Horrendous customers service. Took our money and never delivered food. Now they don't answer phone calls and seem to have shut down. Don't buy food from here!!!!

The sweets are all great but absolutely terrible service. Rude staff and no manners.

Ordered for three people online they took my card payment, got email Confirmation that they had recieved it and were prepping food, waited.. waited.. food never came.. and they never picked up the phone. Terrible service will never be ordering from here again. If i could give them 0 stars i would.

Had a delivery... The Chicken curry was watery and had no taste, the chapatis were doughy and thick...it was returned to the shop and another was redelivered very very quickly... however this was the same except a bit of coriander had been added.. Was thrown away

Absolutely atrocious; ordered 2 x seekh kebabs and it was like eating rubber. It's like they had microwaved them to warm them up, definitely not freshly cooked that's for sure! Tried to chop a bit off with my fork and rather than just breaking off, as I'd expect, it didn't even go through it, it just bent. So instead had to bite a bite off and it was very chewy Would not recommend the seekh kebabs from here and I am glad I got them for free because if I had paid for them, I'd be going to the takeaway for my money back!!!!! If these are anything to go by, I don't think I will be trying anything else from here either.

Got a mixed starter for £9 poor portion size, The food was probably the worst I have ever had most went in the bin. I will not be going here again.

We ordered for the first time and honestly we were so impressed food came hot quality was great and quantity and really good value for money taste was nice. So we so impressed thank you. We also reviewed the food on our socials TikTok laughing lyricalz.

Had chicken masala was really impressed. Unfortunately the roti was poor as usual not consistent have holes and are burnt in places.

Although the main curry dishes we had were very good,they need to improve on their starters. We bought for 13 of us and were happy generally ,speedy delivery some dishes oil was spilling out the top.Generous supply of chapattis and sauces,but starters were not good,in fact we wouldn’t recommend them.

Was going to order but quickly changed my mind. Pulled up in the car park behind to get some drinks from the shops before going nafees. The back door was open and what I whitenesses was shocking. The person in the kitchen showed no form of hygiene, dropped food on the floor and continued to prepare it and he did this whilst smoking a cigarette in the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat from there!!

I know the price of groceries have gone up, but please the mint sauce was tasteless and watered down by a lot, the chicken tikka was warmed up Not fresh and the keema bhuna was tasteless, safe to say I won’t use Nafeez again, when the old man was there the curries and everything else was great ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Called in passing and didn't have to wait too long (10mins) and was surprised enjoyed the curry, just goes to show picking it up yourself it's much better 😋

It was absolutely the best hot/spicy Indian I've had for ages. If you love hot food then this is for you.

We ordered food from here for the last time! Absolutely disgusting customer service, the food was soggy no salad was provided when requested and was not worth the money paid. Diabolical service and will not be using this take away again. Spend your money elsewhere, they do not deserve it!

Tonight's food was not worth the money they are charging, I know there are not a lot of Indian takeaways open but I don't think they should drop their standards because of this. We have had better from this establishment, but sadly this will be the last for quite some time, I will cook my own from now on

Just ordered a Curry for all the family from Nafeez for the 1st time . Couldn't ask for more from starters to main courses where all fantastic and even the delivery lad was 10 mins early. Excellent service and will definitely use again. Cheers

Nice food easy and quick with a good service

Popped in as on the way home after a night out. Ordered a Burger, Kebab for the partner and Chips. the burger was barely cooked and cold within 2 minutes of getting, the chips were rubbery (old) and the kebab was beyond greasy. Even my drink induced mind set couldn't get me through the burger at the night and I was horrofied looking at the state of the kebab with a sober head the next day. Staff were friendly and there is ample parking.Takeaway only, no seating.

Words cannot describe how fantastic the kebabs from here are - I have eaten kebabs all around the world and Nafeez Special Kebab on naan is like a dream come true and drizzled with chilli sauce. 10/10

We were placing an order on the phone and the guy who spoke to us wasn't helpful at all. When we asked if we could swap a couple of things from a meal deal he became really aggressive and defensive and refused to take our order. We felt really disappointed and angry for the way he treated us.

Despite trying other local to me Indian takeaways in an attempt to get a really hot ie vindaloo/phall/tindaloo the best for all round food quality and service has to be Nafeez. Wonderful foc onion bargies great palak aloo and a good chicken madras but not quite the heat I'm looking for but maybe that's just how it is? In the Bd2 area it's Nafeez all the way ps good foc cucumber dip also. Suggest maybe a foc or 2 popodum? To really stand out from the rest? Happy Christmas all

Regular customer and always use Nafeez when we fancy a curry. For the first time I went "large" . What a disappointment, £1.70 extra and it cam in the same size as normal. For comparison my wife got a "normal" masal and mine was "large". Both in the same size container that we normally get. What a pity, because the taste was all there.

Unfortunately when the food was delivered the contents of the bag were swimming in oil. Not the most pleasant experience. After the relevant draining of all of the excess oil, the flavours were ok but I don't think I will be ordering again.

Time to try another take away. Despite giving honest and subjective reviews and writing comments in the additional information box, ie pls put extra chilis in for a super hot vindaloo at best my chicken vindaloo was a poor madras, very little heat and not up to expectations. In support of Nafeez always on time always hot with nice mannered delivery guys and quality food if ordering "curry" So I leave it there and review Ranas as that's next on the list of let's try.........

Just a shame the free of charge items were not delivered as asked for. Also and this is a preference choice I always ask for a super hot vindaloo ie extra chilis and to be fair idea rate tonight's as a very good madras but as I say it's subjective 4th order in a week or so and a definite 8 / 10 for quality, timing, taste, and consistency just the odd issue resolved missing items and order no 3 having no heat at all but maybe that's me and my chili fetish?!

Everything was delicious although one meal was overly spicy when it shouldn't have been! Will be going here for the rest of my life. New Fan !

Asked for delivery at 8.30 as home from work at 8.20 and food arrived at 8.28 superb. Asked also for extra chilis in the vindaloo and oh boy did I get them. Spot on heat and taste. In BD2 this takeaway is just spot on for Indian food

wanted ages for delivery turned out that delivery driver had gone to wrong address normally delivery is excellent but not this this food cold

Delivery man was extremely rude - delivered our food 45 minutes early and then shouted at my 11 year old child for not opening the door quickly enough and argued with me when I explained that we had both been upstairs as the delivery wasn't due for some time. The food was really good as usual and the staff member who took my call regarding my first point was polite and apologetic.

I use these all the time. They always make top curry. If you ask for extra coriander and chillies, they put plenty on. The curry meal for two is outstanding value 😁👌🏻

Me and my family have been trying to find the best takeaway where all the food is good, and eventually we found this place, tried the curry's, the Donner meat the onion bahjis , chapatis all good.

worst Indian I have EVER ordered! so not order from here. curry looked like someone a throw it up into a container. “mushroom” rice wasn’t anywhere near something that looked like a mushroom. No mango chutney in the pickle tray. food extremely greasy. the only saving grace was the onion bhaji . will NOT be ordering from here again and wounded advise you to either. £30 wasted and I’m left hungry! THANKS

the cheese burger wasn’t cooked at all it was pink the curry sauce wasn’t even sauce the chips were cold and soggy and chicken burger didn’t have salad or sauce and was in eatable

Not the best curry I’ve had just average at best. Got my order slightly wrong as I ordered a chicken kharhi but they gave me chicken tikka. I enjoyed the starter more than my main. The onion bhajis was nice but I’ve had better and know nicer takeaways
