The menu is concise and straightforward, making it easy to select dishes quickly. Warm pita bread should definitely be highlighted on the menu as it’s a truly comforting and enjoyable part of the dining experience. Sebastian is attentive and possesses a charming ability to ensure your dining experience is truly special. Najma signifies precious, and the combination of food and service perfectly embodies this meaning. The server, unfortunately, whose name we didn't catch, deserves special recognition for their promptness and exceptional ability to anticipate our needs beyond Sebastian's already excellent service. It was like the icing on the cake. Above all, the chef deserves immense praise for not only creating exceptional food but also for preparing a special birthday plate that made the birthday boy feel truly special and the moment unforgettable.

Incredible experience. Used to be seasonal but now trying for a permanent reopening. If you like high end Lebanese food this is the place to go. Mixed seafood platter was incredible. Wish I took a pic but gobbled it down when it arrived!! Empty today unfortunately so hope it picks up as food and service was awesome. Sebastian was super helpful.

What an experience! From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to be well looked after and the atmosphere was intimate, friendly, professional with no sign of stuffiness or snobbery. George was our server and was attentive, informative and warm. For the food - amazing! Alex popped over during the starters to say hi and that was a lovely touch. The beef tartare was one of the best dishes I have ever had. My partner and I did a three course meal with wine pairing and every glass was perfectly matched to the flavours and balance of the dishes. Is it cheap, no. But is it worth it (even just for a special occasion) absolutely. There will be lots of people who get to dine like this all the time but for us it was more rare and worth every penny for the food, experience, and being treated like really welcome guests. This young chef has created something really special, the courses and food are wonderful but the creation of a warm friendly and yet high end and professional environment is not to be undervalued! Love it.

Great experience! Canapés were served with a touch of theatre by Alex himself, and the 3 course menu was superb. Brilliantly looked after by Jemima. Highly recommended!!

Visited with friends for a birthday lunch celebration and the four of us chose the 3 course meal with wine parings. From as soon as we got to the door, all of the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate about the menu and the restaurant, especially George, who gave us some excellent help with the wine selection. The food was undoubtably some of the finest I have tasted in England and I cannot wait to visit again once the next seasonal menu is available. In addition to three course of delicious and visually stunning food, we had some wonderful starters and pre desserts that were a great surprise. I had also requested a candle for our friends birthday dessert and was blown away by the actual cake that been made for him, a really nice touch. What also enhanced the experience was that Chef Alex came out of the kitchen to present every single dish in person - it was really nice to be able to speak with him about the food. Oh, and did I mention, the 3 courses are just £60pp - not only delicious but excellent value :-) Looking forward to returning again!

Had dinner at Alex Webb's Restaurant located in the InterCon Hotel on Park Lane. The ambience, decor, was lovely and relaxing. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We had the three course menu, but before our starter arrived, we were presented with a beautiful display which turned out to be the most delicious canapés entitled, "Sea, Land, Tree." We had a Tuna Tartare and a Lobster Toast for starters. Followed by Lamb Rump and an Atlantic Cod. I've attached photos of the canapés, starters and mains, but never got to take any of the desserts as we were too busy enjoying the food. Will definitely be going back there again, if only just for the canapés haha.

We ate on two consecutive evenings in this restaurant enjoyed the high quality and beautifully presented dishes. Our only criticism is that the offerings are essentially tasting menus or at least minimum three courses for a fixed price. In our case we had three starters which suited as well but it is probably not getting the best value for money. Particular thanks to George our waiter and to Serena who looked after us well

Having watched Alex in 2020 I could not wait for him to get a residency and go and taste his food. Unfortunately, he was not there and… The cod was over cooked and under seasoned. The garnish with it was over cooked and under seasoned.apparently there was a sauce🤷🏼♂️ When mentioned to the waiter his demeanour changed and he stopped introducing the food and wine we had paired. The atmosphere was noticeably different. Awkward👀 The canapés and starters, artichokes artichokes artichokes was genuinely fantastic but I find myself at a loss, I’m a chef fan girl and nothing satisfied my expectations of this restaurant. A tighten up of the execution to the dishes and a brush up to the front of house and this place would warrant a second visit. I genuinely believe Alex’s talents has Michelin ⭐️ potential. but I feel it’s a way off. The quality of the service and dishes really does not warrant the cost. The Raby hunt…. James Close…. Never misses a service. I go back, need I say more🤘🏻😎

