Mr Nitro's in Blackpool

¡SR. NITROS CLEVELYS! Mr Nitro's Hola a todos. Quería venir aquí y escribir un post sobre mi anterior empleador Kristopher Ross, el director gerente del Sr. Nitros. Me contrataron como repartidor para ellos hace más de un mes para ayudar a cubrir días de fiesta, etc., luego me contrataron como miembro de la tripulación trabajando por la noche en la tienda cuando tenía disponibilidad. Después de dos / tres trabajos me propusieron para un puesto de jefe de equipo / gerente de turno para dirigir un taller para poder cubrir los días libres de gestión. No estaba entrenado correctamente y solo me metieron en el rol con muy poca capacitación u orientación. Debido a la falta de conocimiento en esta industria, cometí algunos errores que me gritaban y me ponían un poco delante de los clientes, lo que, por supuesto, es muy poco profesional. Me fui con efecto inmediato debido al ambiente de trabajo tóxico y a los largos desplazamientos. Debido a esto mi empleador Kristopher Ross no ha hecho el pago por dos semanas de trabajo, le he enviado un mensaje para que sea bloqueado. Como muchos de ustedes saben, este negocio tiene muy mala reputación por no pagar a los miembros del personal. He pedido el pago que por lo que parece no voy a conseguir, por favor vea capturas de pantalla de nuestros mensajes. Hygine: El motor de nuestro entorno de trabajo es absolutamente repugnante, zócalos que se caen de las paredes, pintura desprendiendo todas las paredes, señalización que se cae de las paredes, licuadoras que solo se aclaran por batido, incluso si hemos hecho un producto de frutos secos que, por supuesto, podría ser muy peligroso si un cliente tiene una alergia a los frutos secos. No puedo recordar la última vez que se limpiaron los baños porque nunca se limpiaron en ningún turno que yo trabajara y yo trabajaba al menos cinco días a la semana. No quería venir aquí y escribir un post como este, pero no voy a permitir que un empleador se aproveche de mí y no me pague por trabajar más de 40 horas! Tyler

Mis hijos pidieron 3 batidos y un postre de masa de galletas. Lamentablemente el tiempo de espera fue de una hora que llamé y llamé a la tienda. Sin respuesta. Tuve que contactar con la tienda en Cleveleys y lo ordenaron. Una hora para una entrega a la vuelta de la esquina muy traviesa 😏

Great to find someone selling traditionally made Italian ice cream. Definitely worth the short walk back from the beach. Delicious. We will be back

This is the best dessert place in blackpool hands down always deliver on time the staff are so polite and honest its just wonderful to see. Whenever I treat my kids, I asked them what they want and they instantly say 'Mr Nitros' and when I do get one for them without asking, the amount they cheer and celebrate is just delightful. It is such a pleasure to see smiles on my childrens faces. I'm so grateful that Mr nitros is a delicious, loyal and overall a fantastic establishment. Thank you for everything. Keep being kind and delivering your excellent service to our doorstep! Every single time I order from here I either get a crepe or a waffle with a milkshake. Nothing wrong with milkshake waffle or crepe always comes freezing cold as driver is never on time. It’s getting boring and I will no longer be buying desert from here.

I ordered at 9pm...10:30pm comes and still nothing arrived! I contact the store for them to tell me the driver was off the road and they was looking for a replacement driver! DONT take orders for delivery if you cannot get them out within a reasonable time frame! Disgusted

I just love this place. The Waffle’s, Crepes and Cookie Doughs are out of this world and they make their own ice cream. Kids love this place, reasonably priced and they sell branded Haribo pick n mix too

Went to mr nitros in Layton the service was great staff very helpful taking use through the cookie doughs, I had a mix of white chocolate and milk chocolate cookie dough with white chocolate sauce and Icecream, it was presented lovely with a added circle wafer, will definitely return to try all the different desserts they have to offer.

Omg the Cookie Dough is to die for! I’m literally Cookie Dough obsessed and this hits the spot every time. Doesn’t look much at first glance, but very hard to finish. It really needs ice cream to go with it, otherwise it would be too sickly!

