Maria is the best waitress I’ve ever had. She makes me laugh like no one else! She was very quick and helped us with any queries we had!

I've been here mutiple time over the years and it never fails. Good standard Nando's menu. This time I tried a take-away. Ordered on a busy Bank Holiday weekend, received the food hot, on time. Very friendly staff, went the extra mile to make sure I had everything and any extra sauces etc. Will be coming back.

Always get great food here. We’ve been to quite a few Nando’s but this is always consistently good. Tables are clean, staff are friendly and the food is always good.

I was disappointed at the decor of this place. Looked daggy and could do with a freshen up. The food was great chicken cooked perfect. Slow to get beer at the table after ordering. Lunchtime Monday so wasn't overly busy.

A quiet weekday night meant it was easy enough to get a table. I found the food underwhelming though tasty enough. Could have ordered more to fill up as the sharing dish we had was only just enough.

Service was bad. I had the Nando's gift card which i couldn't redeem online and went to the counter but the staff was not aware of the items that they have on the menu. The waiter brought us the food but didn't give us the cutlery. Poor service and careless staff. Must avoid

Really good veggie options on the menu. Only dropped one star on service as drink was forgotten and had to remind the staff, this was during their busiest time of 7.00 pm though. This is one of the nicest Nando's I've been to, it clean and well maintained.

If you are looking for a tender chicken with a special marinated sauce, then you have to try Nando's. Atmosphere is awesome, fresh, young, modern seating 👍

Food is amazing, service is really really bad! Crawley Nandos service is amazing tho but Horsham Nandos service is really bad! 2 out of 5 times they get your order wrong! Even if it is in person take away or online collection order. I'm Nandos regular customer, coz I love the Food! Whenever I have phoned them about my order getting wrong, they have told me that coz it was a collection or takeaway so you have to get in here to get the correct order, we can not facilitate you delivery and 3 times I have been promised that they will sent me a voucher but I never got even one voucher. Poor service!

I always have a 10/10 experience when it comes to Nando's but in particular the Horsham branch. Whether I’m dining in or taking away, the food is always prepped fresh & fast. The staff & management are always super friendly, attentive & helpful and in particular Kym who always goes the extra mile to put a smile on my face.

Chicken was dry and they got my order wrong. The staff were very nice though

When did Nandos become so expensive!? Two adults and two children with drinks came to over £70, its just chicken. Nandos Horsham is fine, the staff were nice, usual decor, the loos as unisex and had broken locks on two of the cubicles. Meh.

Nando’s use to be a great place to dine out 10 years ago. Today it’s a shell of its former self. 1 star is generous for the quality of food I just consumed. The chicken is dry. How can you be a chicken restaurant with dry chicken. The kids menus are boring. And dry. Everything is dry. The chips aren’t crispy anymore. The price is too much. Nando’s has gone down hill.

We came for lunch on our day off and was served by Leah. Leah was very friendly and attentive and brought the food out in what almost seemed no time at all. This is our first visit to the Horsham branch and will be sure to be back soon! Thank you

Upon arrival and getting a table there was no question asked about allergies requirements, especially as I am dairy free I noticed this. We were then given dirty glasses, which my friend asked if we can get new ones as they looked not even bothered to be washed. The staff just acted annoyed by this. We then got our food and 1 person in our party their food was cold, as we waited a while for the food we just didn’t bother telling them. This was my friend’s first time experience here and they were disappointed as we never experienced this before in other Nandos restaurant.

I can cook, I am no chef, but I know what I am doing. So tell me why I am bothering to eat anywhere that is so basic I can cook better at home. I think that all Nando's as a chain have fooled everyone into thinking that clever marketing makes the menu worthwhile. It doesn't.

Don’t order online, have ordered so many times and unless you call before hand to ensure all items are included, it’s definite they won’t send everything through.

It's getting expensive to eat here. They don't even bring you cutlery anymore. You have to do this all by yourself. Quite a disappointing experience. I still love my extra extra hot sauce on my chicken

The worst Nando’s I have ever received butterfly chicken was skinless and raw so was the chips. Avoid this place at all costs go to London not Horsham Nando’s horrible place

Had Nando's delivered tonight and it was amazing. Hot, tasty, well packaged and the same portion sizes as you would get eating in.

