Mr Thom's in Malvern Hills

Booked a table before going to the cinema. I was asked what time the film started by the staff so we had time to finish and not miss it. Great service. Fantastic food. l totally recommend. Ideal for pre film dining.

The food and service is 10/10. I particularly recommend the cheese steak (melt in your mouth baguettes)… absolutely delicious!!!

Called in around 9.30 am for breakfast after a morning walk. Plenty of people already sat eating. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the place had a good atmosphere. Clean tidy and well presented. We went for the smaller cooked breakfast, which was just right for us, but there was plenty of other choice of food available. It was served on a hot plate and all freshly cooked. Very nice

Saved me when all the other places in the area stop serving food at 2pm. Food was lovely and they gave my lad some colouring books to keep him happy. Had the steak and ale pie and it was good. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a takeaway for vegetarian, gluten-free, and omnivore! The staff were helpful friendly and listened to my requirements. This was a few days in advance. On the day one of the party was arriving by train which was cancelled!. On contacting the staff at Mr Thoms to delay pick up time. They were again totally helpful and understanding. When food picked up, it was freshly cooked. We all thoroughly enjoyed our respective Hallumi, GF fish, and chips plus fish and chips. Well done MrThoms

What a find. We decided to have a wander along Tenbury main street as we hadn't done so for quite a while. Lovely food, lovely staff and excellent attentive service. Can't fault them at all. Well done.

Called is for breakfast, and the service was friendly and efficient. The food could not have been better. However, we would have prefered much bigger tea cups/mugs for our tea, and the tea was rather weak for our liking. Would definitely recommend a visit for a good breakfast to 'kick start' your day.

Food was on the whole good. The loaded fries were enough for 2 people. Unfortunately the Banoffee Pie was old and somewhat stale.

Had tea here while in the area. Plenty of choice, and when it came the portion was generous and cooked to perfection. Both of us would eat here again.

Don't really want to tell you how good this little gem of a place this is. We really liked it the star's above tell it all. I would have loved to keep this place a secret as we intend to go again

Woke up feeling a little ill. Decided to try Mr. Tom's takeaway. WOW WOW and WOW!!!!! Whoever gives this less than 5 stars.... 1. You don't deserve to eat out and 2. Move out of town you liars 🤣🤣. No truthfully only ever bought chocolate hampers for Birthday / Mothers days etc. I'll definitely be back ! Thanks to all at Mr. Tom's it was beautiful 😍

Eaten here a few times, food is always good, freshly cooked, service friendly and efficient. Atmosphere depends on who else is eating. Recommend for a pre-show if you’re booked to see something at The Regal!

I always love a trip to Mr. Thoms. chocolates to die for. selection of hand made rolls and sarnies. utterly delicious range of pies and pasties too. the cakes blow your mind. and in the summer ice creams and fizzy drinks. oh and I can always get some liquerish weighed out for grandad.

Went on Saturday.,17th of February 2024..,with a friend,was seated approximately fifteen minutes with zero acknowledgement from staff.,busy to be fair. Another couple came in.,and before their bottoms had hit the seats..,the waitress came and asked what they'd like to order. We left. Been there lots of times,spent lots of money., great service,great food,but please observe who's who and what's what.,and what order its in. Shan't use you again, dismal service.,went a few doors up and were served immediately. I've reviewed you before positively, but nothing good to say about you this time.

The food was good. I would go back to try something else off the menu. There is a lot to choose from. Service was good. Toilets was clean.

Really useful opening times, food and drink are great. Service really good. The shop next sells delicious products so double bonus. Prices are very fair.

We stopped off here during a cycle for some lunch and we weren't disappointed. The ploughman's was delicious. It took a little while to arrive but was worth the wait. There's a garden around the back so it's easy to leave your bikes around the back too. Definitely recommended for lunch!

