Myths & Flames in Camden

Great location for a traditional Greek lunch with very nice staff. On 2024/1/16 my wife and me had a great lunch in this restaurant. The food is much better than the streetfood in Camden.

We recently had lunch at this Greek restaurant with my brother and mother. The experience was delightful – every dish we ordered was delicious, and the waitress was exceptionally friendly. The flavors transported us to Greece, making it a memorable meal. We'll be back soon!

We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by accident. We were heading to The roundhouse for a concert and was initially looking for a pub but they were rammed and not serving food, so we decided to find a restaurant! We were not disappointed. I love Greek food and was really happy with all the choices, but also the prices - really good value for London. I had the grilled prawns and they were delicious. My husband had the chicken gyro and sis fit was amazing and a really generous portion too. We supped on Aperol Spritzes, which were delicious and, again really good value for money. We will be back - next roundhouse event we attend, we’ll make sure we head here again. Fab food, fab prices, lovely staff!

The staff were welcoming and the food was delicious with good sized portions. The waitress checked which dishes could be gluten free. We would return if visiting the area again.

Sat about 14:00hrs. Wanted a late lunch but not large. BEWARE, they ARE large. I had Halloumi Wrap, it was EXCELLENT, probably the best I've tasted, and large. Dave had Pork Skewers, he polished the plate. I would most certainly use this Restaurant again, we was in London for the day travelling from Lincoln. This Restaurant will not disappoint.

Escaped the very busy Camden Market to look for some casual early evening food. Found this restaurant along the high street after a few minutes walk. Lovely, freshly cooked Greek food with friendly, helpful service. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Great food and great staff… the gyros tasted just like it does in Greece. Proper authentic Greek food and such welcoming and friendly staff. If you fancy getting away from the crowds in Camden, make sure this is the place you go.

Nice Greek restaurant with excellent food, very friendly staff. We enjoyed a vegan option: Gemista = stuffed peppers and tomatoes. Good selection of Greek contemporary music contributed to a real Greek atmosphere. The Kormos chocolate desert with ice cream was also lovely. We noted the address for a next time. Recommended !

We happened across this place after wandering around Camden market. It was early evening, and we were welcomed and offered a choice of tables, in or out. We sat upstairs. We were served by Lukas who allowed us good time to choose drinks, then our food. All our food was delicious and well presented (recommend the courgette balls, lamb skewers and musaka). When I asked for some of my musaka to be heated up a little, because I had been too slow to eat it, there was no problem with that. As we were leaving, the place was becoming busier, so booking may be advisable. We'd definitely return and recommend.

Best Greek food I have had outside of Greece. Excellent customer service. Huge portions cooked and plated to perfection. This is my new 'go to' spot in London now. Highly recommended.

Went here today in a group of 7 and we all agreed that this was the nicest Greek food we’ve had outside of Greece! Huge thanks to the staff who were so patient and welcoming with us. This is such a hidden gem in the Camden area but definitely not to be missed, and so affordable. I will be thinking about those chicken gyros until my next trip to London 😍
