Rude manager, and rude staff. Poor quality ....creamy mash they say lol ...dry as sand crumble mash. The service is going down

Excellent service and delicious food as always. Couldn't finish our food so had to have the leftovers packed. Staff were friendly as always and the place was buzzing.

Food was amazing. Nothing to fault. Apart from young lad with Afro hair. Seemed rude. However our order was correct and was absolutely beautiful😍couldn’t fault the standards.

WOOP WOOP!!!!! Fabulous food, fabulous service and a fabulous price. Just love NANDO`s, they cater for everyones taste : whether it be lemony, tangy, mild spice to hot hot hot!!!!! Corn on the cob is to die for as are the piri piri spicy fries. Cant wait to go again ( Next week lol)

Cannot book a table which is little use when there is more than 7 of you eating. Nandos please rethink this stupid policy.

Absolutely love this place. Customer service, and food is excellent. What more could you want? Chicken came out perfectly cooked. I had the extra hot boneless platter, whilst my good lady opted for the medium butterfly breast. All staff were working hard on the floor to ensure they looked after our needs. The manager is obviously doing something right here. Thank you for helping us to finish off a lovely day.

I ordered Nando’s online. Order wasn’t getting to me and time of delivery kept changing on the tracker. I called Nando’s to query as the tracker kept saying the order was ‘being picked up’ for a long time. Spoken to Chloe / Bentley Bridge staff who was rude and abrupt saying she can’t tell me if my order has been picked up or not as she can’t check because there’s so ‘many orders’ tonight. She asked for my order number, but I was only given delivery Deliveroo order number vi email which she would not accept. She didn’t even ask what’s my name or what my order is. She was abrupt and rude, cutting off my questions, and couldn’t help me. She ended up giving me Deliverroo number to leave me to contact them. She said she can’t see my order on their system so it ‘must have’ left. I contacted Deliveroo who transferred me back to Nando’s Customer service. I’ve spoken to Jha who was giving me misleading and conflicting message, different from Chloe’s message. She was saying the order hasn’t been picked up. Then she said a driver couldn’t accept the order. Ten minutes later, she said a driver has accepted, then not accepted again. She couldn’t help me and would not listen to my complaints and frustrations and she kept telling me to get a refund. Many times she didn’t let me finish my queries and many times it seems she doesn’t understand my simple questions. I felt unheard by the rude staff and ended up cancelling my order. I always eat at and order from Nando’s but will not be coming back following this. I have asked for compensation from this terrible experience but Jha was not even willing to acknowledge my problem and request and kept saying go to the website to make a complaint. I have made a complaint vi website and also written this.

The food was amazing and the service given was outstanding and the staff were very attentive and I really want to thank the staff called JEZ thank you for a wonderful service really enjoy my evening with my family.

Poor report. Me and my mom went for her birthday lunch. We was met by a sour-faced young girl who sat us at a table and told us to order via the qr code. After ordering food and drinks. 2 empty glasses were brought to us for us to collect our own drinks. I understand it’s self service but as a general rule the first drink is always brought to you and then you get your own from there on. The food came out, the sour-faced girl put them down on the table and said do you want anything else. I said could we have some cutlery of which she stormed off to go and get. Then I asked if she had salt as it wasn’t until she’d gone I realised there was none at the table. She said they are all over there with the sauces. Help yourself. Felt it was very much sort yourself out, the staff were very blasé and all seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to be there.

My daughter and I just popped in for an impromptu bite to eat and we were well attended by our host Sarah . She was polite and couldn't be more helpful to us all evening as I have a severe nut allergy. I don't normally eat at chain restaurants as they are mostly microwaved meals however the Gamberoni I was served was beautiful and I will definitely visit there again . Thank you again Sarah for a pleasant evening!!

