This is the worst place to eat from in ilford, I have been here for 30+ years and have never had food that is undercooked and dangerous to eat.. On many occasions the staff have rubbish excuses, Raw Dough on Pizzas that were for 4year old children! THEY ARE DISGRACEFUL

Disgusting Undercooked & Stale Food.. Old Buns and food that causes illness!! Rude Staff, apparently if your food is off you cannot get refunds or replacements! DO NOT Eat here unless you want to get ill.

I’m new to the ilford area and this is the first takeaway I’ve been to and I must say after looking at some the reviews I think people are very harsh and I would definitely recommend they check this place out again because I think the food was on point and was really impressed with the fast service and fresh hot wings and chips they were really tasty and I would definitely go back here to buy again as they were very welcoming

I heard the head chef used to work in a Michelin star fried chicken shop in Pakistan which explains the quality of their food.

I ordered from here today via Uber eats and the didn't send me my donor wrap as a meal but charged me as a meal. I called the restaurant and I'm told they don't even n is about my order. So I'm paying for something I didn't receive. Will not be ordering from here again. Poor service.

Very bad service, very ill-mannered, unpleasant, uncultured employees. I ordered grilled chicken pilaf, and they brought me a burnt wing, and they laughed among themselves. This is the worst place I've been. I don't recommend it to anyone. Why are they even allowed to work? I really hope they close for good soon.

Extremely un hygienic food processing, whenever ROCK(Council) came they used to clean it temporarily but after that they remain the same.

Zero care for the quality of the food they serve. An hour and a half for delivery and food delivered cold. They did offer a refund, but I didn't want to wait another hour for delivery from somewhere else so I just microwaved it. If they cared about their customers they wouldn't leave food sitting on the side for an hour before delivering it when the customer calls to ask where it is. I won't be using them again.

Absolutely disappointed with the quality of food. A thin crust was not actually 'thin' with extra dough on the edges on the stuffed cheese crust. My daughter found a piece of hair in the pizza and when i made the complaint I was told the chef was bold and that its not possible the hair got there (basically called a liar). Told the manager (I presume he was) its the 1st and last time I order from them!

Best wings flavour, and best chilli sauce in London , pizzas also top notch

I ordered from here yesterday for collection. The guy wrote my order on a tissue and when I got there, half the order was missing because it wasn't clear on the tissue. Chips were soggy. Wings were dry. Unnecessarily rude customer service and the place is grimey. Half my family got an upset stomach from eating their pizza which tasted cheaply made. I was up all last night destroying the bogger. As a matter of fact, I am writing this whilst sitting on the bog for the 4th time today. Avoid.

This restaurant is not worth for choosing. I wish I had stars in negative to give. Firstly, they DO NOT care about the food they are selling and the health of the customer. Secondly, Staff people, especially ‘Sohail’ doesn’t have any sort respect towards the customers. Worst experience ever.

Unprofessional staff and poor service. Mostly members of staff are illegal specialy the chabbi guy with glasses called (Junaid Jaddi).

The worst experience ever I have ever been through today at this shop the fat guy with glasses is so unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak and omg the customer service is rubbish he said we can't come for order twice what is this I was so shocked with this rubbish customer service never experienced this ever in my life 😔. People work here are literally don't know how to speak with human and as a staff he doesn't know how to speak with customer

Mediocre service I guess. But the star of the disaster was the chicken wings. They were soo spicy it was practically inedible. Who puts chilli powder in wings please I had to Chuck it in the bin £7 down the drain I was so upset

The worst takeaway. I receive half of order. No forks, no wipes, no change. Order was 15 pounds. I give 21 and i said to give me 5 back. He dont have . I pay 21 pounds for 1 tray with doner, 1 tray with fries, 1 mirinda, 1 ribena , 2 small bagd with mayo and 1 smal bag with ketchup. Shame of you

got some takeaway today and a staff named Fahim was really nice and kind. Definitely recommend this place as the food is really good.

When ordered on Just Eat, the food either arrives very early, very late and sometimes arrives with half the things ordered missing. Its a hit and miss but far from perfect. The food itself is average and nothing special.

Driver did not have change and didn't want to get change. Very rude driver saw him touching the food after he went to get change discuting animals

Just now I taken my take away. 1 st the staff hygiene disgusting. He wet his finger from his tongue and taken the carrier bag. Touch food package. And chicken very old , like rubber . And very salty. Normally they are good .now rubbish food . I never go back again.

This place is now called Phat Bite UK. Food was ok but somewhat cold when it arrived to the table. Orders were arriving very late, people leaving and well upset due to the delays from the kitchen! Sort it out!