Table of 4 seated straight away. Ordering was easy to do at the main till with everything in stock. Food came out relatively quickly. Tried the new mac and cheese which was good, however very garlicky which overpowered any of the other flavours which was a little disappointing

Experience would vary based on the time of day, mostly depends on if it’s busy. Chicken quality was usually good, but sometimes I got dry one or over cooked one.

I love a Nando’s but yesterday we had to wait over 40mins for food and when it arrived it was warm not hot. Staff were apologetic but appeared busy on other activities and not the restaurant. Perhaps just an unfortunate blip on the day as normally food/service is top class

I love Nandos. HOWEVER we visited Nandos in Horsham tonight and it was awful. Wait for food was ridiculous, with so many plates sitting under the hotplate whilst the servers focused on bagging up deliveries. When the food finally arrived at the table, the chicken was dry, tenderstem broccoli was cold and rock hard. The only thing that was edible was the salad, the only thing that hadn't been cooked! Safe to say we won't be returning.

I LOVE NANDOS! charlie is especially attentive 👍🏼 you should all get your chicken wraps with halloumi by the way.

Always a pleasure to return to Nando's in the UK, especially the Horsham one which shines through the quality of the welcome and service. And the food never disappoints.

Poor food quality combined with good service, You guys are not doing my favourite brand justice. Portuguese rolls are not supposed to be rock hard, procedures not always followed and I'd teach the grill staff to cut a chicken in 8. Speeds up production and improves the finish🤘🏻🇿🇦. Review based on 3 visits, with reasonable expectations. Service remains sincere but food quality missed the mark on all 3 occasions. I contacted customer care and they indicated that they were going sort this out. I hope they do.

Food was really good and standard portion sizes you come to expect from a Nandos. Had a few issues the cola zero didn't work, and there were no napkins or folks had to ask. Some of the staff were very helpful and others didn't seem very interested unfortunately didn't help the dinning experience.

Terrible management and not very sanitary

The staff who work here- well the ones who are involved in the Deliveroo takeaways must be brain dead. Twice now only half the order has been delivered. Oh and did I mention the salad that we did receive was disgusting.

Food is as it should be at Nando's. But was specially pleased with the staff. They were welcoming, polite and served with a smile even in this heat(the cooking area is hot). Inside seating arrangements felt bit gloomy. Outside seating is nice for an evening but limited spaces. Would go back because of the service.

I told the person who took my order that I was allergic to chili not only did it take over half an hour to get our food mine came with chili in the pitta bread ! The manager took it away and reappeared with my chicken pitta and a bowl of coleslaw which I had already said I couldn't eat due to allergies and I had ordered salad not coleslaw! When I asked to speak to the manager at the end of the meal she refused to speak to us Where is the customer service here ?? Get your act together nandos

Reasonably busy for lunch. Ordered food easily at the till point. Saw food which looked like ours at the pass sitting for several minutes. After enquiring, found out it was. It was already cold. So staff offered to make the food again. Then when it came to serving the food to us, one meal was stone cold. It was sent back. At this point a lovely waitress, Maria got involved. She made sure that the final dish was hot. Due to all the inconvenience, desserts were on the house! All the food was hot and tasty in the end.

The staff was lovely. I said to my boyfriend that my mash was a bit cold but didn’t want to say anything. A lady in a pink blouse top (didn’t catch her name) brought me over a new bowl as she overheard me. From that customer service, i will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Excellent service and the food was great

I cannot believe the size of the burget for £9.25 - by dar the smallest budget I've ever had. Normally those sizes are reserved for kids burgers, not a main meal ones. Really disappointed, I'll avoid Nandos, the value is not there.

Fantastic food on offer for anyone with any dietary requirements. The Food arrives in good time. And the Design of the place is Fenominal.

Never been to a Nando’s before. Loved the atmosphere and Staff was very friendly. Menu was good just thought it was expensive for chicken: But food was delicious and loved the sauce. Will definitely be back!

Went there, there were 6 of us and were told that there would be a table for us in 30mins. Half an hour later we were told we had to wait an hour and that all the tables were reserved by people who were coming back. The lady there was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care about us at all. Awful service, not going back.

