My boyfriend booked a table here the night after valentines to avoid the crowds on the 14th Feb and we thought it would be really busy! We were the only people in there! One couple did come in and sat next to us but did a runner as soon as the waiter left them with menus. I wish we had done the same. I cannot believe how dirty this place was. the floor was so sticky and the toilets were vile (which always makes me think what is the kitchen like?). it was really overpriced for what it was. There was no atmosphere and the staff didn't really speak. Me and my boyfriend found ourselves whispering as we felt so awkward. The only positive that can be taken away is we still bring it up and laugh about it as 'THAT valentines'

A colleague recommended Nagoya. I’m not sure how to break it to her, but I’m disappointed. I’ve had Japanese foods a couple of times, and I’ve always been impressed - but not this time. I started with green tea and an Ashanti dry beer. Good start. Then came a miso soup that left me wanting more. Next: A wooden tray with several dishes as a set. First I tasted the sashimi. Very good although the salad was uninteresting and quite bitter. Next, I tasted the tempura fried fish: It was bland. Hardly any taste of anything, although some pieces of raw tempura batter had a not-too-pleasant taste. A small salad with tomatoes and a yellowish dressing was quite good, though. Lastly, the beef teriyaki: nice slices of beef, but the first pieces were so full of gristle that I had to spit it out, and the rest was quite chewy. The best part of my meal was the beer. A couple sitting next to me had sushi: They seemed to like their food a lot. Maybe I should’ve had sushi and not what I chose? The restaurant was under half full. Still, no one asked if I liked the food, and they forgot that I had asked to pay until I made a show of playing with my card. Nagoya have had several great reviews a few years ago. It seems to me that they have lost the passion and are working from habit, not checking that they serve quality food. I sure hope they are able to rekindle the passion as the menu promised some delicious dishes. I may be back to check.

Consistently disappointing. Unimpressive service: indifferent food: dull (verging on dirty) surroundings. The place needs a wholesale transformation but one has the impression that the owners can’t be bothered. A great shame: it could be (and perhaps once was) so good.

I do NOT recommend this restaurant. way too expensive for the below average food they serve. EatTokyo or Tokyo Diner in Soho are way better options than this place. rude staff took wrong order and blamed us for it. it was surreal. I also found a hair in my miso soup. the stairs to the toilets were covered in a old, dirty, sticky moquette: disgusting! 2 out of 3 gents toilets out of order and the toilet was dirty.

This is my second time visit. Once when I came to London few years ago but they were not..steady? but the food was still good. Now it is even better than previous. The cooked food was delizioso and i really liked the bento box. It is a good selection and make you very full. As I am a big fan of Japan, I was very happy when the chef conversed with me in Japanese. Arigato gozaimashite for the experience :)

A hidden gem in the middle of all the fusion and factory made sushi. It's a very traditional restaurant with traditional, completely non-fancy food accompanied by lamenting Japanese opera singers wailing about their lost loves. I highly recommend the katsu jyu . Normally I avoid pork as many places don't cook it well and ends up chewy dry. Season it with some Japanese chilli (shichimi) and a touch of their chilli oil. We finished off our meal with some yuzu ice cream which a rare find in London. Overall, nice service and food, and a good spot to escape away from the hubbub of Oxford Street.

Such an amazing lunch for this price. Very big portion and we didn't even manage to finish it. The restaurant looks very professional and clean, service is one of the best, fast and friendly. It's better to prepare some cash, because the card machine didn't work. Let's see how it will be the next time. But we will definitely come here more often. Thanks a lot for the delicious food!

Excellent and very fresh sashimi. Would definitely recommend going on a Friday for sushi as that seems to be when they receive their delivery. Sushi is expensive everywhere but they're quite reasonably priced. Service was great, the elderly sushi chef there accommodated our special requests for seared toro and heaped on fresh wasabi for us all. I highly recommend this place if you really know your sushi, honestly can't go wrong with an izakaya.

I never write reviews but last night I had the worst sushi salad ever and my partner had a udon soup with the weakest dashi soup I've ever tasted. Also only serving one small prawn in the tempera set for £10.50 is too pricey. Sat at the bar looking at the anaemic looking fish with a waitress coming over 3 times to upsell drinks or desserts. We ordered tea when they said it was "free". A little pot with one tiny tea bag shared between two - this actually costed £5 - the refills where free.. but refilling the tea pot would have weaken the already weak poor quality tea. The restaurant is undeserved with that 4 star review from time out. I wonder when when that review was given. I feel incredibility cheated as you can get some very good food in London for the same price. I would walk further down the road go to Selfridges food hall and get dinner there. Same price, Better food. I'm sorry but I feel so cheated.

