Munchies Peri Peri in Gravesham

Went there when it first opened had a chicken burger was very bland and underwhelming the typical quality they give to the schools kids when they finish school it felt and tasted like. Tried again one year later chips were just average not bad but not great and chicken still bland.

We didn’t receive it ! . And even called the restaurant and no answer

We ordered the whole BBQ chicken and my wife’s verdict was “fantastic”. She’s Portuguese so she knows a thing or two about these matters! Will order again.

Delivery was within time slot but food was cold and we was missing fries and a drink first and last time ordering from here

The reason I'm giving the 0 star because they are very slow and not good costumer service waiting 30 minutes on the counter

Can't fault the food whatsoever, they have a lot of meal deals and the food has always tasted fresh and tasty. It's the service that lacks massively!!

Very disappointing experience unfortunately, I had asked for a half pounder to realise when I got back home it was a quarter pounder. The food quality wasn't great and I wasn't satisfied at all. I wouldn't recommend this place.

An all-around amazing chicken shop. Also +points for it being halal. The only small criticism I have is that it would be better if they offered a student-discount, or lower the prices slightly. Would definitely recommend.

Best thing to do is collection, as there are often too many people inside. The workers are efficient and nice and the food (the chicken burgers especially) tend to be really yummy. Certainly one of the best in all of Gravesend. It's also halal for the Muslims out there.

This establishment is a disgrace! I ordered a a VEGAN chicken burger via Uber eats as ‘Dirty Vegan Burger’. I was given the actual animal!! I am very disappointed. I suggest ALL the workers are retrained in simple order taking. Absolutely useless customer service!

Peri peri menu is out of the world

This is the cheapest and tasty food shop I ever visited in London in the time of peri peri chicken 🐔 😋 😍 Just when they are cooking, tell them to do it well done, that's it

Replacement of 2 cobs was replaced with 1 wedge and 1 fries on receipt, but only got the wedges. Please state items on your menu are unavailable if you don't have. Stop replacing items with more chips or wedges that I already have. Or at least phone customers or refund missing items. This is the 3rd and very last time

Tasty food, reasonably priced, didn't have to wait too long for delivery.

Food was absolutely cold to the point it was inedible, no drinks from the order either, and delivery time kept shifting later and later than orginally scheduled

The hot wings and chicken strips are amazing. Better than any chicken & chips shop in London. I always buy the bucket meal at £10 and worth every penny. Only downside is that service is very slow!!!

Portion sizes are appallingly small. £40 of food labels poked like £15. Miniature chicken breading going on somewhere. Onion rings are Aldi budget range. Sorry, but NEVER again.

I made an order online which got accepted, I turn up to collect the food in which they said they do not accept orders online and it must have been a glitch. Poor service as the gentleman turned around and said "no don't like it leave".

Yo please distance yourself as far as possible from this shop😭I found a piece of metal in my mates chips and hair in mine chicken was mid as well ofc And Bossman didn’t even care about the pigeon in their shop💀

We ordered a chicken platter 3 we’ve got no chips with it and a tiny spoonful of colslaw as a side order. We’ve been charged £32 for half an order. It’s not satisfactory!

The triple smash burger isn’t a smash burger it’s a freezer bought burger , and it’s cooked to cremation one of the worst burgers I’ve had and for that price could have got a five guys