Tom and Lauren was Exceptionally helpful and pleasant food 10/10 and would highly recommend the Nutella and strawberry to die for.

Staff not wearing a mask, holding social club in the shop, worrying in these times. Food was ok, waffles dry but looks good, but not going to eat there again if not safe.

Had a bit of an issue this evening with UBER EATS sending slightly the wrong order through to the restaurant so I messaged Mr Nitro's on facebook; received a reply very promptly and they advised me to ring the restaurant direct. I spoke to Lauren who sorted everything out and even made an extra delivery for me. I've eaten there before and I will do in the future. It's good to know that even where there is the odd issue (very rare in my experience though), they'll do what they can to sort it :) I recommend the waffles and milkshakes!

hello I was offered I trial the for a job there I and it was all going well till the owner came I thought he was a nice person however I had not been shown how they wanted something done and he shouted at me and called me and embarrassment I can tell you I'm not working for them I feel S**T about myself I hope he douses not speak to anyone else like this truly unprofessional

Ordered inside and waited for desserts to be made to take away all good and fast and then got half way to the beach and noticed there wasn’t any spoons or knife or forks to eat the waffles and ice cream? Is the staff here really this stupid expecting people to eat dessert ice cream, waffles etc. with their hands? Never putting money in this company again and don’t recommend anyone to either had too many issues with the staff members and even delivery issues in the past, if the manager didn’t employ young stupid inexperienced customer service staff so he can pay them less and make more money for himself then maybe it wouldn’t get as much negative reviews/feedback. Customers deserve more especially for the price they pay!

Listened to an older, bigger man spilling foul language out at a girl that must of been no older than 16, was quite shocked really when I saw her crying and he stated ‘he didn’t give a f**k’

Ordered delivery from the Blackpool Nitro’s, couldn’t fault it get what you pay for! Also delivered by a lovely delivery driver Morgan who had 10/10 customer service. Will defo return :)

Called into the cleveleys store for milkshakes for me & the family, walked in to a sign saying cash only, no gloves worn by the member of staff Or hand washing..it makes you worry with the current Covid situation even though they had signs to tell customers to stay 2 meters apart the hygiene should be so much better!

I got my milkshake and the main topic wasn’t even blended milkshake was very tasteless, service was shocking as the girl gave me dirty looks , staff where also on there phone .

Milk shakes where great. Unfortunately there was a problem with payment On Foodhub’s platform however this was resolved by Owner and Foodhub Services so Would happily recommend 👍

Absolutely diabolical customer service. We called up at 10:45 and spent 10 minutes on the phone to the worker who didn’t seem to understand a very simple order which was 2 milkshakes and cookie does. At this point we are 1 day into isolation and extremely hungry. Then he told us the order came to £50 which we corrected him and had to add it up for him which brought it to £28. He then said it would take 30-40 minutes to arrive and we rang up half an hour later to ask they ring when they’re outside and they said there was no order placed. When asked what they was going to do to help us resolve the situation we was told we would have to come to terms with the brutality of the actions of him or his split personality. Never again would i go there totally disgusting attitude towards customers food not up to much when complained get a load of abuse

Absolutely disgusted with the service here, the milkshakes were incredibly watery. The majority of the staff were ok, however, a young man called jake spoke to me with no respect whatsoever, I was appalled by his attitude and felt as though he acted very inappropriately towards me

9 quid for a crepe with. Cream ice cream banana and a sauce then charge for delivery what a clown preying on kids

My granddaughter had a vanilla ice cream here a few weeks ago and also some pick and mix. It was all good and she thoroughly enjoyed it. No complaints!

So I tried here again last night after having a hard crepe few months ago and I ordered a waffle strawberry and whitechocolate and ice cream what a disappointment rick hard waffle tasted like burnt plastic 6 strawberry’s that were chopped small pieces couldn’t taste white chocolate sauce and smallest scoop ice cream what a waste of money I won’t be returning as find it a rip off sort your prices out and learn your staff customer service skills !!!!