I discovered Japanese food in 1984 on a 2 month trip to Japan. No one in the U.K. knew folk ate raw fish. I loved the delicacy and care, subtle flavours and umami-ness. I've rediscovered all this by happening upon Nagoya. I know there are many options for Japanese food in this big city. The food we ate tonight was true to the traditional style of Japanese cuisine, served by welcoming Japanese folk (and an Italian woman who, like myself, fell in love with a fascinating country).

Having worked as a senior manager in a busy restaurant myself, I know what good service is. The waitress was friendly but not available all the time because there were only 2 of them running 2 floors. We came here under the false impression of good reviews and sadly were let down at the end. The food was not great and portion sizes were small. I have certainly eaten more authentic Japanese elsewhere for the same price. The ambiance is next to nothing either. There is plastic food outside the restaurant which is usually a dead give away that it is not going to be the best. I excused all of this because we were in great company. But when the bill came, we worked out that there was a 13% service charged added to the bill which was shy of £20. I know that service charge is important to a waiter's salary so I would never want to take that away from them, but I know that the service charge has to be deserved for providing good service. I was happy to leave a tip between us but not 13% of the total bill. When we asked for the service charge to be removed (although it is optional, it does not say this on the bill so unless you know this, you might end up paying it without realising). We then had 2 waitresses/managers approaching the table saying that we needed to give them a valid reason for why we wanted to take off the service charge. I was completely shocked and mortified when I heard this. I could not believe any staff member would question this. I said that the service was fine but I did not think it was £20 worth and said I would leave a cash tip. They then went on to say that they will get in trouble from their management if they do not provide them with a good enough reason and that the service charge is removed which made me think that not all the service goes to the team and that it is for the owners. Service charge is optional and is illegal to enforce it onto the guests. After the girl tried to argue with me about it and did not handle the situation well at all, I put what would have been my tip for her back in my wallet and paid the remainder of the bill without service and left. And I will certainly never return.

Anyone calling this place "authentic Japanese restaurant" doesn't really know Japanese food. The service is awfully slow and the food quality is appalling. Fish just didn't look fresh and meat dishes we had looked like road kill. One thing this restaurant can do super good is slicing meat so thin that you can see through it! We had miso katsu and the meat was micro thin, dry and simply horrible. In addition it was obvious that hygiene isn't their priority. The Chinese waitresses who speak rather comical Japanese were friendly but incapable of remembering anything. Don't go there unless you want to waste your money on some garbage food. It's nothing but a rip off and definitely an insult to Japanese cuisine!!!

I was in the area for a seminar that finished late and I was searching for a takeaway place around 10pm. The only places that seemed to be open were pubs and I did not want to walk too far.I saw Nagoya open, yelp rating 3 and I decided to take a chance. They had only one couple who were finishing up when I went in.It's a small space (they may have more seating in the basement) around 5 tables with a sushi bar. Decor is very reminiscent of small Chinese style restaurants. The lady at the counter was very sweet and gave me some recommendations when I asked her.It took some time for me to get home (partly because a certain bus driver refused to stop & I had to wait 20mins for the next one), but the fried chicken had gone a bit soggy. The taste was very good and the chicken beautifully marinated and super tender and juicy. Family and cat loved the prawn tempura which came with a dipping sauce. The chicken Gyoza was densely filled (personally I prefer a bit more give in my fillings) and tasty. Loved the mini 3ml bottle of sauce that came with it.The pork ramen was packed with the soup separately. Just 2 thin slices of pork and half a boiled egg (so not too much protein in the dish - more noodles to fill you up though) with sliced mushrooms & sprouts. The soup was a mild broth flavoured with miso. I enjoyed the clean flavours, but brother decided to spice it up. A nice complete meal in itself, if you aren't a protein addict like me.The lady very sweetly offered me complimentary green tea while waiting for my order and I loved the fact that they lined the base of the bag with a piece of cardboard cut in the right size to keep everything steady.

