Ok food, not authentic. Service wasn’t great. Ordered a sea-bass dish for £17 only had 3 small pieces of fish, seriously!

Service is top notch, good friendly environment You know this is a good place ax it gets really busy! The standard of food does not slip though...highly recommend 👌🏾

The restaurant was so hot and extremely noisy. I couldn’t hear my friend talking to me. The food was delicious, but they were so busy they forgot one of our dishes. The food and staff are really really fantastic.

Lovely restaurant been going here for a while and couldn't fault it until recently, customer service has really gone down hill, went last time and we had to keep getting up to ask for service, went today my children were still eating and she past me the bill though it wasn't busy at all. found 2 hairs in two separate dishes also. Shame as we used this regularly, will return to give them one last chance as the food is Devine but if we have the same experience as we have had we won't be returning.

Rang up to order as asked on menu. Told to use deliveroo as they were quite busy, but set menu not available on deliveroo. So will go to Bhui Thai as great service and lovely food

Such delicious delicious food - ordered the pad Thai, green curry and panang curry - everything was amazing. Even better, they came and delivered even after official delivery time was closed. Would recommend to everyone!!

Our favourite Thai restaurant ever. Visited on many occasions with different friends and family and we’re always blown away by how delicious the food is and how great the service is. Thoroughly recommend the beef massaman and the softshell crab.

This is not the first time we've eaten here, The food is great and so is the service. Well worth the cost and we never leave hungry.

I have experienced both eat in and takeaway here. It is great for eating in and superb food/experience. However, I found that the takeaway seemed expensive. It is around £13 a dish and it is in a takeaway container. Just seemed slightly steep. Cannot complain about the quality of food though.

Nearly a year since last getting a takeaway from here. Food tasted just as good as i remember, however, somewhat dissapointed with the portion sizes. 4 very tiny pieces of squid, 4 tiny pieces of prawn toast, 4 small spring rolls. Noticeably fewer pieces of meat and fish in the main meals. I understand that cost of food has gone up but Sukawatee have increased their prices. I will not be buying from them again anytime soon.

First time visiting Sukawatee and we are so glad that we did. On entering this tantalising and tasty thai restaurant we were greeted and made to feel welcome by some of the most polite and friendly staff we have ever encountered. Luckily there was a table available and after being shown to our seat we opted for the set A menu. All i can say is wow! The starters, which included Golden bags stuffed with minced pork and prawns, chicken satay and some other delightfully delicious thai titbits all tasted amazing and would happily order again. Onto the mains, we were served a creamy and flavoursome thai green curry and Beef with basil and chilli a good selection of rice and some mixed veg.....this was sublime and i could have eaten double if for the fact that the portions were so filling. Desert was a shared bowl of deep fried ice cream which tasted so good if not a bit indulgent which was a great end to a wonderful meal. I cant recommend sukawatee enough , well worth the money and we enjoyed it so much that we have booked a table for our anniversary. To all staff Khàawp-khun mâak.

One of the most delicious meals I’ve had in a long time. Restaurant interior very basic - but honestly - the food is mouthwatering. Staff lovely. Service excellent

Food is nice but a bit expensive for what it is as it’s very average and basic but lovely staff can’t fault them the atmosphere feels a little cold really needed dimer lighting Mixed rice in a pineapple looks nice but it’s just rice and expensive for what it is I would go again if it were cheaper cost us 98 pounds but I’ll not go again

Had an excellent meal, fast service, friendly staff and wonderful food. Only negative is the price is on the higher side but well worth it. Authentic menu and certainly somewhere to try something new!

What makes this place special is the friendly, attentive staff. They're lovely! We came for my wife's birthday and kept a low profile, but the staff still picked up on it and birthday dessert with sing along appeared. Amazing food, as always. The fish dishes are the star of the show. Super starters. If you like the classics, you'll also be very happy. The green curry has all the heat without being uncomfortable, but has all the flavour. Superb 😋

Terrible hygiene,Friendly Staff. The food is average but the serving portions are not worth the money. The glass I was served had food on it which I had wiped with my tissue which was also slightly dirty,when I was served the plate it had some food on it which the waitress wiped with a tissue right in front of me. They accidentally dropped a fork on the ground and wiped it with a towel they were carrying around then layed it on the table again. The food wasn’t doing authentic Thai food any justice and when I ordered a ‘spicy’ dish it was very sweet, Will not come again.

We ordered Thai green curry and Drunken veg tofu and noodles. Thai green curry was very flavourful and delicious. Must visit!

I came here with my extended family after a rainy day in Hitchin. The staff were extremely accommodating and helped us with high chairs putting the buggy out of the way and putting our coats away. We ordered a lot of food for the table but the service was fast and the food was perfect. We took anything leftover home as it was too good to leave! I’ve also had takeaway here before and the quality is the best that I’ve had

What a lovely place for a meal. Went with work colleagues, they are regular customers but it was my first time. Prior to the visit,everyone asked had I been there before and said I would love it. The staff are really lovely, always smiling and seem to genuinely enjoy being there. Great selection on the menu and the food was great.

Decides to get a delivery from here as fancied something different. Pad Thai Noodles for me and Beef Curry for OH. Food arrived at suggested time which was good. We were rather disappointed at the presentation of the food. My noodles looked like slops and Beef Curry was very runny, almost a soup, but 10/10 for flavours!. The noodles looked awful but tasted absolutely delicious, as did the curry. We loved it. Just pep up the presentation (as in the restaurant) and we’re onto a winner.

Sub standard Thai food. Service is terrible. They try to get you out the door as quickly as possible. Food arrives more quickly than mc Donald's. Atmosphere is non-existent.

The service is very friendly. The food is reasonable priced but the flavours were not very deep and too salty. The acoustics are such that the restaurant is very very loud.

Lovely tasting food and service 2nd to none. Only downside, and not that much of a problem, is the restaurant is a bit noisy due to lack of any soft furnishings and the fact it is always very busy due to the very good food.

More busy than expected so make sure you book for Saturday night. Nice food, decent service. Be aware that your clothes will smell thoroughly from food.

We went on a Friday night and it was a very bustling restaurant. The waiting staff are really welcoming and friendly. They are attentive but occasionally it felt a bit rushed. The fishcakes starter was really good. The salmon dish my friend had looked good and I had the king prawn pad Thai. You get complimentary prawn crackers with the meal. My pad Thai didn't have much in the way of spice in it and I wish I'd been more adventurous and tried something else but the dish was well presented, cooked to perfection and had a lot of prawns in it. I will return and try something I haven't had before next time.

I have eaten here many times and really enjoyed the food. Tonight I ordered a dish called 'roasted honey duck' when it arrived the dish had 4 pieces of fatty duck, which cost £15. When I called and complained they did nothing at all. Very disappointed and I will not be eating here again.

Great restaurant, lots of choices and the team are super friendly and engaging. Only small downside is it does get very warm, however you can just step outside for a breath of fresh air.

We had a nice meal but I didn't like thai fish cakes, crispy squid, pad Thai ( room for improvement). However chicken satay was tasty. The service was pretty good and family friendly.

Had my eye on this place for some time but only went in last week to try their food. And oh boy… they did not disappoint. Food came quick and smelled delicious 🤤 the food was very tasty, we really enjoyed it. The lady serving us was really nice and friendly. I had to grab their takeout menu on the way out as it’s definitely one of my favorite places now. I haven’t tried everything on the menu yet but I’m sure it’s going to be tasty
