All food were cold and don't taste right even me dogs won't eat the burger so on..all food went in bin never again

After waiting nearly 1 hour for my meals it arrived cold & after I rang they sent a replacement which came again after 1 hour, in the mean time the kids were starving & started eating the cold food but when the new order arrived he refused to hand over due to us eating some of the older order so in the end we basically paid for cold food, I’m not gona keep my kids starving for 2hr wile get it right! Rubbish customer service

Just been here thought save cooking came half hour after and everything was stone cd so ended up cooking anyway

Got the 2 pizzas for 8 pounds and chips honestly the chips hard and cold and the pizzas were like naan bread with hardly any toppings and sauce

Absolutely disgusted with the service, couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a dead fly in my food, been vomiting non stop since I have ate. Rung them up and they denied any fly being in the food as he was adamant that he had prepared the food himself, he wouldn't give my money back and was arguing over the phone. AT LAST when they admit the possibility of a fly being in my food they decided to refund me my money BUT NOT THE FULL AMOUNT.... He refunded £3 of the £3.70 as the 70p was for a drink... disgusting service with awful manners!!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING EVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!!! POOR HYGIENE!

FYI - I am a top 5 reviewer on Tripadvisor and a huge food fan worldwide. This restaurant years ago started off as a great grill place. People used to go for steaks and lamb chops, WITH STEAK-CUT CHIPS. However, year upon year, the quality has gone down and down. Recently, we voted the chips here THE WORST in the whole of Blackburn. The owners have downgraded to cheap chips and they taste reheated. We ordered 5 gourmet burgers - they were anything but gourmet. And the grilled chicken and lamb chops were ok, but the masalas were over-powering and too spicy. The owners need to shut shop, read the advice from customers, and make huge improvements. Otherwise this is inevitability going to shut down - and rightfully should do as they don't care about serving good food. Please give this review a thumbs up to stop others eating low-quality food and make the owners aware.

Avoid at all costs. My husband and I ordered the chicken tikka kebab and asian style pizza, which left us with food poisoning. If I had the option to give zero star, then I would !! Do not eat at this place!!!

Ordered from here by mistake was trying to order from the Nafiaah on Whalley Range. The person that answered was not friendly and a bit abrupt. When I realised I ordered from the wrong place and got there the guy had my order ready and I could see it but continued rolling a naan and I thought he was going to serve me WRONG He then put the Naan in the Clay Oven and then I thought he was going to serve me WRONG he then waited for the naan to bake, took it out and then came to serve me. All this time he only signalled to me once when the naan was in the oven one minute rest of the time I was left thinking he’s coming. Surely a man of leisure.

Hi I am writing this review after dealing many bad experiences with Audley Naafiah, this particular experience has urged me to actually be bothered and write this review! We had an order placed, they gave us a time of 20:00 for the order to be picked up, 20:15 the orders still not ready We tell them nicely at first, they make excuses that; "oh it's only been 2 minutes over time"(whaaat, how?? is 15 minutes equal to 20 minutes), "chill out it'll be ready", "oh it's a busy time" "chill out it'll be ready", this is when we were fuming, why make excuses, you give a time, so stay according to that time, if not then apologise and don't make absurd excuses, honestly I couldn't care much (if I did I would've wrote a review of bad experience a very long time ago) but it's the absurd excuses that made us filled with rage, we didn't ask for the order any earlier than agreed, we waited for 25 mins approximately in the shop, they gave us our food after 20:30, more than half an hour over time Frankly, if it's your mistake, don't chat absolute crap and make excuses, just admit it straight away apologise and move on! They did apologise, but after we had a go at them, that sorry isn't worth much. They said to me my behaviour of speaking was not good, first of all I told them in a decent manner, to be honest it's their absurd excuses made me change my tone of speech, how else do you expect us to react-especially after making crap excuses without a straight apology! We had a large order, they gave us only a few sauces, we asked for more, they gave more-but still not enough for the size of the order, tut, they could be a little scummy sometimes!(not my first experience) Let's talk about their food, the pizzas are ok, hit and miss-they aren't the best, but you could give it a pass-most of the times-you can't expect much, the price of their pizzas are low so you get what you pay for The donner kebab, BE WARNED!, they don't always give fresh donner kebab, many of the times it's cooked earlier, they re-warm it on the grill, and the portions aren't exactly generous, not worth the money. Talking of the mix grill-not good, portion size for the money small They've made my order wrong many times! OVERALL VERDICT: good pizzas, terribly disgusting service-hardly accurate with time, and the staff can sometimes be very incompetent Thank you for your time, and have a good day!

Well, for a local that has been established for many years, is still a mouthwatering takeaway and curry house. Nice tender and saucy chicken with herbs and onions in nan bread or chips just does the trick. If your wanting an authentic dish then Ghosh (meat) curry is the one for you. Beautiful taste and great portion sizes will want you going back for more. Now that's the food how can you forget the staff. All are very great individuals and are very helpful and provide a great service.

Ate inside on 1 occasion but most times we've done take out. Very reliable and good food. Grilled stuff is very tasty. Good price too. Lovely staff quick service.

We have been eating here for years and have never been disappointed. The food is tasty, always hot and good value for money. Tried other places but always come back here.

We took pizza, chips & chicken tikka roll. C.tikka roll was amazing taste & value for the money. . Now I go every week. .

Naafiah in Audley has improved with there pizzas. They are soft and are very tasty. Recently refurbished attracts you more as its brighter after the entrance. Very busy takeaway but staff are still helpful. 2for1 offer on any pizza can't complain.

Once great, a fall in cooking authentic meals has caused this and many others to lose appeal, how hard can it be to cook beautiful food.

Excellent food, worth trying naafiah mix grill, well worh the price and eaily shared between two or three, also they currrently have pizza offere, buy one get one free, well worth a try