Was very nervous about talking the kids out to the restaurant has we haven’t been out for such a long time but we felt very safe at Nando’s the meal was lovely and the waitress think her name began with c brown hair with blond bits at the sides she was very nice checked we had everything we needed she was very polite and was very patient with use has we couldn’t make our minds up what to have definitely will be coming back thank you again to the girl how made the experience a good one

took 15 mins to get into the restaurant as the QR code wouldn't let us vertually queue. it then took a further 20 mins to order the food as it would not accept the table number. 15 mins to get our starters, no cutlery or napkins brought out with starters. asked 4 times where our drinks were... chicken was cold.. chips were soggy.. WORTS OF ALL, THE SERVERS HANDS WERE COVERED IN WARTS.. YAK !!;; just a miserable birthday dinner out... I could have ordered it all at home and enjoyed myself more...!!!

A man seated us to our table, didnt say hello or smiled just immediatly said 'table for 2 and walked away expecting us to follow' was overall quite cold and didnt explain the covid-19 procedures of ordering. when i asked if we could still use our nandos cards he didnt know and said probably not. I then read the paper on the restaurant table which stated we could use our nandos cards...however on the app it didnt give us an option to redeem our awards so we paid full price. Multiple other people were served before us also.

Went for an evening meal and couldn’t of asked for better service! The food was delicious and came out quickly and all staff members were friendly and attentive. We knew it would be busy considering the eat out to help out promotion but Ben quickly got us a table and we couldn’t be more grateful to him. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

We went to Nando in the evening very busy staff working very hard trying to please everyone. Just wanted to thank Ben the Manager how he is very relaxed and calm very helpful and looks after his customers. Food was lovely but only down fall is when you want a refill you have to try and find somebody to get one. Would be better if they gave a jug with the soft drink rather than wait. Overall I love Nando food came out pipping hot.

I went to this Nando’s not too long ago and honestly I wasn’t happy with the manager’s approach to my situation. I was having trouble with the discount code that one of the staff members had provided my table and I ended up paying full price. She was called over to the table and proceeded to tell me that nothing can be done about it and neither can I have a refund.I was confused why and I asked her why is it? She began to tell me that the system isn’t set up yet and etc to give me a refund due to the coronavirus. Honestly, I thought that was utter RUBBISH. Anyways, I continued to spend the day with my family eating out and I didn’t leave it bother me too much. Before leaving I wanted to ask another member of staff which seems experienced and knows what they are doing because the manager clearly didn’t know what she was talking about. The other member of staff named John told me he totally understood my situation, gave me a refund and it didn’t take long at all . He gave my table excellent customer service the whole time we spent there.Also, I appreciate that he was compliant and patient with me. Ask for John if you go to this Nandos!!!

We went to Nando’s Bentley bridge today for the first time since it has reopened after lockdown. We arrived at 1700 and expected a wait which we didn’t mind. We then got seated at 1730 ordering our food shortly after. The food did not arrive for over an hour and we did not receive all of our order. Having finished our meal and still no sign of our extra sides, we decided to ask for a refund. The manager went away to action this yet we waited another half an hour for any confirmation it was complete. We have always been big fans of Nando’s and I appreciate lockdown has affected everything but to have that long of a wait and still not receive the whole order is not good enough. I hope this can improve the experience for someone else.

It was ok, but what was totally overwhelming and spoiled the visit was the noise which on the day was like being in a fairground and couldn't hear other people on our table.

We came around 12pm and was seated and served quickly. Lots of choices to choose from at a good price. After we ordered food came quickly. Lovely clean place.

We went with some friends on a Sunday night. First class food and service. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants good food and service.

This was a quick pre-cinema lunch for 2 adults and two children. It’s a large restaurant with plenty of seating and a good number of (friendly) staff serving. The usual Nando’s food selection was on offer with free top-up drinks. It was a quick ordering process and the children were given paper and crayons to keep them occupied. The meals were delivered very quickly and were freshly prepared. Lots of parking makes this a very convenient quick lunch option. Finally, the toilets were very clean and obviously regularly maintained - that’s always reassuring.

Was served cold beanie burger. The beans were hard and dry like they were undercooked. The meal was returned- waited another 20 minutes and was only brought after we chased it up. Meal had fries and mash on the plate when taken away but none on the plate when brought back. After chasing one worker said I would have to wait longer for them so told her to forget it, on doing this the fries and mash were brought promptly. The wrap was still freezing cold which made the contents cold. There used to be a very efficient manager walking round the restaurant but he was missing last night and it was evident standards are slipping greatly. I had a glass of fizzy wine. It was £3.95 and the smallest glass I’ve seen. Waste of money. Not an enjoyable meal at all which is sad because in the past I have frequented Nando’s regularly.