Oh boy... The food was fine I guess. It tasted good, Nando's usually tastes good but this experience was grating and unsatisfactory. The main issues were the time it took to get the food and the fact that the food was cold when it got to us. While my own dish was fine, my family's food was cold, one much colder than the other. The food had clearly not been prepared to all come out at the same time, and was left out on the pass along with about a dozen other dishes. The waiting staff were standing around, at least 3 at a time visibly not doing anything, when food was there waiting to be taken. If they were waiting until a whole order was ready to be taken, then fair enough, but then the food should've been prepared to compensate for this system. I'm not entirely sure whether this boils down to a lack of communication or planning, but what happened is not what happens at a good restaurant. I know Nando's can be good, great even, but this time wasn't good. I hope this branch can improve. Also a final nail in the coffin, no frozen yoghurt machine.

I just wanted something nice to drink while at Nando's. I asked for some white wine and the waiter went on a rant about how the sparkling wine wasn’t good because they kept opening it to pour it out for customers. She even went to the fridge to demonstrate the process of degasification as if I was from another planet. She recommended that I drank canned wine… disgusting.

It’s all worth it in NANDOS! It’s the best everywhere in the world. I’m a fan! And the rest if the families and friends. Again it’s worth a dime.

Nando's is an amazing place for a casual family and/or friends lunch, the chicken is always so flavourful and well cooked and there is plenty of items on the menu that appeals to everyone! The staff are all understanding and lovey. You can never go wrong with a good plate of Nando's Chicken Wings!!

Horsham Nandos. Very disappointed. Stale bread on my chicken roll, and my mash was so dry it had its own crust. Manager was polite and refunded meal.

Possibly the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. We literally watched our food sit on the side for 20 minutes. Nothing was added before it was brought to us, even the coleslaw wasn’t fresh on the plate. Over 45 minutes for our food. Then over 20 minutes to bring a slice of cake!? By this point it was nearly 10pm and hardly anybody in. So disappointed

Excellent value and the chicken livers are super tasty. It's great to have a comfortable dine-in restaurant offering a decent meal at little more than takeaway away prices. The app for ordering one's meal from the table works well and saves the hassle of queuing up - my previous bugbear with Nando's.

Came in for a quick munch after shopping and from start to finish it was perfect! Greeted by the supervisor as I approached the till to order and was served by a lovely girl named Costina.(shout out to her!) She recommended my meal options including the bottomless drink and the halloumi, she checked on me half way eating my wrap and was polite throughout! I enjoyed my experience and will be back again soon :)

Been going to Nando for a long time ,service in Horsham good , but portions keep getting smaller,and the salad , tomato and cucumber,you have look well to find them,save your money ,stick to chicken and chips.

The food was very delicious, but we had to wait 30 mins for it 😂. I understand deliveroo is a priority, but the eat in customers are also important.

My first ever visit to a Nando's and it lived up to expectations. Very tasty chicken which is quite spicy even with the mild sauce. The seasonal special of brussel sprouts was delicious! Really enjoyed them and the rainbow coldslaw. Never had wine in a can before but it was very good 👌🏼

Good food, however when I asked about gluten free options I wasn't given a menu with options or anything. It wasn't clear what was in anything... apart from chicken...

Popped in an hour before I had work to grab some dinner. I have to say the service was top notch! Very welcoming, friendly and the food came out quicker than I could say chicken! Lol! I ordered a double chicken wrap with peri chips and it was cooked to perfection, the lad who served me even gave me more peri salt as I’m obsessed! He was brilliant all the way through so big up to Bobby, Nando’s be lucky to have great employees like him!

Absolutely awful place. Filthy dirty, food over the floor and a mess where they are cooking. Tasteless and dry food. Terrible service. Cutlery covered in the last persons lunch. Would not recommend

Burger was cold unusually, chips were lukewarm. The lovely waiter did offer to change but we were on a tight schedule and running late. Good atmosphere very busy and great staff!

Absolutely awful meal.. half the order wasn’t there.. had to go back again to pick up rest of order.. the chips were soggy and peas were cold!.. expensive non eventful meal .. won’t be going back!
