had this booked months in advance and when I arrived the place was shut closed and boarded up! Happy to take the money and then leave paying customers out and not let them know whats been happening! Shocking place! Would not recommend at all unless you want to get scammed and your money taken away for no reason.

I visited London with my friend, and while we were waiting to chek in to our hotel, we happened to come across this place. It was colourfull and lively, and served boba, so we decided to go wait in there. The overall atmosphere of the cafe was truly welcoming. The interior design is so lovely and cute. My friend and I really fell in love with the place and it became a regular visiting spot for us during our stay in London. The teas were lovely. I tried different teas every time and they were all great. My favourites were watermelon fruit tea and green apple fruit tea. The owner is such a lovely person. She gave us tips on what places to visit on our stay. We also chatted in general a lot about culture and other things. Truly such a kindhearted person! 10/10! Would recommend visiting!!

I was on a short trip to London and was looking for a cafe to have breakfast. I’m glad found this cute spot for my breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning. The lady who served me was so sweet and talkative. I had great time chatting with her while having my breakfast. Later I tried the bubble tea which was mind-blowing. I loved loved the mango milk tea with boba. I’m glad I stopped at this cute little cafe. Definitely, highly recommend my friends and family this place.

Super friendly and helpful lady, with a great selection of drinks, and something for everyone. The lemon Cucumber tea is a big WIN so refreshing, and a must-try. We'll be back!

did not want to have to post this but in my five years of living in london i have never had a more shocking experience. on december 22nd my friends and i (all women of colour) asked for a table at this pub to eat. one of my friends (a woman of south asian descent for context) was holding a crepe purchased from the nearby crepe stands in the area. when we asked for a table, the manager (a white australian man) told my friend, “you’ll have to eat your KEBAB outside”. it was clearly a crepe. why the manager could not just say “outside food” is beyond me. we were well aware that outside food cannot be eaten in restaurants, and were happy to either dispose of it or throw it out - but to be the ONLY people of colour in the establishment, and to have the manager say something like that to my brown friend was shocking. unbelievable racial microaggressions. we did end up eating here but felt incredibly alienated by the manager. if you are a person of colour - AVOID. you will not be made welcome.

After I ordered a cup of coffee and asked the staff for a cup of free water, they refused my request. I am sure that it is Starbucks policy to provide free water to customers after ordering. Really awful staff and service.
