Great place but for a shisha longe we were told we couldn’t smoke cigarettes inside which was oddly weird.

I was amazed by the quality and ambience of this lounge. Not only was the food delicious, both main and desserts, the music choice was delightful and was a perfect match to the beautiful decor. Myst West does both Asian and western cuisine delectably and I loved the authentic qahwa they served us. I felt as though I was in another country. Astounding.

The service was great and every personnel did their job properly. I loved the neon lighting and am orange this hookah/shisha lounge offered. 10/10 would recommend for any international solo travel like myself. Special S/O to the GM of the establishment.

The place is located well, I’ll give it that. Food was just not it, maybe it was my fault for ordering a steak at a shisha lounge but it I ended up eating around half before calling it a day. Drinks were nothing special, same for the pipe itself. Service was good.

We were ignored and left to our own devices for about twenty mins. The food was outright awful and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. On top of this the staff don’t tell you to register your car otherwise you’ll end up with a debt collector at your door. Horrible place should be closed down

Croffle was fresh and the perfection portion for two to share. I loved the mocktail options, I enjoyed the pornstar martini, the espresso martini could have been a little more sweeter. Shisha flavours were of high quality. Overall a great experience would definitely go here again.

The food was enjoyable overall. The samosa chaat was full of flavour. my brother enjoyed the chicken burger. However, my experience with the desserts was disappointing. I ordered the cookie dough, but it was raw and flat, not at all what I expected. When I requested a refund, I was denied and instead asked to choose another dessert. I went with the chocolate and banana Nutella waffle, but unfortunately, it was overcooked and so hard that I couldn’t even cut it. You have so much potential, but you really need to re-evaluate your dessert offerings. Please address this issue!

Great Shisha Spot with Good Vibes! As someone who enjoys premium shisha like Tangiers and Darkside, I found this place to be consistent and enjoyable during my two visits. Pros: Excellent shisha: smooth, consistent, and never harsh. Great mixes: they offer Savacco as a premium option, which is a nice touch. Comfortable seating with good ventilation. Prices are fair for the "premium shisha" experience in the area. Delicious food: the masala chips had a nice spicy kick, and portions were generous. Décor is stylish and fits the area well. Cons: Parking can be a bit confusing since the hotel nearby is currently closed. They missed part of my food order, but the owner promptly rectified it, which I appreciated. Extras: The food here is a solid addition. I tried the masala fries and some other dishes, and everything was tasty and well-portioned. I also love that they host regular event nights, like Arabian Nights and DJ sessions, which add to the atmosphere. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again!

The tunes could be better . The service was good but don’t know why it took ages for drinks and food to come when it was very quiet . The food could be spiced up a little like our butter chicken dish came hot and steaming but it wasn’t even like hot when we had with Naan. Also they need a better ordering system so they don’t mess up occasionally . Also needs better vegetarian options rather than paneer and chaat. Other than that all is well .

We had been there several times before, but Sanju's service prompted us to post a review this time. Sanju is extremely courteous. He assisted us in registering the car, something we had previously done on our own, and explained the menu in great detail. The restaurant serves both Desi Pakistani and full English breakfasts with Karak tea. The food presentation and taste are memorable, with extremely reasonable price. The location is opposite the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel. The MYST is accessible from the Novotel hotel by a well-decorated corridor. Evenings are really busy but for relaxing morning breakfast; the place is gem in the heart of Heathrow.

Qureshi has been a great host - he has been taking our song requests and providing great table service 🤌🏽

Love the place. The staff is very welcoming and the food is great. I enjoyed their peanut butter cookie dough with ice cream for dessert and washed it down with some espresso while smoking double apple hookah that surprisingly smooth and tasted really good.

The best place in London myst west

Music too loud, can’t even talk to friends. Staff is nice, the doorman is very kind and informative.

Came for breakfast and had the veggie. Lovely selection in the veggies breakfast, sausages, toas, mushrooms, tomato, beans, hash brown and scrambled egg. All very tasty. The tea was v nice served in little glass cups. Definitely one to go to.

This would be an amazing place if quality of food was improved it’s very tasteless food. Level of customer service is below average, but the layout is a real chill out place. It would do really well in right hands definitely.

