Nando's in Manchester

Delicious food, with friendly helpful staff. I would recommend the Fina Pitta and it tasted really good.

Genuinely surprised at thw flavour and quality of the food, it's quite impressive. Helpful waiters, and a welcoming vibe from the staff. However, quite pricy if you eat here alone, I'd recommend going in a group.

I ordered 10 wings, but they were dry and burnt. The burnt taste ruins the flavor of the food. Wingstop is miles better than Nando's.

I was one of those people that didn't have a clue how to use this voucher where nandos was one of the venues. Staff were dead friendly and helpful. Didn't feel like I was being an annoying cheap skate. It was much appreciated haha

Nandos is always good, the peas were too hard, the wrap looked odd, short and stubby, the chicken was a little chewy. However the location and service were great!

The wifi speed is very slow. And the order app is hard to use it. We try several times for orders and have double pay

Had a lovely time this evening, the best Nandos service I’ve ever had. Our waiter Mo was so attentive and friendly, clearly went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience.

They were nice, helpful and professional at which I went Twice.

Honestly, I recommend going to a different Nandos. The whole place looks rundown. The cuttleries had fingerprints, and only after me having pestered the staff twice they bought it for us. The waiting staff were kind. However, the place was very dirty with food on the sofa. The food is budget friendly and the usual. I was very disappointed with the state of hygiene.

I went recently for a birthday meal, and I can confidently say is was the best Nando's I've ever had! The food was the best seasoned I've had. It was organised extremely well, and the manager was super understanding He ealised that we had made a mistake with a meal and fixed it in a way that didn't make us feel stupid, and all our interactions with him were particularly lovely! Whatever he's payed, isn't enough! 😁😁🤷🏽‍♀️

This establishment carries out building works at antisocial hours. It has been reported so many times and continues to contract for work to take place illegally. This has been highly detrimental to residents of the building in which it is situated. Nando’s management have continuously ignored complaints.

Took my nephews for lunch. It was smooth and efficient.

Ordered food sat down and I got my food super fast and friendly staff.

There was three of us dining, two adults and one child, adults meals came out, waitress says they had given the child's meal to another customer so had to wait 😔 we as adults tried to take our time with our meals so our little one wouldn't feel left out! It came 10 mins later 😔 I think they were short staffed, I put it down to bad management....

Was quite quiet at approx 3pm. Only 6 people in (including 2 of us). Would have given 5 stars for food/drink, but didn't have any cider available and had to settle for soft drink.

I am visiting for a few days; this was the first time I ate at this franchise. I liked what I ordered, and the personnel were kind and friendly.

Staff were really welcoming! Was my friend's birthday and they accommodated us as much as possible - even bringing out a cake and singing for us, 10/10 service couldnt ask for more. Food was also top tier, no complaints!

Overhyped there was no one there and I didn't even get alot I only got some Mac n cheese (small) and it took 50min and then I got something else which is the chips and that took 40min my friend order alot and theres took 15min

Didn't like it. Shown to your table and the rest is down to you. Download their app, order food and drink from the app, pay for it and wait for delivery. Very impersonal and zero ambiance.

Really nice food, the drinks dispenser wasn't working for 'Full fat coke' so we were able to bring some in from shop across the road 😀

9 pounds for just a sandwich without fries and corn is little bit expansive but the service was nice

Chicken wasn't moist or cooked enough and just as we thought we found a nice warm corner the air conditioner went on from above us we were cold and uncomfortable don't like eating my food when I am cold and Nando chicken have always been known to be tender melt in the mouth this was nothing like that.sorry don't mean to sound mean but I don't think it was my money worth!!!

Wonderful and helpful staff despite me making a mess with the sauces at the sauce station. Straightforward nandos with good portion sizes, tasty chicken, and a reasonable price point.

We visited early afternoon. What really stood out was the fantastic service we received...which all due respect I was not expecting. We had very limited time due to us running late and going to the theatre. Staff member who served us was absolutely amazing...she reassured us we would have time and had a word with the kitchen to make sure we had plenty of time. Food was really good and overall we really enjoyed our visit. Your service staff were absolutely amazing.

Was a busy night but still got seated pretty quick, the hostess and servers were really polite and helpful. The was great as always, then went and watched Hamilton so great night all round.

