Great location, staff were friendly, prices reasonable. Had the steak and ale pie which was delicious. Dog friendly. Walk-ins, free parking. would image on a Sunny day will get very busy.

Went to the mulberry while staying in conwy it was recommended by my niece who lives locally it lived up to expectations as we were looked after by Amy who tended all are needs very nice establishment with excellent menu and drinks and of course the lovely amy

Visited on many occasions, great location , food was very good , staff were very friendly and warm, food & drinks reasonably priced.

Amazing food amazing beers but we were all disappointed when the waitresses dropped off our food and told us the cutlery was inside, we get that you are trying to keep costs low by doing self service but at least bring cutlery with the food… without this we would have given 5*. Great for dogs too

We called in for a drink on Saturday. It was busy but the score reflects the lack of interest from the staff to get people served. There were lots of staff milling about and those behind the bar seemed to simply be going through the motions.

The food here was so much better than expected! Extensive menu with something for everyone. Very affordable too. Highly recommend. We did wait 40 minutes for our main meal but it was worth it!

I have visited the Mulberry Pub for at least 15 years. I went back on 26th and 27th December 2023. The food served is pricy but always so tasty, so well worth the price paid. And the view on Conwy marina is majestic and unique. However, I found some staff were not very friendly and some other guests were pushy and rude.

Called in at lunch and because the dog area was full we were asked to sit upstairs , we duly obliged and enjoyed our lunch. However when we returned this evening with friends again the 5 tables downstairs were occupied, I asked could we go upstairs again and was told a rather flat “ No , if over there is full you can sit outside” which in the summer we would of but it was pouring down with rain !!! So we left and sadly embarrassing for our guest whom are up from London to visit us who live in Conwy.

Wonderful Place to eat and drink. Whether it’s just a coffee or a lovely meal with wine/beer. Great atmosphere and very very friendly efficient staff. Would recommend to everyone!

Great staff lovely atmosphere but the chips were awful but due to time restrictions couldn't,t send them back.

Great bar in an amazing location.

We stopped here for drinks whilst exploring the local area around the marina. There was a selection of tables free outside in the sun, and we were able to keep an eye on our grandson who played on the climbing frame shaped like a ship. We didn't eat so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but others who ordered whilst we were there got their meals quickly.

Gave this place a try today as I was looking for somewhere new to take my Sister and my friend. We all agreed that this is a great place for an evening meal (we went on a Sunday). My sister had the scampi and chips, my friend had the meat feast pizza with the extra spicy add-on, and I had the classic burger. The chips were cooked to perfection and were delicious, the scampi was crisp and full of flavour and the pizza defeated my friend (and when they say the add-on is spicy, they really mean it). The portion size was perfect and (unusually for us) we had room for dessert which consisted of a Churro sharing platter (beautifully hot and crisp) and the Eton Mess which was large and just as delicious. It was nice to find somewhere where we didn't need to book a table, but could just turn up. This place has a lot of capacity for diners and drinkers alike, both inside and outside, and we were afforded a stunning view of the marina and all the boats. This place will definitely be one of out go to dining spots for the future.

Nice pub, great location overlooking the Marina. Food came very quickly and was very tasty. Only negative is that no cutlery or napkins are brought with the food outside and additional condiments you have to leave your food on the table to get the condiments and when you do the paper sachets were difficult to open. Good food, good ambience, shame to let it down by this easy to fix issue.

Sitting at the marina basking in the sun, was everyone’s thoughts yesterday.Great customer service, dog friendly outside and designated area inside. Two starters and a few drinks, food was excellent and great sized portions. Crew ( staff) did amazing, was great to see so many Crew “on board” they collected empty glasses swiftly and kept an eye on everything outside, so tables were kept tidy and promptly ready for new customers. Bar was managed well and people queued which was a bonus, made it much more manageable and allowed the service to run quicker. All in all a great afternoon out. Well done Mulberry Team for all your hard work yesterday on such a beautiful, busy sunny Sunday. Thank you for your team’s politeness and smiles. Excellent customer service!

Classy, quality place with great views and importantly in this day and age where hospitality is a challenging place to be, fantastic service. Nice to see plenty of positive and happy staff.

We found the place after a long walk, we had some beers, and decided to come for dinner too. Friendly & fast service, very nice location.

Great pub! Stopped off with a big group en route to Anglesey for a holiday. Food was delicious and quick, loads of great beers on tap and the staff we're fantastic.

Party of six served promptly with a polite and professional service on a busy Saturday afternoon.The food was good pub fare with a varied menu. Excellent location in Conwy harbour and easily found off the A55 expressway. We all highly recommend the Mulberry.

Great atmosphere, tasty food. A nicer gluten-free bread, sourdough type perhaps, would be yummy, and lactose free butter would be very much appreciated.

Popped in today for lunch and we both had loaded chips, superb. Delivered quickly and very tasty. One issue, we ordered a lemonade and Diet Coke. They were obviously from a gun and were really watered down, the lemonade could have been soda water. A shame but a good food experience.

It was a nice busy atmosphere when we got there. The staff said we could sit upstairs although I don't think they originally planned to open it. The nachos and pizza were tasty. The atmosphere was relaxed. The staff were kind and friendly.

Eaten here quite a few times, in fact we make a point of going everytime we visit Conwy. Nice atmosphere inside, always very friendly service, good tasty food, and dog friendly too. The steak pie is particularly good, absolutely jammed full of meat, unfortunately our dog wasn't keen on the dog beer though!

