Food excellent as usual, delivery speedy

Food arrived hot and Nothing missing from order, unlike some other takeaway shops. Would order gain from mr pings.

Within 10 mins of ordering out 4 delivery. Arrived in 15. Read delivery note. Surprisingly everything was hot & fresh. Quality of the chips and sweet & sour sauce was poor. Unfortunately the mushroom noodles were swimming in oil & burnt. Rest 7.5/10

Phoned restaurant who lied. App showed as delivered when it wasn't woman at restaurant said she pressed the delivered button even thogh it wasn't delivered. disgracefull service!

Delicious food, and really fantastic customer service. Accidentally received the wrong dish in a big order, and customer service was helpful and super friendly. Always arrives fresh and hot, lovely delivery drivers and great vegan options. Highly recommend!

Food is tasteless, small portions. Service with no smile at all. We been told by a server we ordering too much food, anx they call it all u can eat buffet. Atmosphere very dull. Would never recommend it to anyone. It needs staff improvement to start with. So at least you will feel welcome. As we been told our baby pram takes up too much room. Im speechless to be honest. Vefy very disappointing

Prawn curry was tasteless, bland, and the texture was absolutely bizarre. Either too much flour/starch in the sauce, it all congealed and was a lumpy tasteless mess. Never again.

Long delivery time once dispatched but still within time stated and food hot. Driver didn't read delivery note. Food was all fantastic except salt & chilli chips which needed both more cooking and more seasoning. Everything else was spot on 8/10 2day

The best Chinese around. Not greasy and always cooked amazing. We enjoy everything we have ever eaten from Mr.Ping. Well recommend it!

Had a wonderful evening here for Family birthday 9 of us lovely round table great for conversations .. Staff are always so welcoming friendly and service is fantastic so quick . Ordered a takeaway, didn't receive an item so I rang them and they've said did I check the bag? Obviously I've checked the bag. Then asked me to remind them when i get another takeaway so they can give me credit? Like I'm going to order from them again, rude, terrible customer service and extremely obnoxious, and the food wasnt even hot. Also, why say you get free prawn crackers on orders over £30 when we didn't? Used to be really good, wouldn't bother now.

Always lovely from here, but I have to say my main dish was quite cold when it arrived. I don't expect it to be sizzling after a delivery but it was cold. Otherwise, all was lovely especially the salt and chilli squid, very good!

First time we’ve tried Mr Pings. Very impressed. It was very tasty and was still reasonably hot.

Over an hour waiting. The app updated delivery time as needed & it is Saturday but still a lot longer than usual. All tubs & inside bag was covered in sauce seemed like restaurant packed ok but driver didn’t care what spilled & noodles cold. Driver also updated app to say delivered 5 mins before actually turning up to ensure on time

20 minutes after ordering it arrived. App never updated to show out for delivery. 25 mins before earliest delivery estimate. Read delivery note. Apart from chips everything was okay just not very hot... 6/10

The worst Chinese takeaways we’ve had. Firstly, spent £54.69 and didn’t even receive the free prawn crackers “as advertised” for orders over £30.00. Secondly, everything was cold, greasy and lacked flavour. Even the curry sauce was stodgy.

Absolutely gorgeous food, best vegetarian & vegan food my daughter & I have ever tasted! Outstanding service from all the lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend & we will be back again very soon.

Have been meaning to visit this restaurant since we moved to Southchurch a while ago. So VERY glad we did. This will definitely be our Chinese restaurant of choice. Thank you for a lovely evening🙂🌈

Great food as ever, super tasty and hot not lukewarm

It was okay. Luke warm and the rice seemed dry. The Ss chicken was tasty but the chow mein was sadly bland. Usually a brilliant Chinese!

Went to their Chinese New Year celebration on 2/2/25. Absolutely packed and sold out. Had a lovely meal and enjoyed every moment of this fun evening in the year of the snake.

The katsu curry was very very goey and tasteless, the 3X spring rolls tasted like they had gone off and totally un-edible. However the rest of my £60+ order was lovely, but i won't be ordering again

Most of my food did not arrive was my first time ordering. So not happy. However The food I did get was nice

Have ordered many times and left good reviews however tonight the food was bad. Duck spring rolls were still frozen in middle and the noodles tasted off, ended to throwing it in bin.

Excellent quality, not greasy, thoroughly recommend. Some dishes do have slightly too many onions as a filler.

The house special chow mein was nice but lemon chicken was dry. Was supposed to be chicken foo yung but the "meat" was tasteless and strange texture. Didn't look or taste like chicken to me!

Always consistently great! Genuinely always lovely and fresh tasting. Shame they don't do the Korean food anymore as that was so nice especially the kimchi rice and the Korean style chicken (it's like s&s chicken HK style, but a Korean BBQ sauce instead). Please bring it back! ❤️

Man that was terrible. Freezing cold when it came. The sweet and sour sauce stuck like a bottle of vinegar. Didn't taste great either. Won tons that you will never have anywhere else as they were bloody awful. Flat twisted bits of deep fried filo pastry with nothing in them. No filling. Just came with more awful sweet and sour sauce. Been looking forward to it all day and it's all pretty much gone in the bin

Ordered at 18.48 and food arrived at 20.18 therefore not good at all in terms of service, which is s shame but I guess takeaways are no the priority? Why should anyone have to wait well over an hour for a takeaway? There are other Chinese restaurants

RUDE RUDE RUDE. They forgot a portion of egg fried rice on a £60.49 order. I phoned the restaurant to let them know and just ask to be refunded. They argued with me over the missing £4.20 rice and denied it was missing and were making me count containers of food and tell them how many we have. I used to ordered nearly weekly spending between £60-£80, NEVER AGAIN. Shocking customer service, rude staff and to be honest the food is extremely expensive however. Acted like I’m trying to steal £4.20

Great choice for a large group. We had a big round table for a party of ten. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice on the menu and interesting new things to try. All the staff were polite, friendly and professional and the atmosphere was perfect for a catch up of old friends. I think there was background music but that's exactly what it was - nice and subtle without being intrusive. The cost was higher than the last time I dined at an all-you-can-eat, but you have to appreciate that everything has gone up in the last few years - it was a fair reflection of their hard work to keep the customer happy.

Got much less rice than a £1 packet rice never experienced so little rice before. Duck curry tasted nice but was watery and duck inedible

The chicken chow mein had an unusual texture as though the noodles had been overcooked, and a couple of the dishes weren't very hot (temperature wise). Took 1 hr 10 mins to arrive which is quite slow.

I thought I would try a different Chinese for a change, and I’m so glad I did, I won’t be going anywhere else now ! The food is bang on , 10/10

Ordere online via Just Eat, food arrived in super quick time. We ordered vegan salt + chilli beef, vegan kung po chicken, vegan mixed veg fried rice and vegan salt + chilli chicken. All food was very tasty, this place offers an excellent range of meat-free options.

Perfect food. Mr Pings is great and we never have to wait till the arranged delivery time, always a little earlier. We won't order from anywhere else in future.

Ordered off just eat , big tasty hot portions - came when it should and can reccomend. The singapore noodles where absolutely amazing.
