Mullans in Surrey Heath

Staff are so friendly and welcoming, food is insane and was out so fast! It was busy but not overwhelming and had such good vibes! Will definitely be back again.

I tried once with my sister and we really liked it. We decided to go one Saturday with my family so they could try their food. The front of house told us immediately that they don't accommodate more than 6 people on weekends, they are fully booked and we should have booked. She didn't even gave us an option and my dad was the one who asked if there's other option like maybe we could wait. After that she offered outside which is not ok as there's no heater and we were with kids. Staff should be re - trained and atleast show your clients that u really want to accommodate them even if you are full . People will understand and not say "we are famous, what can i do". Unprofessional and unaccommodating.

An excellent place to go for coffee and breakfast. Service is very friendly and welcoming and coffee/food excellent. Great value for money and extremly civilised environment.

Brilliant service, most delicious breakfast plates. Jo was brilliant particularly. The steak and cheese sandwich was the best we had outside of Philedelphia! All in all I would give 4.9 out of 5. The only imprivement point being the seating. Can be more comfy. But definitely worth coming again and again. Just to be cheered up by Jo would be an enough reason. Overall by far the best experience I had n Camberley 🙌🏻

Mullans cafe is very nice . Staff greet you at first and are friendly. My friend and i had a roll with lots of filling in and chips. Food is good . So happy and full staff so nice . Be there again soon.

Great place to sit and enjoy just a drink or food which is very tasty and well presented. Service is excellent with friendly staff who are very attentive and make sure all is well. They love dogs too which are permitted unlike other establishments nearby who turned us away! My only small gripe concerns the size of one of the meals. Having ordered two meals of poached eggs on toast, just because one needed gluten free bread, why are they not the same i.e. two eggs and two slices. Having paid extra for the gluten free bread (something I can’t help feeling penalises someone for something they can’t help although I do appreciate it is more costly to buy) surely the meal sizes should at least be the same? Minor gripe I know but it feels like gluten intolerance is being penalised twice. That aside it’s a great place to spend a hour or two and I will be back.

Perfect from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left. Breakfast with my son who is visiting from Oz. First class service and food. Excellent value for money, clean and a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive, in a natural way. Not an ounce of falseness to be found!! Highly recommend - I’ll be back, with friends and family soon.

This is a restaurant I visit often with family and I cannot express my utmost disappointment at the shocking service received from the manager Christina earlier today! I ordered eggs “over easy” but was given quite the opposite. As it was busy and we were seated outdoors it was a long while before I could alert a waitress to rectify my dish. When I finally called her over she apologised and offered new eggs however by this stage my daughter had nearly finished her food and I was put off by mine. The eggs were not just overcooked but seemed like they had been cooked earlier and then reheated. The waitress then reappeared saying she had spoken to the chef who said they were sorry and would reduce my bill by 20% which I was grateful for… sadly when I came to pay it was apparent my bill had only been reduced by £2 …. On querying this the manager told me it was 20% off my eggs nothing else? So 20% off eggs that were rubbery and inedible and that ruined my entire experience. I shall never return to Mullens nor will any family and friends. My loyalty to you ends today after both a shocking and very insulting visit.

Found the food to be very nice but expensive. Service was very slow had to wait 20 minutes for drinks order to be taken then another 15 minutes for drinks to arrive then a wait for food. Food and drinks nice but expensive and had to go up to the counter to pay as no one around to ask for the bill, Tried to pay in cash but they only accept card payments. Lady held payment machine for contactless I paid but upon leaving noticed on the bill they added an optional 10 per cent service charge. I should of checked the bill but busy at the counter,all in a bit of a rush a charge for rubbish service shouldn’t be added on to the bill it should be up to the customer not put in a embarrassing situation having to ask to remove if the service doesn’t warrant an added 10 per cent charge that’s my opinion

I dine out a lot and I’ve never been told I cannot order my food , I was told I have to wait and order drinks first, wait for them to be bought to the table, then wait for another waitress to then come and take our food order. What’s that all about? … food was just ok as well .

From entering the restaurant to leaving we had first class service. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. The manger was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we will be back soon 👏

The food is undeniably lovely, no complaints there at all. But the staff aren't very efficient, they are slow to take orders and even slower to try and get the bill from. In the end we, and 2 other tables just went to the bar to pay instead as every time we called out "excuse me" to a passing waitress, she outright ignored us (not just our table, the others as well). It's also a bit of an off put allowing dogs. I understand they might want to be inclusive and get on trend but it's really unhygienic (small dogs were on laps and had their feet on the tables). It's also not fair on those with pet allergies (like me) and people who are scared of dogs. Not everyone wants dirty animals around when they're trying to eat. If we were told upon arrival that dogs were everywhere, we wouldn't have gone in but we had already ordered drinks before we noticed. Again, the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. It's just a shame about the poor/lazy service and dogs.

My sister and I stopped at Mullans for an unscheduled brunch today and were genuinely blown away. The service was another level - we were served by Jo who was so friendly and professional- it’s rare to get customer service like that anymore. She could not have been lovelier. And the food was amazing - I am a fairy regular brunch diner and this was the best I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend the croque. We will definitely find an excuse to visit Camberley again so we can go back to Mullans.

