I wish I could give a zero becuase I would becuase we entered to have lunch all was well we ordered at the till becuase we had cash so we did and then we waited 1 hour for food we were so patient until one of my family members who is a heart patient had to eat there medicine and we asked what happend to our food they said WE CANNCELLED this and WE PAID and did not get told we asked them where is the food they said I will come and give you now and remember they placed the order not us and told us it was our fualt somehow we had a family from America come and they got treated so bad and they dumped the food on our table and ran away whilst we were asking a question and the chef came out and said I don't have to give respect to any of our customers which we thought was rude so the manger came which was Alex we think was very nice and asked us about what was happening and apologised unlike her other employees which didn't even say sorry and blamed it on us instead

One of the worst nandos experience I’ve ever had, nandos has only been top tier but this experience was a nightmare! Waited 40 mins for our food (bearing in mind one of the separate orders was just 5 wings) After asking the manager for an update he didn’t even check anything just said it’s on the grill which we then proceeded to wait another 8 mins, was so distasteful and rude… The food was Luke warm after 40 mins that’s a joke! To top it off everytime we’ve been at Trafford Centre if it’s 25/30 mins late they throw in a little free dessert this guy didn’t even bother to apologise for the delay, none of the staff did was a shambles, will most definitely not be going to this branch again

I go to parrswood Nando’s every other month or so, this time I had the pleasure of being served by Jamie V. All I can say is that the service was absolutely immaculate, I understand Nando’s can get very busy, making it harder for employees to provide consistent customer service to each customer but Jamie excelled, welcoming my friend and I. Once we were seated the food came to us incredibly fast, this is not necessarily a good thing because that usually mean the food has been left, but in this case the food was fresh, warm and scrumptious. The regular check ups from Jamie made me comfortable and relaxed. You can see that he doesn’t rock up to the shift for the sake of it, I could see the enjoyment in providing great customer service. All in all, an incredibly pleasant experience made better by the outstanding customer service provided by Jamie V. Highly recommend.

I visited nandos yesterday, and the staff members were so attentive my needs. One member of staff was especially helpful, Naveed. He refilled my drinks for me and my kids drinks because I couldn’t leave my seat due to the little ones. I did tell the manager at the end of his shift about his amazing attitude and customer service. Once again thank you!! I’ll be back xx

We visited Nando's Manchester - Parrs Wood for a quick lunch. We were seated and asked the usual questions and ordered via the app as we were instructed. Food took a good while to arrive and the experience was tarnished by other guests who were constantly passing our table to go in and out of the restaurant. The staff were nice enough when speaking but a smile wouldn't hurt anyone. The food was nice just as you expect from any Nando's, a nice kick of spice from the medium butterfly chicken, rice was good and garlic bread tasty.

My experience at this Nandos was superb. One of my first times visiting Manchester and a friend suggested we go Nandos, quite rightly so. I was greeted with super friendly and welcoming staff, in particular Nav was great who was serving us. The food was quick and everything was orderly and smooth.

Very messy floors at counter where food service. messy toilet area with chairs near disabled toilets. Take staff 5 mins clean up chips on floor even tho had staff walking pass and walking on them a customer nearly fell... Only takes seconds get tissues paper clean up chips. Train your staff don't walk by and think other staff going clean it up

I ordered 5 items on the menu, i was given 4 items straightway as if it was pre-ready, And one item, i had to seek out 3 times, i could see food was on hot hold, waiting staff are standing and talking with each other but didn’t serve the food until 15 minutes later, I could understand if they were busy but they aren’t, very unprofessional body language for waiting staffs, Food is good but not recommending dine-in.

40 mins we sat waiting without even a drink after ordering, when I eventually asked the server highlighted it was ‘his bad’ as one of the numbers had worn off the table stand so the food had been ordered to the wrong table… then had to get up and ask again for glasses ten minutes later (I have a broken ankle) food actually arrived, chicken overdone and rock hard, broccoli needed a table saw to get through it.. when our food was given to us the server had the worst attitude when I highlighted we had not had our starter.. he took great delight in telling me it’s because YOU ordered to the wrong table… Then asked 5 times further if we had all of our food now in a sarcastic manner without even an apology. Worst experience in a Nando’s ever, 10/10 would not recommend.