Great atmosphere after like 21.30, anything before is just normal restaurant that serves food with some music in the background. Staff very attentive and always ready to assist. I heard that every Friday and Saturday night at 22.00 there's a small show for belly dancing, that lasts only 30 minutes, but that's the highlight of that place. They also have some events rooms available to rent, for anything special. Food is not great but is not bad, is passable, but I actually will give them like an 8/10 only for the delicious sirolin steak I had. DJ can play request songs. Overall a good experience.

Worst service took them 20 minutes to take our order then food came it looked microwaved

I’m booked the place and the sent to me the confirmation email and after when I reach there they told me they if not accept reservations. Food was good but the staff need to take retraining.

We stumbled upon this place while trying to find late breakfast/lunch at 11 AM. This place is right across the Renaissance hotel. We highly highly recommend the desi breakfast, which consists of channa, puri, aloo sabji, and halwa. The chef Hasan makes amazing Lahori channa, which you have to try. Order some chai on the side, which is delicious. Even though this is a hookah bar and club at night, the breakfast here is amazing. The owners are very accommodating.

Awful cheap food sold at premium, premises is also a shisha bar but without ventilation, so your coughing or your nose and eyes are burning, and the music is so loud your rib cage is rattling from a sound system unable to cope with the volume it's being stressed to operate on. Beats are distorted, tinny and muffled. Now imagine trying to eat with all this going on. Dynamite shrimp are processed store bought breaded shrimp with burger sauce drizzled ontop, nothing like what youd expect. Awful.

Scrumptious food served by the lovely harshi and Raman they both are friendly, calm, efficient and professional - in a pleasantly peaceful environment, very nice background music.😍

I recently visited Myst West and had a mixed experience. The service was exemplary; the staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. However, the high prices on food and drinks were a major letdown. Despite the steep cost, the quality and taste of the offerings were underwhelming. While the ambiance and service are commendable, the lounge needs to seriously rethink its menu pricing and quality to match its otherwise pleasant environment.

10/10 just what we were looking for, great tasting, affordable, and made me feel awesome for our long travel day ahead. Looks like it would be a great place for clubbing too.

They are scammers. Booked through Skyscanner 2 tickets London to Lahore after booking my tickets before airline issues my ticket flightcatchers called me and asking £30 more for 10 kg extra which I paid £60 for 40kg instead of 30kg. But I found out later that airline giving everyone 40kg each person. So they scammed me. Will never buy from them again

Good Indian cuisine close to Heathrow Airport

We were a bit hesitant to go as there are so many shisha spots now, and most of them are disappointing. We went on Saturday early afternoon place was easy to find. Free parking is a bonus 🙌. The venue is beautifully decorated. I loved the long corridor with led mirror lights and pictures. The staff there was extremely friendly and professional. Shout out to the girl who was serving us. She was so attentive and friendly. We ordered samosa chaat, papri chaat, chicken wings, dynamite prawns, chicken pizza, and some desi cahi. I absolutely loved their food. Everything was on point 10/10. Initially, we wanted to try their breakfast, but we got there a bit late. Hopefully, next time, when I'm in London, I will try it out. We also ordered double apple & frozen raspberry shisha, and it didn't disappoint us. We had no problems whatsoever with food or shisha. Thank you for having us 🙏 and we will definitely come again.

Visited the UK from America. Loved the atmosphere. Food was amazing. Service could have been a little better but the place was extremely busy and again I’m from America. I would definitely go again. Prices affordable. Enjoyed the entertainment.

Poor atmosphere for day time, dirty windows 🪟 pouring so much brigh light, saving restaurant's utility bill but spoiling ambience. Service absolutely pathetic: I felt sorry for that one punjabi girl working on 28/04, she was trying her best alone, clearing & taking orders. Most of the dishes we ordered weren't available including parda Biryani. It's a shocker @ 2pm you don't have a Biryani to serve. This was def my 1st & last visit here.

Okay let me just start by saying I had a great time at this lounge, Mehraj & Smile looked after us, loved the way both of them treated us. One of the best experiences I ever had when it comes to hospitality.