We went for dinner with some friends on Friday night and were seated immediately even though we didn't make a booking. The food was great, sushi was especially spectacular with incredibly fresh fish. It did take a while to come but that was understandable as there seemed to be quite a large party going on downstairs. I had high hopes for Nagoya, having read in Time Out that its one of the best Japanese restaurants in London. After visiting it tonight, all I can say is, the Time Out writer needs to visit a REAL japanese restaurant like Asakusa or Atariya. The food here was overpriced for the quality that it was. The portions were also small (especially the pathetically sad looking sushi rolls). I ordered two sushi rolls, both of which were more rice than filling. I also ordered the katsu don which, while the taste itself wasn't too bad, was disappointing because the fried pork cutlet was so soggy and not crispy. What really irked me about this place is the terrible service. The staff themselves are polite, but the service was SO slow. They mixed up our sushi order so we had to wait REALLY long for our sushi (we waited an hour!!) and I had to ask three times for a condiment before it arrived. Many other reviews here on Tripadvisor have also complained about the poor service, which can really spoil a dining experience and it did indeed spoil mine. I will never return to Nagoya; next time I'll head to Asakusa for my japanese fix.

Food in general was not bad and reasonably priced. Ordered a tenzaru soba and the tempura was so oily, spicy tuna maki was nice yet badly rolled that I could hardly pick it with the chopsticks. Staff are polite yet way too shy and always hid behind the curtain. I took me 15 mins to catch their attention to ask for a fork during my 45 minute brunch break. Asked for a bill and came back with a small plate of fruit. Nice enough . Yet another 10 minutes to really have the bill and pay. Visited for mothers day as a family dinner. The green tea we ordered tasted like hot water, there's unlimited re-fills but this just dilutes the taste even more as they just keep adding hot water to the pot.The sushi rice was too wet and the rolls were small. We ordered a futomaki that ended up as small as the other sushi rolls. For mains, I ordered a karaage udon that was given to the next table because the waiter "didn't acknowledge that we arrived before the next table", my dad ordered a tonkotsu ramen which took almost an hour to arrive because like with my udon, it was given to the next table in error. Not to mention, my udon was luke warm. We were extremely unhappy with the service at that point. Before the bill arrived we asked for service charge to be deducted and then the bill came with the service charge included! We will never come here again, the service was awful, I know the girl who served us was a trainee but the communication between staff needs to be much better. A very disappointing experience.

Dropped in after a show for a quickish meal and we were happy with the authentic and delicious food. The miso and chirashi (assorted sashimi on a bowl of sushi rice) were excellent, and the chirashi superb value. One waitress was quite moody which was a shame (the other good and friendly), and 13% service is very subtly added to the bill which I really don't appreciate-if you add service it should be obvious. Difficult to judge atmosphere at 10pm on a January Tuesday, but it was a good, tasty, value for money meal (£60 for two including small sake), slightly tarnished by the service.

Visited here excited by the thought of some quality Japanese food but sorry to say we were both disappointed by the restaurant in general.Good point:The sashimi was good.Bad points:The amount of sashimi for £20 was minuscule! At first it doesn't look too bad but then you realise half the plate is empty shells put on to decorate it! The 'seaweed salad' was about 4 strands of seaweed on top of ordinary lettuce. One small glass of plum wine was £7. Service was not particularly friendly and disorganised - we were brought an incorrect dish and brought all our food at once. The restaurant itself feels shabby and run down considering the prices they charge and looks like it could do with a refurbishment. Our meal for 2 with one small glass of plum wine each and no dessert came to nearly £100 - for that sort of money you can eat much much better elsewhere. Won't be returning!

Two of us have been to Japan at least twice and the overall impression was of a traditional family run type of resturant. We had a mixture of food including the rather good chef's Sashimi plate. It had a good mixture on it. The Bream was particularly good. The Chawanmushi was excellent and worthy of praise.Yes the place could do with a lick of paint and a bit of TLC here and there. But I go to a restaurant for the food not the wallpaper. I checked this place out on TripAdvisor before I went, and was a little hesitant at first. However, I have learnt from past experiences that it is better to keep an open mind (always 2 sides to each one!) and if really truly in doubt, look for more reliable reviews. So, I decided to take a chance and joined my friends here for dinner last minute on Sunday. Very glad I did.It is a really traditional restaurant, from the look to the food they offer so don’t expect any fancy thrills or modern fusion food. I gave the nabeyaki udon a go as they didn’t have any fried noodles, and the soup combined with the burst poached egg was so delicious. My friends had some sushi and nigiri combinations, and I'd like to praise the ebiten and spider rolls in particular (tuna cheese tempura roll was also great but a bit oily). Some of the rolls were made by the younger sushi chef, and the others by a senior Japanese chef. I personally thought the sushi made by the Japanese chef was better. My friend who is a regular here agreed with me and has always preferred the Japanese chef’s sushi. He had his katsudon, which apparently is a favourite of the Japanese businessmen in the area according to him. The bill came up as high as when I visited Roka, but I was much, much fuller. Literally stuffed. It isn’t particularly cheap, but that honestly depends on what you order. There are both expensive and cheap dishes. Service was friendly and attentive - but not in my face, and I will definitely bring my girlfriend to visit soon, as their lunch menu has some very appealing and much cheaper options.

