Mr. Pizza in St. Helens

Awful I item missing and charged me wrong the chicken was like rubber would not recommend here .waited 30 mins not worth it at all

Ordered food from here many times over the years always been excellent, service always been fantastic. Over the pastonths things have changed. Last night's order was delivered cold. pizza, chicken burger (expected it to be grilled chicken breast came as crispy fried chicken), garlic bread was substituted for 2 cans of pepsi (yes it was free but the point is food can't be substituted by drinks) Won't be using them again

If you have an allergy don't order from the older gentleman. Daughter has egg allergy and has her "safe" food that she orders every time. We had ordered on line and put egg allergy on the order. When we got there he said it had egg in. We were confused as had it many times before. We asked if ingredients had been changed he said no. It even said no egg in allergy book. My daughter also has autism so was overwhelmed and unwilling to take her original order so I asked for a refund so she could go somewhere else. He said he couldn't give me on he'd have to go bank to sort?? In the end she had a pizza

Really enjoyed our food and it arrived very promptly and hot. Pizza is probably the best in St Helens.

Very good food and price, the kids liked the pizza and we love the kebab, verrrrry nice. We had a 12" Meat Feast Pizza and Mr Pizza full house Kebab

Lovely pizzas and the burgerizza was something special! Pretty quick service so I’ll be ordering again.

Ordered on line and it took over an hour, when it finally arrived it was lune warm and not cooked properly, the meat ingredients were cheap and nasty, not even sure what they were. A family take out ruined, thrown in the bin. Late and poor quality.

Great food. Great service. Everything you want from a local takeaway. Deliveries always on time and quick service if calling in to the pizza shop

Oh my God this place is unbelievable, am not suprised environmental health haven't shut it down yet, I will never recommend this smelly takeaway to anyone don't waste my time an money on this joke of a shop

Food is poor compared to other local Pizza Takeaways on the same road, staff are also rude and food takes forever

Nice pizza at a reasonable price 2 pizzas and 2 cans for £10.50. Quick service and the food is prepared in an open kitchen so you can see what is going on

Iam not happy at all me and my Boyfriend ordered a Chicken and Sweetcorn pizza and alls I can say is it tasted of Fish! Very disappointed as we always go here and its not cheap!!

Ive used Mr Pizza on many occasions and been satisfied, howerver on my recent visit i was very disappointed with the food. I ordered a chicken and sweetcorn pizza and cheesy chips food was delivered earlier than expected but the pizza tasted of tuna / fish and the chips were cold on arrival overall not impressed this time which is a shame as usually a nice take away

Been using Mr. Pizza occasionally for many years now, never had a problem food always good and still hot when delivered and always delivered on time, i dont really rate the kebabs but the pizzas are always spot on, i will continue to use this place

Orders are cold when they finally reach u. They can't seem to get order spot on. Service with an attitude I think their motto should be.

Beautiful portion when I went large and Donner was nice as well as the Pizza, they also put in a few sauces and a small salad, timing was also very quick about 30 min

Best pizza we had for a long time , very nice! Staff was very friendly. Good Price wise with the food Quilty the portion size. We will use again and recommended to fiends and family.

If I could give them zero I would terrible service ages to get served staff completely ignore you and speak among themselves in there own language not very professional food terrible

Haven't eaten in this place since they decided to add extra meat to my vegetarian pizza. Popped in the next day to politely suggest that they take more care, and suggest a refund was in order. They lied to me, one guy said he wasn't in the shop then said he had heard me (the lifelong vegetarian) order a vege pizza with extra pepperoni. Cos of course, that makes sense! If the pizza wasn't bad enough, the dishonesty was extra special topping which makes this place a no go. You're better off heading to one of the other places in the golden triangle.

Regular customer here, food always hot tasty and on time. Prices good and staff very friendly and polite, highly recommended

This is the worst take away place i've every encountered in my life! I have had 2 bad experiences here, the first one was a few years ago when I placed an order online which was accepted but failed to arrive, upon ringing to ask where the food was, I was told they rejected the order because I always leave bad reviews (online) - I pointed out to them that I always left good reviews and they had mistaken my feedback for someone elses' (same name but spelt differently). They wasn't interested though and I ended up driving to the store and having a big argument with them and I had to threaten them with the police to get my money back which I had paid over the Internet. I then boycotted the place for a couple of years but one day, I decided to give them another chance as despite their bad service and attitude, the food was lovely. I started ordering from them again and they was good for a while until one day when they never put any sauce on my kebab so, I left a review which was polite and said the food was nice but next time, please remember to put the sauce on. The next evening whilst I was at work, I got a phone call from the manager at the takeaway who proceeds to shout and argue at me down the phone for saying that! I WILL NEVER go here again and I urge everyone to do the same - SHOCKINGLY BAD customer service!