Came here with some work colleagues and had a great meal. I tried the chicken thigh wrap and it was delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly. An example of a good Nando's!

Food sat waiting on the hot plate for over 15 minutes while staff wonder around aimlessly, 2 staff members clearing one table while food waits to be taken to customers, another staff member behind the counter on the phone.As I write this review I sit here with plates piled up on my table, multiple staff walking past.Place is an absolute joke, never again

Walked into Nandos and was greeted by a young black lady who helped my little brother as he was crying.Also helped me order my food and helped me chose what to order. Love to visit again 😝

My granddaughter had her 22nd birthday at our local Nando's, the food and staff were very good, the drinks however were not, very limited selection of alcoholic drinks and NO ice, with soft drinks for children and mainly Cider for adults ice is a must, there was an ice machine and many people asked for it to be operational, we were told I'll get to it soon, needles to say all night went by with no ice and at just under £5 a bottle of cider I thought that was bad.

Visited here for some quick food whilst in the area for the cinema. Walked into the restaurant and every single table was covered in past customers food and looked horrendous, staff standing by the till laughing and joking whilst the place was an absolute mess. Needless to say we decided not to eat here.

This seems to be a popular place on the weekends due to it being near the cinema and bowling alley. The food as a result is lovley and fresh and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nandos as a chain make you order at the bar like a pub chain which i don't really understand, probabaly to prevent wrong orders? but the food is delicious!

Nando’s food and service doesn’t disappoint and this venue is particularly nice, with cosy booths and a bright airy space. Between us we had chicken burgers, a beanie wrap and a super green wrap. All excellent.

As per usual great food , good chicken , nice atmosphere never too loud or quiet. Helpful staff and comfy seats always very clean.

Called for lunch and although it was very busy service was very quick and staff were really lovely and polite.Food was all excellent hot and tasty will call at this branch again.

Was a bit of a queue but only waited 10 mins before seating. Customer service was fantastic never met friendlier staff: Bryn, Josh, Kiau all made great conversation with me and my partner. food was great and was prepared fast.

We had a family lunch at Nandos this week. Staff were very friendly. Prices were reasonable. The food we had was delicious. I had half a chicken with 2 sides ( Peri Peri chips and spicy rice). They were the nicerst chips i have had in a long time. Crisp on the outside , soft and fluffy inside. . We did have to wait quite a while for the food but thankfully it was loevly when it arrived. They gave our 2 little grandchildren colouring stuff to whilst waitng. The soft drink are all Free refills which was great. Adding the hotter sauces that are available for free made having extra drinks necessary , so free refills was great. It does get very busy so either get there early or see if you can book. It is also quite noisy, so if you are after a place for a quiet meal, this isnt the place. The atmosphere is good and it does make you feel like you are on holiday!

Service wasn’t great they got the order wrong at the till then when the food came out it was wrong again. I been to quite a few Nando’s in my time and this one’s the worse I’ve been too.

Was told wait was 20 mins ended up waiting 45 when I clearly saw tables clear and the que was getting bigger and bigger also had to wait ages for food !!! Will not come to this one again!!!!

Attended here on a Wednesday evening, middle of the month. Upon entering we waited at the podium to be seated. The restaurant was not overly busy but no one came to greet us. As a result we decided to seat ourselves at what was an uncleared table.

Quick service , well cooked food , good staff , plenty of seats. Clean and tidy and no long waits. Nice bathrooms 10/10.

Ate here after a movie and really enjoyed it. What you expect from a Nando’s but chicken was well grilled Unlike other Nando’s I’ve been too .Also the seating area was nice.

Visited here this evening and got told there was a 20 minute wait for a seat which was not a problem, after waiting over 20 minutes and watching other couple who came in after us get seated we were rather annoyed so approached the waiter who was on the door to ask about this, apparently they had all booked tables which I believe to be false as they were seated on tables without a reserved sign which is pretty hard to miss. Miraculously then a table was ready within 30 seconds so we’re seated, I believe we were just forgotten about and I don’t know why they don’t take a list of names like other Nando’s do as to avoid this situation. Food was good and was pretty quick to arrive.

