My Kebab in Eden

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. We order from here weekly/two weekly and get the same order. However this time there was a slight misunderstanding and we partially got the wrong order. I rang and they sorted it instantly! Absolutely fantastic and a credit to Penrith! Also the food is absolutely beautiful!

I ordered a garlic based stuff crust pizza but got a tomato based not stuffed crust pizza! I had sweetcorn ordered for the pizza which was missing. When the order arrived the chips were soggy! We ate what we got but not to happy not very often you get a bad delivery from here so won’t make a fuss.

Very good food and excellent service. Would highly recommend the chicken shish it is really delicious and tasty. Will come back

No fat or gristle in the amazing lamb. Absolutely delicious salad and sauces. Can’t fault the food. I don’t like the fact that you have to pay cash though. It puts me off going.

The pizza and chips were absolutely delicious, the best I've had in approximately two decades! The service was exceptionally prompt, and the driver communicated effectively and efficiently. We will definitely use it again the next time we are in the area.

Disappointing. Nice, friendly staff, but 3 out of 4 dishes ordered all had stuff missing that we’d paid for. Check your bag before leaving, because the guys behind the counter don’t!!

If you want a decent burger this is a question mark to say the least……not the best at all… I saw mice eating better… taking about customers behind there backs in there own language… then have the audacity to say we are rude!! Evolving is what we should be doing… next step

Excellent chicken double burger and the salad was lovely and fresh. Highly recommend. The new shop seems to work very well.

Can only say third visit! And by far still the best chicken burger…. May of forgot my garlic dip but it’s forgiven, clean and very professional service , the food brilliant have used delivery also and quality wasn’t compromised. Can’t fault! X

Ordered simple stuff, kebab with salad etc, but on reaching home, found that it was not fresh, inedible. I complained by phone but they were unhelpful and in denial. A disgrace!

Ordered online, never got because they rang me 30 minutes later trying to make me pay extra for delivery that I already paid for. Extremely rude on the phone. Update your website and delivery costs!

This is the best kebab shop I have been in ages. Staff is super welcoming and the food was great. I love their pizza and chicken shish is like no other.

Ordered a munchy box and everything about it was disgusting. Chicken donner was pink threw it straight in the bin. Will never order food from here again🤢🤢

Ordered on 11 October approximately 9.30 at night, 2 medium doners to be delivered. Have ordered from these before and has been good, but this time meat was overcooked and so dry, and hard. Unable to eat. Possibly because this was late evening I’m not sure but was so disappointed, have to say there was plenty of meat for a medium size though, shame we couldn’t eat it. Total waste of money.

Kebab meat came in the box, pita wasn't in the box but shoved in the carrier bag. salad & sauce seperate so you assemble the kebab yourself. Asked for garlic Mayo got regular Mayo, asked for mild chilli on one kebab got hot chilli with both. Cash only. Pizza was nice, staff were friendly.

Shocking called them to ask if they delivered to our postcode, they said yes so placed order and paid!!!!! They then cancel on you with no drivers, and keep your payment for 3-5 working days……. Absolutely shocking service Do Not Use!! As not likely to...

I cannot believe how bad this meal was Iv had a few meals from my kebab and every time it’s got worse the food is the cheapest food u can buy from a wholesalers is the scampi even scampi it’s rank the pizza was dipping...

Fresh, hot and excellent quality. On this visit had a standard bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was fantastic. Normally use the takeaway down the street, which is good, but these lads are better.

Great choice, I had a large chicken shesh kebab. The menu said pitta bread but they were happy to do mine on naan. Loads of delicious meat and all the trimmings. The rest of the family had pizza and we're all v happy with theirs....

This was a last minute option when the fish & chip shop was closed, but great decision. 5 of us enjoyed pizzas ans kebabs. Great service, lovely food and great value for money. Thanks very much 😀

Most of the meat was inedible which was a shame as we’ve had some lovely kebabs from here in the past. Maybe they’ve changed the supplier? The chilli sauce and mint sauce was lovely though.

Best lamb shish kebab I’ve ever had. Tender lamb with no fat, yummy salad. Mint sauce without garlic which I love and chilli sauce. It was amazing. I seriously can’t wait for my next one. Thanks.

I have just had an amazing lamb shish kebab from here. The lamb was so tasty and the salad was crisp and fresh. I asked for garlic mayonnaise and chilli sauce which were excellent with it.

I love getting food from here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pizza's and burgers are excellent. Ordering online is easy and delivery is pretty fast, usually they deliver quicker than the stated time, so be ready just in case. T Rex is my favourite pizza...

Food here is always great. It's obvious they use quality ingredients and have a really large choice of items on the menu. They also do delivery which is quick and friendly unlike some of the other local takeaways. Highly recommended.