Review Apr 2024 (4 years later and the music is STILL EAR DRUM RUPTURING LOUD) A group of us went around 7:30pm as we were hungry. We ordered a variety of items from the menu. Chops, burgers, dynamite shrimp... All the food was sub par. The burgers were completely plain. The dynamite shrimps were something you could easily get from the supermarket and make yourself. The chops were mediocre at best too. For food just don't bother coming here. You will pay a premium for absolutely basic level food. For the price it's not up to any decent standard. We noticed that there was no ventilation. Not sure how they get around the smoking shelter regulations but we couldn't see any openings anywhere to allow for smoke to travel out. We didn't do shisha first hand bet definitely did it second hand 🫠. I noticed that they've started to serve alcohol leading me to believe that there has been a change in management. Service was borderline meh. It used to be excellent many years ago. But the absolute killer was the unnecessarily loud music. So loud that you had to shout at the person next to you to be heard whilst risking spiting your food in their ear. The music was also full of profanity and colourful language using the N word etc (is that still "cool"?). You CANNOT socialise here. CANNOT! IT'S NOT A CLUB! YOU ARE SEATED THROUGHOUT YOUR VISIT FOR GOD'S SAKE! This was my criticism 4 years ago and they still insist on puncturing your ear drums. For excellent shisha and decent chai go to Bubbles in Kingston. AVOID THIS PLACE! Review from 4 years ago: I feel I need to explain my 2 star feedback and why I have been critical and disappointed. The decor and service were definitely outstanding, that to me makes up about 25% of the reason for going to a shisha lounge. I would have taken photos of the place but there were too many people and I respect people's privacy and don't like to take people's photos without their permission. When I do I always blur out faces. I did notice a chap taking photos with a semi professional camera. Not sure what was happening there but we weren't informed that our photos would be taken and how they would be shared. I shrugged this off, but it did stick out to me. What really killed the visit was the loudness of the music. It felt like a club. I don't mind background ambient music, you need that. But places that don't let you hear yourself think are the worst type of places to socialise. It's counter intuitive. I've been to conference after parties and given the same feedback. If the music is too loud you can't network or socialise therefore objective defeated. When you go out with friends you want to have a laugh, a chat. But I constantly felt I had to lean forward and shout to be heard by my friend. I also was conscious that people were sitting close to us, so a part of me didn't want to disturb them and share my conversations at the same time. I think we must have stayed there for less than an hour before we decided that we were mostly trying to lip read. The only time we could actually talk was in-between songs. We even contemplated going to the McDonald's next door, at least they had coffee and no noise. Note to Management: Everything is great, but you need to set a limit on the music. Have a method of normalising this and ensuring that it doesn't exceed a certain volume. If you have paid a photographer to take photos of the public you need permission from the customers. We were not told of our photos were being taken. Fix the music and I'd be glad to revisit and amend my review. For now the above is my personal honest experience.

Amazing place to hang out with friends

Sanju was an excellent member of staff. He made chef to come back for us as we were there for the breakfast. Hasan is an excellent chef I love Aloo puri. Desi chai was top of the world. Absolutely loved it

Customer service is very bad. Its like they are rushing you to finish your food and just leave. The only thing they asked us is if we already finish eating so they can clear our table wherein it was very obvious that we are still eating. Told them how rude they are about this and she just told me okay. This is my first time trying this restaurant and I will definitely not coming back.

I went here for my birthday with a booked table and honestly i had a disappointing experience. I had seen this place so much and it looked so good but as soon as i arrived with my friends the atmosphere was extremely off. When we arrived at 6pm they asked for id although they only needed it if we were staying past 9 or having Shisha, which we were doing neither. The service seemed annoyed with us and sat us close to the exit. Anyways we ordered our food and were eating but then someone asked us for id again and we were very confused. As well as staff continuously lerking around us as if we weren’t going to pay or something?? When we finished our main and ordered dessert someone asked us for id AGAIN and asked when we were going to leave, keep in mind we were there for not even an hour? All i can say is that the food was fine although the atmosphere was very uncomfortable and i would not go there again.

NON professional customers service with sky high prices . I will never go there again and will suggest all who is reading this " dnt waste your time and money " better to have Mcdonalds and chill .😎

Great place. The service was on point. Food was good and the drinks were amazing. Shisha was perfect. Best of all, there was free parking, although it got rammed in the evening, so be warned because it was a hassle to leave. All in all, was really impressed and happy.

The service is very bad. I waited more than twenty minutes for someone to be able to fulfill my request to change the shisha coal, as if it was like a plea. I think they are racist. The looks of some of the workers were inappropriate. I do not recommend it at all

Really nice place, shishas and food is good. We went there for NYE and we had a reservation. However, the man at the front door said reservations were not working for NYE which I can understand. We did the queue like everybody but 3 groups of people just went in front of us because they had a reservation which isn't fair. The man at the door was really rude and not really willing to help.