We found this place tucked away from Baker Street and decided to give the place a go. As we visited at around 12pm it seemed not many customers were there yet so the staff were very attentive to us. We had the wafu lunch, bento a, salmon lover and chicken katsu curry set. Wafu lunch comes in a bento box with salad miso soup and fruit. The sushi we had was very fresh and my father commented that the chicken katsu curry was the best he ever had. There was a warm family vibe that is comforting for a cold Monday afternoon but it was gradually getting busyer by the time we left. All in all we were treated very well and thought it was good value. If you think the prices are too steep then visit during lunch as the sets are mostly under £10. Edit: glad we didnt check out the reviews beforehand. A bit ridiculous to compare a Japanese restaurant to an American fast food joint dont you think?

Possibly one of my worst dining experiences, definitely worse sushi/Japanese experience. A group of 4 of us went on a pretty quiet Monday night, booked in advance. The only thing i could really say was eatable was the Miso soup, as they probably couldn't wreck this as it was from a packet. We ordered a lot of shared plates to share amongst us. The Spinach gomae came out and it was of a portion size to only feed Leprechauns perhaps, the tasting i did get was alright but i have had better at every single other place i've eaten this. It just went downhill and wrong from there. The Tuna and cheese tempura was disgusting and tasted like it had been taken out of a long deep freeze and not microwaved long enough. The tempura batter was white and doughy and nothing like tempura should be, crisp and golden. The cheese tempura were little brown nuggets and again brought back from a previous life, could barely keep down the one i tried. When you have this at good restaurants the cheese melts in your mouth.I didn't want to try the sushi rolls the California and salmon and avocado. I just couldn't risk it at this stage, was just happy to come out with my palette somewhat intact. It was altogether around 75 Pound for food i could hardly touch and food you could sometimes find hard to find on your plate.

I really went to this place hoping it would be really good and the menu is quite extensive but compared to other japanese restaurants I have been to, and comparing with the same dishes I ordered, this restaurant is average.

What a great little restaurant this is. While the place is relatively low key and unassuming, the food is delicious and the whole dining experience rather pleasant. The staff is friendly and welcoming and happy to help you choose from their fairly large menu. Everything I ordered on my last visit -sushi combo, mixed tempura, chicken gyoza – was great. It is not cheap (the bill came to just over £50 including drinks) but the quality of the food is certainly worth the money. If you are looking for a good quality, reliable Japanese restaurant in the Baker Street area, Nagoya definitely fits the bill. Recommended.

The food is delicious and authentic but the decor and presentation is shabby. Poor plumbing in the toilets, a hand written notice says watch out for flooding when pulling the flush handle over enthusiastically. The restaurant decor itself is tired and in need of a revamp and the interior lacked atmosphere and did not make you want to linger. And I was charged £7.99 for a glass of very average house wine. It came in its mini bottle apparently straight from the super market. No attempt at presentation despite its ridiculous price. Two glasses of house red cost me £15.98. Not what I expected.

Nagoya is located in the sleepy side of George Street. It is one of the nicest family atmosphere Japanese restaurants in Marylebone. Service is homely and welcoming. They make one of the best Takoyaki - nice and large squid balls that are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside! Their Nasu Dengaku is fresh, nicely charred on the outside and lathered with miso within the aubergine. Their Chirashi sushi is abundant with fish and seafood to equal portion of rice unlike many other Japanese restaurants. We also love their natto - served on its own which you do not find often in other places. We always enjoy ourselves when we go there, leaving happy with a tummy-ful of proper Japanese food.

I'm Japanese and have been to this restaurant recently. I didn't order any sushi or sashimi, so I don't know if they are good or not, but as far as the dishes we ordered are concerned, they were all well cooked and very tasty. It's not particularly cheap, but then other restaurants of this kind cost as much or more. At least we were pretty full at the end of our meal. We really enjoyed the food and definitely will go back. The only thing we didn't like was the horrible Japanese pop music they were playing. If it hadn't been for this, I would've given 5 stars.

