreinflados. La vergüenza de que los establecimientos circundantes deben ser inconmensurables. Una completa miseria. Una pena por las aves de corral que fueron masacradas y luego vomitadas por los clientes de Nando. Mejor comer un trozo de cartón que ha sido usado y meado por mil personas que incluso intentar un poco de crimen hacia el pollo. La foto parece una calabaza de plástico más que un pollo real. Prefiero comer una calabaza real que el pollo de Nando. Espera que esta compañía caiga mañana y , El cliente de Nando P. S. : Me siento tan triste por esa camarera que nos atendió, espero que se vaya a un país donde Nando's no opera.

Un camarero encantador me ayudó, llamado babu él era muy amable y me ayudó en lo que conseguir. Él realmente estaba haciendo que fuera una experiencia acogedora, ya que es mi primera vez en nandos muchas gracias a babu

Horrible lugar para ir. Hay una señora que no lleva el uniforme de personal es una de las peores personas que he conocido. Ella es súper grosera incluso si le haces una pregunta simple. No sugeriría que nadie fuera aquí.

Estábamos sentados en la mesa 2 y estábamos sentados junto a Christina. Ella era absolutamente maravilloso, nos sentó tan pronto como pudo, era muy atento y agradable. Ella hizo nuestra experiencia mucho mejor. Nuestra comida también era preciosa y llegó rápidamente.

Tuvimos una noche maravillosa, buena comida como siempre y el servicio fue genial. No del todo seguro de lo que la familia de cuatro al lado de nosotros se quejaban, la comida llegó rápido y de alta calidad como siempre.

For one, the soft drinks machine had ran out or broken, which is fine things happen so you think they would offer you the glass for water? No. Begrudgingly I was given a glass so I could drink the only drink option they had available other than alcohol then the food comes and it is the driest nandos I’ve ever had. To top it off a long hair was buried in the Mac and cheese. I just walked out. Half the tables are left dirty with staff standing around. Certainly letting the nandos chain down

My family all ate here food arrvied fairly on time , but my sister had notive some bug in her lettuce ehich was a cockcroch and reported to mananger to didnt really care or be concernes about it atall.. it Terrible serive by one the staff who told us all to stack our plates and that. I thought really. As I have worked nandos myself this is disgusting clearly not clean and salads I watch out for .

Went here for a quick lunch, food came quickly, staff were polite. Especially khalid, he was very accommodating and helped sort out an issue with our order very smoothly and professionally.

I was served by a lovely and polite waitress called Ana. She was extremely helpful and attentive to me and my client. She works hard and doesn’t stop moving. Constantly tidying tables and getting them ready for the next customer. Five stars for Ana

I went yesterday to have a lunch with my daughter after her gymnastic class. Decided to visit Nandos again after quite a while. I was shocked with the portions. My daughter had wings and fries. Her fries came in a dish for a souces, you could easily count as their probably was less than 10 fries. I was sharing my fries to make sure she would not leave hungry. I received few teaspoons of a salad together with my fries and burger. I m so sorry I did not take a photo as I felt someone laughed at us. Chicken tasty as always but it's not worth for the money you pay and it was last time we visited Nandos. Also I don't understand why there is no option to buy a single glass of a drink and I need to pay £4 for a unlimited cola when I never have more than one glass. Felt like wasted my money yesterday.

Staff who care about service - that was my impression today. They were often cleaning surfaces which is always appreciated. The food - nothing to say about it because it was fine for me. No complaints, really.

Good service, food and price, as with most Nandos. Cant really fault anything and no problems to return in the future. :)

Every time we visit the UK, we must at least visit Nando’s one time and so we did! Since covid, ordering goed via QR. Went smooth. Staff friendly, food good. Atmosphere of the restaurant could be a little bit better, as it is situated in the middle of the maze that’s called Canary Wharf shopping center. Nothing else to say, really.

The worst Nando’s ever. Great service but terrible food. My daughter and I had to force ourselves to eat our chicken sandwiches, they were so dry and overcooked. Thankfully the portions were meagre, so less the suffering.

I rated this because the staff felt like were rushing the customers which was ideal. Also should not allow kids to stand on tables not good

On February 14, I was at the Cabot Place Nandos restaurant . There were a lot of guests ( customers ), I was standing in line - one of the managers ( he was wearing a red shirt - he had a name - Alex ), he said that I was not standing in line that other customers were first - without asking me for my opinion. My question is Alex is black, the customers behind me were black, I am white and therefore I was treated as white so I can't be the first ( where, in order, I was first ). Because I'm white ?

I have been to Nandos a couple of times before and wouldn't generally visit but my friend likes halal meat and the sauces so we came and shared a chicken platter and a burger. The food was ok quality but the portions were quite small and the prices very high. Also the staff were not at all friendly.

We had visited Winter Lights and unsurprisingly there was a queue. However the manager was so efficient, tables were cleared and cleaned quickly meaning we were seated within about 20 minutes (6 of us). Staff were friendly, the service was quick and the food was very good. The only negative was the state of the toilets, missing toilet seat and missing locks.

The service in this Nando’s is a disgrace if you don’t want your day to be ruined I recommend people to not visit this place the staff are very forgetful and completely unorganised they made me wait over an hour for food… in addition, they gave people that ordered after me all their food and they finished all their food while I’m still waiting for mine to come I’ve ended up missing an important meeting over food that was burnt like the garlic bread and on top of that my peri chips were missing and they claimed we didn’t order peri chips I’m glad I came back and returned honestly thanks for time wasted

One of the few restaurants available in the Canary Wharf mall that you can easily access from outside. Friendly and responsive staff and a nice selection of chicken meals and sandwiches. This branch serves Halal food so it is a good option if you are looking for this type of food. You will need to get your basic service items like cutlery and drinks. Reasonably priced for a convenient and fulfilling meal and a spacious area to sit and relax.
