Our friends had been here a few times before but it was our first visit. It certainly won’t be our last. Food wise, I loved it, the portions were not OTT like you get in a lot of places. I was able to enjoy two courses rather than get bloated after a starter. The staff were brilliant. They absolutely know hospitality. I can’t praise them too much. So attentive yet remaining totally unobtrusive. Really quality service. I know I haven’t described the food enough but it was brilliant. I had the meatballs followed by the liver and it was gorgeous. The liver was sliced so beautifully thin whereas most places serve it steak thick. It was a joy. Love this place and will certainly be back.

We had several starters. Very excellent! The main courses were also a hit. Wonderfully seasoned and made from excellent ingredients. The service was attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Happy buzzing ambience and delicious home cooked food. The calamari were cooked to perfection with the lightest delicious batter. I had the seafood 'Mare' risotto, which was creamy and rich with a hint of chilli. It is hard to improve on this, especially as it was all topped off with friendly and effortlessly efficient service. Thank you.
