Excellent service, really nice staff who couldn’t do enough for my children and myself. Food was spot on and my son said it was top tier 😀. Big portions left us stuffed and can’t wait to return.

sorry but this place as gone down hill. ordered food and when it came the potion was ridiculous. the plate was empty nearly and it cost me a fortune. staff just kids really, no service as to speak of and the place was dirty. i loved this place as a treat but not anymore. get some proper staff on and get someone older who knows how to keep the staff in order.

Been many times here with my family and friends. The staff are always so efficient and friendly and are always there to help where assistance is needed ( which I needed because I didn't know how to work out the app first! The food is very fresh and very tasty food, you have a lot of options depending what you want. They have food tailored for vegans/vegetarians, calorie controlled diets, carbs, salads - the lot.

Called in for lunch while waiting for train and the table we goy sat at was dirty, dirty chairs aswell. The place needs a good clean. Dirty menu aswell. The salads are the best though, love it every time I get it, nice and filling aswell for a salad. The sauces are terrible for actually getting out of the bottles. Poor drink selection, no juices on there. Had to get ice tea, horrible. What do people order if you don't want fizzy?! Will continue to visit for there salad so it's so good but next time I'll take my cleaning wipes with me. Sad

Ordered 2 meals for delivery and 3 carrot cakes, however they only had two so gave us a raspberry cheesecake instead which was great. I had the medium butterfly chicken which was very tasty, really enjoyed. Good service and better food! Thank you!

Ordered through deliveroo but there were items missing. I rang the Blackburn branch after being fobbed off by deliveroo the man hung up on me first I rang back and he claimed that it was accidental. He refused to send out the missing items blaming deliveroo when they were incompetent sending out an incomplete order. The order was correct on deliveroo and as he put the food together he is to blame. He claimed it happens all the time and they get told at the end of the day about the missing items. So they are aware and more than likely it is deliberate. This means effectively I am paying for his food and they are eating my food for free. He advised that I reorder the items and that it’s possible to claim the refund separately on the missing item. He assured me I could place a small order again separately and not be charged delivery etc when I expressed my concern. I went online to do so after hanging only to be charged a whopping delivery, service and charge of £11 for placing a small order of chips. Clearly he made this up. You don’t expect to be misled and lied to like that. If he didn’t know he would have said that. I immediately went to ring the Blackburn Nando’s branch to speak to the man again but he didn’t pick up it would appear he is deliberately avoiding me. He blatantly lied about it. Why lie and mislead someone like that. What a joke outfit and disgusting that Nando’s is being represented by this man in that way. My advice to Nando’s is to deal with this issue immediately or risk a lot of unhappy customers who will take their business elsewhere like I will be doing. I rang at 2.30 pm today 11/11/20. I haven’t got a refund or the missing items. This is daylight robbery. They are blatantly missing food items and likely feeding themselves and taking advatange of the loop hole and blaming deliveroo.

We visited last night and decided to arrive early (5:30pm) as we knew it would be busy! We were aware you cannot book at Nandos so turned up to be asked by the security on the entrance 'have you booked?' 'no' 'well there is a 45 minute wait' We chose to wait and scanned the QR code. I thought the app provided was really good - we were told on there what number we were in the queue and a guide of how long we have to wait. We waited 25 minutes MAX (the app had said 49 minutes) and were seated straight away. We waited in the car park but you could have gone elsewhere and come back! Food was good - you order from your phone and scan another QR code to pay. They messed up our order but were really lovely about it and we took the food they had got wrong home so a bonus really.

Food was ok, found it quite steep for what you actually get but with our NHS discount it wasn’t too bad, food was nice and hot and didn’t wait too long for it. The waiter didn’t hesitate to arrange an extra side to the table that we’d forgotten to order and we paid for it before we left. Like how the drinks are refillable. Would come again.

First and foremost, Nando's have always been a pain in the arse for their rule against table reservations. We've called Blackburn Nando's on multiple occasions, hoping to get a table before a trip to the cinema, only to be turned down every time with the same answer - NO RESERVATIONS ALLOWED! So, as you'd expect, I was surprised when my dad and I took a trip here a week or so ago to find that not only was the expected wait time 40 minutes (it was actually around an hour and 15 minutes by the time we were seated), but the tables we COULD have had were taken by people who were told before us that they could leave, have a drink and come back to their table when its available for them! Pardon me if it seems a bit silly but isn't that called a RESERVATION? Pfft! I actually challenged one couple who came in after us because they took one of the very few available two-seater tables. After I told her we were here before them, she replied, "No, we came earlier and were told when to come back." THAT'S A RESERVATION! No matter how you want to look at it, it is!!In addition to the above, the service was lacking and all of the waiting staff appeared flustered and disorganised. From what I could tell, the place was understaffed, to the point where I actually saw one of the kitchen staff come out to wait on customers out the front. An older woman that appeared to be the manager came out very briefly, but didn't do anything to inspire the staff, disappearing as quickly as she'd appeared. The young guy greeting people as they come in was struggling also, but he was trying his best to seat people as quickly as possible. The floor and tables all appeared less than clean, and there were countless sticky items scattered around the restaurant (menus, crayons etc). The only saving grace of this visit was the company I had (my dad) and the food was OK at best. Better management and organisation would help this restaurant massively. All my other experiences of it were OK until this one, so perhaps it was only a blip, but it needs addressing and, from the massively varied reviews, I can see I'm not the only one with something to say.

