Mum's in Brent

Pasé por pollo, arroz y una empanada de cordero. Comida. Lo era. Increíble. No podía fallarlo y las damas detrás del mostrador eran muy amables y serviciales. Excelente relación calidad-precio también. Muy recomendable. Sin duda volveremos!

When to get a cornmeal porridge on a few occasions and as soon as i start to eat it, it basically turn into water :( .. thing is they use to have really good porridge but the standers have dropped , I don't feel like this was made on the day, it taste like it was left over night..... i didnt want to write this review but its happened too many times and with what they are charging , i have the right to complain. Fix up!

Great food but poor customer service..staff serving are rude and arrogant and should realise that without our custom they would have to close down. Make phone order and have to wait 20mns so did not see point in asking how long before collect. Please train staff to smile when greeting customers and be nice and friendly not too much to ask. Not many caribbean restaurants around could be because of their customer service..take note

Snapper and hard food... I’ve eaten at all the local Caribbean takeaways- This Mums takeaway is hands down the best. From the fabulous cooks, to the super friendly, kind, front of house staff. I’ve eaten here through isolation and the snapper and hard food, has not only kept me healthy- but really cheered me up. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and served, with a pineapple punch, a few salt fish dumplings- ones set for the day. The ladies couldn’t be more helpful and are happy to hold/add as required. If I find there’s a local food award -I’ll be nominating you... Massive 🙏🏼 thank you

No está nada mal, no es el mejor, pero está bien. La mayor parte de la comida es sabrosa, las empanadas no son las mejores. Pero en general está bien.

He estado yendo a mamá por algunos años, la comida es muy sabrosa y abundante. Si te sientes un poco deprimido o necesitas comida casera real, este es posiblemente el mejor lugar para ir a Londres. No es un restaurante para comer, tiene algunos asientos, es para llevar. Pruebe la sopa de guisantes, la sopa de cordero o el curry, y la 'comida dura' que es plátano verde y ñame, todos estos son alimentos que son fáciles de digerir y se sienten tan bien. Placer garantizado para comer aquí. El plátano asado y las albóndigas (deliciosas pero ¡tan engordantes!) Son excelentes. También están disponibles Guinness Punch y jugo de zanahoria, ¡pueden agregar un poco de sabor a tu experiencia!

Mums looks shabby, if you didn't know how good the food is you might not want to go in. It is way past needing some updating but my goodness the food is so good and it is clean and tidy inside. Fish soup with dumplings are great. My personal favourite is the fried chicken with rice. It is so good that I have driven there from north London just to get it.
