Me and my partner went, I ordered a hot chicken burger upon receiving it was PINK. I took it back and was asked if I wanted anything else but opted for a refund, my partner also ordered a type of chicken burger and upon receiving this was also PINK. I went back in stating it was pink and asked for a refund, when I then made a point of saying both of ours were the same and questioned their procedure for checking food ie probing to ensure correct temperature and timings I was shut down like he wasn’t interested. Most definitely won’t be returning! Fair enough one on the off chance of it happening, but when it’s both burgers made on seperate orders you’ve really got to question their procedures to things….

Visited today Really quick in giving me my order everything was perfect and I really enjoyed it The staff went above and beyond when I asked if there was somewhere I could pray and they found me a place to pray and gave me a prayer mat too Excellent service and would highly recommend

A very positive vibes I feel when i had lunch in this restaurant. Staff was very polite and bad boy box was extremely yummy.

The chips were good, but the chicken burger was not. Also I do not recommend the cheese fries. The cheese had a weird taste. The staff were nice but the food let the place down. Also there is no parking, so we parked across the shop, which was around £1.20 for one hour.

So I order from this place regular I usually just get milkshakes but usually 3/4 at a time which is pricey but never had an issue with them tonight I received milkshakes with big black hairs in them so I phoned and asked them to be swapped to be told it’s not their issue and that if I didn’t want them swapping I would have to go to them I don’t drive so that wasn’t an option they refused to swap or bring any more out was very rude on the phone they didn’t care even though I order from them all the time horrible rude staff would never ever order from here again

I came here with a friend a while back and absolutely loved it! Some of the best burgers and shakes I had in England

Although I am living in Birmingham, I once visited Wakefield and tried food in this restaurant. It was amazing experience to have food there. All the staff is very cooperative and food was properly cooked.

Outstanding burger. Just had the bronze bomber burger and it's one of the best burgers I've ever had no joke. Freshly made, piping hot and the Donner fries were excellent too. Definitely coming back 👍

Possibly one of the best Pizzas I have had in UK. Good quality mozzarella cheese, great tasting tomato sauce base and medium thick dough. Perfectly cooked to perfection. Margarita pizza : 10/10 Pepperoni pizza: 5/10 pepperonis were places below the cheese so don’t cook properly . Chicken BBQ PIZZA: 8/10 Fries : 7/10 Garlic sauce : 8/10 Ts special sauce : 9/10

Always a great experience, interior decor has an American diner feel to it, staff are polite, friendly and hard working and the food speaks for itself! Always consistent, I’ve been in probably a dozen times and ordered on Ubereats and the food is always great quality and value for money. Kudos to you all you’re doing a fantastic job and providing a great service Ma’Sha’Allah!!

I am not one to usually review a food establishment for a poor experience, but this business is being let down by incompetent staff and poor food quality. I have had the most abhorrent food poisoning from eating here but I'm willing to blame unsanitary workplace due to staff negligence and not the franchise itself. Mr T's is a great eatery in other cities like Bradford and Manchester - but the Arab speaking staff members are extremely rude and unbothered here in Wakefield. Upon arriving the server looked stoned from smoking weed and struggled to take my order. They constantly hounded patrons for positive Google reviews and one worker even snatched the phone to write it himself?!!? Please please please fix this issue as the owners are surely unaware to these problems.

The worker sully had treated me very good with gorgeous manners and was very efficient when taking my order. Definitely come again.

Ordered food via Uber eats. Tracked delivery driver who was parked up for 30 mins then never delivered the food! Went to shop and they refused to make me my order up which is theft! Beware of this place, nothing but problems with them won’t go again ever

I visited this branch yesterday and, as usual, the food was excellent. However, I’m giving a one-star rating due to the behavior of an employee who was using offensive language while joking with his friends. As an Egyptian, I recognized the language used and found it inappropriate, especially considering the diverse Arab community in Wakefield. Such conduct could deter people from returning, as it creates an uncomfortable environment for families.