I visited Nando's with my family this evening, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. But what truly made our visit memorable was the exceptional service we received, especially from Molly. Molly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. It's not often you come across such dedicated service, and it really made a difference in our visit. Overall, we left very satisfied and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Nando's for both the food and the outstanding service!

Food was good but once ordered everything is self service even the cutlery, which if seated at top of a long narrow busy restaurant is annoying as food is going cold while you get sauces, cutlery and serviettes. I had a disabled friend with me so I needed to get everything for us both. Another area at top of this restaurant would be a huge advantage. Staff need to be trained to speak to customers clearly while looking at the customer too. We missed most of what she told us as she was looking at other staff whilst she mumbled to us.

Really poor customer service. The lady seating us was nice and one gentleman served but the others were rude, they avoided eye contact, sulky voices, slamming food down, plain miserable. We didn’t even get a bye or thanks for coming. I would definitely head to another Nando’s or a different eatery if you are at Parrs Wood until the front of house staff/waiting on staff are changed. This chain is well below the usual standards! Food was average, creamy mash was microwaved and dry. Disappointing!.

Terrible experience. Food arrived 30 minutes late despite being able to see it on the side as the staff were all talking near the entrance and on their phones. It was only until one staff member realised that they're supposed to serve food so went over and then it arrived. Ate half of it, found a bug in the wrap so took it back, no apology. Offered to make it again, it arrived in 5 minutes and then an apology was given. Wouldn't recommend coming here as the service is terrible and the food was cold. It seems like young people who don't care run the place. Never again.

Sal was absolutely amazing. Despite the limited space in the restaurant, she managed to accommodate us. She assisted us multiple times and was exceptionally kind to my family and me. The food at Nando's is very good, and the atmosphere is amazing. I always love going there and getting the Wild Herb sauce. Special shout-out to Sal!

We went to Nandos for a rare, baby free, Saturday evening date night. We waited half an hour for a table and ordered our food via the QR code when we sat down. Thirty minutes later and we still hadn’t been brought our drinks. We had to ask different members of staff twice. When our food came, my husband’s side of Mac & Cheese was missing. After ten minutes, he got up and asked a member of staff about it, who he noticed was the manager. He said it would be right out. Twenty minutes after that it still hadn’t arrived. I got up and spoke to a female member of staff who apologised and managed to bring it over within a few minutes. Overall we were just sat waiting for our food and drinks and it was very hard to flag down a member of staff. The majority of staff we spoke to acted as if we were bothering them by asking for our items and it felt like our issues were simply being dismissed. My husband has never particularly been a fan of Nandos, but I always loved it. So he took me there as a kindness. We were both extremely disappointed.

The environment was lovely as always and staff too. We order a full platter and the chicken was below Nandos standard and taste. The skin was burnt to the point that the taste was sour. The chick inside was not marinated nor cooked property. You could see the raw Red meat and of poor taste. Was not happy with the quality of food, espcially when it costs £35 for a platter.

THE WORST BRANCH IN GREATER MANCHESTER We were queuing just like everyone else then suddenly 3 guys out of no were jumped on the que as they apparently know the nandos guy at the door !! We tried to object and inform the guy that's not acceptable but he completely ignored us (no reply) ! We tried to speak to the manager who was extremely rude although he saw the situation but he kept talking to us from behind the counter saying ((ok we can book you in now)) !! No apologise or any explanation why he allowed this situation then I asked why the three guys took our table? he starte shouting (( listen I'm not having this argument )) !! At this point we decided to leave. Extremely unprofessional staff and managers Very poor customer service skills and the only reason they are busy is they are Halal branch. that's it nothing else. Called in for a late lunch on my own. It wasn’t particularly busy. Ordered my food no problem, when my food arrived the chips were cold. I don’t understand why they were cold. Literally had about 8 tables in at the time and most of them were eating, so clearly didn’t cook fresh chips they must have had some chips left over just sitting there. £20 for a wrap with chips a side of hallium and a drink, it’s not even cheap.

