I ordered on phone but they did made order in given time service was very slow

I Been to this restaurant today, ordered chole bature, they give you 1 batura with tasteless tin chole, really disappointed,few weeks back my friend order food from them around 50 people and disappointed, really waste of money.

bad experience. i'm not talking about the food. when you make a mistake or there is a misunderstanding with the customer you are dismayed and apologize. You don't make excuses. we are not in india and english is important. next time make sure the place is right or wrong.

This place is strange.. the food is hit and miss when it's good it deserves a 6th star but most of the time it's below average (made like you don't give a shit)... If you read the rest of the views I agree with the comments and service it's shambles it does indicate that the staff do judge you as you walk in that could determine the food you get.. after a few trips this is obvious I won't elaborate any further on that.. I have to sing the praise of one lady on the counter that really tries hard to welcome every one and go extra mile... The rest are rude and arrogant.. it's a shame really when you have so much competition within 1/4 mile on the same road.. I personally wouldn't go again

My favourite place to eat. Affordable and tasty. The owner is very humble and down to earth. Anytime we be there he himself comes to see us which is great.

Lovely delicious sweet boxes and I’ve tried their samosas,fish pakora etc all top quality.the owners are also lovely,very helpful and do a lot for the community.I live on the Dudley road and have purchased food from here many times can’t wait to try the food in the new restaurant looks amazing 🤩

Just been to their new restaurant on dudley Road, it's Called Rattan Rasoi. Everything looked 10/10. Amazing staff and atmosphere. We had chana bhatura and masala tea it was one of the best I ever had. Lovely presentation with fancy seating area.. I would highly recommend it for anyone wants to try lovely Indian food. Best place to go with a family and friends. Their prices are also budget friendly. Overall experience 10/10.

Popped in for lunch and place was warm welcoming, nice spacious tables and booths Menu had lots of Panjabi choice I went for the thali to try out few dishes Great authentic food and chicken was very well made lots flavour with out overpowering heat I will be popping in for breakfast

Neo Worker is very dirty and the milk cake is very dirty. I don't like to go here.

I bought a box of Rasmalai. When I open the box it was frozen Rasmalai. That means I couldn't eat or or serve to the visitors instantly. I phone the shop and spoke to a woman who just told me very rudely to warm it in the microwave. She had no knowledge of food hygiene....that it could grow bacteria and cause food allergy. Their service is also rubbish and the prices are too high.

Recommended by a friend, delicious food, would highly recommend too! The menu needs updating on Google, and they need more than 1 person serving as there was a queue building nonstop. The best chicken curry we've had in a while! Reasonable prices too.

If google gave me an option for 0 star rating then i should have given that. I ordered gobhi pakoras and i found pieces of fish 🐟 pakoras in it. This is not the first time for such things. Last time i bought veg. Samosas and there was hair strands in it. After that i called the owner and he said that he will resolved this thing for us but when we reached at shop he was not there to meet us.

Terrible food. The samosas are disgusting and the jalebis are disgusting. Worst samosa shop on Dudley Road. Avoid

So we ordered Butter Chicken and when we tried it, it was very very salty,and was made of chicken tika so when we gave it back they only gave us chickpeas.

I ordered samosa chaat twice from here, but everytime I feel disappointed with their food. They served me spoiled Chanas for both the times. Never recommend them👎🏻

I have been customer of this shop for more a year. Many times I have been given an outdated food. Yesterday I borough chana from then and it tasted awful. Such a bad tangy taste. By the time we got home the shop was closed. Called next morning to inform and lady agreed a replacement. Called in evening to collect replacement and she changes completely saying they can't take it back. Asked about the conversation we had in morning and she refused to acknowledge saying it was another lady who answered the phone. I clearly recognised the voice it was same lady on the phone. Lying and being so rude. I will never go there again.

Unfortunately there is no 0 star in the Google, but please guys avoid this store, is understandable that food could be expired, but no any apology for it. Tried to cancel the order after a bad experience was the worst experience ever of my life. They did not accept even though the I changed my mind after 30 minutes of deposit. Then we agreed to change the order to sweet boxes. They ask us to pick up 5pm. I called to confirm the deal at 2 pm and then the employee said " no we will not make your sweet you can come and pick your money".?!?! Then I come to pick my money and the owners start the argument why did we cancel the food? After 30 minutes??? We not supposed to give your money back?!??? I MEAN REALLY?!?!?!? Unprofessional owners ever!!!!!

lovely customer service I love everything about this shop from the Jalebi to the samosas it tastes amazing and I would definitely go again I have nothing to complain about because they leave you with such a good impact and I will definitely become a regular

Avoid...I went to this shop as my usual shop Uppal was extremily busy....sweets are not fresh ..even my kids said that..all gone in the bin..disapointed..will never go to this shop again..

Very rude customer service, the lady there was really rude, felt really awkward... at the end of the day if you don't wanna work dont ... at least let your customers leave in good spirits .... I only went there because I was told to go there but guess I'm sticking to my normal sweet shop on the otherside of Birmingham... but otherwise the sweets I had weren't all that bad but weren't the best either