Have been coming here since it first opened. Ordered lunch but if you want cold sandwiches you have to order not from the menu. Chips were soggy and bread had been left in the open so starting to dry up. Asked for cheese and ham but you can't have that so said just cheese and was given cheese and Branston. Also asked for tuna and mayo and got cucumber on those. Staff need to be aware that there may be medical reasons that people only want certain fillings. There used to be a wonderful choice of different fresh breads and fillings. Not as good a menu for lunch as in the past. Staff friendly and kind.

I hate that we have to go to the bar and order our food, a nice restaurant like this should have waiters taking people's order at the table. I ordered the Philly beef sandwich, not worth it. But nice environment, some of the male waiters had attitude problem.

Location is the key to this place. New pub sat on Conwy marina. Part of the Robinson group. Only found out about this pub from the Unicorn Magazine. Staff were excellent. Only issue is the car park, difficult to park & only 2 disabled bays.

To be honest, we found Mulberry by mistake , but what a mistake it was. Beautiful location, overlooking the Marina. We had breakfast & coffee, food what perfect and the coffee was 1 of the best for a while. The staff were excellent, and we will definitely be going back.

Lovely place for a spot of food! Even though we live 20 minutes away and there are many closer places to eat, The Mulberry has become our go to food place for date night! The food is always lovely, will priced and the service is great too.

Lovely pub and very good quality food. I would recommend the salmon ravioli and the beef pie.

The girl behind the bar didn't tell us she was new, but she had to be told several times what we wished to order. They brought one of our main meals before I'd had my starter. Menus needed wiping down. First visit - lovely-looking place and great location. Wish there were just a couple of more special meals on the menu, instead of the usual. Eg the ravioli was great.

The Mulberry is in a lovely location and the food is good. The only thing that let's it down is the system to order food, it needs to be improved. We skipped desserts because I didn't want to join the huge queue all over again.

Visited Conway for the day & went for a walk to the Marina & Beach. Stopped for some food & it was really nice. Fabulous service & lovely food.

Only wanted a single drink. After standing at the bar for over 5 minutes. I was then told I had to join a queue at the opposite end which was starting outside!! All these people had menus in their hands. With such a long bar and so many staff working you'd expect designated staff for food and just drinks orders!! It's now turned into a posh weatherspoons!!

From us arriving . The place felt warm and welcoming . Bar staff were friendly when ordering drinks and food . We didnt wait long for food to arrive . Even though it was busy . Really enjoyable. We are here on holiday . So always nice to eat out and get a good service

Update 2024. , knocked of another star due to people drinking standing up and almost banging into where we where sitting, meal took to long and no staff member asked how the meal was, and the wore thing was dogs passing us who smelled putting me of my meal, this was my Father’s Day meal .Update 2022 still everything below ,but had to knock of a star today due to poor choice and expensive deserts and lack of desert choices I have never been out for a meal ever without having a dessert sadly had to today . The service is excellent and will put them selves out to help you in any way. The choice of food is huge and you get plenty if not to much. Was all hot and well presented. The views of all the yaughts and the sea is just amazing and can be seen from inside. Right next door is the beatufull conwy Marina where you can see some boats, yaughts and more also a gift shop. This place is not to be missed if you visit conwy County it's just through the beatufull town of Conwy. 10/10. Thank you for making my sons 18th such a good memories.

Stopped off at the Mulberry while having a coastline walk around Conway. A pleasant, clean environment. Plenty of staff on duty. Drinks and food reasonably priced. Food was delivered quickly and tasty. Due to the weather we sat inside, the outside area will be a great place to sit in warmer weather with great views of the marina and estuary.

You can eat and view the marina at the same time--- views spectacular!! Food good, staff excellent- very clean, service with a smile.😁 Definitely a great place to pass through the day with a bite to eat and drink in hand!! And with canine pets in tow. Only one thing I disagree with though-- booking tables was stopped from early January-- 'supposedly'-- but I am still seeing booking cards with names and times on tables, meaning you can use the table up until the specified time only. Then you vacate. I am told they are old bookings, but I don't accept that answer, especially from 6 months ago. So please either do it for everyone, or for no-one. See you again soon,😘x

Really enjoyed it here! First visit after walking from the car parks by the beach. Theres tonnes of room for people and dogs, and there’s usually both aplenty! We sat upstairs in a booth (nice and spacious for 4, comfortable for 6) and overlooked the marina. Drinks were good, food was quick and very good/classic pub food (nothing miraculously different; just hot good and tasty food) Their decking outside is being renovated (Mar 24) and I imagine that’ll be lovely in summer. Not eating here today just stopped for a coffee on our walk we always enjoy sitting outside on deck if the weather is conducive! What a disappointment to be told no cappuccino or latte available only Americano or tea by a miserable waitress!! ( normally they are very pleasant) ok we only wanted a drink but please cheer up! You get our custom all year we’re local!!

We visited the mulberry for lunch on Friday, we were lucky to find a table as inside and outside was busy. The food, drinks and service was all to their usual standards

The pub was rammed, I've got two little kids, and I'm vegan. Despite this I had a great evening 🤣 Lovely location, great views, attentive staff. The whole team clearly know how to deal with the busy periods, and our food was hot, tasty, and all arrived at the same time. Recommended 👏

Dog friendly. Toilets are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Decor is stunning. Very spacious. Huge outdoor area. Broad venue. Good quality food. I'd have liked larger portions, but I appreciate I have a large appetite.