Awful service , Uber driver stole my food and shop took payment , shop had no remorse on a genuine honest customer who just wanted his food to feed the kids with No worries there loss !!!

Ordered pizza, The dough was not cooked properly! 🙄 Ate a raw dough with some “not fresh” toppings on it. Should say the worst pizza I ever had. Threw it away. Money wasted!

I’ve ordered and I clearly mentioned I didn’t want the wings too spicy or no spicy at all. However they ignored my message and when the wings arrived they were extremely hot that I nearly chocked and died. The wings were so spicy that it affected my asthma and I had to go rush towards the hospital as I was loosing my breath . The restaurant needs to start listening to the customers needs. As it can be causing damage to peoples health

When my usual fried chicken places are closed i then order from munchies as it’s the only shop opened at around 3-4am. 5 stars for opening really late.

Noticed a worker washing his feet in the sink where they wash their big pieces of chicken, I asked why is he doing this and they said they need to pray so they need to wash their body, me and my friends were disgusted so we left the shop and gave our food to a random homeless man, honestly shocking, do not even step foot in that chicken shop

They call this a donner wrap, shocking and disgusting, when I called up and asked about what they sent me they just told me to contact just eat? because just eat cooked me this frozen donner. avoid like the plague

The quality of food is alright it's given low rating and I been getting food from here more than 5 times now and quality has been the same. The grilled wings are okay and fresh. The chips and cheese, who loves cheese definely recommend trying. Lastly the half pounder burger it was freshly made and great tasting definely recommend trying from here.

Delivery was good and on time, but food mostly rubbish. Chips were okay, but the fried chicken was soggy with the skin falling off as if it’s a snake shedding its skin molting. Also, the leg piece looked raw. Wings were not that good either. Bright orange, typical kebab shop wings. The food just looked appalling. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered from these guys through just eat and the driver gave my food to some random person. How could you give my food to someone else without checking the order confirmation. I called the restaurant and the manager hanged up on me. Useless and now I’m waiting to hear back from Just eat.

Ordered in good time 1830 did not deliver until 2010. called the restaurant and the man was so rude on the phone, lied straight out that the driver was 2 minutes away from 1950. Did not even say sorry but then to add more insult they marked the order as DELIVERED! just so i cant cancel and get my refund. The male lied and said he would call the driver, 30 minutes passed and nothing. The food arrived stone cold on arrival, the pizza was disgusting and cold, the chips were like bricks. Everything went straight into the trash can. Absolutely disgusting customer service i’m not even from the area and only visiting. Defo need up skilling in customer service and to learn how to speak basic English.

Ordered directly from the website, took 2 hours to deliver after I called them 15 times, on top of that luckily I was waiting outside my house the delivery man was knocking on the wrong door for 5 minutes because he mis-red the receipt where it said the address. Food arrived cold. Extremely disappointed. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered from here a couple of times. Thin their half pounder burgers taste amazing! The chips ain’t the best but the burgers definitely make up for it. Reasonable prices too. Just wish they had more options on drinks. Will definitely be ordering from here again

My daughter ordered a meal (if that’s what you can call it), when the order arrived almost an hour later the food was cold and the burgers were covered in sauce. Nowhere on their site does it mention that the burgers will come with a sauce, so why would you ask for no sauce? I tried to ask the “restaurant” to replace the meals but they were not willing to do so and just told me to contact Justeat for a refund, the man was rude and extremely unhelpful. Stay away from this disgusting place at all cost!

Dont really leave bad reviews but ordered from here last night £12 waste of money. Kebab stank and had such a wierd taste threw it all in the bin. If you want to feel sick order from here honestly.

Do NOT ORDER!!! they don't deliver and keep you waiting you now have to go through the hassle of a refund from deliveroo which isn't guaranteed as this shop uses its own drivers. They don't even pick up the phone when you call. That's why they are able to take you money and you don't receive the food! STAY AWAY!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Ordered a Peri Peri Meal deal through uber eats and it was reasonably priced and delicous! Would definitely recommend the peri peri chicken.

We order whole peri peri burger with extra garlic &herb sourse on it. Delicious and tender & juicy with cold miranda bottle it’s really nice. Better then big chains who charge u more anyone.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Ordered the meal for 1 which is pizza, BBQ wings, garlic bread, chips and a drink. I paid £1.50 extra for cheese filled crust and chose diet coke. I got normal crust, hot wings instead of BBQ wings, and diet pepsi, too many mistakes for my liking. Will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered non spicy food I got spicy food.. I am allergic to spicy. My thounge swells up and I have difficulty breathing. I asked for garlic and joghurt Nd ketchup. They sent me 2 packs of kitchen shop style sachets of condiments. This place is on uber eats. They charge for delivery. . I expect not to be misled. All of all. Do not recommend. I have 2 plates of by me inedible food oh and they gave me a generous portion of chilli sauce. Why tho?