If I could give 0 I would. Went in today with my 3 kids and mom at 11.11am. The doors were open. Online it states Saturday timing to be 11am-11pm and delivery starts at 11.30am. Have walked in through the doors 1 of the workers looked at what seemed to be management rolled her eyes and he goes "we don't open until 11.30am" I said I've looked at your opening times before entering and it says 11am online he's then says no it's 11.30am your mistaken. Me and my family left because none of them looked bothered enough to serve customers. To lie to a customer just because they looked like they couldn't be bothered working early is ridiculous! Absolutely worst experience ever would never be going into that branch again ever!

I was picking up a child’s meal tonight for my nephew and unfortunately had a bad experience-but based upon the treatment of a staff member by a customer.I felt it was unjust and uncalled for and the service was really good by all members on shift.I didn’t catch the young man’s name but I wanted to just say that it was dealt with well and give him a shoutout to his manager, as i understand how it can be hard to just do your job sometimes when certain customers deal with things in such a manner.I understand how it can be to work in the service field and it’s just nice to also hear the positive feedback instead of all negative.thanks. The worst Nando's I have ever been to. I have been to Nando's what feels like 100s of times and rarely have a bad experience. This branch changed that. The restaurant was absolutely packed with rude and ignorant customers and staff who cared more about chatting with their mates than actually serving anyone. Unfortunately this branch seems to attract large groups of absolute ignoramuses who insist on barging past you and letting their children run loose around the establishment. Not necessarily Nando's fault, but I'll get to that. The food was cold and extremely underwhelming. A tiny portion of chicken with some limp cold fries. All of the sauces had been depleted and were either left at empty tables or being hogged by the aforementioned ignorant customers. The bottle I did find was covered in sticky old sauce and tasted vile. I have Saka to blame for that one. I would avoid this branch if you want a nice meal in peace - Horrid customers. Horrid food. Horrid atmosphere.

Tables are crammed, people keep knocking to your chair when passing. I bought 4 Pastel de nata to take out. When I got home to try them it was exactly like I was biting into a chicken piece, the strong smell of piri piri chicken was infused in the pastry. I’m vegetarian and it made me sick. Even my husband who isn’t vegetarian refused to eat them as he said a pastry with chicken flavour is disgusting!

Came for some lunch, service was alright. Had to go up to get our own glasses after waiting for them to arrive (as we ordered online). 2/3 dishes arrived, asked a member of staff about this and try to say we ordered to another table which we didn't do... showed the order and they did give us 2 free sides. Although when my order came it wasn't what I originally ordered but by that time I was so fed up and just wanted to eat. Not usually up to par to other Nando's I've been to... probably won't be coming back.

Nando's is one of those places where you know what you're getting – decent food, decent vibes. Their peri-peri chicken? Yeah, it's pretty tasty, no complaints there. And those fries with peri-peri seasoning? They hit the spot. But here's the thing: the experience can be a bit hit or miss. Terrible service, completely empty when we visited - yet staff stood around chatting doing nothing. Once we had ordered, no glasses were brought over despite around 8 staff members stood around doing nothing. Food was delicious and came very fast, however the food came before the glasses did, we had to ask for multiple missing items from our order. Staff member who brought the food over had very long hair which she kept swishing around near the food collection area - felt very unhygienic. Most cutlery and glasses were dirty. Despite this, staff were lovely on arrival and when leaving, and accommodating throughout when issues were brought up to them.