Loved it ahhh!! Went for my 17th and everyone was lovely. My bday balloon apparently went up to the ceiling they took time to get it back for me and still had the best attitude and vibes towards our party. Excellent service and even sang happy birthday to me haha

Chicken was dry, seemed like a factory just churning out food at rapid pace whilst compromising on quality, Trafford Centre is the complete opposite.

Nando’s never ever disappoints me. It’s been 16 years of your amazing food and my cravings for it are together and many more years to go. Loved it in Manchester as i always love it anywhere in yhe world.

Service was pretty slow considering it wasn't full, it took nearly 20 mins for them to bring the glass for my coke over. Otherwise, staff were pleasant and food was good.

Standard nandos food and service, the place was a bit grubby. Dirty tables etc but it was a Saturday afternoon and would expect it to be cleaned before you are seated

Great food as always, but the place is in need of a deep clean - the gents toilets were a bit dirtier than you'd expect from a chain like nandos, and one of the urinals was blocked- not a great sight when you're mid meal and need to nip in there.

Food was cold and dry. Poor hygiene because cutlery always dirty. Second time experience this so put off by nando's especially Oxford Road Manchester one.

The food was great: we had a sharing platter on my table while I had a burger. We had to wait for more than 20mins to be assigned a table. It was really busy but the overall service was alright.

The atmosphere is always dull and the floors slippery. The food is always the same, it's good I mean they should introduce something new already. The toilets are dirty, sticking, and need an upgrade because it is run down.

Excellent food. Different options from sweet to spicy. It has an interesting system where you place your order online and pay directly within the app. After a few minutes you receive your food in your table. No queues.

Love the food at nandos and love the fact is was open till 10pm on sundays. Some of the other nandos in Manchester were shut. The food is always nice in nandos and love the bottomless drinks

It's Nandos. Everyone nice, friendly, but I wouldn't say buzzing when we visited. Maybe we killed the Atmos.

Arrived and were directed to seats that had bits of food on them, that we had to clean with tissue. Not a major issue though. Also went to wash our hands in the accessible bathroom as the men’s were out of order, and the hand dryer in the accessible bathroom sounded like it would blow up if you were to continue to use it. Please inspect it. Me and my friend ordered food using the QR code, my food arriving promptly. My friends food had not arrived, so we waited a little. I was hungry and started eating, my friend went over eventually to ask about his order - turns out they lost the ticket?? and were preparing it now. i had finished my food by the time my friends had arrived, and asked the guy who brought our food over if he could throw in something extra to compensate. You pay quite a bit for Nando’s, but turns out his manager refused, to which we ate and left. no word or comment from Lauren or Marilyn the managers. On the way out Marilyn did apologise for the inconvenience, and said she authorised for the wings to be given as compensation even when nothing was given to us. It was not enough to redeem our experience, but she did say next time to come back and she will take care of us. Let’s hope this is the case. All in all, the seats should already be clean, tickets shouldn’t get lost and if they do which does happen, action should be taken to make it up to your guests.

There was no one to greet us at the door, so we were very confused about whether to seat ourselves or to wait, but we waited for a few minutes and were quickly seated. We were able to use the QR code to order food and it came in good time. Usually, you are able to order a glass of water on the website, but there was no option for this at this location. I asked a member of staff and she brought them quickly. The food was good, the tables were clean and so were the bathrooms.

great food , not so great service

I guess Nando’s is British’s favorite restaurant to eat about chicken. Nando’s has good taste, crispy for the chicken, big size chicken breast (for me). Will try another their menu if I come back to UK.

I mean it’s Nando’s so you can’t expect too much but other than the super industrious guy working on the grill it all seemed rather chaotic. Waves of complaints seem to be coming in tables weren’t being cleared. My double chicken breast could have been mistaken for a single. However it all tasted pretty good. Its a good place to go if you want something healthy and you aren’t in a rush.

I was told this place is "must" to visit in Manchester. We came here with my friends, and meal was great. But you need to be chicken lover for this place.

Ricky served us and I wish they made a card payment tipping system just for this fella. He was so attentive and uplifted our spirits so much after a stressful day of university. Seriously give this guy a raise!!!
