Wrong order received, ordered a burger meal and received breakfast one 2 hours after they stopped serving it!

poor experience, only half the order arrived because of a mistake and laziness by the delivery driver

Order online. Open the bag. No sauce. Bought extra as well. Didn’t even give me the sauce that comes with my chicken selects. Why?

It wasn't one of the best experiences at McDonald's. The service was poor and the atmosphere wasn't good.

I tried to contact the restaurant, to cancel my order by the number was completely useless. I also messaged the driver he read my responses and did not reply, I would like a refund immediately as I didn’t mean to place the order. I wanted to completely cancel the order as I put in the wrong address. I would like a complete refund for my order which I have now had to replace at a local restaurant.

SCAM!!!!!! As a French tourist, a lady came to our table to ask us to leave a review on the internet, we let her do so because she took the liberty of taking our phone to give herself 5 stars to all the questions the site asked... The story lasted 15 minutes and in exchange we had a QR code which allowed us to have a best of a 2livres99 menu supposedly valid even in France. So far, we were delighted... We came out of a French McDonald's, it turns out it was a big scam, the manager was dying of laughter 😅. In the end, we ate our McDonald's cold since this lady stayed next to us for 15 minutes, for nothing since her QR code is worthless....there you go

This branch always saves the day for me, always open. There's not much else to say. It's McDonald's!

Unbelievably poor service. I waited for ten minutes in front of the counter while being ignored by everyone, despite waiving at them. They only seemed to care about the delivery drivers. I even offered them a kindly handshake if they'd take my order. In the end, I left without ordering anything. Will not visit this branch again for my Filet O Fish.

Popped in for a quick lunch turned out to be nothing but frustrating and long, this woman pictured spent almost 5 minutes staring at her phone whilst customers stood there waiting for her to bring food. When she finally decided to serve she then started chatting to her colleagues,may I suggest serving customers before talking and you might serve people quicker 🙄

The food was good. Went there two to three times. Staffs are friendly and service is good. Tried their wrap, Big mac and milk shakes. All were good

The experience was the worst. Mcdonalds made sure that they ruined my delivery experience. Nothing was fine. They sent wrong items, on top of that forgot to add few of the items. Took the exact money that was too be charged and then forgot to pack it in. Worst experience one could ever have

ordered over £50 worth of food and 4 drinks got no food 2 drinks were spilt and the bag was open all I got is I'll get a email in a couple days no refund no solution brilliant service

11/10 service from Margil Moudi he was a lovely staff member and was so helpful. This McDonald’s is usually very slow but he was so polite and lovely!!!!

If you order from here, they will most likely forget an item. They are incapable of double checking the order before sealing the bag.

Ordered food with family,was approached by a female member of staff to do a review and specifically name her in it,no issue with that,then received a code in email to discount when visiting other branches, tried today to use the code which is still in date,says already redeemed ,tried code they gave us on wife's phone for the same survey,says invalid. Inappropriate to lie to customers in return for favourable reviews. Which everything was standard, not exceptional service as stated in the review. Found the female member of staff to be forward and almost demanding to do the survey herself .

One of the worst branch's I have been in the UK very bad service and very rude staff.

I am customer, i enjoy my food there but i see staff behaviour is not good at all,i saw one ridar was waiting for food and staff was busy in Their gossip. And this way they ruined one rider 1 hour perfectly. They even don’t think that its their duty to give the order as soon as possible.

Driver insisted on using multiple apps instead of just listening to my instructions over the phone, causing the food to become cold

Gave me the wrong order, got home and had the wrong order. So annoyed, if you can’t speak English why are you even working on a McDonald’s next to Aldgate? None of you lot even work, most the time speaking to each other. Download duo lingo and you might be able to do your job better.

It's good place to enjoy with your friends and family. But I truly recommend all of you come with your partner's. Because there was a space upside to make memories😝😝😜. Good luck

I’ve ordered 1 burger, x2 large fries and 2 chocolate cookies with a Tropicana orange juice. When I received my order there were 3 items missing: x2 chocolate cookies and 1 large fries… not good

Ordered a Grimace shake, morons just mixed vanilla and chocolate milkshake and called it a day. Didn't even bother to mix it in properly. Ordered a burger with extra sauce, asked twice when I noticed worker ignored me the first time. Still received a burger without extra sauce.

McDonald's is a decent fast-food brand to dine at if you are looking to have a quick bite at an affordable rate. Customer service is decent and basic facilities are provided for the supply of tissue, salt, and pepper. The atmosphere is pretty cosy as compared to the nearby chicken and chip shops, although the decor could do with more development. I have noticed that they may serve pre-made food that has been re-heated, which may not happen often but, nonetheless, should not happen at all. The new self-service features are most likely the summit of McDonald's development so far, making ordering easier and more customisable than ever before. Due to current political reasons, I have refrained from purchasing their food items, but will say that the quality of their services are okay in honest critique.

Food came in installments, drinks were half full and flat. Didn't get any napkins or sauces and a server did a review on my phone very bizarre. Atmosphere is horrible it's used as a uber eats hub and there's drivers dotted everywhere.

Staff had out the drinks and the food together so the drinks had spilt all over the food. So it was all cold, soaking wet and inedible.!!!

This took about 40 minutes to be delivered to mine, which was a 12 minute drive away when I looked on Google maps (I have a picture to prove but I can’t attach anything) and my meal is inedible. As I have not eaten any of mymeal I want a full refund.

The place is very messy.tables aren't cleaned. There was a drunken/drugie guy there screaming.police came and arrested the guy around 12.30.my food was delayed.

Worst branch i have ever visited. Food is ok but 3/4 of the restaurant is occupied by drivers sitting and the toilets are a refugee camp for crackheads. I was scared to wait and use the toilet .

In general, everything is fine, but you can see that in the morning you don't feel like it and everything is fucked up, hash browns, unbaked green bacon..

Absolutely the best McDonald's I've been to. The food was amazing, it was hot, cooked well and served well. The staff were super friendly and would praise this as the best McDonald's I've had. Honestly was really lovely.

I got the cheesy Mcrispy. I asked for no chutney no lettuce and no crispy onion. But I want the cheese sauce and cheese slices. But yet again I did not get the cheese slices and no cheese sauce. Just bacon only !!!!
