Ms Patisserie in Birmingham

Poor quality milkshake, not blended properly, chocolate bar was in frozen chunks so no taste of the chocolate in the milkshake.

Ordered a Matilda cake from here. Despite it tasting nice it's half the size compared to other establishments with the price not reflecting that. Will not be ordering it again due to this.

Customer service a bit grim, one lady working only, she came across upset about something or not enjoying her day or job. Very poor engagement, I felt sorry for her, not sure why she was on her own.. Cakes were ok, had the sponge cake topped with jam, coconut sprinkles and additional serving of custard. See picture. It was simple to prep. Should have went for their gelato or ice cream range to check how those come out. The exterior looked inviting, but inside was a different story.. Would I come here again? Nope

Placed order on uber eats and rang the shop to tell them specifically no toppings on my crepe and no cream on my milkshake but have recieved my delivery with no instructions followed. Rang back for the lady to say you can come in to collect a new order I wouldn't be ordering on uber eats if I could collect. Very disappointed as the response was we was busy so didn't do as asked.

Hazeefa makes the most amazing crepes I have ever tasted! On speaking with the owner some time ago, he explained that the chocolate is of the highest quality. Therefore the hot chocolate is delicious too!. My family are dessert people and we have tried so many. These really are hands down the best!

Aamnah, imaan, shafi were excellent staff gave great service greated exceptionally would deffo recommend to everybody also the food is the best in brum everybody needs to come down and try

Not one to leave a bad review. However, we came across a deal, buy one get one free cookie dough on a Thursday. As we placed the order the waitress asked us ‘is it a Thursday?’ which it was. We placed our order which was £7 on the menu, but we had to pay 60p extra which wasn’t made clear on the deal. When asked why has she charged us more, she said due to the deal. We waited around 20 minutes for two cookie doughs, despite it not being busy. Only for her to return without adding ice cream with the cookie doughs. When questioned, the waitress shouted that ice cream does not come with the order. Waste of time and money. Cookie dough was average (added my own ice cream scoop in at home) Service was appalling And waitress needs some training on customer skills. Alternative dessert places a few yards down.

Did not provide straws. I called the shop, they asked me to get the number for the driver to drop the strws off or come to.the shop. They didnt have the drivers number. Staff member was rude and hung up

Hazefa was working alone and it was busy but she was very helpful and friendly. Served the food to eat in promptly but takeout order was slow.

First time we have tried this place, we were welcomed by Aniqa and Imaan, they're customer service was very good. We tried the matilda cake which was very good, chocolate concrete and cookie dough. All the desserts were very nice.

Absolute filth. Food was mediocre and the workers just laugh and don’t take people seriously. If you want a comfortable environment with half decent food don’t come here.

Today i was served by huzaifa she was very attentive and patient with my order she forfilled all my ordered requets she made the desserts amazingly they hit the spot we all loved the desserts lovely atmosphere and lovely staff made us feel comfortable with lots of chit chat and banter thank you huzaifa and the other lady that was on shift for making our experiance a good one would recommend this place for your desserts

Extremely impressed and also very surprised by ms patesserie customer service. I had a previous issue with my order, that hadn’t been resolved but it wasn’t something that would stop me from re ordering. I ordered again today, and left a note explaining my previous order issue, and not being completely satisfied with it, just hoping that this time there wouldn’t be anything missing etc. I was very suprised opening the bag and seeing the whole previous order replaced alongside my current order as I wasn’t expecting it. Dessert was made exceptionally well and I have no complaints. 10/10

Absolutely awful food and awful service. Girl couldn't have been more rude, she got my order wrong by sending milkshake instead of cheese cake and was basically told ita tough nothing she can do now. Worst service ever. Basically just stole my money then put the phone next to the blender while she continued to have a conversation until I hung up. Avoid at all cost

I had a great experience at Ms. Patisserie! The desserts were delicious, and the cozy ambiance was perfect for relaxation. Hazefa, our server, was attentive and friendly, enhancing our visit. Highly recommend!

They sell the best milk cakes that I have ever tried! Also tried their cupcake for the first time and it was scrumptious! Definitely a dessert place to visit!

I went in for some cakes but noticed they did a Desi breakfast ; Paranta, Spicy Omelette , Chickpeas, Tea. Yum it was delicious! It came with pickle and yoghurt. They sell proper home made cakes and tarts, as well as ice cream. I can recommend the mixed fruits tart. Service was great too.

