Mozza in Fife

Not impressed!Had expressly asked for a table for 9 and got confirmation on Open Table but the large tables had been given to what were clearly crowds of young Uni students.Told the manageress we were here to scatter our Mums ashes and she couldn’t care less,didn’t even give an apology,nor a reasonable excuse.We were put at 2 separate tables.The restaurant obviously ran a policy of getting as much pizza out as possible in as little time,but customer service is totally lacking.Only 1 member of staff smiled in the whole 1 1/2 hours we were there.

BEST pizza ever! Go for the lucky 13, let them know your preference and trust the chefs - they're magicians! Must try this place!

The pizza was delicious, nice variety. I had very nice time but the staff took time with bringing the Bill and then later had to wait over 10 min to actually pay.

Had a reservation for 9pm on a Saturday night. Arrived and was seated. It was clear they were winding down for the night. Waitress informed us "there was no more pizza dough..." a surprising development, but not inconceivable. Asked for a recommendation of places that we might eat, she did not know any. Asked if she might ask her colleagues and she disappeared into the back. Manager came back and advised that they would honor our reservation, and, in fact there was pizza dough! So -5 for wanting to go home more than wanting to honor a reservation, and then being prepared to lie about it. Never saw the waitress again, manager was delightful, pizza was OK.

Food was great. Service was a bit slow, but very our server was very friendly. They just needed one more server to make it all work.

Went out for a nice, small birthday meal the other week. Service was spot on, waitresses were extremely pleasant and inviting. The food was top notch - clearly fresh and very tasty. I highly recommend this place to others, the atmosphere is fantastic and the food is surely one of the best I have ever tasted.

Lovely friendly efficient staff, prompt service, great pizza and reasonably priced. Just what we were looking for

We were in for lunch quite early, no problem for the staff who were very pleasant to us, and were served excellent pizzas which were delicious and large.

Staff in this place are horrendous. We were pointed to our seats and waited for 20 minutes and not 1 member of staff had even taken our drinks order by this point. Ended up walking out as too hungry to wait any longer. Place wasn’t even busy.
