despite the hideous food temperature,the McChicken came with a missing peace of bun,barley any mayonnaise,and my stomach kept hurting bad during my sleep which i never experience

Honestly the worst Mcdonald to order from. Never get what I order.

It's not my cup of tea. Staff seem overworked and tired.

Update: 1 star... Still language barrier. Can't really order anything using drive thru.

They frequently mess up your order. I just ordered the double big mac and I got the normal one. Always check every item if you go to this Mc Donalds

Workers look miserable. Whilst waiting for my breakfast this morning there was a guy in the kitchen (tall, skinny, wearing a cap) who looked like he was doing nothing. Also looked like he was either eating or chewing gum. Also someone all in black just leaning against one of the machines talking to the same guy. When I got my food it was luke warm at its best. I know this isn’t a 5* restaurant but I at least expect the food to be warm on an early, quiet morning. Seemed to be a few people in shirts as well who I’m guessing is management and they just let their staff stand around and talk when there’s orders to be made. Or when they are ready, the food is just sat there til one of the staff members can be bothered to give it to their customers

No chips in order i want a refund

The rider was in McDonald for 30 mins alone. Then I watched them go the wrong way multiple times and ignore the delivery note I had left to make the drop off easier for everyone involved.

After waiting more than 40 minutes I had to call the restaurant because the food wasn’t delivered and I haven’t got my money back. Just Eat refuses to help or track deliverers to find where was the issue. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

i lost count how many times i’ve used this mcdonalds (in person and through this app). they always get my order right. sometimes the food isn’t super hot anymore, but i guess that’s the risk with having it delivered at 3am

driver for some reason was waiting on Stepney way 10mins until had to leave my house late at night to go find him. he was very ignorant and when I pointed to my street sign that was in front of him he could not tell me why he hadn't came to deliver. food stone cold

The rider did a phenomenal job. I placed the order for the wrong location. The courier called me and told me he couldn’t find me. Alerted him to the fact. My actual location was not far off so I sent that to him. He went above and beyond and delivered the order to where I was. I wanted to leave him a tip via the app but didn’t get the option.

I ordered 3 meals for my family totalling to £30+. What i received was a meal for 1 abd not even what i ordered. Im beyond angry at the incompetence. Your job isn't hard, how can you f up peoples orders/deliveries? RIDICULOUS

Nice food, but the place was a bit dirty

Unfortunately, this McDonald's Drive Thru restaurant fell under par for the following reasons:- 1. They took way too long to prepare the food. 2. They took way too long to serve the food. 3. The customer service was extremely poor; no one announced via their speaker system that there was a delay. 4. The customer in front, whose order was taking forever, beeped & called out to her to ask her if the Team/Crew, were aware she was waiting. She responded "yes & didn't know what was taking them so long - she'd ordered a drink!". 5. On finally reaching the 'order' window, explained to the young lady, wasn't beeping necessarily at her/the Team/Crew, was just getting the previous customer's attention to find out, if the team/crew knew she was waiting. Needless to say, was met with a blank stare. Reiterated the statement and finally got a nod of acquiesce. 6. The food was cold and dry (no juice or moistness present - hence, not fresh, as per McDonald's reputation! Based on the above, won't be going or ordering from that branch again, unless, overall, they do better. Sorry, but it's a 'No' from me👎.