We got told to wait 45 minutes for a table and after returning we were told that our table was given away. We were told we should have come 20 minutes earlier because we were “given the wrong time”. This is ridiculous service. We were told we needed to wait an extra 20 minutes and were not once apologised to. Terrible service and terrible staff, we were greeted with a man who was staring at the bar as we entered, we were not even acknowledged.I love Nando’s, but avoid this place.

Came with a group of friends after work one evening, the wait was short and the food was pretty good. However, some staff members were not so great, especially a young lady called gabby, she was very rude and had no customer service skills at all. She ruined the atmosphere for the night.

Nando’s is always nice. This one is well located but given it’s size (medium-small), it gets crowded very quickly. So in our case service was a bit slow, but with the same good quality of Nando’s. Very friendly staff

My partner and I have visited this Nando’s branch on numerous times for his chicken fix and have recently decided that it’s over all not worth the stress of the visit. Each time we have experienced varied issues from wrong orders, no cutlery, very long waits for food, and on one occasion adding mayonnaise to a meal that was ordered vegan! It’s a shame because I love Nando’s food, but this branch requires attention.

Went here last night as really fancied a nando's. They were busy but what else did we expect for a Saturday night. The staff were brilliant. Put our name on the waiting list and bought a drink. They kept us informed of when a table would be available and were apoligetic even though they had no reason to be.Table came up and we were right in there. Our server was really helpful and could see my wife was struggling a bit so she helped without asking. Food was beautiful as always and arrived very quickly.Perfect meal out and was so impressed all round

I am (was) a semi-regular user of the cinema/bowling/Nandos at the centre. However, following our most recent visit over Christmas we had the lovely surprise of a £100 parking charge. Their parking regulations have now been changed so that the maximum stay is 4 hours - lunch at Nandos and a film took to two and a half. No signs to indicate to customers their had been a change and the businesses don't want to know anything about the issue. A great recipe for losing customers.

First time visit for all three of us , one of our party is in a wheel chair and all the staff were very helpfull finding us the best table to sit at and explaining the menu . Choice was good , food came very quickly portion size just right . Ingredients were of good quality and food arrived piping hot . We will all definitely visit here again . Well done to all the staff .

We arrived and were told there was a 40 minute wait though we were seated in 20 minutes which was brilliant. The restaurant was clean and there was a really lively atmosphere. Between our family we managed to finish a whole chicken which was wonderfully seasoned. Define rekey go again.

So went to Nando’s to try the new peri-peri gravy and got a 4 chicken thighs meal, it was nice but after pouring the gravy on was not impressed it was watery and very salty like they had just put peri peri salt in water and added an OXO cube for good luck won’t try it again

We came here for lunch it wasn’t too busy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Our meal didn’t take too long to come and the food was nice. My sons garlic bread was burnt but when I mentioned this to the waitress she swiftly bought me another one. We had an enjoyable meal.

On arrival to the complex we were met by a ? Homeless guy begging. The staff are friendly but the food was mediocre at best. The meal was interrupted by a visit from the police to arrest a young man in a hoody who was harassing visitors. After watching the film ( with over 30mins of adverts) I have been met with a parking fine for £100 for stAying 17 mins longer than I should have ( new parking charges) which are not clear. A terrible night.well done peel leisure..??

We went to Nandos on Saturday followed by Vue cinema. There was a 45 min waiting time at Nandos so went for a drink in the bowling alley first, then Nandos then into the cinema. So we used all the facilities in the centre spending near to £100. Imagine our shock to then receive a £100 fine for staying just over 4 hours using all their facilities. Absolutely appaling. These businesses deserve to fail treating honest paying customers in such a diabolical manner!

I have been a Nandos customer for years now. First I have visited Preston, then there were several other restaurants across Lancashire but because Blackburn is the closest to where I live I've started visiting it more often. I am not sure if the management has been changed in that place but the last 2 months have been a steady decline in the services and the quality of both the food and the actual place. Dirty dishes, dirty cutlery, staff working in fairly dirty clothes, lack of some of the sauces and products. These are just the few of neglects at the Blackburn Nandos. If your main aim is to scare the customers then you are doing a GREAT JOB!