We went here as a party of 21 pm a Sunday at 1. It was already very busy and they served our party with ease. They allowed us to bring a cake and lot candle and brought it out for the twins birthday, so really happy.

Visited on Saturday afternoon nothing to shout about but nice food and good cleanness standards. Offers free parking!

Went for a meal before the cinema and the service was amazingly fast, and the food came out really fast. The food was very tasty and came just as we ordered it.

The five of us thought we would go out for dinner for a change since the children are on holiday. We opted for Nando's as my eldest daughter hadn't been before.

Don't normally go to Nando's but decided to give it a try, we was seated right away and ordered our food by a staff member. Food took a little longer than I would have liked and the restaurant was not busy so could not understand the delay. No activity packs for the kids I thorough this was bad considering start of 6 weeks holiday. Food came and was just average nothing special.

I have always eaten in nandos but today I can honestly say is he worst service I've ever had walking into nandos 5 people behind the counter and Katie who was meant to be serving walked out couldn't have cared less. We ended up seating ourselves to which Katie then placed the wooden chicken on our table not even asking if we had menus at this point I then thought actually his service is that bad i no longer want to eat here. I got up and told her as I walked out to which she smirked. WORST SERVICE IN A NANDOS EVER, I'll be passing this onto head office. I have always eaten in nandos and I'm a regular customer. I will deliberately avoid it and tell my friends to from now on.

Been to several Nandos and like the food, this place was no exception had a Chicken Platter which was good value, presented well enjoyed the meal. The big issue is who does the cleaning, the table was sticky and the furnishings really do need a serious clean. I actually nearly left but the family insisted on staying. The red PVC was red where we sat and black near the seat back and on the ends of the seats. Nando's you need to do a lot better than this.

This was was my first visit to this Nando's store and I was really impressed with the ambience. Ordered few things which were pretty good. Staff was helpful as well 👍🏼

Always find this Nando's to be the best. The food is always served quickly and isn't left to stand under fans for long periods like most Nando's restaurants. Service has always been good, ate here on several occasions and never experienced any problems.

Been there twice now, it's always empty and there's good reason. 1 staff member to cover front of house, serving tables, collecting and distributing food.

I called up the store at 5:10 and ordered a meal for collection - full platter 2 sides. The staff member on the phone said that will be ready in 20 minutes, I asked to pick it up a bit later if that was fine at 6:40, they said yes that's no problem. Upon entering the store and reaching the checkout the woman then told us there will be a further 10 minute wait for our food and asked us to sit down. We did so, 20 minutes later I got fed up and started quizzing the staff on where my food was. So we waited an extra half an hour for a collection... also staff did not seem very happy to help at all. Food was good as always, service not so much. This is yet another experience I've had with Nando's where they have taken forever with the food. This is why I chose to collect it but even that doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Just been sat down and then decided what to order. No one waiting to be served so can someone please explain why I stood at till for 10 minutes with no service whatsoever. Ended up walking out. Thanks for nothing.

Good quick service and great food. I have visited many times and always left happy. The restaurant can get quite loud. Great veggie and vegan alternative (s) and the meat eaters are obviously happy too. There is lots of parking on the retail park.

Visited here with a friend for a quick catch up after work ! Good job we weren't in any rush as the restaurant was extremely busy even though it was a Wednesday evening, we waited to be seated for a good 10 minutes and then had to wait a further 10 at least to order food. As it was so busy the food also took a while before arriving at our table !

I love coming to this restaurant. This is somewhere myself and my boyfriend frequent. Sometimes just for a meal or other times a film and a meal or bowling and a meal. This area is full of things to do.

We keep coming back here. We like the chatter, friendly, very clean and quick service. Very popular place to eat and there are plenty of other choices right by.

