Ordered kunafa ice cream and they were so stingy with the kunafa and workers don’t even have a smile on their face only giving it 2 stars because one was guy dancing with the tongs and akon was playing

We went over to Mr Tees Wakefield 11/04/2025 at 11pm, we were told that the store closes at 11:30pm but on the website it shows 12am. We were also told that we can’t order anything besides smash burgers or donner with chips. Today we visited the branch 12/04/2025 to get a milkshake and were told that the ice cream machine wasn’t working when it clearly was. The staff that work here have no customer service skills and their attitude absolutely stinks. I would highly recommend for all to not visit this branch and make a little bit of a journey to the batley branch.

Ordered badboy box go large. Went to collect and wasnt ready. The guy raised his voice at me becsuse he didnt understand what go large is thats why my food wasnt started. i told him fries. He told me in a raised voice in future put in comment so we know. Made me feel like i did something wrong that was my mistake but it wasnt its the company fault there website. Food was good but i wont go back after way i was spoken to

I'm intentionally not writing in English because I want the comment to reach whoever it wants. I know how much the shitty local cuisine hurts us. Believe me, this restaurant is the closest thing to what we miss. In fact, everything is delicious.

First time ordering , couldn't order soft drinks or milkshakes on Just eat app because every item of drink I ordered somehow it double on price when selecting it otherwise wouldn't have minded a Milkshake...Food delivery came flat cold x3 burgers and chips .Not sure if drivers fault or restraunts multiple orders which sent it 6 miles in opposite direction with driver delivering multiple orders and we looked like last drop (tracked his location) but refund for cold food was declined also hence this review ...shame ,heard good things here

At Mr T's, they pity the fool who expects mediocre fast food. Their burgers, Parmo’s, and milkshakes all hit the spot with impressive quality and flavor. The packaging actually manages to keep hot things hot and cold things cold (which feels like food science wizardry these days). Service is quick enough to satisfy impatience without sacrificing quality. And unlike some places that think 'portion size' is French for 'microscopic sample,' Mr T's serves meals that actually fill you up. I half expect to hear "I ain't gettin' on no plane" when I pick up my order, but what I get instead is consistently satisfying food. A proper local gem.

Ordered a pizza and other food for collection. When I got home, the pizza was burnt. Shocking customer service, as I called them and was told it's only the top bit that was burnt so they knowingly gave me food that was burnt. After weeks of complaining they offered me 10% off my next order lol
