Always slow in this one. Day, Morning or night. Annoyingly, they move the orders to collection even though they've hardly started them (all the time!!!!). Can only assume this looks better for them serving food quicker than, indeed they are..

Drive through with limited parking. A few tables for a quick meal. Good use of space.

One of the best McDonald's I have been to which might sound strange but service and quality of the food was spot on

Rubbish service, all staff talking always banggali about customers even managers talking banggali.and staff struggling with customers and so busy but manger having smoke outside and chilling with delivery driver.

My fiancée and I were there twice. The staff are very nice. It is very practical that the Mcdonald is close to the Ibis Hotel in Whitechapel and was a nice change from the Mcdonald we know from Austria.

Food never arrived, but delivery marked as completed!!

There is always an item missing from my order when I order from here and when I complain about it I am not given a refund. The service is not great at all.

Big Mac meal was great and the chicken nuggets

Absolute shambles food is disgusting served cold and hard. Staff are like robots not a smile on their face. As for the atmosphere forgot it does not exist.

Fries were soggy, quaterpounders soggy (we had 4), but the attitude of the staff (& at that time of the morning ), was fantastic. They were courteous, polite and helpful. We would go back.

Coffee was all over my food and when I asked driver what happen he just laughed, not even apologised, also bag wasn’t sealed. Very bad experience

Ordered 2 breakfast wraps with NO SAUCE. BOTH arrived with brown sauce. As a restaurant they should adhere to such dietry requirements. Especially as it could be an allergy issue. Not the first time Commercial road have messed up my order.

Despite delivery being early, none of my items were delivered. I ordered three meals and a share box and instead received a plain cheeseburger and a fat Coke. So not impressed!

Koyes shift manager at macdonalds commercial Road at 00:35 hrs on the weds 18/09/24 said if I want a cup of ice I need to pay and he’ll key it in as sauce … diabolical as that’s a first 🤬

I recently visited the McDonald’s on Commercial Road, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. Despite the long wait times, my order was incorrect, and the food didn’t meet the usual McDonald's standards. I hope improvements can be made in service fastly to match the reputation McDonald’s is known for globally.

McDonald's built from a former petrol station so the drive-in is kinda weird and limited space for parking. Service isn't bad and food is Maccy's quality....

Parking outside is a bit tight. The outside could do with a tidy up. Coffee was good

Food was disgusting. Hashbrowns hadn’t been drained after taking out of the fryer. They were so greasy and soggy they had to go in the bin. It’s usually low/mid quality at this place, but this was the worst.

McDonald’s (Commercial Road, E1) can be a bit of a hit and miss affair. Either their food is fresh and hot on delivery or not (cold and stale). Really depends, but mostly lands on not so great. I would also never, I mean never, order their Soft Drink in a cup from them; spills every single time and drenches your food in soda.

Rubbish food rubbish service. Our table service came with half of our order. We had to go wait in the queue to tell them. Then 10 minutes later they brought out Reminders in a paper bag without an apology. Rude.

The delivery was fine but the buns that went with the sausage didn’t seem cooked properly but on the soggy side and the drink that went with it was warm and had no fizz u want a nice cold drink with your brekkie it was flat as a pancake and warm

Very busy mcd. May take a while to get the order. However, great service and they make the best mcd wraps with proper fillings.

Food was stone cold, the milkshake was hot? Several items missing and they may as well have kept the packing for the fries as they didn’t bother using them properly in the first place. Everything dumped inside and soggy, stuck to the bag.

Food is cold, printed time on box said 14:24, I received it at 15:00. Smells bad, inedible. Can only say it's on time as the delivery time kept changing every time I refreshed the screen. Assume no chance of a refund, but unacceptable.

Workers look miserable. Whilst waiting for my breakfast this morning there was a guy in the kitchen (tall, skinny, wearing a cap) who looked like he was doing nothing. Also looked like he was either eating or chewing gum. Also someone all in black just leaning against one of the machines talking to the same guy. When I got my food it was luke warm at its best. I know this isn’t a 5* restaurant but I at least expect the food to be warm on an early, quiet morning. Seemed to be a few people in shirts as well who I’m guessing is management and they just let their staff stand around and talk when there’s orders to be made. Or when they are ready, the food is just sat there til one of the staff members can be bothered to give it to their customers

No chips in order i want a refund

The rider was in McDonald for 30 mins alone. Then I watched them go the wrong way multiple times and ignore the delivery note I had left to make the drop off easier for everyone involved.

After waiting more than 40 minutes I had to call the restaurant because the food wasn’t delivered and I haven’t got my money back. Just Eat refuses to help or track deliverers to find where was the issue. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

i lost count how many times i’ve used this mcdonalds (in person and through this app). they always get my order right. sometimes the food isn’t super hot anymore, but i guess that’s the risk with having it delivered at 3am

The rider did a phenomenal job. I placed the order for the wrong location. The courier called me and told me he couldn’t find me. Alerted him to the fact. My actual location was not far off so I sent that to him. He went above and beyond and delivered the order to where I was. I wanted to leave him a tip via the app but didn’t get the option.

driver for some reason was waiting on Stepney way 10mins until had to leave my house late at night to go find him. he was very ignorant and when I pointed to my street sign that was in front of him he could not tell me why he hadn't came to deliver. food stone cold

I ordered 3 meals for my family totalling to £30+. What i received was a meal for 1 abd not even what i ordered. Im beyond angry at the incompetence. Your job isn't hard, how can you f up peoples orders/deliveries? RIDICULOUS