I was there a few days ago and it honstly wasn't great it started of ok the starters were alright but when my main dish came out I got a stake and chips and they were stone cold I could also hear arguing from the back and when my waitier was talking to me he was up right disrespectful did not want to be there and when he brought out my food he did not even hand me my plate he may as well of threw it it was that aggressive anyway I do not recommend especially for familys

Thought it was going to be a a proper chocolate shop with home made products and demonstrations. It had bought in chocolate and was quite drab. Went in walked out. Bought a dairy milk down the road.

Highly recommend the quality of food. The best Indian curry I have had outside of an Indian restaurant! My family also enjoyed their meals - Baked Potato, Kids Cheese Burger & Fish Fingers.

Good value for money. We had loaded fries that were enjoyable. The service was a bit slow but would go again if passing through.

Had an afternoon tea. Very good value.

Visited Tenbury for a short break and stopped at the shop for some treats, not realising there was a cafe next door. Returned for a breakfast before going home and what a treat it was. We ordered 4 breakfasts and they were brilliant - all freshly cooked to order, not greasy, eggs as we wanted them and served hot. Visit this lovely cafe if you come to Tenbury then pop next door for the amazing chocolate and sweets.

Good food... great for eating before visiting the theatre

Good food well presented at a very affordable price. Good Value for money. Service cheerful and friendly if a little bit slow, but teething from new venture Bakery and chocolate rice next door nice and equally excellent quality, very tempting to partake of cakes and pastries as well as chocolate. Will definitely revisit.

Had Mothers day brunch here yesterday very nice cafe , the Starter was very nice mushroom stuff with blue cheese with salad so good, the main was really good the Salmon with the white wine sauce and potatoes..well I must say, the dessert was perfect. I would recommend any time.

Birthday meal out for my wife. We had two rump steaks which were perfectly cooked, local and had all the accompaniments you would want. A lovely touch is the steaks are served with garlic butter which is melting into your steak as it hits the table. Good service and a quality wine. Top choice.

Visited at approximately 11am and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. It was beautifully cooked and served with a smile.

We discovered Mr Thom's cafe when we were passing through Tenbury and were not disappointed. We ordered the special 4oz steak, mushroom, onion and melted cheese sandwich with chips, it was quite busy when we arrived so there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it as the food was well cooked and delicious. The coffee was also excellent.

Best Beer in Tenbury Wells. Czech Budvar best beer on the world. And lovely staff. Thanks Mr Thom's.

My first time visiting the shop today and well, it’s wonderful! Really lovely staff, packed full of amazing chocolates, doughnuts, you name it, they have it. We’ve just raced home to try the doughnuts and they are simply the best.

The most amazing place ever and if any of the workers were this I'll have a dobble cone with chocolate on the bottom and honeycomb on top with chocolate sauce and a flake

The chocolate shop is a real find with friendly staff, happy to explain about the different types of chocolate and locally made chocolates. There's also have a place behind the shop to have a coffee.

We have been visiting Mr Toms since moving to the Tenbury area last Yr. What an absolute gem. Very friendly staff and an amazing assortment of treats. Well done for creating a lovely independent shop in a small town.

We were starving and everything was closed. Stumbled across Mr Thoms - perfect. Lovely service, delicious food, both veggie (me) and meat - (other half) then super cakes and choccy shop to browse for some dessert. Yummy.

Great cakes and sandwiches and rolls, always fresh and nothing is too much trouble for them. Super service and great quality. Sometimes it pays to phone your order in advance as sales are fast.

Extremely helpful staff really friendly, they have some of the best chocolate covered coffee beans I've ever tasted, a full selection of sweets and pasterys available it's abit like Willey wonka land in Tenbury Wells, extremely cheap as well, if you are ever passing through or live in the area take a look through and you will not be disappointed.

We got 3 mind blowing delicious cakes! Best chocolate chip cup cake I have ever eaten! Beats even my mum's! Bakewell slice was a pure joy to eat! Naughty but oh so good. Staff were so friendly . We will be back to try more! A must to visit for anyone with a sweet tooth!