Had the worst experience there a couple of weeks ago with a few friends for dinner. Service was really awful and you can just hear the manager shouting at the back, not something you want to hear whilst enjoying a meal with friends. Food took ages to come, and when it did come it was tasteless and the portions were tiny. For what we paid we would have expected something better. Worst Japanese restaurant ever. Never again.

Food was superb, portions typically Japanese abit too small from what we used to but OMG it was delicious! I had to wait for abit but only due to food being prepared there and then so the waiting was expected. Recommend it for an enjoyable experience. NB: don't expect it to be quiet though, if Japanese customers are around they like their chat and seem to enjoy it in a rather loud way!

So I went to Nagoya last night, as I was staying in a hotel nearby. I arrived at 18:00 and was the only person in the restaurant at this time. I have to admit, im not very clued up on japanese food so I had to ask the waitress for advice. I have to say she was great. I selected the mixed platter which included tofu, teriyaki chicken, Tempura prawn, cougette, aubergine and carrot, sushi mi and salmon. To swill it down i order 2 Asahi. The food was superb and the service was great. Very attentive and very patient with me. I would definitely go again. It was very low key restaurant and I was made to feel very welcome. I dont have anything to compare Nagoya with however, im a converted Japanese food fan and will definitely be trying it again. Thanks Nagoya

Reading previous reviews and now having direct experience of Nagoya there seems to be a theme which you would imagine the owners of this restaurant would feel the need to address as a mater of absolute urgency. It is the POOR SERVICE. Mr Nagoya it is letting your establishment down badly. Your clients have an absolute right to expect much better. On the positive side, the food was good (we were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed it) but at no point were we made to feel welcome: it took nearly 15 minutes to get wine on the table (and then I had to pour it myself) and, given the standard of service, the overall value was POOR. It's a shame: the kitchen seems to know what it's doing: front-of-house does not.

We met friends at Nagoya last weekend Sunday 23rd March. It doesn't make a great first impression so we were all a bit unsure...and our low expectations were then fulfilled. The food quality is poor, the pricing is high, the service is appalling and the premises are tired. Here's why:We all ordered a Japanese traditional dinner for around STG38. The portions were tiny, the "sashimi course" was a plate of pretty mediocre sashimi with two or three tiny pieces of fish (yes I have had Sashimi and I know they're usually small, but this was a joke). The Tempura was three small pieces, the salmon was similarly tiny. When we were served dessert we started to wonder: could those tiny courses really have been the whole meal? For 38 pounds? So we asked for the menu and discovered that they hadn't served us with the rice nor some pickled thing. The response of the server was "I will calculate the component costs of those parts of the meal and deduct them" not really getting the point of our dissatisfaction. No apology. The prices she quoted us were completely made up, so we started to look at the menu pricing more carefully and saw that it would have been cheaper to order the items separately. At the end we said that we just weren't prepared to pay for a rip-off meal and said we'd pay for alcohol and 25 each which she grudgingly accepted. As a final flourish, when I went to use the loo downstairs the lights were off and I had to find a master switch to turn them on. Based on the smell from the toilet I am not sure that they had been cleaned. There are many, many better quality Japanese restaurants in London.

I'm another confused reviewer after reading the positive reviews of this restaurant. The decor is extremely authentic, and I felt like I had just walked through a magic door into Japan. The food was also authentic and in particular the sushi was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth heaven. However I just could not get over the prices and small portion sizes. It's really extortionate ...I'm not sure what the management of this place are thinking - in an area close to Oxford St & full of chains to be serving restaurant food in an informal setting at Nobu prices....seems totally illogical to me. Surely taking a leaf out of Eat Tokyo's books and serving generous portions at a reasonable prices would ensure a full restaurant every night (or maybe naive Londoners are already filling up the space on the peak nights? It was only half full on our visit). I understand that sushi is not cheap in London, but pricing it at an average of > £2 for one nigiri as part of a platter, and serving 3 measly pieces of pork katsu (fried pork cutlet) for £7.50 was just ridiculous. With prices like these you'd be better off going round the corner to Itsu. I felt totally ripped off and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Nagoya London Restaurant is tucked away behind Selfridges in London - so it's in a slightly quieter area of Bond Street. It has a traditional old style (and in a bit of refurbishment to clean it up a bit) but is otherwise a comfortable casual restaurant. There are two floors - street level and the basement - both floors were full for dinner on a Friday evening and by 8pm there were diners waiting. We did make a reservation - but at 6:30pm the restaurant only had two other tables of diners. Service is extremely slow and sometimes misunderstood. We had food and the bill delivered accidentally to our table, and there were mix ups happening around us. I suspect one of the waitresses was new. A lot of times the waitress was standing by the till, and i could hear another waitress having to ask her to fill the drinks order she had just taken from some customers at the sushi bar. The food was pleasant enough. For two, we spent a total of £70 (without alcohol). The fatty tuna sashimi was fresh and delicious (although steep at £12 for 3 slices) and the sweet shrimp sashimi was fresh with a lovely creamy taste. The agedashi tofu, karaage and teriyaki salmon were all nice and fresh, but nothing to write home about. The spider roll with soft shell crab was a little bit oil, and the rice a bit gluggy, but flavour was there. Overall, if you are after a slow casual meal where you are not rushed out the door, and have some patience to wait for food, the food is pleasant enough to drop in for lunch or dinner after a day's shopping on Bond Street.