Ordered pizza from this guys for the first time, unfortunately when they delivered the pizza it was wrong and they were missing a topping I had paid extra for. I called to rectify this and hoped they would send me the correct order instead they asked me to bring it to them and they would exchange this. I asked if they could as I was unable to, but they wouldn't budge ontop of this the staff on the phone was extremely rude and began to start swearing at me just because I was unhappy with there resolution. I've always been told the customer is priority and always to make sure they are happy and satisfied. This place did the complete opposite I felt highy disrespected and couldn't believe the rude staff on the phone. Please avoid this place as customer service is poor and so is there food. I always give everyone a chance but never did I expect the swearing ane poor treatment. Please avoid and try better places in East London. I recommend tasty chicken and pizza much better food and customer service. Hope you guys get a better experience than I did!

Ive ordered my food like 30min ago and on uber its its still saying its has not been confirmed yet,when i actually called the restaurant up they hanged up on me... like seriously no manners at all... and they claim they are open till 4am on sun but they are unable to accept orders very bad.. service...

Ordered few times on Uber Eats and they keep cancelling for some reason. Why remain open at late times if you can’t accept orders? Also when I phoned they was very rude. Dreadful service. Food is good when they do accept my order but let down by terrible service.

Terrible service, gave me the wrong food because they made the wrong food. They refused to send me the correct food. Pizza’s were very oily. Did not taste good. Would not recommend. When I called them up they straight up said they couldn’t do anything about it even though he admitted it was their fault, he tried to blame the Uber driver for delivering the wrong food at first. Didn’t have the balls to own up to their mistake. Will not be going back.

The food was disgusting!! The ‘peri peri’ burgers that I had ordered stunk. I thought it would have a pleasant taste, because I had ordered pizzas from this place before. I sent pictures of the burgers that I had thrown in the bin, and still they were checking! The costumer service was horrific, they did not cooperate at all. The food and costumer service was disgusting!! Also did not get a refund. At the end of all this members of my family started to have stomach aches!! I recommend this place to deliver fresh food and not food that has been laying there for over a week!

Used to eat at this place often until staff became very rude and violent. I once went to get pizza collection and ended up in an altercation with the staff member who proceeded to follow me out the restaurant and throw water bottles at me! He is lucky i didn’t press charges!l even though police station is around the corner! Food quality dropped massively and since the worker started threatening me i have never returned to his takeaway! The last time i ordered i bought a burger which had a dead fly inside and the pizza had hair in it! Ewwwwww! Not recommended at all! Health and safety should take notice of this place!!!!!

Ordered from here a few times before and has been great but today i order two cheese pizzas and one garlic pizza bread with cheese. The garlic bread pizza did not taste like garlic bread atall and instead tasted like soap. The dough on the cheese pizza was full of water and the cheese was peeling off as a whole. We was very dissapointed so tried to call reataurant instead of writing a review but instead they hung up on me 8 times and refused to give refund or compensate the food for something else, im starved and angry. They had appalling customer service adn disgraceful manners.

I am not even joking, I found a freaking RATS TAIL!!! In my burger. It’s a good thing I always open up my burger and look for anything out of the ordinary. Don’t order from here. They are lucky I didn’t sue them.

Ok food, requested not to burn the burgers on 2 occasions but ignored Blatantly. But decent for super late night last minute hunger strikes. I've Only tried the burgers and chicken. They do need to improve their wings recipe and quality. Wings are tiny and burnt most of the time. Friendly staff though

I just ordered from here and the service was absolutely shocking. I waited for an hour (till 3:45am) until I saw it best to call them, with the receiver telling me that they cancelled the order (in an argumentative tone) because I didn’t answer the phone call 6 minutes after my order, even though Just Eat texted me saying it was on the way and I’ve never had to answer a call from Just Eat before. Throughout the phone call the receiver was rude, blamed myself for their supposedly “cooking and delivering the food in 6 minutes and then having to throw it away”. Because that makes sense, doesn’t it? Then, they refused a reorder of mine and said I cannot pay by cash, and constantly told me to “call Just Eat” when it was a problem with them - therefore not taking any of the blame for their poor communication. Overall, disgusting customer services and all-round rude and insensitive staff.