First of all, I truly struggle with this review and discussed with my wife up and down. But we both agree, against potentially too high expectations, we left underwhelmed and don’t think we would return nor recommend with good conscience. After all, it also isn’t cheap. But first things first. We were super happy to see that Alex finally found a residence after leaving his former place in Essex (where we dined twice and would definitely go again!). The food. We opted for the 7 course tasting experience and what I can rave about without the doubt are the portions. These were exceptionally generous and potentially too much. But what counts is the taste and here I do see room for improvement. Couple of examples: The lobster was chewy and the bisque had sadly no flavour. The cod was overcooked and again, not sure the butter and champagne sauce added anything. The filet could have benefitted from another minute on the grill and the mushroom purée didn’t taste like mushrooms. But the sauce was superb! The one dish we both agreed was very good was the espresso martini pre dessert. In short, none of the dishes gave us the wow factor and considering what we ultimately paid (including 2 cocktails each) I don’t think price value was really working for us. Service was overall okay and team tried hard to maintain a good standard. Note, that Alex wasn’t present today and according to the team on vacation.

We met Alex a couple of years ago in Soho when he was cooking in a restaurant as a guest chef. He has come a long way since then. His new restaurant at the Intercontinental Park Lane is spacious and beautiful. We chose the dishes from the three course menu. Chef Alex was present and explained the dishes and techniques used in producing his art. The meal was delicious with several "little extras" We chose Starters: Tuna tartare, avocado purée, crispy capers, citrus salad, squid ink cracker. Lobster toast, black sesame, sweet chilli jam. Mains: Atlantic cod, sea herbs, onion purée, pickled onions, crispy potato, champagne sauce. Lamb rump, sweetbread, lamb bacon, red pepper gel, romanesco, lamb jus Sides: Slow-cooked butter & thyme potatoes, Parmesan Hisspi cabbage, blue cheese dressing, bacon, chives, shallots We also ordered off menu a salad. Desert: Tonka bean & yuzu mille-feuille, clotted cream ice cream The wine was delicious, Chardonnay from Napa California. The dishes were presented artistically and we did not have to wait for ages between courses, which can so often happen in similar style establishments. The service by Jemima was truly Exceptional. The edible candle filled with chocolate presented to my wife by the Chef as a birthday treat was a lovely touch. Thank you for such a great evening and good luck to Alex.

We stayed at the Intercontinental Park Lane, and were delighted to realise that Alex Webb now has a permanent residency. We were looking for a pre-theatre supper, and have previously found that 'pre-theatre' can mean a restricted menu, average food and a sense of having to watch the clock rather than enjoy the experience. It turned out to be anything but. The food was superb, and the service delightful. At no time did it feel as though it was anything but a high-end full-service experience. Although we left on time for the show, it did not feel hurried - in fact we had time to enjoy canapes, and petit-four as well as two-courses. This was a very enjoyable visit, surpassing expectation, and one which we look forward to repeating.

Chef Alex Webb has opened a new restaurant at the Intercontinental London Park Lane and we were fortunate enough to score a New Year’s Eve table. His time at Helen Darroze, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal as well as a hard fought win of the 2020 Master Chef Professionals competition has served him well indeed. The meal was terrific start to finish with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and clever combinations. Only in his mid-twenties (?) we’re sure to see great things in his future

Very excited to visit as saw Alex win Masterchef in 2020. He greeted us on arrival. We had a 3 course lunch with a glass of English sparkling wine. The scotch egg starter and the lemon baked alaska were off the chart delicious. Can't wait to come back in 2023.

The service was impeccable, attentive, and very friendly. Service with a smile, indeed. The set menu was brilliant value for money and it was beautifully presented, and tasted AMAZING. The ambiance is gorgeous and I truly loved dining here. Alex came to greet us and we were able to take photos with him, very attentive without being overbearing. The bread basket is the nicest in London. Winter Lodge outside is a hidden gem, I recommend starting with mulled wine outside before dinner.

Walked in for a quick lunch - got offered delicious Lebanese food prepared by a lovely family. They are using fresh ingredients and presentation is simple, yet the taste is mind blowing. If you like Middle Eastern cuisine and are around, visit this place. It’s basic but very tasty.

Our office has been going to Eat Activ since it pretty much opened years ago and still go on a weekly basis. Great tasting, healthy food, fast service, and polite staff. A reliable place to get lunch. Can't fault them and they're unique in how they do their salads. Recommend their Tuesday special Bang Bang Chicken.
