Mr. Pizza in Sheffield

First time ordered here, guy rushed through order just kept saying anything else, anything else, got our orderwrong, food was cold, daughters burger squashed, looked like someone had sat on it. I ordered a tray of donor meat, guy asked just meat or with chips, I said just donor meat. But sent tray of chips with bit on donor on top. Also ordered a chicken shish with donor and got a mixed shish. Very disappointed but angry that it's just another take-away that sends anything out.wont be using again and don't recommend !

Asked for a special kebab and got meat on a doughy pizza base , lamb was chewy had to ripp it apart with my teeth , wast of money , won't be using them unless I'm totally pissed , and then I'd still complain , Milan's , chesterfield road , spot on , and no I'm not getting paid for this , rubbish food , don't waste your hard earned money

I ordered some food and when it arrived it was almost cold and wasn't what I had ordered. I had asked for extra items on my pizza that I had been charged for that had not been added to it and another item with a request I had added to it that had been completely ignored. When I phoned up about this the man that answered the phone first lied and said he had done the order as I had asked despite it being right in front of me and definately not what I ordered. He then claimed I hadn't been charged for the extra items when I definately had as their terrible app automatically charges you. Then I think he tried to make out that the discount that is added for using their app rather than a more famous one that rhymes with bust beat was me not being charged for the items they hadn't added. Lies upon lies upon lies for cold, horrible food. Used to be a good takeway, now I will never use them again. After walking down to the shop and confronting them with their lies I got my money back.

We used ymto visit Mr Pizza before it changed management years ago we stopped for a reason, but thought we would give it another go. How wrong were we... wrong pizzas were delivered and when they were swapped, I didn't get what I ordered, veg hot was not hot and chilli garlic bread with cheese was garlic bread with cheese. Needless to state we will not be going back. Terrible and tasteless pizzas

Walked by many times and finally went in. Pizzas are excellent. The kebabs only come in a pitta, not a nano and have loads of salad placed on top. The chilli sauce is nice and hot unlike some other places. Top tip - try the 9" garlic bread kebab - exactly as it sounds, a 9" garlic bread with a huge dollop of kebab meat, sauce and as much onion and salad and you can pile on!! For £7.50 it is a good feel - don't get fries with it unless you are sharing!!!

they always leave something out this time it was a plain garlic bread no garlic at all spoils the meal.

very doughy pizza, very thick and bready & lacking flavour. Burger was good and fries also very good. Wouldn't order pizza from here again but would order burgers.

Food was hot , service great , Chicken wings nice The only problem was that the cheese had no taste, the grated cheese on the chips no taste and the cheese sauce just had no taste to it , please change your cheese as it’s very tasteless it just taste of nothing

My food was really late on 14/10/19 ordered at 17.48 got delivered at 19.32. Pizza was cold, curly freis where cold and chewy ribs looked like they where bought in supermarket yet got charged 4.30 for them... Not ordering from here for a while

not the best I’ve had! naan bread was cold and hard, curly fries had a weird metallic taste to them. binned most of it. not great

The curly fries were clearly reheated and very chewy. Pizzas nice as usual, disappointed with the fries though.

I ordered deep dish pizza but got a thin crust I ordered chips and thay came with all the potato skin on them witch were vile I used to love this place what's happened

We ordered the food to be delivered at 8pm and at just after seven the restaurant were calling us asking and so we had to rush home. Food was terrible, soggy chips, tasteless cheese sauce and cold kebab. It wasn't even edible.

come 10 minutes early and was cooked brilliant and was very tasty defo recommend them

Best pizza I've had in a long time, definitely ordering again. The base and toppings were great quality. The ribs were great too. Order was late but it was worth it.

Was early but rather it been on time and had food that was edible! Still have all the food left as it’s so awful.. thrown up twice since eating it. Would like a refund for my money please. Passed this onto just eat official will be passing over to fsa later on. Never eaten such abysmal food that’s now made me so unwell! Most seems like it’s been left out and re heated to send on delivery. The only good part was the Pepsi! Can see I’m going to be unwell for the rest of the night! Disgraceful service!!

A bit dissapointed with the Kebab as no chilli sauce was added plus no Salad as ordered the Pizza was good.

pizza was not worth 7 quid, had much better for less. strange it tasted better cold than it did warm. cheddar cheese jalapenos were nice, good portion. the deliver driver was nice, it was a warm day and i think he could have done with a little Lynx, as when handing over food i got a wiff of him. all in all not to bad, worth a try

really annoyed i order 30 quids worth of food to be delivered at 9 when we are all home and you deliver at half 7 when only one person at home most of food went in bin due to it being cold by time we got home waste of money if you cant stick to the time scale dont offer the service i wont order again from here i need a reliable service

Food is always great and always hot when it arrives. Delivery drivers and people who work on the counter are always polite. They know how to look after their customers

The menu doesn’t accurately reflect the food delivered. There was no indication on the website that the chicken is spicey. I couldn’t eat the wings or the strips we ordered. I’m allergic to chilli and thankfully I can smell it so managed to avoid eating it. This can be very serious for people with allergies and the restaurant need to be responsible for clear ingredients

Wouldn't say it was worth what I paid for the meal. I ordered diet coke and got regular coke there was no call from them to ask if this was ok and to explain why there was a change.

