Best Chinese I had curry sauce is unreal

Food far too salty to the point of being inedible.

Nice food, great little Chinese close to home. Friendly staff and good prices. Also good size portions too. 😊😊

First time I've had food from here, will definitely be ordering again, amazing.

Ordered a salt and pepper munchie box. They must have used about 4kg of salt as we could even taste it in the noodles. Majority of the food was left as it was inedible. Really disappointing.

Ordered 12” munchie box, couldn’t eat as was far too salty. Asked someone else if they wanted but they refused as last time they ordered from here was far too salty for them and was bad in bed for 2 days.

We often have Chinese takeaway from here and generally are impressed. The delivery can take some time but its not a massive wait. The food is usually hot and tasty.

Live less than 5 minutes away. After waiting an hour and 20 mins, phoned up and cancelled it.

Delivery driver is absolutely amazing and wonderful, not to mention the food at such great prices and portions that are very well sized! Favourite options for me has the be the 3 in one containers (they range up to 5 in one) because the portions are massive and only cost £7. Overall amazing place and highly recommend.

I don't eat curries etc.but partner loves food from here.

A cobbler could of made better use of the beef

Should be zero stars. Food rancid and had to be thrown away as prawns were off. Worst chinese I've ever received. Refund refused. Charlatans.

If I could give zero I would..... customer service from Tina tonight was disgusting ..... rubbish from start to finish!! No apology just rude. Avoid.

Of 30 odd years of living off blucher Chinese .. you have went from the best 2 the worst . I got duck i cant remember asking for vegetables? It was just oil.. it went in the bin . To be honest yous should just close your doors . After 30 years of nice takeaway to that wow how dare you can seriously serve that 2 the public

Took money for food never bothered delivering and turned phones off before the shop closed. Would strongly recommend not ordering from these thieves

Chinese food is great the food arrives when they give u a time foods tastes fresh and u always get good portions

Poor service take too many orders can't fulfil them. Don't answer the phone for enquiries. Tell lies and give false information. If they can't fulfil orders then they shouldn't take the orders in the first place. Still waiting 2 hours later and counting. Only gavec1 star cos they were polite when answering the phone eventually after 62 attempts.

Waited 3 hours for delivery after being told 45 mins, couldn’t get through on the phone so went to collect instead and it still wasn’t ready. This was the second bad experience, the first time the wrong order was sent. No apology. Such a shame as the meals we have had there are nice, just the service is shocking.

Usually fabulous but tonight 35 mins late starters were lovely but but mixed veg chow mein missing the veg only mushrooms and the house special kung po had a massive 2 prawns and 3 pieces of beef and maybe 4 pieces of chicken sadly disappointing

Only gave one star so I could actually write this review. Avoid at all cost! Food is absolutely disgusting! Certainly didn't feel this food was freshly cooked, as for the Prawn crackers, there more of a cardboard texture.

If I could give less than 0 stars I would - told order would be delivered within an 1 hour, gave them the benefit of the doubt as Saturday night but never arrived. Rang told 10 mins, still never arrived. Rang again told they would ring the driver, 10 mins later “we’ve rang the driver and he’s ok his way to yours first” 2 hours on still no food, tried to ring again but no one would answer to even get money back. if you want to pay for food and it not arrived they are the takeaway for you - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely beautiful. Curry sauce is just how we like it. Beef in black pepper and crispy shredded beef in peaking sauce. We also had fried rice and chips. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Truly terrible experience. Ordered via app, told 8pm. Half nine told twenty minutes. Told them to cancel. Told me it it would take five days to put money back on my account!!! Then somebody from dixy chicken rang to say the same. What is going on???? Proper divvies. Avoid at all costs

Quite an extensive menu and lots of items you wouldn't get from most menus. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Delivered in good time and plenty to eat. Will be going back.

I ordered crispy seaweed it came covered in sugar,the house special egg fu young had 2 pieces of chicken,1 prawn 3 tiny pieces of spam,the worst Chinese ive ever had

First visit to Mr Lee very friendly staff only oreded house special chow mein but requested vermicelli noodles no probs there They need to put more meat/ prawns/ veg into the dish and it would of been amazing I did enjoy it My hubby got chicken curry half rice/ chips decent

Average food. Not as good as the previous takeaway that used to be here.

After chatting with mates about the quality of this take away I decided to give it a go myself and to be fair I wished I had'nt ,food was tasteless and the rice was soaked in msg sorry oil even the curry sauce was thin and watery ,it went in the bin along with the menu save your money and go elsewhere.This was a real let down only keeping it real.

New owners after I think more than 30 years sad to see it change used to get curry and chips in same container to eat in the local park with friends when I was 13 .(34 years ago) Nice beef curry , chips and noodles , but not quite as nice as lyns .

This used to be chop suey delicious, which was the best! However now “Mr Lee” DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! £35 quid STRAIGHT IN BIN! YES THAT BAD!!! NEVER TASTED ANYTHING SO POOR! HORRIBLE, BLACK RICE,SPARE RIBS SUPPOSED TO BE BARBACUE? COVERED IN KETCHUP, BEEF IN OYSTER SAUCE, JUST BIG LUMPS OFF SOMETHING? AVOID AT ALL COST!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! BE WARNED!!!

Mixed bag. Veg and satay sauce was nice. Pork with cashew nuts was oily and pretty tasteless.

This business has been going for the best part of 40 years and yet still customers can only pay with cash. The food has always been lovely but their refusal to move with the times is very odd; smacks of criminality. Can't think of any other reason...ordered £12 worth of food for collection last night and couldn't pay for it because they don't have the facility. Stupid old woman flew into a rage. Won't be going back...

When it's good, it's great, when it's bad, it's bad. You need to learn what dishes they do best. The roast duck and salt and pepper chicken for example aren't great but the salt and pepper chips are amazing as are many of the mains. The other place up the road does great roast duck and salt and pepper chicken but some of their main dishes are very bland in comparison. It's a bit of trial and error.

Just had house special curry rice and chips not at all as good as I expected extremely thin chips as well as being very badly over done, portion size not the best and to be honest rather bland very very disappointed

Amazing food, collection only but worth the trip! One of the few places open for lunch! Try the battered chicken with some chilli and garlic sauce to dip!