Went in for a family meal with thirteen people I had never been to a nandos before mainly food was good tasted lovely but felt that the waitress wanted to rush us out the restaurant as she asked on two separate occations if she could take the plate but the person was still eating quite balaintly and when we were leaving but still at the table gathering our things before leaving staff were instantly trying to clean the table . Why not wait for us to leave table first. And when I went to pick which sauses we wanted I was looking and reading the diffrent types good selection I may add from hot to cool but a member of staff quite abrubtly said can I help you as if I wasn't allowed UN that area to choose I did tell them politely no just deciding what sauces to have and they were like oh ok then ?why so abrupt. toilets were good order and for the most staff were friendly but did look bored at time would go again if vistitng family but the place just needs happier staff

Headless Chickens (excuse the pun!!) comes to mind!!... very chaotic, when we arrived there was no staff at the door to guide or advise us... customers looking very frustrated...

Went here last Friday at half 6, hadn't booked a table but as it was early we were shown to a table right away, it was busy but staff were attentive, ordered food and it arrived quickly, couldn't fault it at all, cooked just right, if you like chicken it's the place for you, my son and me had soft drinks which are refillable but husband has bottled beer and this was £3.45 for small bottle so this was why only gave 4 not 5 star, food price average to most food places, definitely would re visit

Came here with the family before we visited the cinema. We managed to get seated in 10 mins and made our food selection. Starter came out fairly quickly and was lovely. However, the mains came out about 30 mins after our starter had finished with my husands meal came out 10 mins before the rest of the family. The poor waiter didnt have a clue where our table was and was going all around the restaurant.

Food was ok can't complain! but to think they had no cutlery served us our food and was no cutlery to eat with had to wait about 3 minutes for cutlery..

No peri drizzle arrived with hummus starter. Cracked glass had to be changed. Chicken cooked well (better than last visit). Not impressed with the staff ...tried to catch someone's eye for 10 minutes ...(group of staff chatting together just by us) but to no avail despite waving and calling 'hello'. In the end walked up and asked for kids puddings. Arrived promptly then. All in all not bad but not what it used to be

Food is hot, well prepared and cooked, but menu is limited to chicken, chicken or more chicken with some veggie options. Was easy to get a table, 3 of us, but the third person who ordered a different meal to us had to wait 5 minutes for her food after ours arrived. No table service other than to bring the food, you have to go up to the counter to order, I'd rather go to a fast food restaurant

We came out as a party of 10 on a Friday night (some may call us crazy!).

Decided me and my daughter would go here this evening following some good news I received in the day; what a waste of time, money and way to much effort. Upon arrival we were given a table, table was very closely situated next to others and each time my little girl would go and refill her drink she had to squeeze by other guests at their table. After I ordered I arrived back to our seats to see that the staff had seated another family there, I then needed to grab the attention of a member of staff to change table number on my order. 20mins had gone by and the table we were originally at recieved there food before us, I was then approached after waiting 20mins for our food by staff apologising for the delay; apparently the child's meal was just about to be cooked as they had to wait for the grill to be used for other orders (make of that what you will) We waited between 40/50mins for 2 meals (one a child's meal)to arrive. When meals did arrive portions were small, food looked like it had been slapped on the plate, meat was dry. I then asked for a yoghurt pot for daughters desert 10mins passed and still waiting. I asked again and was given one. Once she got her yoghurt pot we went to use the yoghurt machine....no yoghurt I had to then get the attention of a member of staff (again) who gave us 2 tubs of ice cream from the counter (best part of the meal). Way to much effort for what was meant to be a relaxing, enjoyable night out and to think I had to pay for this experience is a joke.

Staff moved my table twice, order a starter that never came. Chicken mediocre. Better Mandi's out there!

What can I say Help yourself to a seat then a menu and clean your own table What a mess! Ended up going to town (Nando Wolverhampton) This is how it should be Avoid! Bentley bridge!

I enjoy this Nando's, and visit often for lunch when going to the cinema / arcade next door. It's never too busy during the day, the service is always great and the food always good. This place is a lot busier in the evenings though, so be mindful of that.

Food was quite bland, had to order extra spicy food just to get a mild taste. My partners vegetarian options were quite bland, dry and seemed overcooked. All items on the menu were ridiculously overpriced for what you get on your plate. However, service was extremely good and all servers were that dealt with us were very polite and helpful.