Need politer staff on the phone, when asking what waffle you would like to order by receptionist, and replying no I'd like to create one, is not being rude clearly customer service required. staff having a bad day reflects bad on mspattissiterie as the owner and staff who are in general are quite nice. Please don't bring your problems to work and ruin peoples day with your bad attitude.

I came here this morning for the desi breakfast with with son. I arrived at 10.15am. The lady took ten minutes to put my order through the till and struggled to understand my basic English. The food took ages to come to us and she didn’t give us cutlery which we had to ask for, she didn’t give sugar or spoons for the tea either. The fork had chocolate on it and one of them had lipstick, she apologised and changed them for me but this had already put me off. The breakfast was okay, paratha was ready made frozen so it was hard by the time it was served it and it wasn’t hot. The teas were nice. 1.5 hours after my arrival I asked for my take away order and she told me its not ready, I had given her a little reminder around 15 mins prior while I was seated but she didn’t bother getting it ready. There was only one customer in the shop so it wasn’t busy. I saw an Influencer come in and record the shop etc but obviously her meal is partly free so she won’t give an honest review. I can’t comment on the desserts as we didn’t have them. I doubt I’ll ever go Back

Always a favourite to visit amazing service , local, friendly staff and adequate parking. Waffles and crepes are excellent and always generously loaded. and the place is extremely clean, tidy and well kept .Will definitely be coming back soon!!

Not great but service was great We were told its a French patisserie We arrived there to find a big Desi sign outside However we stayed and I had a cheese cake while my friend had a chocolate cake Not great but not bad either The lady who served us has an odd name but gave us a great service

Visited this morning for desi breakfast. Masala omelette was lovely and excellent customer service and atmosphere.

Came to MS Patisserie with family, service and food was amazing. Always on point, it's our favourite spot to bring the kids for desserts when they need a treat.

I had an amazing experience at Ms Patisserie staff were lovely and friendly. Asim serviced us and provided us with great customer service. I have come all the way from London to try this and was defo worth the journey. We had the concrete cake, hedgehog dessert and French toast. Topped it all off with a milk shake for my sister and I had a hot chocolate. It was all delicious. Cant fault a thing. Will defo be returning soon.

Ordered a milkshake but gotta cup of milk and hazelnuts instead, watered down melted no flavour no chocolate no substance diabolical excuse of a “milkshake”, cup half empty like they tasted it and thought “yeh that’s lovely send it out”. Would rather expel my own bodily fluids into a blender with kinder bueno and drink that than go to this place again. Go to literally anyone else for a milkshake apart from here.

Cookie dough was very stodgy and the choc sauce on top tasted very artificial. Ferrero milkshake tasted like it was full of syrup and very watery.

I visited MS patisserie today with family on the launch of their new desi breakfast menu. Everything was delicious and spot on. The parathas were fluffy and crispy, just how they should be. The channe and halwa were full of flavour and the side of achar and yogurt just complimented the whole desi breakfast so well. My kids throughly enjoyed their chocolate paratha. There’s plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste buds. The staff were so welcoming and professional, made our whole experience worthwhile.

Hi, I have been having deserts from MS patisserie since it has started. I have always loved everything that they make. And particularly a big fan of waffles and have recently tried the new cakes that they have introduced cakes are so fresh and delicious and gives me home-made feeling a particularly like house tea and And usually go for it. It’s such a good spot for a quick meet up with friends. Families or even business meet up great environment really nice service and of course everything they serve is amazing.

The photos speak for themselves. I’ve never been disappointed when ordering. Very happy and the food is always delicious and made with care.

Such poor service from staff Had to wait 20Min after order and when asked to for update/chased had to repeat my order they still haven’t processed the order in system and been told there will be more wait. As they just processed the order 2sec ago. After another wait again i had to repeat order again. And it happened 4 time We had to get it packed for take away due to the delay they caused. After extreme wait. We finally got the order and came back home Once opened a drink was missing Which we called back they apologised and said if we come and pick. They can make it and give 2 instead of 1 as compensation Another 15 min drive and they refused to give stated that was never in the order . I repeated my order over 4 times and they still got it wrong and made us drive to pick up and refused to give out such unprofessional, rude, not caring about customers Whole experience was Just 0 They also give out complimentary milk cake which are expired. My sister had one bit and had vomiting since. Once it was raised with them over the phone they refused to acknowledge

