Good chicken good chips clas. Cosby was great deserves a raise made sure to help at all times even got sauces for us, very polite and kind young man

Meal was over priced for what I got I felt. It was nice, just not worth the price in my opinion. Resturant was nice, but the area to get condiments from was dirty and needed cleaning and this wasn't don't the whole time I was there, maybe they were short staffed, but I don't look nice.

Disgrace. Wi-Fi didn’t work, no signal, toilet a kip. Came for the loaded fries that were advertised everywhere and was told they didn’t have them. Table beside me proceeded to order loaded fries and have them brought to their table 10 minutes after my food had arrived. Was I lied to? Also overpriced and portion sizes have gotten smaller.

Arrived . Ordered food. Fetched our cutlery which was filthy dirty. Noticed family next too us were eating with there fingers . Food arrived which was just OK... Tables were filthy dirty. Seating areas never get cleaned as I watched staff cleaned tables. Staff aren't managed correctly. They need a lesson it basic hygiene. After I told the manager all the cutlery was dirty 2 mins later I saw him cleaning it through the service hatch which a dishcloth. Omg how minging is tha. Don't ate in this restaurant

The staff was very friendly and looked after us. Food was delivered quick. We had the boneless sharing platter and it was delicious.

Staff Safeena had a good memory of my disabled daughter’s needs, from our last visit. Safeena was attentive and kept checking my disabled daughter was ok - kind gesture. Food was fast and tasty.

Had 4 boneless thighs with a couple of sides. Great food served super quick and the staff were really helpful and friendly

Butterfly chicken - was just average. Needed the sauces to come alive Garlic bread - bit too burnt and hard Veg burger - this was the best of the lot Sauces here are the best but seems like they were unused for a while and the solids settled down leaving just the oil dripping out when you pour it.

Are here when we were in town for a meeting. Food was nice and can’t complaint. It took a bit of time to arrive and the restaurant wasn’t that busy on a Tuesday night. Service wasn’t that great. Table wasn’t cleaned before we were seated…. We assisted with this when we asked for it to be done. Forced to order on an app rather than placing an order which is clearly for the beni fit of the restaurant and not the customer. Fine for us but not great service. Food was s delivered. We had to get our own sauce, condiments and cutlery and staff did not say anything , they just left the food. Poor service again. We were near the podium where staff were seating customers and two staff spent most of the visit talking to each other rather than tending customers. It felt like we did everything but cook the chicken or wash the dishes. Toilets were dirty. Restaurant wasn’t clean at all with the floor having more food debris etc than I’d have expected. £3 odd for a small bowl of coleslaw. Staff could have been much better. Wouldn’t go back…. Food was nice though

went to Nando's this evening with two others. I have to say I am not a big fan of Nando's. I do not see the appeal. The only thing I wanted to eat was the portobello mushroom and halloumi pitta. When my friends got to the counter it was not available. There was a big queue so I had to rush down and tell the woman what I wanted. How can you decide on the spot between things you do not want to eat. My friend ordered some chicken thing covered in one of their sauces but that could not hide how hard and dry the chicken was. It was only edible when smothered in mayonnaise. I had chips and rainbow slaw. I mistakenly thought this would be like a colourful coleslaw but not so it was basically shredded veg tat had not seen any mayonnaise, very disappointing. I have tried Nando's several times and each time tried different option to try and find something worth the money. Tonight I admitted defeat. I will never find anything on their menu that I would be happy to pay their price for. Another fast food joint with a popularity that exceeds what is offers. The only up side was that the staff were very nice.

Wir waren gleich 2x zum Abendessen da, weil die Wings so lecker waren. Man kann zwischen verschiedenen Schärfen auswählen. Reservierungen sind nicht möglich, aber man muss auch nicht lange warten. Ist schon irgendwie ein Schnellimbiss, aber sehr lecker.

The food was nice, really enjoyed it - was well cooked. Came here as 2 families. We were told at the door there was limited customers inside due to staff shortages, that was fine we were in no rush as it was only around 6.30-7pm anyway. There was 7 of us and they let us in still prepared to serve us, we were happy. The lady came over and took drinks order and these arrived swiftly. There was a shortage of what we all wanted off the menu but that was fine, we all got something and we were all happy. At the end of the meal the three kids decided they wanted a pudding, so the adults were going to order another drink while the kids had pudding. We were told that the manager had decided to shut the tills down and close the business for the night (it was only about 8pm ish at this point) so once everyone had done we all had to leave as they were closing!!! WOW! They were happy to get us through the door but not happy to service us as customers from start to end. Why...? I don't get it. Had a word with the manager at the counter who told me I was being rude and that we were told they had staff shortages at the start. Not happy with this I argued the toss with him and asked if the kids could still have a pudding for goodness sake, a bit of ice cream wouldn't be too much of a big ask would it? would have paid cash if need be, they could ring it in the day after. Clearly it was. Cut a long story short, I told him we'd be giving them a really bad review on here and he just laughed in my face - wasn't bothered one bit. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude. They ask you to 'be kind' and 'be patient' to the retail workers in the pandemic, well it clearly doesn't work the other way around when customers are trying to spend their money in places that were hit the hardest to receive such attitude back! No wonder staying in is the new going out !!

I have tried the Peri-Peri chicken last week at Nando’s and it was tasty. I love their service and the sauce at Nando's is the best ever. However, it is a bit expensive and it took almost half an hour to receive our order.

Never fails to impress, never walk away hungry. Always cooked to great standards and very reasonably priced.