The least you expect when going out for dinner is having cutlery. Me and two friends went in for dinner before the cinema. We noticed straight away whilst grabbing sauces, napkins etc that there were no forks. We asked a member of staff who said they would be out soon. We waited and by this post our food had arrived. We asked another member of staff who said that the forks were coming. Waited for 5 minutes still no forks with our food going cold. I had to open the door into the kitchen to ask for forks and was told they were being washed. All in all we had to ask about 5 members of staff for some forks, all of which were not very apologetic and looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there.

wow, delicious, and with Portuguese music in the mix. Just gets a tad too busy, and you often have to wait to get seated. But worth it. Update: February 2024 This time I decided to pay and take-out. I waited 40mins, and while I waited two ladies (next to me) ordered online. They received their order 15mins later. I asked a gent and he replied "wait and we will shout your number." Yet nobody shouted any numbers, nor are there any sign system like Argos. I asked again 10mins later - It was placed in a under counter cupboard. Upon opening outside, I bit into the wrap to find it was luke warm, and the chips cold. While the atmosphere is good, the service is awful. Won't go back again!

It’s such a shame that this place is so bad as we used to love coming here. The service is now so bad; full of student employees that don’t care less about customer service. Food always takes at least 40 minutes to arrive after ordering - not fast food! How long does it take to grill pre-cooked chicken? There is always a mix up with our order and we always have to chase the bottomless glasses because they are never brought to our table. This time, there was no dressing for my salad, the garlic bread was cold and we had to ask for glasses and where half our order was! I have given this place so many chances. It doesn’t improve so sadly, I won’t be back.

absolutely shocking waited 45 min then seated at the table near the door the que was massive. we froze food came after another 45 min. The staff have no customer service skills no emotional intelligence it’s like a take away. We asked to be seated elsewhere they told us we will have to go back on the waiting list. It used to be pleasant when i used to come before covid however now i don’t recommend the place. Next time i will go to white city as the service is friendly and much better atmosphere.

VISIT 02/02 Decided to spend our anniversary here and went for lunch. Disaster. Restaurant is meant to open at 11:30 AM. It did not open until 11:35 and the tables were all dirty. An older female staff member was cleaning tables (ie, wiping crumbs onto the floor) and walked past our table not intending to clean it. I politely requested for her to clean it and thanked her. She glared at me and wouldn't speak. All knives and forks dirty. To echo a recent reviewer re hygiene standards. I concur. There are 0. Disorganised staff . this place has a high turnover for managers because no one knows what they are doing. too busy stood around talking. For those who aren't aware. The food is prepared and is ready FAST. However it sits for an age on the counter , waiting for the wait staff to bring it over.......and when they eventually do its cold Ordered food, didn't receive a glass for my bottomless drink, others did despite ordering after me. I had to go up to the counter to get a glass. Food arrived cold. Menus and Nandos sauce bottles sticky and dirty Utter disappointment.

We had a £200 lunch order delivered to our office today and what a nightmare! Myself and a colleague ordered a Sunset Burger each only to find that both of them were moldy!! We were so shocked that I phoned and spoke to the manager(Mark) I had the poorest response ever…….. No apology and was told the safety team would contact me, when I asked what about our lunch(not that I’d eat there again) I was basically told there was nothing he could do and should just request a refund through the delivery App!! Really felt compelled to write this as this is very bad hygiene and also really poorly handled by the restaurant. How many people have eaten there today or any other and not they were eating moldy food as the restaurant clearly doesn’t check before they serve it?

Very similar to all of the Nando's franchise restaurants on every level. Unique selling point is location - huge free parking and entertainment facilities short walking distance, allowing families and friends have whole experience of convenience without of hustle! Just for that, highly recommend!

Poor service and average food. After asking how much longer our food will be (which I hate doing) it finally arrived after 55 minutes. Most of it was cold and the rice was hard, it’s a shame as Nando’s is normally great at any branch you visit, but this time a bad experience unfortunately.

We ordered 3 starters and 2 burger menu. Took them 25-30min to get us the starters after we asked once to one of the young waitresses. Starters did not even come all at once. at least 4 tables who came after us got their food and left by the time we're done with the starters and still waiting for our burgers. The queue system was ridiculous. After asking for the second time about the food, the waitress apologized and made a full refund of our order which compensated a bit the delay, we were late to watch a movie because of that

Offers the expected flavors and quality in their dishes. However, the sauce bottles were noticeably marked with fingerprints and lacked cleanliness, making the dining experience somewhat off-putting. Take some wipes for the communal bottles
