Mr Pizza in Brent

I ordered the pizza at 11:30 PM ,it arrived at 1AM!! it was thin,too salty and greasy..just disgusting,one of the worst pizzas I ever had.

Very bad quality, cold and soggy pizza it’s like a chewing rubber. I had to throw it away as it was not good quality. Not worth of money I have spent.

Amazing quality, really tasty food with great prices! One of my favorites neighborhood places. I would definitely recommend it. I usually order the peri peri whole chicken with lemon and herbs, with fresh salad or chips sides.

I've not left enough reviews. These guys, down the years, have & are an excellent fast food service. The food is great & the staff are always personable and always give their best.

None of my Dips was there. Careless and not professional.

I would like get a refund because the food was DISGUSTING the meat smelled so bad the chicken was cooked properly everything about it was disgusting I soon I opened my food I threw it all away I was very disappointed at the status off the food. I would kindly get a refund

Food was marked delivered but hasnt arrived

I'm very disappointed with how my pizza was delivered . Pizza came squashed to one side of box also arrived to early it was as if the pizza was cooked in a rush . I will not be ordering from here ever again very bland and tasteless pizza only reason I ordered was because of reviews and coming under top rated never again . You restaurant workers and your chef should be embarrassed to even sell such food and call it pizza ... This is out of order!!

Cheesecake was given frozen None of them was homemade.

Pizza taste could be better and tastier. Definitely the base is old and not fluffy enough.

Lying continuously about how long the delivery would be, took driver over an hour from leaving the shop, driver telling shop he’s 5 mins away but still took an hour! You need a new delivery driver!

Don’t bother ordering, really cold pizza. Restaurant called saying our drivers bike broke down etc. that’s why people choose Übereats

The delivery was in good time - however the toppings were sparse and disgusting. Looked like frozen bits thrown on it . Defo not fresh. If I pay £20 for a pizza I defo expect fresh toppings and notsparse. Would never order again.

terrible service. Waited 1 hr and 20 mins nothing arrived. Called 4 times and no help whatsoever and only reasons given, waiting for the driver and so and so. Terrible. Please don’t order from here because you’ll starve to death!

I’m sorry but it was inedible - the cheese was burnt and the base was rigid, the whole thing was like eating cardboard.

Deep dish was actually fairly thin.

Ordered a hawaian pizza toppings were stingy most slices had 1 small piece of pinneapple on it need to actually put some toppimgs on the pizza very dissapointed

Initial order had an error, service was exceptional as they were willing to collect and replace incorrect order.

Waited over 50 mins for my meal, I was on night shift and they gave me wrong TFA, I wasted more than half of my break waiting outside because for my food. I specifically called and asked them where to come and they said they know because they saw it on my delivery notes; they still couldn't find the place. Very unhappy as I had to rush for the rest of my break.

A very decent pizza good quality

At the time of writing this review, the Pizza had not arrived, despite Just Eat saying it has. I spoke to MR PIZZA, and they told me I only ordered it at 9pm. Yet, the Estimated time of arrival is 8.55. I told the person on the phone, and he said he didn't know how that would be the case. I am a regular customer of this company and this is the WORST service I have ever had. I looked for the Just-Eat receipt, which showed the payment was authorised at 8.15pm. So, I have been waiting 85 minutes, and it is STILL not here. Having been told it is on the way, I would have thought it would have arrived before I finished this review. Whilst it is sometimes unavoidable delays that cause food to be delivered late, it is completely unacceptable to be lied too, when you have proof of the time of the order. Good thing I also recorded that call. Guys. Get your finger out!! (As I was about to press submit at 21:40 and after 3 calls) the food finally arrived. COLD!)

I ordered my pizza at around 22:15. My pizza was estimated to be delivered between 22:40 and 23:00… it didn’t arrive until 23:30. In fact, I received a notification saying it had already been delivered at 23:00, which led me to call up the restaurant who said it hadn’t even left yet. Very disappointing and frustrating service especially on a work night when I had to be up early the next day.

If you're going to call it the Lamb Donner Pizza you should have big pieces of Lamb Donner, instead they had tiny squares. Very disappointing

Terrible delivery and cold pizza I have been using these guys for so long but now I’m done. Never again ! 30 mins late, cold and disappointing taste. Got lied to by the restaurant on the phone as well. Please don’t waste your money here - Mr Pizza is now terrible! And Just Eat is no help whatsoever.

Fantastic pizza ordering again and I definitely recommend this restaurant

I called the restaurant and they deliberately lied about the time they received the order, 15 minutes later closed.

My order late more than one hour , they updated that i received it on app, when i called the restaurant they told me this is not my responsibility as he already hand over to driver and he can't track him, more than 2 hours i didn't receive my order yet.

Beef eater just so delicious, probably best pizza shop in NW10. Thank you Mr Pizza