Great food as always, this is the main pizza place I order from as the food is always great. Driver forgot the drinks, but came back with them once this was reported, and whilst the food was slightly late - can't really complain with the food quality. :)

Quite disappointed tonight with my order, I’ve ordered 3 times from Mr pizza now and past orders no qualms, I bought a shish kebab and a chicken kebab came to £15.40 plus I gave £3 tip for the driver, just feel let down with the quality of the food especially when I’m paying money like hat for 2 small kebabs, the nan breads both dry like re heated from previous the shish dry and chewy with hardly any meat in the kebab, hardly any chicken and I asked for cabbage which wasn’t what usually comes, this was pickled and was awful..how is this fair on the customer who’s paid almost £20 for this? has made me really dubious about ordering from here again now which is a shame..how can 2 previous orders be spot on then this? No consistency whatsoever or respect for existing customers to serve and send food out so minimal and dry 😔

One of the best pizza shops in Sheffield. great deals. The food never makes you feel rubbish after eating! Will always go here over any other place! The burgers were delicious once again. Thank you!

Me and my family love the food there

food very late and was beginning to cool down,burger missing fried onion and was replaced with fresh onion which i dont like has to be cooked so spoilt the burger.

I just love the food and never had any problems.would recommand to my fruends and family.

Pizza was good, however the lettuce in the burger had rotten parts (had also specified no salad/lettuce) and didn't come with any relish on it.

Excellent piping hot delicious food, more than ample portion sizes. Delivered before estimated time which was brilliant. Would definitely order from Mr Pizza again

Pizza did not look 10", chips were cold, and whole order was over 1hr late. Basically not good at all

80 minutes for any takeaway is a joke. All the food was overcooked. Chips were missing cheese and dark brown, could barely eat them. Coleslaw was cheap and made with salad cream which was gross. Plenty of other takeaways around the area are better and cheaper.

Rancid food would recommend a frozen pizza instead would have been warmer than mine, and the curly fries and bolognaise were disgusting

Took forever to get here, chicken burger was so spicy couldn’t eat it, small portions and chips were like microwave chips, not impressed

the food was average when it came but the pizza was cold and onion rings weren’t cooked well and it took 1 hour and 40minutes to be delivered

Food was great. Love the piripiri bread. It was a little late, but I'm counting it as a one off and will try this again sometime. :)

Well I ordered my food before the restaurant was open online and at 4 I got an email saying it was ‘in the bag’ it got to around 5:45 when I knew something went wrong I did not get a email saying u need to order again and when I rang it kept saying busy line which I can understand but I rang over 5 times. I did end up getting my food once I ordered the food again but I was very confused about what was happening which really did annoy me.

Spot on... it was a little bit late but there's 6" of snow everywhere... the delivery driver apologised despite only being 10 mins late.

Order from Mr pizza quite a lot it's usually very nice food,but after today I will never be ordering from there again food came freezing cold just a waste of 30 pound if pizza was hot it probably would have been nice, other half had the big kebab the lamb on it tasted off (sour) the salad was all soggy looked old, kebab meat was freezing cold basically we had to throw our food away and ended up eating tomatoe soup and bread , never again will I order it's a shame because this used to be a very good taka way

second time I have ordered it first the it was amazing but this time really disappointed. food way early and honestly very salty specially the garlic bread. cheese is not even melted well. whenspoke with Just eat even they can’t resolve it with the restaurant asking for all food back. how can we send all food back got to taste some before to no how it taste like. all in all not happy with thm

waited almost 1 hour 45 mins for this food. Late delivery with no communication from the restaurant. the food was absolutely vile. probably the worst kebab I’ve ever had, the salad tasted off. my partner also didn’t enjoy it we ended up throwing it all away. wouldn’t use again.

Delivery took nearly 1.5 hours. Cheese sauce - bland. Just tasted like warm milk Burger - bland. Probably from frozen Curly fries - chewy and bland

Terrible service... no large chips and grated cheese... no cans of pop and when they delivered the chip and cheese and tins of pop the chips and cheese was just chips! When rung up again told nothing to do bar take it off next order... Absolute rubbish never order from here again!

the food was average.. the meat was mostly fat. Delivery was late due to the delivery guy not being able to find the address. When we called to see where it was the guy on the phone came across quite rude. the delivery guy was also argumentative on arrival.

Food took ages to come, the pizza was absolutely freezing and all the kebab meat was burnt and hard. Phoned the restaurant to ask how long my food would be and the man was really rude

Absolutely shocking , food cold , forgot drinks......brought drinks an hour later forgetting 2 cans ......delivery driver couldn't knock on door just tapped with a key !!! Never again .

The pizzas were so so yummy!! I will definitely order from here again, was frustrating that we had to wait an hour and 20 minutes but when I rang they informed me that it was only due to high demand on New Year's Day!
