The wait for food as a take away option is unreasonable. It's already 20 minutes late, although there was an apology, the restaurant was not busy. I'll not be back. Edit. And this is a main course. ( no it is not, and nor us the charge) I will not be back.

Staff were apologetic and nice for delay but should have been offered extras or part refund after over 2 hrs 30 mins wait. Onion bhajis lacking taste but overall good food

my food hasn't even been delivered we have rang the restaurant and they said it would be here ny 20.45 as they were running late still no food yet your app says its been delivered I want my money back

Order was delayed, still wonder why delivery persons don’t follow addresses and instructions …. Popadoms were soggy, rest of food was nice but not hot 😢

been getting my curries from Nafizas for a few year now, food is always very tasty, delivered on time and hot, so hesitation in giving them a 5 stars.

From order time to delivery was over 3 hours. Order time was 19:01. Original JustEat expected delivery time was 19:55 to 20:15. Then text message from restaurant to say ETA 8pm. Just before 8pm was revised on JustEat to 20:10 to 20:30. Still hadn't arrived at 20:45 with no further updates. Chased up via JustEat. 15 to 20 mins later new message stating ETA 21:35. This also came and went with no delivery. Phoned restaurant at 21:45. Eventual arrival time was approximately 22:15

food was not ready at collection time, only started cooking it at this time. 25 mins later. food was ok, meat a little tough

Im sorry to say but our takeaway delivery was Very disappointing tonight. Our saag paneer had only 4 small pieces in it - very poor, not enough to fill the sauce around it. All sauce not enough panneer. Only 6 SMALL pieces of chicken in a full tray of my chicken tikka masala sauce, I had to search for them they were that small cubed.

I had a duck biriyani. It was really nice and the sauce was amazing as well.

First time ordering n will prob be last time food arrived n lukewarm chips looked and tasted like they been lying for agess worse was our mains we ordered a chicken and a lamb dishes opened them plentry of sauce but was only 6bits of chicken n 6 bits of lamb which 3 were so chewy u couldnt eat nam bread was dry n fell apart also the sauce was over the bags when we got it the rice was very nice side dishes 2 were very salty

I find the 10% service charge a bit rude. Regardless of how the service is, its on your bill as soon as the table is booked. Tipping should be a choice. Food pretty tasteless and overpriced for what you get, lacking atmosphere.

My favourite takeaway is, Gazi Spice and unfortunately, it has closed down. I rang the Gazi Spice number off Google just to double-check and got through to Nafiza's. I was told that Gazi Spice had merged with Nafiza's They haven't the food was not cooked by the Gazi spice chef it wasn't even the same recipe. The food all looked and tasted the same it was bland and tasteless compared to Gazi Spice. Terrible in fact. I will never eat here again after that. This place is a 1-10 compared to, Gazi Spice I'm gutted Gazi has shut down. If this place has any common sense they will hire the chef from there and give him the head chef position. Looks like I'm trying Spice Connection next week. If I wanted a Nafiza's I would have ordered a Nafiza's but I didn't want one. I stopped using these years ago for this reason. I feel ripped off because I was conned into buying their food and not, Gazi spices food.

Tasty food every time. Nice polite staff. Got a chicken tikka nann wrap and a chicken tikka bhuna as a takeaway 😋 lots of tender chicken pieces in the wrap. The Bhuna is just the right amount of spice for me, very good. Xxx

This is our second takeaway from here after being recommended. Both times have been beautiful, arrived hot and on time. So tasty, good portions too. The gentleman who took our order was very helpful and the delivery driver very pleasant and polite.

The worst takeaway I have ever had and chicken made me sick. Curry was tasteless, chicken itself tasted off and Nan undercooked. Do not order from here, you will be very disappointed. Customer service was very rude as well, they denied all issues during complaint.

Do not go to this place. Food made us ill. Chicken undercooked. Naan bread was still dough. No refund or alternative offered. Rude customer service. Terrible experience. Couldn’t eat.

Just read Karen White's review and the reply from the restaurant. Keema Nan doesn't contain meat! Maybe a quick look at Oxford English dictionary may help them. Keema, Noun INDIAN, minced meat. Yes Karen what happened to the meat in a keema Nan too many takeaways/ restaurants forget to add the meat. How much does it cost to add the thin layer of minced meat? A local takeaway to me paints the inside if the Nan with tandoori paste!

Very disappointed… the keema nan came with no meat, 6 small pieces of chicken in the dish (mostly sauce), onion bhaji was hard as a rock but the mushroom pilau was nice. Called the restaurant to provide some feedback and was told the keema nam doesn’t have meat and the ratio of 90% sauce /10% chicken was standard! Sadly I won’t be using again.

Best Indian restaurant in Low Fell! Always had to give Indian restaurants a miss because of a Peanut Allergy until I braved it and came here. Everything is made fresh, the food isn't dripping in grease. The staff are very friendly and accommodating too.

One of worst tasting food i have had the misfortune to eat was the chef ill and the waiter done the cooking

Gorgeous food and great service always at Nafiza's family run business. Remember if you want a bit of extra cheer take your own alcohol. But it's the food that'll win you over. Thank you to everyone there for always making us feel special : )

Firstly, I understand all takeaways are extremely busy at the moment but I don’t understand why you offer something you can’t provide. Food ordered at 6pm, due 8:05pm, arrived 9:10pm - stone cold. Popadoms missing, chutney missing, salad missing. Chicken tikka was just chargrilled chicken (obviously ran out but thought they’d wing it). I rang to complain and was promised a call back yesterday... still waiting. Avoid! So many other nicer options around.

Prices are bit more than advertised for take out on website but food was nice. Onion Baji starter was a bit tough though.