A pot of hot water and a packet with a tea bag was not what was expected. Smallest latte cup ever with contents barely tasting of coffee. A poor value offer but nice staff. Friendly and attentive.

The foods were bland and it was overpriced. A friend and I wanted to meet up for lunch! This is our first time to visit this restaurant. It looked nice from the outside, I was very disappointed once sat down and the menu was very limited! The food I ordered was very bland and my friend’s food was small but the price was not!!! I will not be returning to this restaurant again!

To night was the opening night for Mullans After Dark! We were not disappointed ! Inspirational chefs who created some interesting and delicious takes on well known favourites . Wonderfully presented food, using a great combination of ingredients and flavours. The staff as always were friendly and engaging. It was a buzzy atmosphere where couples, families and friends were enjoying a night out . Well done team Mullans ! You delivered! We will be back ! Highly Recommended. This restaurant has just got it right. wonderful to be able to have anything from breakfast to a light lunch with a glass of wine if you like. Also nice for coffee and cake. And the best thing is you can take your best friend, your dog in. The restaurant is immaculately clean. The staff, friendly and efficient. If only there were other restaurants like this around. it makes such a difference being able to mooch around the shops or walking to Camberley with your dog and sit down and enjoy a lovely lunch and a glass of wine.

Great food and lovely professional staff. A pleasant place to sit with a great ambience. Alfresco dining when the weather is with us. I had a good talk with the owner ( James ) and his enthusiasm for his team , business and local ingredients shines through. With menu changes on a regular basis it keeps everything fresh and exciting. My food today was Mullans Benny! Eggs Benedict, real ham , avocado and sauce. Fantastic!!!! Washed done with a Cortado

This is the first time we had been here, and it was absolutely brilliant in all ways. Friendly welcome at the door, quickly seated and excellent service from the staff. I had the English Breakfast and my partner had the Benny. The quality of the food was excellent and without doubt one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. We will definitely be going back again. Our favourite place to have breakfast/lunch in camberley! Fantastic food (the croque is possibly the best sandwich I’ve ever had) plus the gluten free version is just as tasty according to my partner. Being able to take our dog with us is a massive plus, can either sit inside but we prefer the outdoor space at the back!

We popped in after reading reviews and were not disappointed. Greeted by a friendly member of staff who showed us to a table. Menu had many unusual brunch items which intrigued us. I had the crumpet stack, which was attractively presented and delicious to taste. My husband had the Mullins muffin ( I think that is what it was called) with ham hock. All the poached eggs were perfectly cooked and throughly enjoyable. You pay a little more, but so worth it.

Such a great place! First visit this morning for brunch, staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. My friend and I both had the crumpet stack - fully recommend, the chorizo jam was amazing. Service was really quick, restaurant was clean and tables nicely spaced. I had my 6 month old daughter and buggy and they were really accommodating. Plus they all said how cute she was so extra bonus points!! Looking forward to my next visit.

Arrived early, but no table free till booking time. Might have put a damper on our visit, but when we came back at our booking time it was well worth the wait. 4 adults and 2 kids thoroughly satisfied with the food, service and staff. The place was full and that says a lot about how good Mullans is.

Expensive for what you get I had mushroom stroganoff on 1 piece of toast 15-00 atmosphere was fine but we were rushed to pay the bill and leave which was a shame Im afraid another visit will not be on the top of my list

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast; there was a good variety of items on the menu (we particularly liked the breakfast burger & the pancakes). It does get busy, so make sure to book in advance, as people were being turned away at the door without a reservation.

Recently discovered Mullans in Camberley. Their food & menu are superb. You can really tell they care about their business. The staff are wonderful, the quality & thoughtfulness that goes into their food is impressive & the restaurant itself is tastefully decorated while being spotlessly clean. One thing I really appreciate about Mullan is the fact they welcome families of types … even those childless pet-centric families are made to feel welcome. Yesterday upon arrival myself & my partner were quickly taken to our table & presented with menus, while my little Shihtzu was presented with a little treat to keep him satisfied while we dined. Thank you Mullans for being inclusive to everyone (including mans best friend).

We have been coming to Mullans regularly for the past three years and it never disappoints. Varied menu always delivered to the highest standard, lovely staff and setting and always made to feel welcome. Booking in advance is a must for this very popular restaurant.

I’m a frequent customer at mullans, it is absolutely the best place to go locally for breakfast/ lunch. Always fantastic service and amazing food, I’ve not once felt disappointed. Friendly, clean and delicious! Will continue to visit regularly with my friends and family and recommend it to everyone I know.

Had a lovely coffee here today, staff were lovely. I love that dogs are welcome, took our German shepherd puppy with us and everyone loved here which was nice.

Mullans is definitely our favourite spot for coffee and brunch and we have had many visits there. The staff are so friendly, the service is great. The food and drinks are always delicious. We love that we can go with our dog too - the staff are always brilliant with him. The place is very clean and hygienic always.