Beware we have a £100 parking fine after going then watching a film in vue as they have put a 4hour max stay. After being a few times before we did not know this limit was in place nor is there any large warning signs disgusted will never go again. Beware

My wife went here with her friends for a meal and to watch a film at the vue cinema next door what she didn’t know was that two weeks earlier the people that owned the land changed the parking rules you can only stay 4 hours after that it’s a £60 fine how you can have a nice meal and watch a film in under 4 hours I don’t know. This is a deliberate tactic by the landowners to make money off honest people wanting to have something to eat and watch a film. Nando’s need to step up and fight the land owners because it’s going to end up costing them customers.

Went to Nando’s as I live local to the place. Not very impressed. Probably the worst nandos I’ve been to, ever! There is no where enough seating and the service is terrible. When food arrived we sent back the fries as they were cold. When this happens food starts to seem over priced. Will not be going there again unless it’s a free lunch.

Me, my partner and another couple decided to go Nando’s for some lunch since we were in the area. We got in and got seated right away, which was unusual as previous times we had to wait 45minutes for a table!! The food took around 40 minutes to come and when it did the garlic bread was over cooked and my partners dish was cold, as we waited so long we thought it was best just to eat it as we didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes for two dishes. Not the best trip we had to Nando’s, which was disappointing, as in previous trips we’ve always really enjoyed it.

We dropped in for lunch just after opening yesterday as I had both a voucher and places to be. There was only one other couple in the restaurant when we arrived and were promptly seated, there was very little waiting which was great and our food arrived in no time. We’ve always found the service from this restaurant to be great both when we have eaten in, and ordered a takeaway. I highly recommend going on a weekday lunchtime if possible as it’s quiet but efficient and a really nice place to eat!

Clearly, I don't make enough money to imbibe on such fine fare as that of Nando's in Blackburn because a simple meal for two cost us close to sixty pounds. Way too expensive. Food was good but really not worth the price. The customer service was very perfunctory, it's more like McD's but with chicken. Not worth the time.

Visited for a meal before the cinema, got a table quick enough & ordered. Waitress that served us just plonked our food down without asking which food belonged to who, we then noticed our peri-peri chips had no peri salt on them but by this point the waitress was long gone. Managed to track her down again and with no apology she plonked a tiny bowel of peri salt down and advised we put it on ourselves instead!!

I have been to Blackburn Nando's numerous times and it has never failed to impress! The staff are upbeat, friendly and welcoming, the restaurant itself is warm and comfortable, and the food is amazing! I will continue to return!

We recently visited Nando's in Blackburn as a holiday treat for my children. We don't often go out for lunch as it is expensive with a family and so they we're looking forward to it. Our food came and all was ok except I had ordered a chicken salad but it arrived with no chicken!Not a problem, so I explained to the waitress and she took it away to sort, however she did not return!When I asked her about it she had forgotten and was apologetic,but the meal was ruined as everyone else had finished. I was reimbursed the price of the meal from the manager but we never saw him/her. It wasn't a case of the money.. it was the fact that I couldn't eat lunch with my family. I would have expected the manager to apologise in person. Very poor experience

Was welcomed by a very nice gentlemen who happily explained in detail how the menu works as never been before . I had the extra spicy chicken with extra hot sauce wasn't too spicy sadly but everyone's taste is different.

We have been to several different Nando's restaurants and unfortunately this was a poor reflection!!! Chicken wings took 45 mins, rice was freezing. When it arrived they apologise d that it was hot instead of garlic and lime! My 10 year old son could not eat it.

I don't know if this is the Nando's way or the Blackburn way. I didn't appreciate paying restaurant prices just so I can order and pay for the meal at the till. All the staff did was bring us a menu to order from and the food. We even had to get our own cutlery. The unlimited drinks were from a coke cola branded machine. But the coke tasted like cheap coke and not coke cola.

Visited this restaurant for the first time in a while and will definitely not be going again. Upon walking through the door we were met with between 7 and 10 uber eats, deliveroo and just eat drivers all standing around between the ordering machines and the tables loudly chatting away in their own language. We had to ask several to move so we could get passed to sit at a table. Our food took ages to arrive as every order called seemed to be delivery orders. And Throughout our meal the loud conversations continued. Some even collected their food orders and returned to the group to continue chatting. Mcdonalds has to decide what is more important, customer satisfaction or making more money. I will not return to this restaurant to eat in and now knowing my food sits on a counter or in a delivery bag for upto 5 minutes before going anywhere has put me off ordering online too