I'm a little confused about the reviews on this page as my experience certainly wasn't positive. We arrived about 10 minutes early for our reservation and 2 of us were shown to a table for 4 people. No problem there. We ordered drinks and were about to order our meal when we were very politely asked to move tables. Whilst I didnt have a problem with that, it does make me stop and think where in the world I have ever been asked to move tables when I've had a reservation and I cant think of anywhere. So, we order our meal - tataki, the chefs special sashimi and a couple of rolls. The tataki was fine - nothing to write home about though. The Spicy tuna roll was without doubt the most revolting spicy tuna roll I have had in my life. I'm reasonably sure that the tuna had been frozen and that the "spicy" sauce that it was covered in was just to cover up the taste of the frozen tuna. The spider roll was okay. I've had better... much better but after I'd tried the spicy tuna roll I wasnt expecting much! The worst part was the chefs special sashimi. Whilst some of the fish was reasonable (It was a Wednesday night so no real excuse for fish not to be fresh), other parts of the platter were very obviously frozen and de-frosted. The 3 very limp prawns in the centre of the platter being the most obvious. To add insult to injury, check the bill carefully when you get it. In small writing it tells you that there is a 13% service charge added but it doesnt itemise the service charge so unless you notice that the total isnt what it should be you may find yourself paying a premium on top.Would I be going back to Nagoya? Honestly? No! I know what good sushi is and this wasn't it!! Whether I was unlucky and we just happened to go there on a bad day, I don't know but my experience was far from pleasant.

Like being in Japan. The sashimi and the sushi is probably the best in London. Will definitely be back. Would like to try more dishes.

Having visited a lot of "Japanese" restaurants in London, I've often been disappointed that many turn out to be run by Chinese staff and that the restaurant, while serving good Japanese food, isn't really an authentic experience. Nagoya was a really pleasant surprise as it is incredibly traditional and authentic inside, looking exactly like an izakaya you'd visit in Tokyo (in fact you almost forget you're in London with the staff chatting to some customers in Japanese, etc). The staff were really friendly, and the food was excellent (super fresh edamame, sushi, you name it). It was pretty quiet when we visited, and it seems so far that it is still a well-kept secret between Edgware Road and Marylebone. Definitely eat here if you want to experience a true Japanese restaurant.

I went there with a group of friends and we paid £30 I think for karaoke and a 2 meal course. The food tasted fine but they changed the menu so less options and most of the people who got the burger it was not well cooked. However, they apologized and cooked again to their liking which is great! The karaoke was fun, I cannot complain in terms of the music selection because most Karaoke places will have the same selection.

Пришли сюда, соскучившись по японской кухне. Роллы оказались очень вкусными и большими, наелись, съев по порции. Интерьер приятный, персонал дружелюбный. В целом, место неплохое.

I had walked in and was greeted with one of most rudest staff members I have ever encountered at a K10! Upon my arrival I had to gesture the woman behind the counter twice to which she looked straight at my face with a disgusting look on her face which made me feel awkward and like I wanted to leave. Now I'm not in customer service, but I'm pretty sure, if you walk in and say "hello" to a staff member you'd expect a polite "hi or hello", what was her response, "what do you want". Ignoring the abrupt behaviour, as soon as I opened my mouth to say my order, she interrupted and said we haven't got that! And then continued to point out everything that they didn't have in such a rude way that I turned on my heels and left the restaurant. I didn't catch the young ladies name, but she was there around 3:45 at the counter with a young man on the 17th February. Dark hair, didn't have a uniform (maybe management). After this experience at K10, it'll definitely be the last!