MS, is NOT like a typical Pakistani Eatery. The first impression as soon as you enter, is one of cleanliness & plush, beautiful interior. It's a pretty little setting. Then you notice the neat smart appearance of the staff. People like me want to be served by neat, hygienic looking people. Something again lacking in most Pakistani eateries. The deserts are exceptionally neatly presented. Again, i like presentation to be good. It matters. The deserts taste delicious & pricing is very reasonable considering the neat, stylish surroundings. The main Barista makes exceptionally good coffee. The Instagram page displays very helpful , realistic photos of the food, which enables a customer to see what the fancy named product actually looks like. These can be difficult decisions 🤭 Lastly, the mannerism and etiquette of the staff is very courteous & clearly excellent standards have been set by the owner. Anyone who can tolerate my moaning and still smile, deserves a medal🤭 These service standards are again generally lacking in Pakistan restaurants. The overall clientele & environment is suitable for familes. Well done & highly recommended .👏👏

Awful service ordered 4 items on Uber - one item missing biscoff cheesecake rang to inform spoke to Sana who said can't deliver come and collect ? Awful customer service won't be purchasing again. Check before you send out items and then said we can't refund contact Uber.

Ordered two French toasts was disgusting to eat was soggy and burnt mojito had no ice tasted bland and no straw was given. I spoke to a worker named Sana she was laughing at the situation I don’t understand what she found funny told me she made the mojito and she would never forget it said it must have melted when I live two minutes from the shop which was a ridiculous excuse she said there’s nothing she can do and all managers are ill and won’t be in for a week?? Quality of foood was appalling workers attitude was disgusting and on top of that no managers there to manage their own workers absolutely appalling customer service !.

It was my first time visiting the place with a friend. We had a waffle with milkshakes. The milkshakes were not bad. It needs more flavour and i prefer a milkshake without whipped cream.

The Victoria sponge cake was dry and stale the cream was also not fresh cream. Neither was the jam. Cookie dough was ok

Takeaway waffles. Very fluffy n hot. Ice cream wasn’t very tasty to my daughter but I guess that’s a personal choice matter. Would recommend.

Used to go here loads before was amazing, unfortunately went today after ages had a kinder white milkshake but it was absolutely disgusting, tasted like a hand full of nuts in milk.

There was so much to eat that I could hardly choose. French toast, waffles, crepes, ice cream and so much more.

Red Velvet cake was dry, stale and tasted horrible. I literally binned it. The extra ⭐️ is for the Maple Affair waffle and gelatos (Chunky Chocolate, Raspberry & White Chocolate, and Strawberries & Cream), which were excellent - fresh fruit, generous serving, tasty waffle and creamy gelato. That rescued the order and I’d order those again for sure. I didn’t receive the Vanilla gelato that was supposed to come with the waffle either, so that wasn’t good, but Just Eat don’t make it easy to raise is

Great tasting desserts as always

Ordered an Oreo milkshake and they didn't clean the blender after making a previous order and so I had an allergic reaction to the hazelnuts.

They mixed hazelnuts into my milkshake and I'm allergic to hazelnuts

Atmosphere and seating was really comfortable and cosy. Ordered chocolate strawberries, Oreo cheescake, red velvet cake and mint tea. 10/10 for all of them. Owner was really welcoming Mashallah.

I normally order from ms Pattiserie regularly but today my waffle was a bit over done and therefore tasted bad. Sitting in is better.

First time trying this place. The desserts were gorgeous only knocked 1 star off as they dont have decaff coffee.

Masala tea was very nice. Proper Kashmiri tea style.. Baklawa was also good.

Visited this place today woman that served us seemed a bit rude but didn’t really think much of it ordered milkshakes they were really small and one of the shakes tasted so bland it was kinder bueno I couldn’t even taste the flavour properly so probably won’t be Visiting again

It’s a shame their ice-cream/gelato selection isn’t so big, but the coconut flavour is fabulous although other flavours seem a little watery. Mojitos are EXCELLENT!

Ordered a Rainbow cake, and the taste on the cake was like it had been sitting there for days! Very stail. Also, ordered pancakes and they were very dry. Been a couple times and the shop is always less on stock. The pancakes had came with strawberries and they seemed old. Aesthetically pleasing however, serious room for improvement and composure within the shop once you get tasting. Would recommend elsewhere.

disappointment today 3X salted caramel ice cream pots instead I got what tasted like fudge for 1 and raspberry ripple for other 2. The waffle was covered in chocolate sauce most of which had to be scraped off. £7.20 for 2 Gregg’s size corn flake tarts and some custard.

Lovely place ,cute decor,delicious dessert ,not over priced .excellent customer service which made me leave review .the lovely lady who took our order she understood the assignment and served the way we wanted by splitting 1 dessert between 2 kids and with no extra charges.thank you for wonderful experience.
