Nando's in Basildon

Tasty food and great service. Super friendly staff, definitely going back. Definitely recommend this place

I would like to say big thank you to one of member ( Daisy ) I think,blonde long hair. She was so professional and very helpful during my order as my phone refused to co operate with terminal. I tried three times pay via contactless without success. I was sure I have to go without my order. In spite of this issue I was told to eat my order and try pay latter again. Im from London and I was so hungry so Daisy was absolutely lovely young girl to alowed me to stay and eat.Nandos surprised me very very positive. I used Nandos on past but first time in Basington and first time member was so nice and kind to let me eat and calm down as my phone didn't work. Food also was very good so fully recommended and 5 star for Daisy. Rob from Ldn.

We usually pop into Nandos when we are not up to cooking. Have never ever had a bad meal. Service good and staff friendly.

My son has the chicken wrap along with his girlfriend. They were both really ill that night. They said they will not be returning

very average meal, chips a bit under cooked but everything was hot. OK for a quick pit stop to refuel.

Right in the middle of the shopping centre with a segregated area for eating adjacent to the main food court. Service was polite. Food was good but not particularly large portions and they didn’t have the desert option I wanted (cheesecake)

Popped in for lunch with my husband, we love Nandos for a lunch out together. Lovely food friendly staff wish helps . Defo going back

Stopped here for a bit to eat one Saturday. The young lady seating us could not be less bothered. She obviously had a script but went through it without making any eye contact with us. The next young lady at the till didn’t know what was in some of the menu items, I’m guessing she must have been new but she was left to figure it out by the other members of staff who also had this kind of- can’t be bothered - attitude. The restaurant seemed to have lots of rough looking youth there, they all seemed to be wearing track suits with the trousers almost halfway down their thighs. The food was ok when it arrived. It was hot but uninspiring. No way was it worth the £30. At one point the drinks machine ran out of coke. I told one of the staff. She thanked me and then carried on her chat with her colleagues. To sum up I think this Nando’s isn’t a good place to eat in terms of ambiance, service and price... the food is ok though.

Only went once, never again. I like my food but slimmers world have larger portions As for the prices well I had to check the bill twice before I paid. For me it's a place I would not recommend even to my ex wife

We arrived at Nando's after a busy day shopping. They were due to close, but offered to serve us a meal nevertheless. It was very tasty. We had the new Fresco Burger - I would recommend it. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have had lunch here a few times, service has been good, food very good. Staff always have been helpful.

Tasty chicken melts in your mouth and huge salad fills you to the brim and decent value for money I'd say

I've eaten here a few times and I have the ceasar salad with chicken. You might think it's pricey at nearly £11. But you get a huge bowl of lettuce, cheese and croutons and chicken with lashings of sauce It's definitely worth every penny. And just thought I'd mention if you have a child with you that wants a McDonald's they allow you to eat it in there restaurant which is great so we can eat together
