Muffin Break in Tunbridge Wells

One would not expect anything serving in a shopping mall to be even halfway decent and who wants to drink coffee in a shopping area? But this place is good. Great coffee, good snack type food and very good value.

I was in the area so called in for flat whites as they were great last time. I had large flat white & my brother in law a medium. They looked good and tasted great. Appreciate being able to choose from 3 different sizes of flat whites!

Called here for a quick lunch .I had egg and bacon bagel and a large flat white. Service friendly and bagel really tasty .I was served on of the best flat whites!

If you want a muffin or a light bite with a coffee whilst out shopping this is a good place to come. Good selection of sweet and savory muffins and other items such as cakes and pastries, we found having your muffin heated up (in the microwave) either makes or breaks your muffin, so don't set your expectations to high. Never ever will be to the standard of the sadly missed Nutmeg Tree, with dirty/stained cups, cutlery and trays, but hey these poor girls are operating out of a cupboard under some stairs. If you are just eating on the hoof, not a problem and the loyalty card is a real bonus for regular users

Good coffee and food. Seating not particularly comfortable and a bit exposed. But perfect for quick snack.

Having walked past this place many times over the years we decided to pay a visit! We had Americano coffees and the quality was superb! Good strong coffee without any bitterness. The selection of freshly baked muffins were great and I opted for lemon and walnut which was fab. My husband had a sausage roll which was baked on the premises - herby pastry and sausage meat with veggies in which was very good. Prices very reasonable. Will definitely return.

We stopped here for morning coffee and had 3 flat whites. All very tasty ,and appreciate able to order larger ones here rather than small standard size in some of the other coffee shops. A bit draughty where we were seated though as we were near one of the main shopping centre ground floor doors
